Beautiful Flowers
We hired Holliday Flowers, in Germantown, TN, for our wedding in September 2019. Everyone was so nice to work with and Leigh Ann took the time to make sure she had the colors and flowers I wanted for the bouquets and boutonnieres. The bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding were perfect and so pretty. Everything was ready on time and in great condition. Thank you! -

The best in Memphis!
We hired Holliday for flowers, bars, linens, chairs, etc. They were decorating ninjas! I was at the venue throughout the day and I never saw them once... yet everything was immaculate when I saw the finished product! All the vendors I worked with were incredibly professional but I think Holliday wins the overall professionalism prize. They responded to emails instantly and provided a million updated quotes for me as I changed things throughout the months of wedding planning. I can't say enough good things about them. Everything was perfectly in place and I didn't have to worry about a thing! -

Working with Heather and the team at Holliday Flowers was a joy! Heather was super responsive, and made sure to answer every crazy question a first time bride might have!
I am most appreciative that they were able to do a sample of our centerpieces as a part of the process – it helped us narrow down things we liked and didn’t like, and made finalizing our decisions even easier!
Heather was also able to incorporate a piece of lace from my grandmothers’ wedding dress as the wrap for my bridal bouquet – it was enough to make my grandmother tear up when she realized that she also had a piece of the lace in her wristlet!
The entire Holliday team was courteous, professional, and helped add to the joy we felt at our wedding! -

Holliday was incredible for creating a look and designing a beautiful ceremony and reception. They were able to make my vision and ideas come to life in a perfect way. The proposal had so many details so I could visualize the day. We met multiple times to make sure it was all perfect and ready to go the day of. I would recommend anyone to use Holliday! -

These are some of the most beautiful arrangements I have seen anywhere in the country, and definitely in the Memphis area. Using them for my wedding was a no brainer and was one of the easiest steps to the whole wedding. Michael Strickland is such an artist and so professional. -

Holliday Flowers did an absolutely WONDERFUL job on our flower for me and my husband's wedding. We chose both blue and white hydrageneas as our main flowers and white rosebuds for the bouts and corsages. Everything from the two alter arrangements to the flowers in the reception hall were so very beautiful and breathtaking!! My husband and I received so many compliments and rave reviews on how elegant and tasteful everything was...and Holliday's is to Thank for making that happen. While it is true that my husband and I had a vision...it was Holliday's Flowers that made it a reality and come to life! -

Oh my goodness!!! Holliday's absolutely blew me away. I have never seen such gorgeous flowers...they truly went above and beyond my actual order, so when wedding day came and I walked into the ceremony AND reception...I was blown away both times. The staff is super professional and easily accessible. They were always quick to answer any questions I had at anytime! I was even texting back and forth with Gina at one point about containers. I Loved them. Don't hesitate to use them! -

I worked with Brent, Gina, and Ciara and I love them all. The talent they have is phenomenal. Their flowers are beautiful and all you have to do is show them a picture and they can replicate it exactly and make it even pretty than what you showed them. There is no one better to work with in Memphis! -

The company I work for has always used them and I was always impressed with their creativeness, ideas and final product. I looked at a few places, but I already knew I wanted to use them. I trusted them and knew they would be perfect. My contact was very interested, asked lots of questions to make sure they put together the perfect arrangements. She even suggested things I didn't even think of. They were absolutely beautiful. AND most importantly everything arrived at the church in plenty of time. -

I was so worried on my wedding day, because I wasn't sure what to expect with our bouquets and arrangements. When I arrived at our venue, I started crying when I saw the flowers. They were beautiful! We had a fall themed wedding and our colors were burgundy, burnt orange, and brown. And Liz at Hollidays did an AMAZING JOB keeping that color scheme! I was so impressed for the money we paid, I really think we got an awesome deal! -

While I thought the flowers were going to be a disaster when my florist had to quit due to medical reasons less than a month before the big date, the flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined. Holliday's Germantown brought in a florist from their Bartlett location. She did everything from bouquets for the girls, boutonnière for the guys, nosegays for the moms and flower girls to corsages for grandmothers and altar and door decor, as well as table toppers for the reception. Absolutely everything was perfect and probably my favorite part of everything, what can I say I am a girly girl and the flowers meant a lot to me. -

I was most worried about my flowers when planning my wedding. I wanted my flowers to be mainly white and ivory. I had the perfect vision in my head of what everything would look like. As we sat down with our coordinator, Alison, she listened to my vision and then took it and ran with it. She made it so much more than I could have ever dreamed possible. It's like she new exactly the picture I was seeing. I didn't want a lot of greenery or brass on the stage. I wanted dark bronze cast iron candle stands with woven flowers throughout. Alison just made it come to life. I loved my flowers so much. I took to Alison so much because she was so available to answer any and all questions that I had. She completely put my mind at ease. They are amazing. The best florist in the Memphis area. -

I loved working with Gina from Holliday's! She was so kind, immediately seemed to understand what we liked and created really beautiful arrangements. The buffet display she did was gorgeous, as were the bouquets. The centerpieces popped nicely because of her recommendation that we use uplighting at the tables. I didn't realize how expensive flowers are but I think you would find that with any quality florist. I think if you want arrangements as beautiful as ours were, Holliday's charges a reasonable rate and it was really important to us that the flowers looked nice so I think it was well worth the expense. And hope you get to work with Gina, she was awesome! -

Holliday Flowers just did all the flowers for my wedding day! They did my bouquet along with the whole bridal party's flowers, all of our tables, decorated our cake, and built/decorated our arch/chuppah. It was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was simply breathtaking and I got compliments all night. They were so easy to work with too. I told them my budget and they got me there. I showed them my vision and they made it happen. I wanted my dad's police badge on my wedding bouquet and they told me to bring it on down so they can design my bouquet around my dad's badge! Who goes above and beyond like that?! Heather is extremely responsive to emails and if she was out, her team was on top of it as well answering all of my questions. If there was an issue they fixed it, and at the end of the night, their clean up crew accidentally took home some of our items and they were so diligent when it came to getting everything returned to us. They literally hand-delivered all of the items to my home! Talk about going above and beyond to fix an issue... and they did it fast too! Don't hesitate to use Holliday Flowers for any of your floral needs. From your wedding, to a birthday, special event or just because, you won't regret it. They far exceeded my expectations! Everything looked magical. They are the best of the best. -

AWESOME!!! This florist came recommended by a friend and I do not regret it at all. The reception decorations were GORGEOUS! The flowers were exactly as I imagined and I have to give them tons of credit because they helped me realize my own vision. Gina was extremely easy to talk to and you can really tell these people enjoy what they do! -

I ordered my bouquet and my husband's boutonnière from Holliday Flowers. I placed the order about a month before the ceremony. I showed Gina (that's the lady that helped me) a picture of what I wanted and she created it exactly. My only complaint was that the bouquet was completely wrapped in ribbon as she had confirmed and the ribbon that was used was off white, instead of pure white.
So when they come to drop off your flowers, make sure you check them before they leave. -

We had a small wedding and I made all the centerpieces. The only thing we needed was a bouquet and a boutineirre, which I forgot about until two days before the wedding!! They were so nice and accommodating and much more budget friendly than another florist I contacted. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because somehow the other florist sent flowers that were absolutely stunning (and 3x more expensive which is why I didn't use them). I would definitely recommend them! -

We had a little trouble with a change of staff in the middle of our planning. We weren't notified for months of the change. All the while I was being given the runaround about why I couldn't speak to the wedding coordinater. After we got through that mess, the flowers at the wedding and reception were gorgeous, which is of course the most important thing. I would recommend them, because I can't imagine the staffing problem being a regular occurrance. -

Holliday was very wonderful to work with for my wedding. The flowers looked beautiful, but some of my ideas that I thought would be used were not integrated, which surprised me on wedding day. Regardless, the flowers were wonderful and you won't be disappointed. -

Pretty - but not what I envisioned. There were several things that did not go according to plan on our wedding day (rain, change of ceremony location due to rain, veil getting caught walking down the aisle) but the one thing I'm still upset about are my flowers. They were underwhelming, to say the least.
My initial consultation was great - we met at the event planning location, and went through everything: colors I wanted, colors I didn't want, flowers I didn't want (roses). I showed them Pinterest pictures, everything. I was convinced to use a few lavender roses to "soften" the arrangements, but I felt good leaving the event center. That's where it stopped. After that, they continuously spelled both my name and my husband's name wrong in all correspondence and even invoices. (It's a little thing to complain about, but it was par for the course when I saw the flowers).
My bouquet was a lot of hydrangea and A LOT of roses. I actually preferred my mother's bouquet to mine. I felt they were all very basic. Not what you want on your wedding day. I've had more impressive bouquets for my birthday; and I get one of those every year. I partially blame myself for not being more specific or requesting to see a mock-up of the bouquets; but when you go to an expert and tell them you want something unique, that's what you expect.
The boutonnieres are a whole different story: they looked like something you'd pick up from Kroger for a Homecoming date. I thought they had mis-labeled them at first, but then realized they were all bad. I asked for something simple for the ring bearers and I got leaves. My brother who is in the Army and know less than nothing about flowers even said the boutonnieres were "pretty crappy".
We would have paid more for something more special. I also have seen the work they have done on and posted on Instagram and know they can do a better job. I felt that they just didn't care about my wedding. -

I was so disappointed in my bouquet I received. It had ivy which I specifically didn't want and it did not have succulents like I wanted. I was devastated on my wedding day. Definitely the worst thing that happened that day. -

We used Holliday Flowers for 2 events: our rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception. It was very hard to get in contact with the person handling our contract, and calls made were returned with emails rather than a giving a return phone call. The lack of personal touch and lack of attention to detail have led me to believe this company is not worth the money they charge for florals.
More details on my experience:
Our florals used for the rehearsal dinner were beautiful and affordable – my mother-in-law and sister-in-law requested long stemmed roses with greenery, and designed arrangements in glass vases themselves. The roses delivered for the rehearsal dinner were perfect.
Florals for the wedding and reception are another story. Images submitted for ‘inspiration’ were not followed when it came to the bridal bouquet, cake florals, and guest table centerpieces. Everything was done on a much smaller scale, which gave the overall wedding a feeling of being under-decorated. However, the price felt very much large-scale. -

There was lack of communication, credit card errors, the complete opposite of professionalism when speaking with the owner, I didn't receive my "complimentary toss bouquet", and I have no idea what happened to the flower arrangments used at the ceremony and the reception after the wedding. I have no desire to speak to these people to inquire, though. The flowers were very pretty, but I had a simple design, hard to mess that up. -

They are impossible to get a hold of. They do not return phone calls or emails. We were from out of town and told this the florist to use. We started with Kevin Lawrence who was terrific. He left and nobody contacted us. When we were finally told who our contact was he was impossible to get in touch with. The flowers for the wedding were just ok and they never sent the baskets for the flower girls just a box of petals. Again we tried to call with no response... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
