A Million Memories

Holly is wonderful. I have known her for several years and knew that I wanted her to be my photographer. I have always admired her photography as she has photographed several of my friend's wedding. Each wedding has been more and more amazing. She has such a vision for each wedding she photographs and makes sure each wedding stands apart from others. I love her adventure for trying new venues, she always find the most amazing places to take pictures. She also has a special way of finding the best light which makes each picture pop. Pictures are worth a million memories and Holly makes sure your pictures are edited to perfection! I cannot wait for our one year anniversary so we can book Holly again!

Holly is amazing! From the very first contact, to the last, she has been wonderful! Quick to respond, very laid back and makes you feel special! Her pictures are beautiful and the ease of viewing the photos are wonderful! If you ever get a chance, let Holly capture your special moments...you won't be disappointed!

Holly did my senior session and I could not have been more pleased!!! She was so sweet and I could tell she wanted to do everything she could to make sure I was happy with the pictures! The pictures turned out fabulous and I would not have wanted anyone else to do my senior session!

There aren't enough stars on this review thing to express how thrilled I am with this vendor. I'm a photographer myself, so the quality of our wedding photography was a matter of HUGE importance to me. However, we were also very much planning our wedding on a budget...so I was terrified for a while that I'd never be able to find the quality I was looking for at a price our budget could handle. Thank God I found Holly L. Robbins Photography--they do exquisite work while still being affordable!
Holly was very easy to communicate with (which is especially impressive considering she's a busy mommy) throughout all the planning, and she and Miriam were great fun to work with at the wedding; I'm generally far more comfortable *behind* the camera than in front of it, but they really made me (and James, my now-husband, and our guests) feel at ease, and they did an absolutely amazing job with our photos! We had a lot of fairy-tale/Renaissance flair--complete with Renaissance-esque attire (for James and myself)--and personalized decor (like different themed centerpieces on each reception table) in our wedding, and the photos truly captured all of the unique parts and magical beauty of the day!
Another thing--Holly had our photos finished and available for us incredibly quickly; not even two full weeks passed between our wedding day and Holly sending me the link to our finished photo album, so we didn't have to sit in suspense for a month or more as is more common with most event photography. I was (and am) thoroughly impressed by that turn-around rate! (And again, the photos are absolutely stunning, so it's not like you're sacrificing quality for quick delivery.)
So yeah...I hiiiiiiiiiighly recommend Holly L. Robbins Photography! ^_^

I cannot say enough about Holly and her photography! She documented our pregnancy journey and newborn babe so beautifully! I will cherish our precious photographs forever. She gives the best direction while shooting, makes you feel beautiful and pays attention to every detail! She is simply the best. I've known Holly since high school, and have used her for various sessions since she first started (family photos & boudoir). She truly has a talent and I recommend her to everybody that I know who is looking for an amazing photographer. She is super sweet and makes you feel really comfortable. I am always amazed with the end product.

I have had the pleasure of having Holly shoot several sessions for me. Last January she posted some information about a boudoir shoot. I was looking for the perfect Valentine's Day gift for my husband and I remember staring at the message I had drafted to Holly...I finally told myself to just hit send!! When I say I am so glad I did, that is the truth! I was nervous of course, because I am NOT a model and I was totally reaching out of my comfort zone. When the day arrived and I made it to Holly's I was so comfortable that it didn't even seem like I was nervous to begin with! Holly is so sweet and amazing at what she does. She knew exactly what I was looking for and she knew exactly which angles to choose!! By the end of the session I left feeling like ONE HOT MAMA. And my husband was pretty satisfied too...;) I would and do recommend Holly for all of your photography needs, but ESPECIALLY a boudoir shoot.

Holly is absolutely phenomenal! My fiancé booked her for a surprise proposal photoshoot with an engagement session to follow. He said she was willing to travel and was very flexible about the date/time. She is an awesome communicator and makes herself available to help. She even gave him pointers such making sure my nails were done by sending me to a manicure and telling me we were going to dinner to make sure I was dressed up. She is so genuinely kind and invested in her clients. She and her husband did a fantastic job at being stealthy, because I was completely surprised! The photos are amazing: beautiful and professional. She uploaded some of the pictures the very next day, so we were able to instantly share the experience with our families and friends. Holly is really creative with her photography and had so many great ideas for pictures. In summary, I would definite choose Holly every time to capture life's special moments.

Holly L. Robbins Photography was the best decision we made for our wedding photography service! I stumbled upon her page through a referral and I fell in love with her style of work. She planned a meet and greet or initial consult to get a feel of what we were looking for and the vision we had in mind. She was able to capture just that! She and her assistant, Miriam, photographed our entire wedding day and every single picture came out perfect! The picture quality was just absolutely stunning! Holly and Miriam were just so wonderful to work with. Her timing was also great! We were able to get our pictures back in a few weeks. I cannot wait to use her again! Thank you so much, Holly!

Holly captured the most incredible moments of my son's wedding. Her photos are breath taking and bring every moment back to life months later. Holly made us all feel so comfortable and it seemed like she was a member of the family before the night was over. We just loved her!

Holly Robbins is the absolute best for photography! She did my engagement photos as well as my wedding and I always get compliments whenever they're viewed by others. She's a joy to work with and both my husband and I truly enjoyed working with her! We're not the most photogenic couple, but you truly can't tell from our photos because she's that great at what she does. Everyone in the entire wedding party loved her and I certainly look forward to working with her again soon!!!

Holly did such a great job at our wedding we used her for our daughters newborn session. My daughter is three now and we are still having Holly photograph our family.

Holly was amazing! She made every photo seem so natural. Didn't even feel like we were in a photo session! It was like just hanging out with a great friend gabbing about plans. Every photo she took seemed to tell its own part of a love story. Absolutely stunning!! She works soo great with lighting and surroundings and captures the beauty in everything! I absolutely love working with Holly!!! She not only shot my wedding, but did my engagement photos as well as my boudoir session! I am NOT a photogenic person, but Holly made me feel comfortable and made our sessions lots of fun! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and will personally continue to use her photography services for ALL major life events to come!

Holly and her team are amazingly fantastic! I actually hired her through a Facebook post in 2012. We were doing a court house wedding and she just happened to write a post about wanting to shoot a court house wedding. All this took place only two days before the wedding. We never had a chance to meet her before the wedding but we were so happy with the outcome! We never had one hiccup with her. She listens, she is very professional, she has a wonderful eye for those perfect moments and we LOVE our pictures! When we had our reception a year later there was no doubt who was going to be our photographer. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Holly Robbins. When we first met her, it was like we had known her forever! She is a very personable person and a great person to work with. Pictures are one of the things that are very special to me. She went above and beyond to photograph our engagement pictures as well as our wedding. There is not another photographer I would reccomnend when it comes to making memories that will last forever!!

I first knew of Holly Robbins' work through my husband's cousin. Her reputation of her work, professionalism, and relationship with clients were all incredibly positive. Although my husband and I were engaged in 2011, we did not pursue photography options until almost a year later. I was a very nervous bride-to-be and Holly made this aspect of planning so easy. Our story of dating and engagement was so special and that was the first thing she wanted to know--how we met, how we became engaged, and how we envision our future. It was clear that she had worked with clients like myself in the past (anxious, overwhelmed, and on a strict budget). From engagement pictures to social media posts, to the actually wedding day, she and her team were wonderful to both of us. I gave all of the vendors for my day free reign with limited requests--this included pictures. I only had a couple that I personally wanted, and Holly and her team went above and beyond in making some of the most memorable pictures! More than I could have imagined. As self-conscious as I was about my appearance, Holly's photographic eye caught me in truly beautiful moments. I particularly appreciated her efficiency of communication and planning. I knew engaging her with our wedding pictures was the right decision when I realized how much of the "burden" was taken off of me and her passion was so clear for what she does. We've been married for a year and a half and I still get comments about our pictures and I will cherish them forever.

Holly was wonderful! There was a good distance between us in the planning, 3 hours away. She was always available to meet via skype or speak by phone. We had a few challenges on the wedding day that Holly and her assistant handled beautifully without my groom or I having to worry about. All of our pictures turned out beautifully, we were excited with each one! One of our top priorities was finding a photographer within our budget. Holly Robbins Photography offered us the opportunity to have our wedding photographed beautifully in budget.

We used Holly for our engagement pictures and for our wedding day. She is fantastic! Not only is she the sweetest person, but her work is amazing. She makes time for her brides and is passionate about what she does! You will be beyond happy with the results if you work with Holly!

Overall Holly was an amazing photographer. Her work is stunningly beautiful. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took our engagement and wedding pictures. She is willing to work with you in whatever you are wanting to do. When we had to drop our huge venue in exchange for a quaint backyard wedding she didn't judge, she smiled and said it will be perfect. She went out of her way to capture the day without showing the city around us. I got a high priced venue feel in my images because of the way she shoots. Holly takes the time to readjust anything she feels isn't right in the shot she is trying to get. She will tell you to drop your chin, smile, don't smile, look one way or another. She helps with how to pose your body and make you look perfect. If you are camera shy, don't worry she will help you! The only disappointment that I had from our experience was our first look shot and our cake cutting. There was not a shot of my husbands reaction to seeing me or a shot of us eating cake. We are cutting it but not eating. But overall I was thrilled with the images I did receive and I will use Holly again in the future. :)

If you book Holly, I hope she treats you better than she did us. You will certainly be paying for top notch service which is why I didn't continue with her since we weren't receiving that. At first she was sweet and seemed excited. We already had engagement pictures, but she said she wanted to do some so that we could meet before the wedding. We were willing to pay extra ontop of our package to do this. She claimed to have us down for 2 dates in case of rain. A week before, I messaged her, trying to finalize details such as location, how long our session was, etc. since this was unknown. She read the message and didn't reply. It was the weekend so I figured on Monday she would get back to me but she didn't. I waited another day or so and sent another- ignored. I finally texted her. (All of these means of communication were normal for her as far as I knew since we had used them before.) She barely responded, refused to travel 6 miles out of her "radius" of 30 miles to meet us, & basically blamed me for not getting in touch with her sooner. I do not think that is my job. As the paid vendor, if she saw our session coming up, she could have easily checked in with me if need be. I said forget it-why pay more than we had agreed to since she clearly thought she was the only person with a busy schedule? She had the nerve to say that the weather had turned out bad so it was for the best. I replied saying that is what our second date was for. No response. Just days later when that second date came, she posted pictures from a session with another couple on "our" date at "our" time! I was so fed up that I canceled our contract & laid it all out for her. She briefly said sorry I felt the way I did, but it was not an apology for her actions. She refunded our deposit, but I am sure it was in hopes I wouldn't say anything on here. We found a great photographer with just 2 months left, saved a ton of money, & had no time limit, so it worked out perfectly how it was meant to be!
