Outstanding service from Horizon Beach Service!

Working with Larry from Horizon Beach Service was one of the best experiences of working with a vendor I have ever had. He was so flexible about the arrangements and worked with us through every detail!!! I cannot say enough good things about his service! You should hire him no doubt!

Amazing day!!!

My day would not been as special with out both Larry and Brian. Over the past weekend I got married and Margaritaville and wish I could do it all over again. Whatever I needed to make sure my day was amazing Larry and Brian were there to make that happen. I would recommend if you are getting married in Pensacola you need this pair. I honestly wouldn’t of changed anything. Thank you again Larry and Brain for making all my dreams come true. My family and friends will always be grateful

Larry and his team were great to work with. They completed the set up for my ceremony on the beach and it looked amazing. We finalized my plan about a month before the big day and did a full walk through 2 days before the wedding to make sure we were all in agreement on the setup. We were getting married in front of a hotel on the beach and they worked with the chair set up guys to ensure we had enough space for the ceremony and wouldn't be crowded by strangers. It was picture perfect!

We just had a small ceremony and Larry was so easy to work with and helped us tremendously on finding some local places while we were there for some other things we needed. I would highly recommend him and his company.

The arch and tulle looked beautiful, it was delivered on time, and put up promptly! I was perfect for our wedding overlooking the beach.

I had an awesome wedding, working with Larry and his crew was nothing but the Best. I was very stressed out about the planning and Larry reassured me that everything would be fine and it was. I was calm and happy the entire time. I would definitely refer Larry to anyone who is having a destination wedding and I plan on working with him in the near future to coordinate beach parties. Larry was great to work with. He was very responsive and flexible. We had a bit of bad weather the day of our wedding and Larry helped watch the forecast to help us beat the incoming storms. I would definitely recommend him.

Larry and his team prepared a beautiful arch for our wedding and special table centre pieces. Larry was flexible and had great ideas to compliment our theme. Cant wait to be back in Pensacola and see them on the beach. Thank you for everything. It was a pleasure working with you! The Eisenhours.

Larry was amazing putting together our wedding. He put the chairs and arbor on the beach for us and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend for a beach wedding!

Larry was amazing and set everything up perfectly. He had the chairs and harbor set up several hours before the ceremony and provided an awesome DJ service for the wedding. He was also very passionate about providing excellent service.

Larry was wonderful!!!! He was very professional and helpful in making our wedding day very special and easy. He provided all of the items I needed and recommended a wonderful photographer. The wedding was beautiful and I would recommend him to anyone getting married in that area.

We didn't have a full ceremony but they were very responsive to our requests. I wish I would have realized they provided beach chairs because we had a horrible experience with the vendor we used.

Horizon Beach Service provided us top notch service at a great price. We had plans to go with a different vendor to provide an arbor and decorations for our wedding, but they no showed our consultation. We called Larry and he was quick to respond and provided us with an arbor and decorations we liked even more than our original choice and at a better price. Horizon was so easy to work with and I would recommend them to anybody!

Larry was great! Even being an out-of-state bride he eased my mind by going above and beyond! He met with me before the wedding and personally delivered tables even when not asked! He also went over all the details with me, despite, I'm sure, being very busy himself! I also received pictures of our ceremony site being set up the morning of the wedding, 10/10 would recommend!

My daughter's special day wouldn't have been possible without Larry's expert crew setting up and taking down chairs and a wedding arch on the beach! Larry himself officiated as the DJ for the evening and did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained with music and dancing! Everything went smoothly from start to finish! You just can't beat the services we received, I would highly recommend Horizon to every couple looking to have the perfect beach wedding without worry and stress!!!

Horizon was very affordable, easy to work with, has very nice equipment, and was able to fulfill an order on short notice. Very nice to work with! I would recommend them to anyone planning a beach event!

Larry, took care of everything for our wedding including beign the DJ! It was truly a perfect day from start to finish! All of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been too!! I highly recommend him!!!

Horizon Beach Services is AWESOME! More specifically, I highly recommend Larry. He is responsive, accommodating, informative, knowledgeable about the area and most of all will go above and beyond to make sure that your wedding is everything you want it to be and more! We had an unfortunate situation with the hotel and a construction project that wasn't completed as expected....and it almost prevented my best friend from walking "down the aisle" onto the beach....but Larry without any request from us, stepped in, got involved and worked with the hotel facilities manager and construction manager to clean up the beach and create a pathway for my best friend to walk down and thru the dunes to the beach. I literally am tearing up now just thinking about how appreciative we all were that he went that extra mile - geez extra mile doesn't seem to cover it....he didn't have to talk to anyone or jump into the mix at all for us, the construction circumstances had nothing to do with him or Horizon's Beach Services...but he is a native and extremely connected in Pensacola - apparently knows pretty much everyone - so he used his contacts and great relationships to get the problem solved! The arbor and tulle he set up were beautiful....we had last minute surprise guests and he immediately accommodated them by bringing additional seating...he allowed us to keep items in his storage area overnight because the weather changed on us after the ceremony (this was a destination wedding)....I mean I can't really say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Larry and Horizon Beach Services. If you plan to get married in Pensacola, FL - Gulf Breeze, FL - on Pensacola Beach, FL or anywhere that you have access to utilize Horizon Beach Services the only company you should call is Horizon Beach Services. Not only does he provide you with equipment and decorations for the wedding, he has the connections and knowledge of the area to provide excellent recommendations for everything!

They were phenomenal! They handled everything from chairs/set up, ceremony music and they were the DJ at the reception. Everything was done perfectly and I am so grateful for their work ethic. Whoever is assigned to the wedding is available the entire day to the wedding party; so no bride need worry about something going wrong and HBS not be there to fix it. I am so happy we chose Horizon Beach Services to make our day magical!

Larry was wonderful to work with, and provided us with great service. We live in GA, and we did everything via email and that worked great for us. He came to our rehersal to discuss last minute details and then took it from there. We rented chairs for our wedding at Margaritaville, and then we used his speaker and PA system instead of having a DJ with a playlist we made. We would definitly recommend using him and his team to set up your wedding! Thank you again, everything was great!

Larry and his crew went out of their way to help us, with our daughter's "destination wedding". Since we were doing this from Colorado, I was great to have him respond to our emails/questions in such a timely manner, that all was ready to go once we got to Pensicola. Unfortunately the rains came the morning of the wedding, but Larry helped us with the hotel (Margaritavlle) staff to stage the ceremony indoors.

Larry and his team were incredible. They really went above and beyond our expectations. They were extremely helpful, with much more than just setting everything up. Larry helped explain how the ceremony would work and had lots of tips about how to make it as smooth as possible. Larry also did something that I have never had happen to me before, he charged me considerably less than the bottom number that he estimated. I would recommend him over and over.

They did an amazing job. Larry went above and beyond and it was even better than I had pictures. Also, when we were discussing prices he gave me a rough estimate of how much it would be. The final price wound up being considerably cheaper than the lowest amount he gave me.

Larry was absolutely amazing! He was professional and so friendly. He provided us with recommendations and helped us find our officiant. He had no hesitations whatsoever when it came to any changes we wanted to make. Horizon Beach Services made our wedding dreams come true!! We had our wedding ceremony on the beach. Larry and Cathy took our vision, and delivered a stunning ceremony set-up. Horizon Beach Services was an excellent company to work with. They were always professional, understanding, and worked to make our wedding exactly what we wanted. They were present and engaged for the preparations, rehearsal, and ceremony. We did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, as far as the ceremony was concerned! They took charge, and they did a wonderful job! We could not have picked a better company to help make our ceremony perfect!!

I highly recommend Larry Porto and his team, Horizon Beach Services! They went above and beyond my expectations to assist in planning, coordinating, and staging the wedding of my daughter's dreams. Every detail and was handled with love and care. When I heard the wedding and reception we were hosting was the largest the Margaritaville/Landshark Landing had hosted, I was concerned. You would not have known, Larry and his staff, along with the Margaritaville Hotel staff handled everything smoothly and professionally.

Larry and his team did a phenomenal job coordinating and setting up our beach front ceremony. We planned our destination wedding in less than 3 months from states away and couldn't be happier with the entire experience! We wanted simple, beach chic and they delivered exactly what we visioned. All our communication was corresponded via email and we were completely confident that we picked the best for our wedding. Even though we were unable to rehearse at the exact spot of our ceremony (due to another wedding taking place there the night before), he set-up another spot down the beach and walked us through every step of the process making sure all our questions were answered the night before. I highly recommend Larry and the crew at Horizon Beach Services! They are professional, fun, flexible and their price can not be beat!

I would highly recommend Horizons services. With a destination Wedding I was a bit nervous about having all of this done by someone I didn't even know.......we communicated via e-mail and the responses were prompt. When we met at the place on the beach, Larry had great ideas and the set up was perfect. It was setup and ready when it was suppose to be and we didn't have to worry about putting it up.
This was well worth the money and would use them again if I ever need to....

Larry and his crew were phenomenal! Our daughter's wedding was perfect with every detail taken care. The quick response and professionalism placed our mind at ease early on in the planning stage. We researched numerous other 'larger' wedding services and were so pleased we went with Horizon. Even though their fees were lower, their services were way above average! We have, and will continue, to recommend Horizon to all planning weddings in the Pensacola Beach area.

Larry was very thorough, thoughtful, and helpful. I actually wished I would have talked to him sooner because he offers "the total package." He did an amazing job setting up our beachside ceremony site and had us walk through different options with him before the wedding to make sure we got what we wanted. we did and it was perfect! Thank you Larry!

Larry was super responsive and got things done quickly. We needed chairs 2 weeks before the wedding for a lawn ceremony and he made it happen. Also, the bamboo arbor is amazing. No decoration needed. Looks great on its own. Would definitely recommend this group.

Larry and his team at Horizon Beach Services helped to make my wedding experience stress free and worry free. Larry was prompt at responding to any questions and/or information I may have needed. The ceremony setup was absolutely beautiful and I could tell that Larry had put a lot of effort into making sure everything was setup perfectly. I would definitely recommend Larry for any event setups. Thanks for being a part of my special day!

Larry worked great with us! Everything was beautiful! Didn't want the cheesy bamboo arbor, so we customized our own setting.

Mr. Larry with Horizon is amazing! He is extremely accessible as we usually corresponded via text. He met with us the day before our rehearsal to discuss location of our ceremony site. He was very familiar with our location at Margaritaville Beach Hotel and discussed all of our options. The day of, he had all chairs perfectly aligned at our designated site. He even stayed throughout the ceremony and helped que the musician and the procession. He promptly broke down his chairs after the ceremony and parted. He was very efficient, courteous, and laid back with great pricing and selection. He also did lighting around the railings and palm trees at Landshark. All were great except the palm trees were lit with warm lights and the railings with bright white.. But I had not thought ahead to ensure they would be matching. Other than this, working with Mr. Larry was an absolute breeze!

Larry & his team did an amazing job setting up for my wedding. Everything looked perfect, & they even set up a few decorations that I had brought. Larry was especially helpful when it came to conducting the rehearsal; he has been in this business long enough to know exactly what needed to be done! He is also very easy to communicate with, and is quick to respond to emails. I cannot say "thank you" enough to Horizon- you guys made my wedding absolutely beautiful!!

Awesome group of HBS people, very accommodating, fun and helpful! Is there any way to have table cloths arrive less wrinkled? Friends spent quite a bit of time steaming them. Friends also spent a good deal of time setting up food/ reception tables - determining best location - could have used more of your help with that, realizing questionable weather issues. Maybe add some more people to your crew for table set up? Thank You Larry, I will recommend you and use you again for sure :-)

Worst service EVER. I am a very easy person to deal with, but Larry is a HORRIBLE business person. We sent over tulle for the arbor decorations. Day before wedding we met with Larry to review setup. Larry told us what time he would be setting up and for us to look out to make sure we approved the decorations. I had my bridesmaids check several times to see if things look OK and every time they said they were still setting up. I called Larry to let him know that it looked horrible and would like the white fabric. He not only yelled at me over the phone, he also told me he didn't care he had another wedding to take care of. One of my bridesmaids called after he not only screamed at her but hung up on her. This man is ONLY AFTER MONEY and does not care about the quality or looks of his work. Anyone who gives this guy 5 stars are crazy. My 12yr. Old could have decorated this better than what he did.
