  First Trip to Italy

  Melissa and Isaac planned my husband and I's first Italy vacation and it could not have run smoother. Having never been to Italy and following a busy wedding year I did not have time to research and plan ahead of time so getting Hillsdale Travel to assist was a great solution. Melissa and Isaac had just done a fantastic job on our wedding invitations and menus so we felt comfortable working with them again. We visited 4 cities in 11 days - Venice, Florence, Rome and Positano. The boutique hotels they recommended had the Italian charm we were looking for, clean, friendly and centrally located to the sights in each city. When available our rooms had a balcony and/or window with a beautiful water view with breakfast included. Our transfers between cities went smoothly with not one hiccup in our itinerary. The 3 excursions they planned for us gave us a great foundation to our schedule which helped us build the rest of our trip from there. Through the process of planning Melissa and Isaac work as a team and are always available for questions without giving you too much personal input as to change your opinions so you can decide what's best for you. This allowed us to get honest feedback and we liked that we could add or remove anything from the itinerary as our plans developed leading up to final payment. We felt very comfortable having their organized itinerary to structure our first trip to Italy. We are so happy we had the opportunity to work together and look forward to our next vacation!

  Had a great experience booking our honeymoon at Hillsdale Travel Agency! Melissa was so extremely helpful and very patient. She sat with us several times and went through different islands and places to go to that were all inclusive. She was very knowledgeable and with her expertise we were so grateful and very happy with our choice. She was not pressuring and helped us find our dream honeymoon destination. My husband and I had an amazing time and we cannot wait to book our next vacation with Melissa! Thank you again Melissa! You're the best!

  We found Melissa through an online search, and we are glad we did! We had no idea where we wanted to go on our honeymoon- we just knew we wanted someplace different where we didn't need to waste 2 days traveling. Melissa suggested the perfect destination for us, and we were booked within an hour of meeting with her. We are just back from our honeymoon to the Exumas, and everything was wonderful. She had us set up as VIP guests, the service was outstanding, and the entire trip was a perfect match for what we were looking for. We plan on using Melissa again for our future travel!

  Melissa became our wedding planner through working with her for planning the honeymoon and picking out save the dates, wedding invitations and thank you cards. She is amazing and we cannot wait to work with her again!

  I highly recommend Melissa Pavlik. She was generous with her time and knowledge; she patiently guided us through picking our save the date, shower and wedding invitations, as well as a few fun "extras"; and she expertly helped us plan an amazing honeymoon. Whatever your budget, she can help you pick out beautiful invitations and plan the honeymoon of your dreams. She will spend as much time with you as you need, which is important if you're undecided and not quite sure what you want.

  We met with Melissa at Hillsdale Travel after a friend used her for their honeymoon. She was SO helpful in finding us the right honeymoon. We'll be taking a Mediterranean cruise for 12 nights and staying in Rome for a few extra days before the honeymoon!

  Melissa is a lifesaver!!!! She is great to work with!! She not only helped us pick an amazing honeymoon to Antigua but she did our wedding invitations which were stunning!!! She goes above and beyond your expectations she gets back to you with simple questions right away and makes you feel comfortable with all you decisions, she has a solid background in everything wedding and she knows her stuff!!! Go to her she's amazing!!!

  My now husband and I used Melissa Pavlik and Hillsdale Travel for our recent June honeymoon. We traveled overseas, to Thailand, for a total of 10 days. Melissa planned our honeymoon from top to bottom and then some. While being away we had not one worry... We had someone take us to and greet us at every airport, pick us up and take us to every excursion (which she also guided us in planning!), and not to mention Melissa booked the most beautiful hotels and resorts that I've ever laid eyes on. Melissa and Hillsdale Travel really took it to the next level with this over the top, memorable Honeymoon. We can't thank them enough.. They have our devoted business!

  We worked with Melissa Pavlik to plan our honeymoon at the Secrets resort in Jamaica. Melissa helped us understand what we were really looking for and what was available within our budget. She also showed us a lot of different options for the type of honeymoon/budget/location we decided on.
  
  We did go through periods where we found Melissa hard to contact, and her co-workers were far less than professional in assisting in that. At one point a gentleman at the office gave my husband a private, travel agent only phone number to the gogo vacation office to check on our reservation as he did not want to do so himself. We later came to find out that this was a direct violation of gogo's agreement and put both Melissa and us in a bad light. In the end there was a reason why it took a few days (or 1 week at one point) to get a call back.
  
  Overall we would recommend Melissa 100%, but would say to avoid the others in this office. Also we would advise to always work through Melissa even when told by her coworkers to do otherwise.

  We worked with Melissa and she was awful. My husband ended up calling the resort himself and having to redo the whole process because Melissa did not do her job. She also claimed to be able to do invitations and other stuff providing you with a discount but she lies about the discounts and charges you extra. She is the most incompetent person I have ever come in contact with throughout my whole process of wedding planning. Whatever you do Stay AWAY
