We had an excellent experience! We had to postpone our reception a few months due to covid and they were so flexible and great to work with, down to every little detail. The food and service was fantastic! Highly recommend! -

We just had our wedding here on 4/29/17 and this venue is hands down the best bang for your buck. So many venues charge extra for tables, chairs, table clothes, etc and everything came with it. They even provide center pieces if need/want to use them. We used their square mirrors but went a different route for the actual center pieces. It was by far the best food I have had at a wedding. The service is absolutely OUTSTANDING. They cater to basically your every need. Monette was excellent and so accommodating to everything we needed or any question we had. She is very fast at responding to any and all emails! I will recommend this venue to any person getting married and anyone throwing any kind of event. I couldn't be happier with how our wedding went. IT WENT PERFECT!!!! :) -

This location was perfect for our dinner and reception after our New Year's Eve wedding in Wichita. Monette was a joy to work with and a major blessing. She gave great advice and was with us every step of the way! She made the process very simple and she was there the night of the event to keep everything in order. The staff were very kind and helpful that night and the food was amazing! It was very convenient that all our guests could stay the night at the location of the reception. I highly recommend this location for your wedding and/or reception! -

Devon and Monette were awesome. Devon took care of everything we needed all day. The front desk clerk Carlene was excellent also. She took care of us and our guest superbly! We used the North, Center and South rooms! -

Our youngest daughter had her wedding and reception at the Holiday Inn in the south ballroom. We received so many compliments from family and friends for how beautiful her wedding was and that is thanks to the wonderful people there. Monette Dowd and her team really helped us out. When I was concerned about the dietary needs of family members, Monette talked with the chef and they came up with a wonderful menu that had my guests going back for seconds at the buffet. While we were decorating the ballroom, the staff came up with some more decorative ideas that I never thought about that they could add. Every one of their ideas made it more beautiful. Everyone was so accommodating and kept asking if we needed anything at all. I needed a container to box up the leftover cake at the end of the night and they came back with one. Even the front desk clerks were so friendly. Everyone there made our daughters wedding day so memorable. -

Our wedding day was completely stress free. The staff took care of everything before I even gave it a thought! They checked with me regularly all day to see if I needed anything. They just went about their work and took care of all of the little details that are so important. If I asked for anything they were right there taking care of it. This may not be the least expensive venue, but it is beautiful and the staff will make it feel like you have several personal wedding planners at your disposal. I highly recommend this venue! -

We planned my oldest daughter's wedding reception with Monette Dowd. She did a really great job helping us with our planning and helped us to stay within our budget. They were helpful when making suggestions, being flexible, and helping with last minutes decisions. When Monette was not able to answer our questions her assistants were very good at stepping into her place.
We had fun working with Monette and her team. They helped pull everything together within 3 months. -
