Superb customer service
My biggest problem was the timeline, and Holly worked with me to make it as fast as possible to get it across the USA to the bride in time. She was very flexible and was able to do a combo of corsages, bouquet, flower crown, and boutonniere in no time flat! Highly recommend! -

Beautiful artificial florals!
I just opened the giant package full of my wedding florals today and I am IN LOVE. Holly did a ton of custom work for me--it started off with just bouquets and boutonnières, but then it somehow turned into centerpiece wreaths, arch pieces, and a garland for our sweetheart table, as well. She was so flexible and communicative with me as we nailed down the details of what florals I wanted for my wedding.
I was a little nervous about having all artificial flowers and greenery, but everything is so BEAUTIFUL! They look so real, I absolutely would not have known they weren't if I had not ordered them myself. And I love that I don't have to stress about things wilting. I'm also super sentimental, so I love that I'll be able to save my bridal bouquet forever 🥰
If you're looking for artificial florals, I highly recommend Holly. -

Amazing Experience!
Holly was professional and went above and beyond from beginning to end! She used the nicest stems and materials and made the process of designing my bouquet not only a breeze but a blast. From someone who worked in a silk flower shop throughout college I had high expectations that Holly had no problem meeting and exceeding. I am so happy that I ordered from Holly for my big day and can guarantee that she will do all she can from beginning to end to make sure you are having and well taken care of. Thanks Holly!!! -

One of my best decisions!
My original wedding date was 5/9/2020, which was Mother's Day weekend. This meant that every florist I reached out to was forcing a minimum along with an additional fee for needing flowers on a holiday weekend. My fiance and I were looking at spending upwards for $3000 for flowers that we didn't really care about or want, and to top it all off we knew they were going to die before we returned from our 2 week honeymoon. Our venue encouraged us not to waste money on flowers, but I still wanted to have a little floral touch.
This prompted us to order our flowers from Holly. Her flowers are beautiful, my bridesmaids loved them and all asked to keep their bouquets.
Ordering from Holly ended up being a saving grace. Once the pandemic hit and we were forced to postpone our wedding until the end of August. If we had chosen to buy real flowers, we would have lost a ton of money as I've seen so many others post about on social media. Thanks to Holly that was one less stress we had to worry about when changing our wedding date.
Holly was also really great about customizing my order, I wanted boutonnieres that weren't listed in her offerings as well as corsages that I wanted to put my own personal touches on, and she worked with me to get my order to be just what I wanted.
My only complaint would be I had to wait a little longer than originally anticipated to receive my order, but I placed my order really early so it wasn't an actual issue and Holly communicated all of the delays directly to me so I was always aware. Overall, she provides excellent customer service and a product that is unparalleled, you will not be disappointed if you choose to buy your flowers through Holly's Flowers! -

Perfect Wedding Flowers
Holly and her team at Hollys Flower Shoppe exceeded my wedding flower dreams! I was married on 8/1/20 and adamant on having anemones in my wedding bouquet and Holly made my dreams a reality. I ordered flowers for myself, my groom, all of my bridal party and the parents of the bride and groom, including corsages, boutonnieres, and bouquets, and everything was beautiful beyond words. The only thing better than Hollys works of art is her customer service. She was quick to respond, reassuring, and overly accommodating given the unforeseen times. I have already referred Hollys Flower Shoppe to all of my friends and family. If you want flowers that will look flawless, personalized communication with the florist, and beautiful arrangements that will last a lifetime, look no further. Loved my flowers!
I found Holly on Etsy and reached out because her bouquets were exactly how I pictured for my wedding. From my first contact with her she was nothing but professional, kind and timely in her communication. Though there were a few delays, she always took the time to let me know and to send updates and pictures. She was so patient even when I confused things by adding on corsages and boutonnieres to my order after the fact. Several guests at my wedding told me how surprised them were when they realized the flowers weren't real, and now I have a lovely keepsake to remind me of my wedding day. I would recommend her to anyone and if I ever have any more flower needs, I'll definitely work with her again! -

I cannot stop looking at my wedding bouquet! The peach and coral go together beautifully. I went looking for peach roses and baby's breath and didn't think I wanted coral until I saw this. It's very hard to find natural looking baby's breath and Holly has nailed it! Everyone that has seen my bouquet has lots of positive things to say. There is not one thing I would change about it and cannot wait to carry it with me on my wedding day. -

I decided to order silk flowers at the very last minute before my wedding. By some miracle of the internet, I found Holly and ordered a bouquet and 3 boutonnieres. She made it all happen and the items FAR EXCEEDED all our expectations! I got compliments on my gorgeous bouquet all day, and people couldn't believe the flowers weren't real. I found Holly's Flower shop on Etsy. She made all the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and even made pompadour kissing flower balls for our flower girls for our wedding. After telling her what I was looking for and the colors, she made a custom designs for our wedding. She is an awesome communicator, answers all email and questions promptly. The flowers were beautiful, you couldn't even tell they were artificial. She does beautiful professional work. I would recommend her to anyone!! Holly was a perfect pleasure to deal with; approachable, friendly, responsive, attentive, patient, flexible, professional, and customer-focused in the extreme. My bouquet was many steps in development from original concept to final brief, but Holly was there every step of the way, with saintly patience as I reworked elements again and again! Finally, she delivered an end product that was more beautiful than I could possibly have envisioned, and now I can hardly wait for my wedding day so I can show my exquisite flowers off! I cannot recommend her highly enough.
I am so glad I chose Holly to do my wedding flowers; I can't imagine a better vendor.
In addition to being able to be ordered and stored weeks or even months ahead of time, thus frontloading that one element and so removing the need for running around the day before or morning of the wedding, Holly's bouquets are significantly lighter than living florals, due to missing all the chlorophyll and whatnot that weighs live blooms down. For those reasons, she is the ideal florist for brides with disability, illness or chronic pain issues, and this disabled bride expects to have no issue carrying her large and lovely bouquet - as light as dried! - around for the whole day. :-D -

Holly made a custom bouquet and boutonnière for my wedding (March 2017!) and it was honestly the most wonderful experience. She was responsive, had amazing communication and so helpful and willing to put my vision to life! There was a slight delay due to back ordering products but she kept me in the loop and was so lovely the whole time, it didn't matter a bit. The final bouquet is stunning and exactly what I had in mind. International shipping (to Australia) was also ridiculously quick, only 5 buisiness days. I could not recommend Holly highly enough. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you! -

Holly what a dream to work with! She was so fast with responding and mailing out my bouquet! I got them in less than a week! I had an unconventional wedding and got married in a rain forest and I was just planning on using them in the forest but ended up including them in all my wedding photos! They stayed perfect in place after being stuffed into a hiking pack and and looked great even after getting rained on for two hours! They looked real and photographed beautifully and I did not have to worry about working with an out of town vendor or having them wilt in the hot climate of a destination wedding! HIGHLY recommend!! -

I was so glad I worked with Holly for the flowers for my wedding on 10/24/15. She was able to understand exactly what I wanted and designed them even better than I could have ever imagined. I love that they were affordable and I get to keep them forever! They were so realistic, there were two funny incidents: when my photographer got to the house he asked for paper towels so he could dry off the flower stems so we wouldn't get water on our dresses and at the reception the bridesmaids put their bouquets in mason jars as decoration and the caterer added water to all of the mason jars because she thought they were real! Seriously, you couldn't ask for anything better, they were beautiful! -

This was a custom order for a miniature replica of my wedding bouquet in honor of my upcoming 15th wedding anniversary. Holly was an absolute dream to work with! She was very responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. We custom designed my bouquet based off of an inspiration picture, and Holly would email me with the smallest of details such as if I liked certain flowers, how big I wanted the cascade, etc. My bouquet arrived incredibly quickly and I am absolutely in love with it! It looks 100% real, especially in pictures! I highly, highly recommend Holly for all of your silk flower needs, and will definitely use her if I ever need silk floral arrangements in the future! -

I can't tell you how many people came up to me to compliment my bouquet and when I told them it was fake they couldn't believe it. I bought Holly's rustic bouquet with the succulants in it and I absolutely loved it. She also sent me loose flowers that matched my bouquet that we used on my wedding cake. Everything was stunning and photographs even better, couldn't be happier! -

Holly worked with me to create custom bouquets and boutonierres for my wedding within three weeks. She maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process and sent pictures of flower options and the bouquets as they were completed. Holly helped save my wedding! The first florist I used made a disaster out of the silk flower arrangements I ordered. The ones Holly made were perfect! And she turned them around fast!! What can I say about Holly? She is amazing!!! Willing to work with you at the drop of a hat. She is all about customer service and doing what needs to be done so that your product is all that you imagined it would be. What can I say about the product? Stunning!!!! Holly is amazing!! I was mostly impressed with her communication. She was really quick to respond and we were able to get things figured out really quickly. The bouquets are incredible, and exactly what I wanted!! We had a slight issue with the post office (which she had NO control over). The package took about 16 days to get from her in New Jersey, to me in Utah. She was super sympathetic with the situation and called the post office and did everything in her power to get the flowers here faster. When I told her we needed a swatch so that we could coordinate our color scheme, she sent me samples of ribbon and petals so that I could have them while we were waiting for the flowers to get here. I'm so glad I went with her, she even worked with our budget to get exactly what I wanted for a price we could afford! I highly recommend her! -

I am a little late writing this reiew. I was married on 12-13-14. I waited a little too long to order flowers...BUT this was not a problem for Holly. My flowers were gorgeous!!!! I still love them. The reds and whites went great with our retro casual Graceland small wedding. I could not be happier. I highly reccommend!!!

I stumbled upon hollys flower shoppe thru Etsy and just by viewing I knew I wanted her to create something special. I told holly my wedding colors and the type of flowers I love and she created the perfect bouquet for me and my girls! I couldn't say enough great things about her service! Holly and I are patting ourselves on the back right now! From the very beginning Holly was attentive and communicative, completing a custom order for myself and my bridesmaids. She sent photos of both options for the flowers to be incorporated and of the finished product, making adjustments along the way according to comments and preferences of both myself and my fiancé. When the USPS lost track of my box and she found they had damaged my shipment and completely lost the flowers, Holly immediately filed an insurance claim and completely re-created my order. We all know things go wrong in wedding planning, but we were in it together and I felt taken care of. Today the flowers arrived safely (via UPS this time!) and I couldn\'t be more pleased. Holly was amazing! She answered all of my questions before I ordered, and convo'd back and forth with me afterward until I was 100% happy with my flower choices. She asked me lots of questions, to get a real feel for my personal tastes and the mood and themes for our wedding. She had a lot of great suggestions to add to my bouquet to keep it in theme. She made made my bouquet and the flowers for our wedding party exactly how I wanted, sending me pictures throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Holly for your wedding flowers. We messaged back and forth every day for about a month to get the flowers picked out for my bouquets and they turned out perfect. Her attention to detail was great and she was so nice even when I changed my mind or was being picky about the colors. I was concerned about having the right colors and it was not an issue at all because Holly sent me pictures of every different color she had or could possibly get. Even after I made the initial order I placed another order for a few more corsages and boutineers and she sent them within a week. I loved having the flowers in my house all packed up just waiting for the wedding day. -

Despite me living in the UK and trying to arrange my NJ wedding from the UK Holly was an excellent communicator, I sent her photos of what I liked and she came back to me with her own creative input and suggestions and on the day delivered the flowers to me which were exactly what I wanted. After searching all over for flowers, I decided to check online for silk flowers. I discovered Holly and was immediately impressed with the bouquets that she put together. I contacted her a few weeks before my wedding and she was super responsive and helpful, even with Hurricane Sandy at bay.
