Hollow Brook is an absolutely amazing venue! The grounds are beautiful and make for amazing photos while the aesthetic of the entire space was exactly what we were looking for. It does not feel like your stereotypical wedding venue. Our wedding was PERFECT and it was all because of the amazing staff at Hollow Brook. Gabby is very helpful in answering questions and is so knowledgeable on everything that goes into the event she makes sure no detail is missed while planning. The day of the event went so smoothly because the staff know what they are doing! We didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding because the staff there took care of everything! The food was also phenomenal (we had two chefs in attendance who commented on how good it was). They also do really well with allergies - myself (the bride), my mother, my sister (maid of honor) and my aunt all have celiac disease and no one got sick!

November 8th 2025 Wedding at Hollowbrook
There is nothing more important than choosing the right venue and food for your wedding day. Hollowbrook provides the best of both worlds with not just a top tier venue with gorgeous views, elegant architecture and AMAZING spots to take photos; but they provide you with the BEST wedding spread you could ever imagine. Beginning at cocktail hour all the way to dessert, there is not a single detail that is missed or a guest left unserved. Our guests could not stop raving about the quantity and quality of food (12 delicious appetizers, stations and harvest table and they were FULL). What really spoke to us the most post wedding was how efficient the workers are on the wedding day and how much they truly care that the day goes spectacularly for the couple. We were never without a drink in our hand or food on our plates. They ENSURED the day went seamless from beginning to end and that we followed the format for the day so we could enjoy ourselves. I could not recommend this venue more and we are truly blown away that we picked the BEST place to get married. Hollowbrook will forever hold the best memories we share and we could not have experienced the joy without the support from this team. We owe it all to each and every single one of you. Harrison Wedding
We got married in November 2025 and it was the perfect day! Our guests are still talking about our wedding day and how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Everyone raved about the cocktail hour and how the food just kept coming out. The service from the staff was also great. From the very beginning of our experience, Gabby was so helpful and attentive to our needs. She knew that I wanted a very personalized ceremony and reception and met with us multiple times so that she could note where things would be placed. She placed everything beautifully and I couldn't have asked for more. I was so pleased with how beautiful the venue looked all decorated and how our photographer was able to take pictures in multiple areas, from the golf course, to the bridge, to the front of the venue. I highly recommend Hollow Brook. We were so happy with the price and Hollow Brook offered so much more than we could of dreamed of! Everything was perfect and I owe it all to Gabby & her team! Lastly, Gabby was very responsive to emails and responded quickly, as well as allowed us to see some wedding set up to get some ideas which helped a lot!

The best location and team and food!
HollowBrook is stunning, accommodating, spacious, and made up of a highly skilled, calm, and personal staff that will be with you all the way from planning to the day of! A covered terrace to give you an outdoor setting even if it rains, beautiful nature all around, a golf course with bridges and trees for beautiful photos, high ceiling with beautiful dark wood beams, simple string lights for just the right accent, a vendor list that will make it perfect! We are so pleased with this venue, we only wish we could do this day again and again!

Flawless, Outstanding, A day we'll never forget
I can't begin to say enough amazing things about Hollow Brook as a wedding venue. We, along with all of our guests, were so impressed and simply blown away. HB was flexible and helped make sure we had everything we wanted. It felt amazing to have a wedding with delicious food, an open bar, and incredible views all while staying in our budget. Not to mention, the staff is unforgettably amazing. Gabby, Rachel, and the entire staff were so genuinely kind and helpful. As a nervous bride, they made me feel so comfortable and at home since day 1. We had minimal stress in wedding planning, and didn't even feel like we needed a wedding planner. There was plenty of help and communication along the way. One of our favorite parts of wedding day was that we had time for a golf cart ride, where we took beautiful photos, and more importantly had some of the most special parts of our wedding day. I would recommend this wedding venue over and over again. The experience was truly amazing, and our friends and family haven't stopped raving about our special day.

Our experience at Hollow Brook was amazing! From day one, Gabby was always available to answer our questions and help us through the planning process. She is truly a rockstar and very knowledgeable! Hollow Brook was the perfect venue, the food was amazing. All our guests complimented the food and beautiful venue the entire evening and day after. Hollow Brook also did a great job at accommodating the bride’s multiple food allergies and guests allergies. Everything was seamless, they constantly checked in on us, and made us feel so special. The entire staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. Going out on the golf course to take pictures was so fun and memorable. They made sure we had enough to eat and drink throughout the whole night. We enjoyed every aspect of working with Hollow Brook and cannot recommend them enough!

The place to have a wedding
This is by far the best place to have a wedding and any other function for that matter. The people are top notch and treat you as if you are family. The food is excellent, and the overall ambiance is perfect. I had many guest say it was the best wedding they have been too and that the food was amazing and the decor just beautiful. Best night ever!
We had the best night of our lives at Hollow Brook and our guests are still raving about how amazing our wedding was. The space is gorgeous, the view during the ceremony on the patio was amazing, the staff is super helpful and the food was incredible!
Gabby was so great from the first day when I walked through the space with my mom (my fiance was out of town) - but anytime we wanted to come by to have other family members take a look, Gabby was always so accommodating. She also knows exactly how the flow of the night should go and when things should happen which was so helpful! Our guests were up and dancing the whole night!
The grounds are beautiful for pictures and we got taken around on a little golf cart - they also always made sure we had food and water - which trust me is harder to do on your actual wedding day than you'd think!
We literally didn't sit down to eat a bite of our dinners, and Gabby had it all packed up for us along with some extra cake and we ate it the NEXT night for dinner, which felt so fun and special!
This is a perfect venue if you're looking to go not too far out of the city and get that rustic but still elegant feel. We couldn't be happier with how the whole day and celebration turned out.

Wouldn't get married anywhere else!!
We got married at Hollow Brook on August 31 and it was truly the best day of our lives. We knew as soon as we visited that it would be our venue - it is beautiful, cozy, and the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony indoor reception. One of the most important things for us was to be able to have out ceremony outside no matter the weather - and with Hollow Brook's covered outdoor space, we never had to worry about a plan B due to weather.
One of the main reasons we chose hollow brook, aside from the beautiful venue itself, was the employees. We were looking for a full service venue with amazing food and built in wedding coordination and we got just that - Gabby and team are amazing. They coordinated with our vendors within the month we got married around arrival timing, logistics and details... they supported us through every step of the wedding process, and they set up the venue beautifully with our own photos and decor. The night went flawlessly because of them.
I could not recommend this venue enough - if we got married 100 more times, we would pick Hollow Brook again and again and again. :)

Choosing Hollow Brook as our venue was the absolute right decision!! Working with Gabby took so much stress out of our planning process on so many levels. Throughout the entire process she kept everything so organized and was incredibly easy to communicate with. Every time we met with Gabby it felt very personal and thorough based on where we were within the planning process. She kept all of our ever shifting information up to date and fielded an enormous amount of questions for us. The all inclusive aspect of choosing food, drink and cake was so simple and ridiculously delicious, to the point where our guests were asking for to-go containers!! The venue itself is so incredibly beautiful and gives you a number of options for where you can have your ceremony. We loved that it had a modern adirondack lodge feel and knew that it would be so cozy and intimate given that our ceremony and reception would be taking place after sunset. They did such an incredible job at putting together our cocktail hour decor vision, and had so many different options of places for us to add personalized touches throughout.
For the actual day of the wedding they couldn't have taken better care of us. Brittney kept the entire ship running smoothly the entire night and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived until the very end of our reception. Rachel was our chauffeur extraordinaire as we got carted around for our couples portraits. It was a super chilly day but she kept us nice and wrapped up and made the whole experience so much fun (not to mention provided us with awesome behind the scenes photos!!). They had a whole spread of our cocktail hour foods and our signature cocktails waiting for us to enjoy after the ceremony. The waitstaff and bartenders were fantastic and so attentive throughout the night. I know there are probably incredible details that I am forgetting to mention, but booking Hollow Brook as your venue should be a no brainer!!

Perfect Day in Every Way
Hollow Brook was the first and last venue my husband and looked at when we were deciding where to get married. We fell head over heels for its beauty and didn’t feel the need to search any further. Gabby and the Hollow Brook team took away the stress behind wedding planning, and when the day finally came, they went above and beyond to make sure our day was magical in every way!
Our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the location was and how incredible the food was!

We are so glad we chose Hollowbrook as our wedding venue. We could not have asked for a better staff to work with. Gabby was amazing through the whole planning process as well as the day of. Hollow Brook went above and beyond for our wedding on Saturday 08/05/2023.
I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives.
Gabby and her team were responsive, prompt, and most importantly, thoughtful and kind.
Where other venues we visited were rigid and cookie-cutter, Hollow Brook offered flexibility.
Our vendors combined with Gabby, Bella, and the extended team of bartenders and servers at Hollow Brook helped us create an atmosphere and space that was intimate, warm, and welcoming for 150 guests.
Things that make Hollow Brook Special:
- Wedding space/layout was well-planned and intentional. Our guests could easily get drinks and hors d’oeuvres without crowding or waiting in line which meant more time for family and friends.
- Hollow Brook assisted with packing up our food along with picture and decor setup/breakdown
- Bella always made sure we were comfortable, well hydrated, and helped us stay relaxed and grounded the day-of
- No question was too big or small
- Gabby helped coordinate and run through a ceremony rehearsal
- Food was delicious (esp the Mac & cheese balls and lamb chops)

Truly Exceptional Experience at Hollow Brook
We held our wedding reception at Hollow Brook in May 2023 and our experience was truly exceptional. Throughout the planning process, the full team - from the groundskeepers and kitchen staff to the general manager - was hospitable, attentive to our many details, and created a magical evening for our guests and families. Gabby was a wonderful steward throughout our planning, making time to answer our questions, host our families for several tours, and accommodate our special requests to bring our wedding vision to life. During the reception, Rachel and Charlotte were by our side to ensure we were fed throughout the night, our glasses were full, and we were laughing and enjoying the moment. Our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres and entrees, and they loved the rustic lodge setting. Amazing time with friends and family!
BEST VENUE!!! Everyone was so easy to work with. Vendors had no issues. The reception was beautiful, as was the golf course. Some of the passed appetizers during cocktail hour were substituted and we didn't know until we saw them passed around, but all the options were still delicious. Guests really enjoyed the reception dinner and talked about it days later, as well as the donuts from the venue and the wedding cake from Home style Desserts. Very cozy and rustic vibes. It was easy to dropoff decor; everything was taken care of for us, even the items we accidentally left behind were saved for us and returned by mail. Would highly recommend!!

Beyond Expectations!
The Hollow Brook was everything I've dreamed of and more for my wedding! Inside and out, the venue is breathtaking and gives you such an overall sense of warmth and comfort. The food was incredible, guests are still raving about it! The selection was extensive and everyone had a blast at the cocktail hour with all of the passed hors d'oeuvres and the different stations (we did the BBQ in a Mason Jar and Fried Potato Bar) - I even had a guest come up to me after dinner and say "I've never went to a wedding and had great food...until now". We ended the night with cupcakes, fresh baked cookies and chocolate covered fruit followed by a late night snack of to go pizzas - every craving was fulfilled. I can go on and on about the beauty and the food but I have even better things to say about the team that made it all possible! My vision would not have come alive without Gabby - she answered every question I had (and let me tell you, there were a lot) and offered exceptional recommendations. I trusted her input with everything and felt such at ease knowing she was there when I needed something. When I arrived day of everything was set up perfectly and I could not have been happier - the teams hard work and coordination did not go unmissed! My bridal attendant Gabby was a huge help as well (yes, I was blessed with both Gabbys!) - she helped keep me at ease all day and was there with anything I needed to make sure my day was perfect, which it was. I could go on all day with amazing things to say but I'll end with saying just book The Hollow Brook and you'll see for yourself!

Amazing venue!
There aren't enough words to describe how perfect our experience was with Hollow Brook. The venue itself is beautiful - inside and out! Gabby is the best. From start to finish, she guided us the entire way and helped us make decisions along the way. She was organized, personable, and reachable. The entire Hollow Brook team made sure our wedding day went smoothly and perfectly. The food at Hollow Brook is delicious. Our guests still are raving about how great the food was and the variety that was provided. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married!

Flawless venue!
From the moment I stepped into Hollow Brook Golf Club I knew it was where we were going to get married. It has beautiful rustic charm, gorgeous views and is so spacious. One thing we loved was that the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all in different rooms. Gabby is very responsive, helpful and is there for you every step of the way. On the day of our wedding she was so organized and the day went so smoothly. It was definitely a great feeling to know that we didn’t have to worry or stress. As a bride and groom you are definitely treated like a king and queen. Our families and guests we’re extremely happy with the service, staff and delicious food. We are still receiving compliments to this day about how fantastic Hollow Brook is!

Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but the staff and the quality of their work was above and beyond. Particularly, Gaby, the wedding organizer. She was with us every step of the way, paying attention to every detail, and being flexible to the details we wanted to add to our wedding. Not to mention, the vendors that they suggested were top notch. Even if I wanted to say the price was a little high, the food was sooooo good, that way it would be unjust (EVERY ribeye was perfect! How???). Look no further: this is the spot.

Like a Dream
I can’t say enough good things about Hollow Brook and the staff. They all tremendously exceeded our expectations. Gabby was responsive and kind, and great to work with. Planning through Covid was a bit of a nightmare but thanks to Hollow Brook everything went well and smooth. The venue is already gorgeous, but once it’s fully decorated your way it cannot be beat. Also huge shoutout to Brendan, our Maitre D, who made our wedding day that much more special. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Best Day Of Our Lives
From the food, to the views, and overall service you could not ask for a better experience. Gabby the event coordinator is so incredible and helpful, leading up to the wedding, day of and even after the wedding is over. She honestly became a fast friend and we are so grateful to have found her and Hollow Brook for our wedding. Brittney the Maître D' who was there for us on the day of was also a major help, and always on top of things. The staff and bartenders are extremely friendly as well. From the cocktail hour to dinner, the food and drinks were truly outstanding, honestly the most delicious food we have had at a wedding. Pictures do not do this venue justice, views from this location are beyond breathtaking and the venue itself has rustic charm with a high end feel. All our guests have not been able to stop talking about our wedding, and have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We had the most amazing vendors, and the greatest time at Hollow Brook and if we could have a wedding here every year we would. They really take the time to make sure every detail is perfect, and we couldn't imagine a more perfect wedding. Thank you so much Gabby and everyone at Hollow Brook, you really made our wedding dreams come true!

Phenomenal Venue!!
Choosing Hollow Brook as our venue was the best decision we’ve ever made! The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff is phenomenal. Gabby is worth her weight in gold and guided us through the whole process. Even my vendors complimented how well coordinated they are! I cannot speak highly enough of Gabby and her team at Hollow Brook. They were flexible through all the uncertainty of COVID and she organized my vendors as well so I had to worry about absolutely nothing on our wedding day. They handled all the set up and it was all perfect. Our best man got sick the day before the wedding and Gabby made sure our officiant, DJ, and photographers all new about the changes. Our photographer was also switched last minute and the bridal attendant made sure he got every single shot we needed of the grounds. If I could give Hollow Brook ten stars I would! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it is and how delicious the food was. I got lots of questions asking how I found them and to be honest I’m surprised more people don’t know about them, they’re THAT good. I will rave about them forever, and we are so incredibly grateful they made our day so special!

The perfect place for a perfect wedding!
I cannot say enough good things about Hollowbrook! The venue and the staff are both amazing. We were a Covid postponement wedding and the staff at Hollowbrook was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of changing our date. They helped to make a very stressful situation easy.
The venue itself is gorgeous and well maintained. It is located on the golf course and has an amazing view from the outside area. It has a sophisticated, rustic feel that can be decorated to any wedding day vision. The room is spacious and can fit a decent number of people. We had a small wedding, but the staff spaced everything out enough so the room didn't feel empty. Cocktail hour is in a separate area. There are plenty of tables for guests to eat at and a bar where guests can get drinks. Guests also have access to the outdoor area throughout the night.
The food is delicious. We even got to do a tasting to test out a bunch of options. The menu itself has so many options and customizations.
Our photos are gorgeous. After the ceremony, the couple is taken on a golf course to various bridges for photos. There is a lot of great scenery to take some amazing photos at.
The staff at Hollowbrook are extremely professional and great at what they do. Gabby was a pleasure to work with. She is attentive to brides and answered any questions I had. We communicated with her frequently leading up to the wedding discussing decor, etc. The staff did an amazing job setting up the cocktail hour area and hall with everything we dropped off. Everything looked perfect and was arranged exactly how we asked. The wait staff and bartender were also great.
I highly recommend Hollowbrook for your wedding. You will be happy choosing them for your wedding day!

Gabby was absolutely fantastic to work with. She really put my mind at ease throughout the planning process (COVID weddings are stressful). I fell in love with Hollow Brook instantly and there was no question we wanted to have our wedding there. Every aspect of our day and everything leading up to our wedding was perfect! They really catered to us the morning of in the bridal suite. Brittany was great and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the day. The food was phenomenal. I’m so happy with everything.

Better than we could of ever imagined!
Hollow Brook was absolutely amazing and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It was a long 18 months from the first time we visited Hollow Brook to our actual wedding and Robbyn was there for us every step of the way. She is an amazing person and I would recommend this place for her alone. We had to move our date to the COVID-19 outbreak and the venue was so helpful and flexible. They even helped us host our rehearsal dinner the night before when the restaurant we were supposed to be at lost power due to a storm.
When our day finally arrived, the place was perfect. We got so many compliments on the ceremony space and the landscape behind us. The room was exactly as we imagined. The food was AMAZING and they make sure no one goes home hungry! The entire staff including Gabby, the maitre d, and Brittany, the bridal attendant were fabulous and made sure everything went smoothly. We got everything we needed and more.
Choosing Hollow Brook for our wedding is one of the best decisions we will ever make. Not only do they host an amazing wedding but they also treat you like family.

Best Night Ever!
Going in to wedding planning my husband and I knew we wanted a cocktail style wedding. This was not something many venues were comfortable doing but Robbyn and the crew and Hollow Brook were excited to help makes this happen for us. They have an entire “stations” menu that was exactly what we wanted.
Robbyn was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. I am not someone who likes making decisions and she was able to see our vision and give us suggestions that made the decision making a lot easier! She is truly an expert! We took all of her suggestions and ended up with the most beautiful room and the most fun night and even more than we ever could have imagined! Robbyn is also the worlds best dress bustle-er even when it was the third or fourth time you I had to ask!
On the day of, everyone was so friendly and helpful! The chef even came to the bridal suite to say hi to us! He was sooo friendly and kind and so excited for us, we thought it was very special. We wanted to take photos before the ceremony but we arrived later than expected and our guests showed up earlier than expected so there was no time to take photos before. Robbyn knew we wanted to be at our cocktail hour so she had the team make us two to go containers filled with two of each item at cocktail hour so we could try everything, including our signature drink. These to go containers were packed and ready on the golf cart along with our photographers as soon as our ceremony was over so we could leave quickly and make sure we made it back for some of our cocktail hour. We thought having food and drink packed for us already was such a special treat! That just shows how thoughtful the staff at Hollow Brook is that they wanted to make sure we were able to try all our food, and we really appreciated it, especially because the food is A-MAZE-ING!!!!!! The best wedding food we have ever had ... by far! All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was, trust us ... it’s that good!
Finally, Dawn, who is the bridal attendant at Hollow Brook, Is the most incredible person! She was so fun and so helpful, I was sad when the night was over because we wouldn’t get to spend anymore time with her! At one point we got back to our table and we had plates full of one of every food item at the reception (each!), right in front of us. She even packed us to go boxes we got to take home full of left over food! Everything we needed she had even before we could ask, but even more than that she was fun and kind and we really just enjoyed having her around! If we had known her before the wedding we would have invited her, that’s how awesome she was!
In summary, If you want a rustic venue that will allow you to have the wedding YOU want with an attentive, experienced and helpful staff and A-MAZ-ING food (and cakes) choose Hollow Brook! We had the most fun night and so did everyone of our guests! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Venue!
We recently got married at Hollow Brook in August of 2019. I can’t put into words how perfect everything was. Robynn went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She was responsive and provided support throughout the entire planning process! The venue is gorgeous! The outdoor ceremony location and reception space are a perfect combination of rustic and elegant. The bridges on the golf course and the grounds are so well kept! Our pictures are stunning. I also can’t say enough about the food and staff. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our big day! They took such great care of us. The chef accommodated our dietary restrictions, as well. People continue to tell us how amazing our big day was and how incredible the food was! You will not regret getting married here! Best decision we ever made!

Wouldn’t Change a Thing!!!
Our wedding was absolute perfection from start to finish and it is all thanks to the amazing staff at HBGC. The outside space is stunning, and there is no need to worry about weather with the covered porch. The reception hall is exactly what we wanted, totally unique and classy (not your standard white wall catering hall but not overly “rustic”). There are SO many food options, you’ll be able to find something for everyone! I wish I could plan a wedding with Robbyn every year!

Exceptional wedding venue and staff!
My husband and I got married this past May and I could no say enough about the experience we had at Hollow Brook. From the venue itself to the amazing staff I could not have dreamt up a better day if I tried.
Staff: Robbyn went ABOVE and beyond to make sure me and my husband had every last need met and all questions answered. She never once made you feel silly about asking even the most basic of questions. She is incredible at her job! On the big day, our bridal attendant Nick was out of this world! There was not a minute that went by that he wasn’t there to get any single item you might need. I swear he was a magician!!! Not only did he tend to me and my husbands every last need.. he made sure my parents and his parents were well taken care of AS WELL as my bridal party.. and we had quite the large bridal party. Nick was absolutely phenomenal!
Gabby and all of the other in house staff were kind, gracious and always so willing to help with whatever was needed. They did a fabulous job setting up and made sure we loved the way everything looked.
The food: Oh my gosh the food.. I STILL have people telling me to this day how they’ve never experienced such amazing food at a wedding!! They offer a variety of options to choose from and execute each one of them spot on! I could of lived off the cocktail hour and then dinner was just as incredible! Everything was cooked to perfection.
The venue: The venue itself is absolutely breath taking. The room is so versatile and you can really put whatever look you have in mind for your day in that space. The bridal suite is nice and roomy and the grounds make a gorgeous back drop.
All in all we could not have asked for a better day. We are so happy we chose Hollow Brook to create such amazing memories at.

Absolutely Amazing Venue & Team!
There are not enough positive words to describe how amazing our wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club was! Robbyn, Gabby, and Nick are a dream team! Hollow Brook itself is an absolutely gorgeous venue that is both elegant, yet rustic. Our August 10, 2018 ceremony on the balcony was truly magical and the entire reception was perfect! Robbyn, the wedding coordinator, was attentive to all of our needs and helped us every step of the way in the wedding planning process. She was always easily accessible and the list of Hollow Brook preferred vendors was extremely helpful. During our rehearsal we dropped off a lot of decorations, outdoor games, lanterns, etc. and Robbyn said not to worry about anything because she would set it all up. When we arrived at Hollow Brook on the day of our wedding everything was perfect! Gabby, the Maitre D’, made sure that our entire wedding ran smoothly and Nick, the bridal attendant was always there for anything we needed. When we first arrived, Nick asked us what our favorite drinks were and then made sure we had them all night long. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the amazing food at the cocktail hour and during the reception. My husband and I barely touched our meal because we were dancing the entire time, so it was a wonderful surprise that when we went to pick everything up the next day, Nick had had our dinners wrapped for us to take home along with donuts from our to-go station. Everything about our wedding day was absolutely perfect and completely stress-free! Thank you to Robbyn and the entire Hollow Brook team!!!

Best day ever!
Our wedding was yesterday, October 14th. It’s been raining the past 2 months so we were worried about our day, but the weather was BEAUTIFUL. The Hollow Brook is a dream world... our vision for our perfect wedding was executed to a TEE by Robbyn, Nick, Gabby and Alex. I am so thankful for their attention to detail when decorating the venue and making sure everything was perfect for Ray and I. We didn’t want your typical wedding factory venue, so the Hollow Brook was more than perfect. Rustic elegance. ❤️ Robbyn was thorough and warm throughout the whole process, never getting annoyed at my (and my mother’s) emails. She truly wanted to make our day incredible. Such a talent at what she does - and she‘s an excellent bustler! Gabby & Alex made sure we were taken care of at all times, so attentive to us and our guests. Nick, was easily a mind reader - knew exactly when we needed food, had drinks ready for us at all times, held my bouquet and gown and made sure we didn’t have to think or worry about anything. We truly felt like celebrities! Words could never adequately express how amazing our day was! Our guests could not stop talking about the beautiful grounds, delicious food and amazing staff. I wish we could get married again tomorrow. A million thank yous to everyone at the Hollow Brook who made our special day unforgettable!!!

Our wedding was a rousing, rollicking, totally stress-free and perfectly coordinated dance party and feast thanks to Robbyn, Nick, Gabby, and the whole Hollow Brook team. My husband and I were trying to plan a wedding from the west coast and stumbled upon Hollow Brook. We reached out to Robbyn, who graciously came in (on her day off!) to give us a tour. We loved the woodsy and elegant vibe immediately, and knew it would be spot on for a winter wedding. For the next year whenever we had any questions for Robbyn, she was immediately responsive and helpful, pointing us towards vendors she trusted and generally making the whole process seamless for us.
On the weekend-of, Robbyn was so flexible with our erratic schedule of dropping things off and doing a walk-through. Her calmness and professionalism set the tone for the whole weekend. When we showed up on the morning-of, everything was decorated to perfection. She had coordinated with our florist and her team made the place feel like a warm and welcoming winter lodge, with twinkling lights and candles and greenery everywhere we looked. We then met Nick and Gabby who were absolute ninjas. Gabby the Maitre d’ was incredibly organized, calm, and ON IT. I wish I could have a personal Nick by my side all the time. Our drinks were always full he and Gabby grabbed us plates of food to enjoy at the end of our receiving line, and he ran around with us and our photographer to get some of our favorite candid shots out in the cold. Kudos and a world of thanks to Gabby, Nick, and all those that I know were working their tails off behind the scenes to make this an awesome celebration.
Oh and most importantly - the food was PHENOM and people randomly tell me (5 months later) that they are still thinking it. I loved Hollow Brook because it was a place we could make feel like us, without having to source and organize absolutely every detail on our own. I don’t think I could recommend Hollow Brook highly enough.

Hollow Brook was the first place we visited for our wedding venue and after leaving we both agreed it had everything we were looking for for our special day! My husband and I wanted a rustic and romantic venue for our wedding reception, but could never find what we were looking for. We loved the barn idea, although we didn't love the accessibility or the smell of a real barn. I actually grew up minutes away from the Hollow Brook, but the venue is setback from the road so even though I had driven passed it at least a hundred times in my life, I had never gone down the beautiful driveway and had a look. As soon as we drove down and I stepped inside, I knew right then and there that it was exactly what we had been looking for! I think what really sealed the deal for me was just speaking to Robbyn (Director the Special Events). From our first sit-down with her, I knew that we would be very well taken care of. I was able to email her with any questions or concerns, and she always got back to me right away. Every time we went, we fell more in love with the Hollow Brook than the last time, although nothing could compare to our wedding day. When we walked in and saw the cocktail room, back patio and reception room beautifully decorated, my expectations were beyond exceeded! I was in complete awe! The reception room felt very cozy and romantic, and it completely topped what I had envisioned in my head. And that is just the decor, I can't say enough about the food and drinks. The appetizers were the best I have ever had at any wedding or restaurant, and thanks to my bridal attendant, Nick, I got to have some of everything. Nick and Gabby (who beautifully decorated) were both amazing, and my bridal party and guests were very well taken care of. We got married in early November, and I still receive compliments from guests about the venue. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, especially family and friends in hopes I can go back and eat some more!! I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Robbyn, her staff, or the Hollow Brook. Dates also go very quickly here, so I would not hesitate to book your day!!

The minute we walked into Hollow Brook we knew that it was the place for us to get married. We had just left another venue and we were not satisfied with what we had be seeing. I decided to google “wedding venues near me” and Hollow Brook came up! I called the venue and Robbyn picked up the phone and told us to come on over. We were looking for a venue that was a little different than others and when we pulled up the driveway we loved that fact that it looked like a huge barn. Once inside we fell in love with EVERYTHING, we were looking for a rustic venue and this was exactly what we wanted, especially because it didn’t look like typical wedding venue.
Robbyn was AMAZING from the very first day! She offered great suggestions, was flexible and recommended outstanding vendors for us to use. During the planning process, she answered all my emails in a timely fashion and gave her honest opinion to all my ideas. The month or so leading up to the wedding Robbyn met with me several times to make sure all the details of the day were set. Upon arrival, Gabby was waiting outside for us with a big smile on her face. She quickly helped all of us inside and got the whole bridal party settled comfortably! DeeDee was absolutely outstanding, she made sure mine and the groom’s needs were met all day! Our drinks were always filled, she made sure we ate throughout the day and night and always had a smile on her face. The food was absolutely SUPERB! From the grilled cheese, to the BBQ in a Jar, to the lamb chops during the cocktail hour, my guest were already raving about the food when they greeted us! Hollow Brook offered such an incredible selection of food for the cocktail hour and dinner we couldn’t wait to taste all the food. The pan seared scallops over risotto was my favorite during the dinner. We are still receiving phone calls over how delicious the food was and that is all thanks to the Chef!

My husband and I as well as our families cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Hollow Brook Golf Club! It was the first venue my we looked at and we knew right away it was the right choice. The rustic, beautiful space fit our vision so well, with its cozy, intimate vibe and mountain views. While the venue itself was perfect for our fall wedding, we couldn’t have managed planning such an amazing day without Hollow Brook's coordinator Robbyn. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized, responsive and helped us make our vision come to life. She was also great with recommending vendors based on our needs and giving us advice during the planning process, whether it was venue-related or not.
The staff on the day, especially Nick and Gabby, made our wedding a completely relaxed and lovely experience. From setting up all of our decor, to bringing us drinks and helping us with whatever we needed, we truly felt like we could focus on what was important on the day. They went above and beyond to make the day go smoothly, like assisting us with taking photos during rainy/chilly weather and even helping fix my shoe that broke before the ceremony. They kept everything on track during the reception and even reminded us to eat when food was brought out, which was also fantastic! Our guests are still talking about the food, especially the mac and cheese bar during our cocktail hour. Many said it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had and we agree!

We will never be able to put into words how amazing our wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club truly was. In the early stages of our engagement, we were leaning towards a fall barn wedding. After doing our research, we realized that there would be more work involved than we werewilling to take on. Enter Hollow Brook - the perfect rustic chic venue. You have the feel of a barn, but you also have delicious food, professional staff, and your own personal fairy godmother, Robbyn. She was with us throughout the entire planning process. I walked into my wedding day feeling so prepared and calm and I think a lot of that was due to our meetings and e-mails with Robbyn leading up to then. Nick was a fabulous bridal attendant, he took care of myself and my husband, as well as our entire bridal party, the entire night. Our glasses were never empty. He anticipated all of our wants and needs before we even thought of them, and he helped our photographers get some killer shots on the golf course. Seriously, Nick is the man! Gabby made sure we ate during our cocktail hour (thank goodness) and coordinated the reception so that we knew what was going on throughout the entire night, no surprises. We had the best night of our lives, and so did many of our guests. We received so much wonderful feedback on the food, atmosphere, and wait staff from our friends and family, everyone was highly impressed! Hollow Brook, Robbyn, and her team exceeded our expectations ten times over. We wish we could re-live our wedding again and again. We are forever greatful and appreciative for everything leading up to our big day. Robbyn has been very attentive, professional, and helpful with making everything as smooth as can be.
Additionally we wanted to say thank you to Nick and Gabby for their help the day of. We were very well taken care from the moment we walked in, starting with the pictures, drinks, and all the moments in between until the end of the evening. Our families and bridal party also gave compliments.
The chef and kitchen staff did an amazing job with all their dishes! Our guests were equally impressed.
And lastly with the wait staff and bartenders that were equally attentive.
We would recommend Hollow Brook without hesitation. Thank you for making our special day unforgettable and memorable!

Choosing Hollow Brook for our wedding was the best decision we could have ever made. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we walked in the door and were never disappointed. Robbyn is so helpful and organized, it made the planning process so simple. We met with her periodically throughout the year and she was always there with a quick response to any questions we had. We felt so comfortable and at ease. On our wedding day, the venue looked SPECTACULAR. All of our guests raved about the food, the drinks, the service. I'm still getting text messages a week later about how out of this world the BBQ in a Jar was. Robbyn, Nick, Gabby and the rest of the staff did such a great job. Nick, especially thank you for being there at every moment making sure we never went without a drink, food, anything. You were amazing and went above and beyond. FOOD/DRINK: People raved about the cocktail hour and the full course dinner (more specifically people told me they could eat the grilled cheese and tomato shooters all night and not a single person was disappointed in the rib eye). Table side service for drinks was impeccable. No one was stuck waiting at the bar.
SPACE: Our guests were bowled over by the beautiful views and the intimacy of the space. They loved taking picturesque shots outside and dancing the night away under the twinkling bistro lights.
STAFF SHOUT OUTS: *Nick- what an awesome bridal attendant; anticipating needs and checking in frequently during wedding prep to make sure the bridal party was enjoying themselves. Later in the day, you ensured that my husband and I were well-hydrated and well-fed. THANK YOU! *Robbyn- you possess so much grace and agility when it comes to client facing interactions. You're a real gem and made us feel like we were the only couple you were working with, though we know that's not the case and on any given day you have a ton to take care for many couples/families. What people can expect while planning with Robbyn: counseling via email on any idea- big or small- for the wedding, excellent recommendations for vendors (we happily used her DJ and photographer recommendations), expert tracking of the changing details regarding how the event will run. Lots of gratitude for Robbyn! *Chef- we want to thank you for working with the multiple allergies we had in the crowd. There was a lot of care in the way that was handled by the staff. *Gabby- most of what you did was behind the scenes and we thank you for making things so seamless.

We had our wedding reception at Hollow Brook on 9/17/16 and we could not have chosen a better venue!! We knew we wanted a venue that only had 1 wedding at a time, a place with beautiful scenery, a rustic feel, and ability to have components both inside and outside, all for a reasonable price, and Hollow Brook delivered on all of our wishes. The exterior farm house style is so beautiful and clean, and the grounds are meticulous (AMAZING photos on the bridges out on the golf course). Inside there is wood detail that gives a rustic feel in a refined way, and we had lights strung from the ceiling which really gave it that extra touch. The cocktail hour was held in an indoor space that spilled out onto the covered outdoor patio, which is perfect because even if it is raining you can still have that outdoor space which is something we really wanted. The staff is so wonderful and accommodating, and from the moment we met Robbyn, we felt right at home. Not only does she have a ton of wedding experience and great ideas, but she truly tries her best to make your wedding the most perfect day, and was great at getting back to me quickly with any questions I had. On our wedding day, we were treated like royalty. Staff were by our side for whatever we needed, they made sure we had food and drinks and always checked in to see if we needed assistance with anything (but not in an overbearing way whatsoever). Our photos went longer than expected so we missed the cocktail hour but all of our guests raved about how amazing it was with the food being plentiful and delicious. The food during the reception came out nice and hot and was very excellent. They even were nice enough to wrap up 2 entrees for two of our guests that left before dinner to get home to their newborn. Overall, Hollow Brook is an amazing wedding venue when it comes to location, scenery, price, food, and customer service, and I would highly recommend!!!

From Day one we felt very comfortable with this location. We met with Robbyn and right away we knew she was well experienced and easy to work with. She was welcoming of our vision and offered her support and expertise. Planning a wedding is no easy task and as a bride I wanted nothing short of perfection so let me tell you that Robbyn was the perfect coordinator to have and she made sure that everything was done to my liking. No decisions were made without our knowledge or approval. She truly helped our vision come to life. The venue was everything we were looking for and exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. The staff was attentive and our guests were blown away by the service that was provided to them. The service was better than any 5 star restaurant you will ever go to. They were friendly, professional and you knew they were having a great time. Someone who deserves the above and beyond award is Nick, Nick was our banquet captain and was assigned to our wedding party and us. If our hands were empty, Nick would pop out of nowhere and ask if we needed anything. His attentiveness to us added that extra wow factor that made our wedding reception amazing. The food was nothing, but extraordinary. We both love food and that was a huge reason why we chose Hollow Brook. The Small bites during cocktail hour were a hit. As far as dinner service, everything was cooked to perfection. It was plated very elegantly and nothing disappointed. We truly appreciated that we were able to taylor our menu based on what we enjoy. Our DJ and MC said that this was even the best food that they had in over 10 years of doing weddings. The saying you get what you pay for fits well with this venue. By no means is it the most expensive in the area, but this is not going to be inexpensive at the same time. Over a week later our family and friends were still talking about how it was the best wedding they went to. We are so happy that we chose this venue and you will be too.

Our decision to get married at Hollow Brook was THE BEST DECISION we could have ever made!!!!! The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the event spaces can be easily described as “rustically romantic”. Even when they were not set-up for an event, we were blown away by how naturally gorgeous every inch of this place really is…and when the venue was decorated for an event... OMG!!! Not only is it absolutely gorgeous inside and out, but throughout the planning process you get to work with the most AMAZINGG and fun event coordinator that ever existed!!! Robbyn is beyond the most incredible & helpful person we could have ever dreamt of encountering while planning our wedding. We spent so much time with her throughout the planning process (not to mention countless e-mails which she always answers quickly!!) and she always went so far out of her way to make sure we were happier than we thought we could be - she worked tirelessly with us and our vendors to make our wedding day vision a reality. There is not enough time or space to truly thank Robbyn enough for everything that she has done for us. My husband and I have been married for over a week now and we genuinely miss her!!
On our wedding day I’d like to say that my husband and I were treated like royalty, but it was so much more than that….we were treated like family!!! We were incredibly lucky to have Nick and Gabby with us throughout the day/night, and they did absolutely anything and everything to make sure that we had the best day we possibly could...and did we ever?!?! They may have been our wedding “attendants”, but throughout our entire wedding they felt more like friends.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier!!! Our guests can’t stop talking about how amazing our wedding was…the best food they’ve ever had, gorgeous space, unbelievably friendly & helpful staff, and just an overall really really good time! I can't imagine getting married anywhere else than Hollow Brook. As soon as I stepped foot on the property I felt so relieved. During the planning process Robbyn was extremely helpful, organized, honest, and respectful of our budget. On the day of the wedding there was never even an opportunity to "need" anything because the staff were always one step ahead. Our guests were very impressed with the food and we were even able to enjoy some ourselves! I am so excited to be able to go to a friend's wedding there next year as a guest!

We got married at Hollow Brook in July 2016 – and have nothing but the absolute best things to say about the entire experience! My fiancé and I live and work in NYC. We wanted to find a venue that felt like it was a world away from the city, but would be not be too inconvenient for our friends and family to get to. We were also looking for a venue that had both indoor and outdoor elements and fell outside of the realm of a ‘usual’ or ‘typical’ wedding venue in appearance. Although prior to our visit we were slightly apprehensive towards the idea of getting married at a golf club, we absolutely fell in love with Hollow Brook once we saw it in person.
Hollow Brook was the perfect venue for us. It was large enough to accommodate all our friends and family – but small enough to provide the intimate atmosphere we hoped for. The course/grounds are breathtaking, and provided some truly stunning backdrops for our wedding photos. The staff was amazing – Nick and Gabby were incredibly attentive to us, and made special efforts to make sure we got enough to eat and drink during the busy cocktail hour and throughout the night. The food was DELICIOUS – and there was PLENTY to go around.
That said, what truly made the experience so great was the wedding/event coordinator, Robbyn. We could not have had the amazing event we did without her. She was kind, honest, insightful, and responsive. She helped walk us through every step of the way, and really took the time to understand us as a couple and our vision for the event. She made great suggestions (lighting, décor, etc. as well as the best local vendors) that were remarkably in line with what we were going for, and with what our budget allowed.
We could not have been happier with our choice, and sincerely thank everyone there for allowing us to have a night we will always cherish. We could not have imagined a better experience – and give Hollow Brook our highest recommendation!

After my husband and I got engaged, I had three requests for my wedding day. Simple, Rustic Style & Sunflowers. We live in Boston, but wanted to get married in N.Y where we both grew up and where most of our family and friends still live. After weeks of searching, I received an email from the knot that recommended Hollow Brook Golf Club as a venue for our wedding day. I still remember immediately calling my mom saying “I think this is the one”! A few weeks later I finally got to see it for myself. From the minute we pulled into the parking lot, I just knew!! But to validate my feeling we went inside for a full tour where we met the amazing Robbyn. Before even seeing the reception room, I felt a connection with Robbyn when I saw she had Sunflower pens in the mason jar on her desk! It was a sign to me again that “this is the one!” Besides the venue being absolutely beautiful, Robbyn is just another reason to book your wedding with Hollow Brook. Her quick email response, guidance, professional suggestions & vendor recommendations were all key throughout my wedding planning.
On our wedding day, we pulled up to Hollow Brook and upon stepping out of the limo, Gabby our matredee and Nick our bridal attendant were waiting for us. I can’t say enough amazing things about these two. While Gabby “ran the show”, Nick took amazing care of my husband and I. He constantly was making sure we were hydrated, had everything we needed and along with Gabby kept our schedule on time!! Nick took us on a ride with our photographers around the stunning golf course & to the famous Hollow Brook Bridge. This was one of my favorite parts of the day. It was quiet and we had a few minutes “alone” to take it all in, enjoy the scenery, and each other.

After I got engaged I spent months searching around for a venue that fit my rustic vision for my wedding. As soon as my now husband and I found Hollow Brook we knew that it was the perfect place for our wedding. From my first e-mail with Robbyn, she was extremely sweet and responsive (she replied to my initial e-mail while on vacation!). When we went to go tour the venue we fell in love with the entire atmosphere of Hollow Brook. The cocktail hour space as well as the reception room have this warm feeling to them that is just unlike any other wedding venue I've seen! Throughout the months Robbyn was amazing to work with! She answered every question, was there every time I had an idea I wanted to run by her, and was also able to recommend amazing vendors for us to work with. What I really appreciated was that Robbyn helped us to design a wedding package that fit within our budget and gave us an incredible value for what we were able to afford. Robbyn truly helped us to design the perfect reception for us! When the weather was looking like rain a few days out from the wedding Robbyn calmed my nerves and promised she would do everything in her power to make sure I got the pictures on the bridge that I had been dreaming of! I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Robbyn!! When we walked into Hollow Brook the day of the wedding we were just blown away by how well everything had come together. The Hollow Brook team had done an amazing job setting up everything and covering the space with candles and lanterns and creating the romantic yet rustic feeling that we had been hoping for. Robbyn and the team at Hollow Brook Golf Club were amazing! We knew that we wanted a buffet reception and Robbyn worked with us to develop the perfect menu. She was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had related to the space or our wedding day.
On the day of our wedding, everything went perfectly! The staff was very attentive. I always had what I wanted to eat or drink with no need to worry. We received so many compliments from our guests on the location and the food. I hope that some day soon someone else I know gets married there so I can go back!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Hollow Brook Golf Club. Before wedding planning started, I knew I didn't want the typical wedding hall. Hollow Brook was the 1st stop on our list and we were immediately impressed with the scenery outside, the ceremony area (covered terrace in case it rains!) and the rustic reception space. To be on the safe side we continued our search but after seeing 1 other venue - I couldn't stop thinking about Hollow Brook and realized there wasn't any point in looking at other venues.
Robbyn and the staff were welcoming and happy to help from start to finish. Guests have confirmed what we already thought after our tasting menu - that the food was amazing. The staff even made us to go boxes on our wedding night since as bride and groom we didn't get much time to taste our cocktail hour food! Hopefully one day we can renew our vows and revisit the place where it all started.

Everything about our Hollow Brook wedding on August 15, 2015 was perfect! It all started with Robbyn, who couldn't have made the planning process go any smoother. She is so organized and attentive, and this was very evident on our wedding day when everything was exactly as we planned. She and the entire staff worked so hard to make it happen!
The venue itself is SO beautiful and well maintained. The golf course makes for a gorgeous backdrop for wedding photos, and the building has a warm and inviting feeling that we were looking for. We did a ton of research and looked at other venues and there just wasn't anything else that compared! (Also, for the golfers out there, my husband was able to book a round of golf with a few friends the day before the wedding.) The food is out of this world. I was intent on having not just good, but excellent food at our wedding. Hollow Brook more than delivered. They even accommodated specific foods we really wanted during cocktail hour that weren't on the standard menu. Everyone raved about the food and said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding before. We couldn't agree more!
The dance floor was the perfect size for everyone, and we all danced the night away. There was never a shortage of drinks and the beer and wine selections were on point. The staff took such good care of us as bride and groom, making sure we had anything at all we needed. I can't say enough good words about Hollow Brook!

There really are not enough words in this world to express how thankful we are for the Hollow Brook Team! Our wedding was truly magical and more than I ever could have dreamed of! From the first time that we walked into the venue, we knew our search was over. It was just the right combination of rustic charm and classiness. The views, overlooking the golf course are to die for!
The HB Staff is AMAZING! Our wedding coordinator, Robbyn, was incredible! From day one she was nothing but a pleasure to work with, a breath of fresh air who really made us so excited to be planning our wedding. She was so supportive and real throughout the whole process – anything we needed at any time, she made it happen! The day of she was there to calm our nerves and to ensure that every little detail came to life. It was honestly more perfect than I could have ever dreamed of! Day of, Ali & Gabby and the rest of the HB staff were awesome! They were there every step of the way and made sure that everything went smoothly for not only my Husband & I, but for all of our Guests. Our guests literally can’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was, how great the service was and how delicious the food was. The food (in more ways than one) blows away the typical wedding catering hall food… the presentation is unique, the flavors are incredible and HB puts a nice personalized spin on your menu. They are ready and willing to cater to your personality and create new dishes or put a spin on a traditional dish to make it your own. For our October wedding, we served Apple Sangria as our signature cocktails and Pumpkin Ravioli’s for our appetizer. It was so good!
I could go on and on about how great HB is. We have absolutely no regret with choosing HB to have our wedding and we are so thankful for the most amazing unforgettable BEST day of our lives!

We cannot emphasize how very lucky we feel to have been a Hollow Brook couple! Every detail about the venue was a dream. We walked into the venue at our initial meeting and knew immediately we’d found the right place- we cancelled every other appointment we had and signed our contract the next day. We were overwhelmed the beautiful building, the breathtaking views of the Hudson Valley from the terrace where we would be wed, and the flexibility and enthusiasm they showed for working in our budget. We selected a very laid back BBQ menu and Robbyn and her team treated us with the same level of courtesy, enthusiasm, and professionalism that they would have if we’ve selected a break-the-bank wedding package. They understood our vision and helped it come to fruition perfectly (we had dancing all night, fire pits, s’mores, and cornhole- not your typical wedding!)
Robbyn was absolutely amazing, especially since we were planning from 600 miles away and had to do everything via phone and email. She was an advocate for us, making sure we got exactly what we wanted and never pushing anything else on us. She worked well with all our vendors and with our families, making sure that they felt special and included as well. Any adjustments that needed to be made were done with a smile and she had no problem being honest and open with us about anything we asked or needed. You will not meet another planner as amazing as her!
On the wedding day, we were treated like royalty. Gabby and the rest of the staff made sure we got anything we needed and that our guests were happy. We are still getting raves about the food (seriously- the best wedding food ever!!!), the amazing décor, and the overall experience everyone had. The ceremony on the terrace was breath-taking and we were completely overwhelmed when Hollow Brook surprised us with hanging fabric that made the room feel complete- without us ever asking or expecting it! We cannot recommend Hollow Brook more strongly!

There is only one word to describe the Hollow Brook. Perfect! We weren't certain what we were looking for when we began researching venues for our wedding reception. After visiting a variety of places that ranged from small and simple to oversized and overdone, we came upon the Hollow Brook and we were instantly sold. We were taken by the gorgeous building and grounds, warm and intimate feel, and rustic, yet elegant cocktail and reception rooms. We were immediately comfortable with Robbyn, our event coordinator, and continued to be impressed with her professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout the entire planning process. We did not feel as though she was trying to sell us anything. She made us feel right at home and confident that we would be nothing less than amazed on our wedding day. We WERE amazed, and so were our guests (they’re still raving about it). Our April 18, 2015 wedding was a dream come true. The cocktail hour food and drinks were phenomenal. The entrees were delightful and the service was first class. The Hollow Brook staff worked seamlessly with our vendors. If you are looking to have your wedding in one of the most romantic, classy and accommodating venues in all of Westchester County, look no further. You too will be amazed. We got married at Hollow Brook on Nov 1, and have nothing but great things to say about the venue, the staff, the food, the grounds, and, of course, the amazing Robbyn! We fell in love with Hollow Brook almost immediately--it just felt like us, like family, like home. We loved Robbyn from the first time we met her and actually had to ask each other "we're not just choosing Hollow Brook because we love Robbyn, right?" We weren't! But she's still amazing. We had visited so many venues by the time we got to Hollow Brook and were put off by how inflexible most of the venue coordinators were. Robbyn was totally different--she was so flexible and really seemed to care about us having the wedding we envisioned...and all within the budget we had in mind! She was very responsive to email and answered every little question we had without making us feel annoying or silly (much to her credit!). She also made sure that everything went smoothly throughout the night, as did the rest of her fantastic staff. Everyone from the bartenders to the servers was truly wonderful to us and to our guests.
What really surprised me, though, was how many people are STILL talking about how great the food was at our wedding. It's literally one of the first things we hear from our guests--that the cocktail hour was amazing and plentiful and that the dinner was legitimately delicious (not just "wedding food" delicious). We went with the Delmonico rib eye and roast chicken--both were really out of this world.
Finally, I should add that we planned our wedding indoors at the venue. Not sure how many people have done that here but we thought it was a great success. The views from the windows were great and it felt really warm and intimate. Again, like home. Thanks so much for making our wedding day so wonderful and as stress-free as possible.

We looked far and wide for a wedding venue only to realize that there was an INCREDIBLE place just four minutes from our house! Hollow Brook now holds a very special place in my heart and it makes me so happy to pass it almost every day on my way home! From the moment we stepped onto this beautiful golf course we realized that this is where we needed to have our wedding. The venue itself looks like a big beautiful barn from the street, is on breathtaking grounds with beautiful trees and landscaping, and once you step inside, you feel like you are in the warmest, coziest, rustic, but very new space. We met with Robbyn and knew we had come to the right place. Robbyn was there every step of the way and answered my million questions quickly and kindly through our year of planning.She tweaked the menu so it was just as we wanted it (grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters – DELICIOUS and SO CUTE!). On the day of the wedding, Robbyn, Joshua and the rest of their team were OUTSTANDING. They were so calm and helpful. They kept everything running perfectly smoothly and made us feel like a million bucks. They set up a whole array of cocktail hour food for us in the middle of the room and perched us at a table so we were able to relax and eat while our guests came to see us instead of us trying to run around the room and see everyone. Don’t even get me started on the food. The food was AMAZING. Ever since our tasting, I was dreaming of the free range chicken that I had. Absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about their food both at the cocktail hour and at dinner. The drinks were fantastic. The layout of the whole place is very spacious and we had the beautiful rustic bar and large attached room for cocktail hour, the back porch for the ceremony, and the big reception space for the party. Every detail of that magical place makes us want to go back every year for our anniversary. We can't thank Robbyn, Joshua & everyone at Hollow Brook for the best day of our life!

I've been putting off writing this for the last month for two reasons: 1--I'm so sad that my perfect day has come and gone and 2--how do I begin to thank Robbyn and all the staff members at Hollow Brook Golf Club?
Once I got engaged I knew that I was not looking for a "typical" wedding venue, while banquet halls and hotels may be for some brides it's not what I had envisioned. The term I coined during the process was "Old World European", whatever that means... I happened upon the Hollow Brook by accident, just searching any possible venue within reasonable driving distance, I contacted Robbyn who quickly returned my email and with parents and fiancé in tow, went to visit the venue.
When we pulled up to Hollow Brook we took into account the lovely grounds and ample parking spaces (important to note as we planned on 150 guests). Upon entering the reception area I said out loud "this is the place". Gorgeous does not do the hall justice, the vaulted ceiling, beautiful chandeliers, view of the golf course, I found my perfect venue!
The next year flew by and I cannot begin to thank Robbyn or speak more highly of her! What a privilege for a bride to work with someone courteous and extremely prompt in returning emails (a huge plus in my book) and most of all who genuinely cares about the couples' special day. Anything that I envisioned she said, "yep, we can do it".
The day of the wedding was perfect, the room looked even more amazing than I envisioned! My guests loved the unique venue and one of the most frequent complements
we received about the venue was "it was the best food I've ever had at a wedding". I cannot agree more, the food was delicious, the steak at dinner was one of the biggest hits of the night. My only regret is that I was having too much fun to sit down and eat! I'm hoping that any friends who get engaged next will have their wedding at the Hollow Brook so I can correct that!

Choosing Hollow Brook for our wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made!!!! In planning our wedding day I had a very specific vision in mind and finding a venue in the Hudson Valley area that matched my vision was a little difficult. I dreamed of a rustic, elegant, beautiful, romantic type wedding with lots of my own DIY touches. As soon as I saw pictures of Hollow Brook online I knew I had to visit and when I walked in I knew right away that I loved it and it fit my vision perfectly. Then I met Robbyn, the wedding coordinator there, and the deal was sealed! Throughout the planning process Robbyn was amazing! She was always willing to meet with me, she answered my e-mails within a day or two, she let me stop in a few times to test out my centerpieces, and she was always willing to offer advice and share her amazing ideas. You can tell that she helps plan weddings all the time, yet when speaking with her she makes you feel as though your wedding is the most important one. When the day of our wedding finally arrived I cried *happy tears* when I saw that my vision had come to life. Everything was beautiful and set up just as I had envisioned. Joshua, the maitre’d, made sure everything ran smoothly all night! He even helped me to fix a little hiccup I had with the DJ and helped me stay calm when I started to get flustered with things! Anything we needed throughout the reception Joshua took care of for us! We owe a huge thanks to Robbyn, Joshua, our bridal attendant, and all of the chefs, servers, & bartenders at Hollow Brook because they were all a part of creating our perfect wedding reception. In addition to the fabulous people at Hollow Brook the views are beautiful, the inside has a cozy, elegant, rustic feel, and the food is so, SO delicious! We loved everything about Hollow Brook AND so did our guests! We got so many compliments about the place being beautiful, the service being great, and the food being perfect. Everything was top-notch!

My husband and I absolutely loved having our wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club. Our wedding day vision was made possible by Robbyn, the event planner for the venue. Since the day we met Robbyn, she helped us create, plan, tweak, mold, and perfect every detail of our special day. She was always easy to get in touch with, would respond to emails at all hours and be available for last minute meetings or for us to stop by. When it came time to decorate the venue she carried out our vision exactly as we imagined, even better, leaving nothing for us to change when we walked through before our guests arrived.
During the reception, our guests were not only impressed by the beauty of the venue and our evident rustic chic theme, but also the impeccable service they received from the Hollow Brook staff. Throughout the entire night the staff made sure we had everything we needed and held our guests to the same importance. Guests have called us to tell us how much they enjoyed the food, stating "it was the best food I've ever eaten at a wedding." The chef was super accommodating and worked with us to personalize the menu to represent us as a couple with the foods that we enjoy most. My husband, a chef himself, was also very impressed by the presentation and quality of food and service.
Hollow Brook went above and beyond our venue expectations, even surprising us on our wedding day... when they were setting up our champagne flute they found one broken inside the box. Luckily the gift receipt was attached, and the maitre'd, Joshua, called the store and went to exchange them so we would have them in time for our toast! Joshua was in sync with all of our vendors and everything ran smoothly the night of our wedding. We could not have asked for a better experience planning or celebrating our wedding, we wish we could do it all over again because we enjoyed it so much!

Robbyn was so helpful in the planning process, working with me, being flexible and giving me great suggestions/ideas when I needed it. She was so easy to work with and the event was more than I could have hoped for, with such a beautiful venue, top notch wait staff and service, the food was amazing, and everything went smoothly throughout the whole day. I received so many compliments from friends and family about how amazing Hollow Brook was. She was very flexible in providing needs that best suited me and my bride. The venue was beautiful and provided our photographer with plenty of photo opportunities. The wait staff and maitre de were top notch. They made sure all of our needs were met and then some! The food was great and Robbyn made sure it was perfect for the season. Speechless! I've dreamt of my wedding since I was a little girl and Robbyn and everyone at Hollow Brook Golf Club made them come true, plus some! I can't say enough about the exquisite service, attention to detail and flexibility we received. Robbyn really takes the time to understand your vision and makes it happen to perfection. In the middle of making sure our wedding was flowing perfectly, she came to help bustle my dress. That's dedication. Robbyn is the most calm (brides will appreciate this!), flexible and honest person I've ever worked with and I've been a corporate event planner for years. As soon as we left Hollow Brook after our first meeting with Robbyn over a year ago, we knew this was the perfect place for our wedding! It was the ONLY place we looked at and we immediately fell in love with the charming, friendliness and rustic atmosphere that Hollow Brook had to offer. We also loved that our wedding would be the only one that day. Planning our wedding was a breeze and a lot of that must go to Robbyn and the Hollow Brook staff. They were all so easy to work with. There wasn't a question that Robbyn could not answer!! Her professionalism and prompt responsiveness, kept everything running smoothly, not to mention easing nerves and stress. If we had ideas or thoughts about something, Robbyn was there to talk things out, then go above and beyond to make it happen!! We never once said we were stressed out with planning our wedding at Hollow Brook. We always felt comfortable and right at ease with the pre-wedding plans. Our wedding day was amazing!!!! All our decor was set up just as we pictured it and everything ran smoothly. If something did go wrong, we had no clue, which goes to show you how efficient Robbyn, Joshua and the staff were during the day. We took amazing pictures out on the golf course with the aid of Tatiana, a Hollow Brook staff member, toting us and our photographer around the course. She was extremely helpful with bringing us to some great locations around the course, some that were just breathtaking and made for great shots!! The entire day was magical and we heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests about the remarkable food and service. My now husband and I wanted our wedding to be rustic, yet elegant. As we began to look at venues, we were unimpressed and becoming discouraged as we did not think we would have the wedding that we had hoped for. But than we had our appointment to look at The Hollow Brook Golf Club. As soon as we walked in the front doors, we both got butterflies. This place was like a hidden gem to us! It was unlike any venue we had visited or had gone to as guests at other weddings. Everything about this place was beautiful! After our first reaction to the beautiful venue, we met Robbyn, who swept us off our feet! Robbyn has such a bubbly, down to earth personality and made us feel so incredibly comfortable and confident in all that she and The Hollow Brook Golf Club could offer. When it came time to discuss finances, Robbyn made it a point to work with us to assure that we could have the wedding of our dreams within our budget; this is one of the most unique aspects of The Hollow Brook Golf Club and the work that Robbyn does. Robbyn makes people’s dreams a reality by being creative with different aspects of the wedding planning process and being open minded to all thoughts and ideas. We really valued and depended on Robbyn’s expertise and knowledge on helping us create the most special day of our lives. We never once felt like just another couple getting married. The care and attention Robbyn, Joshua, and the rest of the staff gave us cannot be matched. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect! The ambience and the mood created by this venue and staff really helped set the stage for what was a wonderful night. The food was out of this world, the dance floor was packed all night (we could not believe it), and everyone was having an amazing time. Our wedding guests are still talking about how the food was cooked to perfection, how accommodating and attentive the staff was, and how breath taking the venue was.

While looking for a venue. We never thought we would LOVE Hollow Brook Golf Club so much. We have never been more blessed as we were by their staff that day. We were incredibly lucky with all of our vendors, but at the heart of it is your venue and we simply could not have asked for more.
When we began planning our wedding we had a vision in mind of simple/rustic elegance and we couldn't find what we were looking for (in our budget) anywhere, until we came up to Hollow Brook. Robbyn was a dream to work with and unbelievably kind and understanding to any financial restraints we had. She graciously worked with us to create a perfect wedding that we could afford, and all along the way she encouraged us to add touches of "us" to make it a more personalized experience for our guests.
Every email and phone call was promptly answered, every request fulfilled, and you could tell that she cared just as much as you did about getting the day "right."
I am in love with the setting and decor of Hollow Brook and each time I visited I found something new that I loved about it. It was exactly what we were looking for, but its breathtaking views, picturesque streams and bridges, and wood, stone and wrought iron decor were all perks we knew would not disappoint. The gamble in selecting a wedding venue comes from the service and day-of execution, and this is where Hollow Brook really shined.
From the planning meetings and tastings, to the entire HB staff (in particular Robbyn, Joshua and Gabby), everyone made it their mission to make us as happy as can be - and they succeeded by leaps and bounds. The food is OUTSTANDING, the craft beer selection is awesome (as are their wines), the cake was delicious (and beautiful!), and everyone from our guests to our other vendors commented on the quality of the food, beauty of the venue, and kind, welcoming nature of the staff.
We could not have wished for a better experience and I just pray I'll get to go back one day as a guest!

My Husband and I had a very hard time finding a venue when we were planning our wedding. Everywhere we went had a lot of wall paper, fancy carpets, chandeliers and other very elegant aspects. When we walked into Hollow Brook, we immediately knew that was where we were going to get married. The rustic decor is complimented by the beautiful grounds of the course with the trees in the background brings such a sense of elegance and peacefulness. The space for the reception is so warm and rustic but still very tastefully done and elegant. When I was looking for a venue, I had specifically stated that I wanted rustic but elegant, Hollow Brook defines that.
Although Hollow Brook itself is beautiful, the staff truly make the venue so magnificent. On that day, I 100% felt like a bride, almost like royalty. There were so many ways in which the staff ensured that my Husband and I were taken care of. From a small private table for us to come back to after pictures to continuous staff support for whatever we needed. Robbyn of course is just amazing. She is a very talented woman and her experience really shows on that day as she ensures that everything is taken care of and that what you imagined your day to be is possible. I did a lot of DIY concepts for the wedding and Robbyn made sure that everything was set up and ready. When I did a walk through with Robbyn I was in complete awe of how nicely everything came together, I was so proud to see all of my ideas work but I was also so grateful that I was able to hand everything over to her and she put it together exactly as I had asked. I cannot thank Robbyn and the entire staff enough for such amazing and dedicated service. I know that because of Hollow Brook and the staff, people will be talking about our wedding for years to come!

Robbyn, Joshua, and the whole Hollow Brook Team were an absolute dream. We heard so many nightmares of venues who ruined couples' weddings and were really picky about who we were willing to work with. Joshua had originally showed us the venue in Robbyn's absence, and after my first phone call with Robbyn, I booked the venue within the week. After we met her in person, it only confirmed we made the best decision. It was a win-win since we had the view we wanted and the planner we wanted for the price of one.
Hollow Brook is accommodating on all levels. They understood that weddings cost real money and worked with our budget without us having to sacrifice anything we weren't going to miss. On top of a great deal already, Robbyn is a true on-site planner. While many other venues will hand you someone to process your paperwork and leave you in the dark from there, Robbyn was a DIY bride's dream come true! Not only did she respond almost always immediately, she helped us customize our menu with off-the-menu options, and even put together our centerpieces!
The staff was so attentive. We were never without food or drink. We came back from a few photos to a private table set up with all of the cocktail hour food right in front of us at a table away from the main crowd, but in a public space so that we could still mingle with our guests. Joshua asked us about our favorite drinks the day before and made sure our glasses were never empty throughout the whole wedding.
It rained on our wedding day, but Hollow Brook is so beautiful, the food is so delicious, and the staff so amazing, that our guests were still blown away. Under the covered patio and with the picturesque views from the reception room, everyone forgot it was even raining out on the green. They just danced away! Last but not least, our cake was amazingly delicious and beautiful that our guests were actually looking for extra slices to take home to no avail. We literally had our cake and ate it too!

We were married in August of 2011 at Hollow Brook. My husband and I were looking for a venue that was not the typical wedding venue and when a friend recommended Hollow Brook Golf Club, we had to go look at it. We instantly felt the same way when we saw it: it was perfect! It had a beautiful rustic feeling and was nice and spacious. On the day of the wedding, the staff was wonderful, helpful, and very accommodating. The food was delicious, set-up was beautiful, and my husband and I couldn't have been happier.

I honestly can say I had my dream wedding at Hollow Brook. The space is absolutely stunning - perfect if you're looking for something a little rustic but elegant at the same time. The food was mouth-wateringly delicious (I had to make sure I had a bite of everything!) and the staff was very attentive. As for Robbyn, I cannot say enough about how awesome it was to work with her. She knew exactly how to make all of my ideas a reality while making many great suggestions herself - she obviously knows what she's doing. Every time I visited Hollow Brook and spoke with Robbyn, I always left feeling confident I was in good hands, and I was! Everything went so smoothly and I couldn't have asked for more!!

Everything was perfect! I would not change a thing! Robbyn and her staff did a great job...they really are there to make sure everything is exactly how you want it! I love Robbyn's attention to detail and ability to keep things on a schedule! Robbyn had great suggestions and was always there to run an idea by or answer questions. Our guests raved about the breathtaking views, food, and attentiveness of the staff. The food was delicious and were good size portions! The favorites were the eggplant tower and vanilla milkshakes served in a shot glass.

Hollow Brook Golf Club was incredibly accommodating. It was a very personalized experience. Robbyn, their coordinator, made me as a bride feel as though my wedding and I were the only thing on her mind. When it came to my special day, everything went smoothly, more than I ever expected!! I felt almost as if our wedding was planned in my own home. The food was delicious, and our cake was WAY more tasty and beautiful than we ever could have expected. . I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have ease and comfort throughout their entire process of planning until their special day comes to an end. Best choice we ever made :)

My husband and I had our wedding at Hollow Brook July 2011 and we are so incredibly happy that we did! Robbyn was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and was a pleasure to work with. This venue is absolutely beautiful with a rustic/country elegance- the setting makes for gorgeous pictures also! If you are looking for a more unique wedding venue with character then definitely check out Hollow Brook! The entire staff was professional and polite and the chef (Chef Rivalsi) provides DELICIOUS food... and made us our dream wedding cake from a picture that we found in a magazine! My husband and I had an unforgettable wedding day and Hollow Brook was a perfect place to start our marriage :)

We thank our lucky stars that we found Hollowbrook and made the decision to have our wedding at this special place. First, the look and feel of the clubhouse and grounds was everything we envisioned for our day. Everyone attending commented on how “warm” the atmosphere felt – they said it was like “being home”. I had lots of decorations that my family and I worked on and the team at Hollowbrook worked with us to put up everything just as we had visualized it. Robbyn understood my vision and worked with us to create a day that was unique to our style, theme and personalities. Every idea I approached her with they were able to make it happen. The phenomenal chef at Hollowbrook was able to whip up all the unique creations I had in mind and the food was absolutely remarkable. The bartenders were awesome and should receive extra kudos. My family loved their personalities and quick service. We got endless raves about the cocktail hour hors devours and main dishes. Overall everything was absolutly fabulous.

Great Venue To Work With
Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. Every email, phone call, and meeting was met with kindness, professionalism, and a true willingness to help. Whether it was a big request or a last-minute change, they handled everything seamlessly and never once made me feel stressed or overwhelmed.
They truly listened to what I envisioned and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. The layout, the décor, the flow of the day, it all came together perfectly. I felt so supported throughout the entire process, and that peace of mind made all the difference.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue. Many had never heard of it before, which added to its charm. It’s tucked away just enough to feel private and intimate, making it ideal for a more rustic-style wedding. It’s not your typical ballroom, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. The natural beauty of the space, combined with thoughtful touches and elegant details, created an atmosphere that was both cozy and classy.
From the twinkling lights to the warm wood tones and scenic surroundings, everything felt magical. It was the perfect blend of rustic charm and timeless elegance. If you're looking for a venue that feels personal, unique, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, this is it. Gabby and Rachel were great to work with!

My daughter and son in law had a beautiful wedding. Every detail was perfect. The food was delicious , service was excellent and the wedding planner and assistant were so organized and helpful. The venue was beautiful even in the rain!

We LOVED Hollow Brook!
Recently got married at Hollow Brook in October... couldn't have asked for a better venue. From the moment we toured the space we just knew this was the place we would have our special day. I think we showed up to the venue at least 5 times to walk around, and Gabby even walked my Dad through and answered all the questions he had (which was he was so happy she did, he loved this). We appreciated the flexibility they gave us during COVID with payments and no pressure with all the changing mandates; and when the day finally came, the team was SO HELPFUL. The grounds were immaculate, food was DELICIOUS -- and we even had a really fancy tasting which was to our surprise an actual dinner where they brought out the food to you along with drinks. The actual day of, I literally didn't lift a finger.. the staff moved seamlessly with my vendors, and they had everyone right where they needed to be. Brenden the Maitre D really goes above and beyond as well, I mean down to running around filling up my water cup, making sure we ate, the other members of the team (Brittany, who was the bridal attended) was also SO AMAZING and Gabby, the coordinator was soooo attentive, answering our 500 questions from the moment we booked until our limo was pulling off! If you're anything like me, you are combing through 10s of 1000s of reviews trying to find that perfect venue, do not hesitate to book at Hollow Brook!

They were wonderful with everything. Robbyn couldn't be a better host. She is a little slow to respond at time, but that is becuase she is so personally involved with every event she needs a day or so to get back to you.
They were VERY flexible to any idea that we had and actually encouraged out of the box thinking. We were lucky enough to be able to also do our decorations the day before. This is not always the case, but since the room was free they were more than happy to let us in Fri day.
We picked this location becuase of it's beauty and it WORKED!! Everyone one of our guests has pictures of the beautiful golf course and the details of the buildings. SOOOO pretty!
The regular staff is GREAT! I only have one complain - We had a larger wedding and I think there was some outside staff that was hired in that wasn't as responsive. This is my guess after getting feedback from a few of my guests who never got cake or coffee. When they asked, the server told them they had already gotten their cake and left it at that.
All in all, it was a GREAT day and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Robbyn and your Staff!

So happy with Hollow Brook!
We had a December wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club and could not be happier with the result. The day was perfect from start to finish, and we feel so grateful that we came across this venue early in our search.
You cannot beat the price for what you get. We had 135 guests and paid about $30k for 12 passed hors d'oeuvres, 3 cocktail stations, 3 course dinner, and a late night takeaway - all with an open bar, signature drinks, and more. Great value for what we get, and the food was DELICIOUS!
Gabby is a great coordinator and has everything under control. There were even a couple moments where - in our stress - we felt like she was a little casual (lol), but realized it is simply because she knows exactly what she is doing. We used all preferred vendors and they were FANTASTIC.
The ambiance of the beautiful indoor venue for a winter wedding was stunning, and they even have their own decor if you choose to do a wedding near the holidays.
You cannot go wrong with Hollow Brook!

My husband and I were elated when we found Hollow Brook! We had wanted a rustic, barnlike wedding and HB seemed perfect. We visited Robbyn and booked 18 months in advance, leaving our deposit with her. However, we didn't receive our contract until 6 months later after having to contact Robbyn again. The planning continued and when it came time to set up the menu Robbyn was very helpful. After both meetings with her she had "forgotten" to email us the updates and agenda, even during the week before the wedding I had to contact her for the last agenda b/c she had forgotten again. That's everything BEFORE the wedding... On our wedding day, many things went wrong and I will list them: the cake bite desserts that we were convinced to get were no where to be found at the wedding. There was no dessert delivered to our sweetheart table so was eating dessert off of my mothers table and I never had a piece of our cake. We also never got the top layer of our cake :( we are still not sure what happened to it. On our stations menu there was pulled pork sliders, but by the time we got to the food, they were gone and replaced with white castle looking cheese burger sliders (without us being informed) Food trays were empty and some people even said their food was cold. Many staff members never refilled water glasses at tables and never offered drinks at tables like Robbyn said they would. At the end of the night we had to ask staff for our Lenox items back and the rest of the items we had brought there instead of them having things ready for us to take with us. For our favors we had a candy buffet. I had to remind Joshua the matre'd to put out the bags for our guests but he didn't know where they were and guests were filling their purses with candy. I had to personally go and try to find them, and when Joshua did find them he never even set them up, just left the packages unopened on the table. When a wedding venue has nothing but positive reviews and then a single negative review appears, then one has to wonder where the problem really lays. No one is perfect and no situation is perfect. However, the common thread on all of the reviews of Hollow Brook is how caring the staff is, from the planner, Robbyn to the Maitre D' Joshua, to the service team, Executive Chef and kitchen staff. We execute lovely casually elegant events and provide a Bride and Groom a good experience from the time of their first visit to their departure after their wedding. Our numerous positive reviews are a testimonial to that. Perfection is not possible, but a caring team that does their best...that is something to appreciate and that is what Hollow Brook provides.
This is an attempt to damage the reputation of Hollow Brook, our planner Robbyn and these kinds of careless and thoughtless posts can destroy careers and lives. A fact that this individual is choosing to ignore in an attempt to extort and also punish Hollow Brook for her perceived flaws of the evening.
