We recently hosted our event at Holy Trinity Reception Center, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well organized, making it perfect for hosting a large gathering.
A special thank you to Elaine and Rosie, who were absolutely incredible throughout the entire planning process. They were professional, attentive, and always willing to help with every detail. Their guidance and coordination made the planning so much easier and stress-free. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly because of their thoughtful preparation and support.
Our guests had a fantastic time, and we received many compliments about the venue and how well the event was organized. We are very grateful to Elaine, Rosie, and the entire team at Holy Trinity Reception Center for helping make our event so memorable.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this wedding venue! From start to finish, Elaine and Rosie were absolutely incredible to work with. They were always quick to respond to any questions, no matter how big or small, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported throughout the entire planning process.
What stood out the most was how willing they were to research details we were unsure about and bring back helpful answers, making the process so much less stressful. They also worked with us to stay within our budget without ever making us feel like we had to compromise on our vision.

Stacey was always so quick to respond, very professional and flexible when my fiancé and I weren’t sure on some things. The venue itself is very beautiful, the window lighting is everything, it’s very spacious and super affordable. -

My wedding day on March 30, 2024, was an absolute dream come true, and I owe it all to the incredible team at Holy Trinity wedding Reception. From the moment my fiancé and I stepped foot into the venue, we knew it was the perfect place to say "I do." Elaine and Debbie, the amazing staff members went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our special day was absolutely perfect.
Our wedding was successful because of their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our vision. Elaine and Debbie worked closely with my mom and me to create a unique and intimate split ballroom design that truly captured the essence of our love story. Their expertise and guidance throughout the planning process made all the difference, and I am forever grateful for their support.
On the day of our wedding, the Agape Hall transformed into a magical wonderland. The elegant uplighting and spacious dance floor created the perfect ambiance for our celebration. My husband and I felt like royalty as we danced the night away, surrounded by our loved ones.

This venue was absolutely amazing. The staff was amazing and very helpful in every aspect of the wedding planning leading up to the wedding day. The only downfall about this venue is the Bridal suite is very warm. They did tell us about it being warm but didn't realize it was that bad. This can be easily avoided by bringing in a small AC unit. Besides that, everything was AMAZING! Highly recommend! -

The Holy Trinity Reception Center is a beautiful venue with wonderful people. After extensive searching, my husband and I decided to book this venue after a walkthrough and learning that the hall we would be getting married into was called the “Agape Ballroom”. Debbie, Elaine, and the team worked miracles to make our wedding everything we ever wanted and more. Our wedding hosted about 140 guests and the space was more than enough. In addition to this, everything they offered was all that we needed to make our day special and within our budget. Debbie and Elaine placed such an importance of our vision that they allowed us to even design our own floor plan. I’ll encourage anyone to book them for events, wedding, banquets, ETC. In your search through their ballroom layouts , make a to check out “The Montgomery Floor-plan” -

The staff went above and beyond for our event. They assisted us when ever it was possible from the set-up to the breakdown. We loved the set-up and the staff was so nice and knowledgeable. The pavilion, our venue for our high school reunion was the perfect out door space for us to meet and reminisce. We would definitely hold another reunion there again. Great job Holy Trinity! -

The venue is gorgeous! The panning process and communication with staff is very accessible, easy and very straight forward. Elaine and Debbie are very attentive and professional when answering any questions or concerns. My daughter’s event was day after hurricane Ian and I was a ball of anxiety leading up to event. They were there to hear me cry and vent and quickly assisted to help in any way to make sure my daughter has the Quinceañera of her dreams. Besides minor bumps that could have not been avoided due to weather circumstances and loosing power in my home. My daughter had the most magical quinceañera ever! A lifetime event that she will cherish forever! Thank you Elaine and Debbie, for all that you do, for showing compassion and being my calm before the storm. I am forever thankful and I will continue to brag about Holy Trinity to everyone that comes my way! You guys are amazing! -

First of all, I want to thank Elaine and Debbie for all the care, advice, and help they gave me from the very beginning, when my husband and I called Holy Trinity looking for the perfect location for our wedding. Elaine with her sympathy, charisma and positive energy, answered our call and at that very moment she invited us to go to the place to show it to us. There, she received us with great joy and showed us everything: the Agape Ballroom, the Aegean Hall, the bridal room, and all the surroundings outside. We were instantly completely mesmerized by this place; the spectacularly spacious Agape Ballroom, completely updated, stunning chandeliers, carpeted with a 24' x 24' dance floor, gorgeous Foyer with a photo drape, the Aegean Hall for the cocktail, the huge kitchen, and well yeah, we had no hesitation in choosing it for our big day. Communication was through the Honeybook portal and even though it was my first time, I learned how to use it. This was very convenient to keep each other up to date on everything I was planning. Whenever I had any concerns, questions, or suggestions, Debbie's responses were always prompt. She was excellent in responding as soon as she read my messages; in every detail as simple as it may seem. Debbie was very accommodating to all my requests and was very helpful in guiding me with many things that I did not know. One of the things that I am very grateful to them for, was keeping always my leadership when I was making the decisions for my event. Communication is a very important factor for the success of an event and also for everyone to be “on the same page”. I am immensely grateful for indulging me with the emerald green lighting in the room, which gave it a spectacularly beautiful and romantic touch; also for allowing me to distribute the tables the way I had them in mind; for allowing me to set the Foyer and providing me with the tables and easels I needed; for admitting each and every one of my vendors, who were given a very professional and exceptional treatment, and for providing everything that we agreed from the beginning. Nothing, absolutely nothing was left out. It’s been two weeks since our wedding, and I just can't stop thinking about this wonderful day, and how impressive the Agape Ballroom was. It was like being in a fairy tale and arriving at the prince's castle. I do not have enough words to show my gratitude for all the treatment and everything Holy Trinity’s team did for us, so that our big day remains not only in my memory and my husband’s, but also in the memory of each and every one who attended and had a great time. I will definitely recommend this place for future events. Thanks to the Holy Trinity Reception Center’s team, for their professionalism, for giving us the necessary attention and allowing us to celebrate this memorable day, in such a magnificent room. This venue is amazing! As soon as we found out there was an available date when we were looking, my (now husband) and I jumped on it. The reception center--even without decorations--is already beautiful (those chandeliers!). They had all the basics we needed, from tables/chairs/linens/dance floor/up-lighting, etc. and Elaine and Debbie were WONDERFUL to work with. They provided so many resources and referrals (including our caterer, whom we loved) and every one of them loved working with this venue. They even set up a projector screen because my MOH couldn't make it due to an unexpected death in the family, so she recorded her speech and we were able to include it. Overall, our wedding day was seamless--if there was a problem, I never found out about it--and I owe it all to these folks. If you're looking for an indoor venue, 10/10 I recommend. -

The entire experience was great. Beautiful venue, clean, spacious and multifunctional. Elaine and Debbie were a pleasure to work with as well as the other staff. Our wedding coordinator Keith & Lakishia Lovett of Destiny Divine Kreations worked with Holy Trinity to create a classic and stunning event! Virgo Cakes did a beautiful job on our cake, the limo driver blessed us with a bottle of champagne and was so polite. Our DJ Keith Lovett did a great job. The caterers, Reuben & Iris Trapp did phenomenal with the food! Premiere Services gave us a wonderful serve staff and bartender! All were professional and sweet. The decor was SUPERB! We couldn't be more happier, it was a wonderful evening! Thanks to all!

I had my daughters Bridal shower on dec/23/20 the first place we booked canceled on us so with only 2 months to go and from out of state the staff from holy trinity worked magic everything was perfect the place is so gorgeous and sparkling clean they helped me find catering and walked me through everything I will definitely recommend this venue and the two gentlemen that was there to help us on the day of the event was amazing 5 stars from us..thank you -

Elaine & Jillian were phenomenal and worked very closely with me in helping to to make my day perfect. Jillian worked step by step with me to create an optimal floor plan, as we had over 300 guests. Elaine worked closely with vendors to ensure proper insurance was provided & that we would have enough staff on hand to help manage the large quantity of guests. In addition to Elaine & Jillian, their staff is amazing. Very professional & ready to assist in any way possible! -

We used this venue for our traditional wedding. It was nice that they allowed outside catering. The centre is large. It is deal for weddings and large events. The getting ready room is a nice place for a quick change but not for the entire wedding party which they let you know. Staff was really responsive and flexible. There weren't as many exterior opportunities for photos but we were still able to find great candids. Overall everything was quite lovely and memorable. -

From the moment I walked into Holy Trinity Reception Center, I knew it was a hidden gem. This venue has the most stunning ballroom I have ever seen, but more importantly, the staff is so kind and flexible which made our experience so wonderful. Elaine and Jillian were always available to me and my husband with any questions we had. The level of professionalism of the staff is unparalleled in the wedding/event industry. We booked the smaller room for our cocktail hour and the large ballroom for the reception. When our guests walked into the main ballroom for the reception their jaws dropped to the floor in awe. I cannot thank the team at Holy Trinity enough for all their time and hard work. The venue was perfect! I still can’t believe we paid less than $4,000 for all that was included. I had planned and coordinated many weddings in my career, and I would happily recommend Holy Trinity as the best vendor I have had the pleasure to work with. -

Troy Sent on 08/06/2018We decided to book this venue due to the flexibility with providing food and liquor from outside vendors. We were able to use the caterer of the choice and buy/serve as much alcohol as our heart desired (A LOT). In addition, it had a large enough space to accommodate our 300-400 guests. We booked it for two days, one day was for a traditional Indian wedding (400 guests, theater style) and the other was for the reception (300 guests, banquet style). We worked with Jillian the majority of the time, who was very friendly and always quick to respond to our many questions. Elaine was also available to assist as well when Jillian was not. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and how everything came out. Our guests were very happy as well and all had a great time.

All of my questions and concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. The facility staff who were present the day of my wedding we're visible and able to assist whenever asked. If I ever assist with or have another big function such as my wedding, I would not hesitate to use them again.
