We had AMAZING Irish themed wedding reception at the Holiday Inn Tewksbury/Andover last weekend! Everything went 100% perfectly. David Mangiapane is an absolute professional and is one of the best in the business. Everyone at your hotel was amazing, from Cheryl with the bridal party all day, to Lee behind the scenes, to the servers, to Tim behind the bar. We never could have envisioned everything going as smoothly as it did on our big day, and I cannot thank David enough. He was there until after 3AM and even gave a bridesmaid a ride across the street at that hour! We had a wedding sales manager from another venue as a bridesmaid as well and she was blown away by how great everything looked and went. If you're looking for a reception venue north of Boston in the Merrimack Valley, do yourself a favor and call David Mangiapane at this hotel. Great value, great food, great people, great experience. We got a fantastic rate for our room block and a room for an after party as well. We could not be more pleased that we had our reception here.Holiday Inn Tewksbury-Andover's reply:

Nicole Sent on 10/15/2012Let me first say, that after having my wedding at the tewksbury holiday inn, I couldn't have dreamed about having it anywhere else. The wedding coordinator David was simply amazing. He was with me every step of the way before and during my wedding. He really is amazing. I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding. He took care of it all. The hall was gorgeous and I was absolutely blown away. My husband said the whole reason to have your wedding here is that David is part of the package. Beautiful venue, incredible food. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding.Holiday Inn Tewksbury-Andover's reply:

Michelle Sent on 07/02/2012The Holiday Inn was fantastic! We worked with Dave M., the banquet manager there and he was amazing. All the other staff was also friendly and wonderful. It was one of the less expensive venues, but they didn't skimp on anything! The food and service was fantastic. Great value, great service! I had a wonderful wedding! User913655 Sent on 08/27/2012We chose the Holiday Inn Tewksbury/Andover because we really wanted to have our reception at a hotel and they were much more affordable than their competition. We also really liked the grand ballroom and our wedding was the perfect size for the room (120 people). The wedding coordinator there set up all of the different elements of our reception exactly as we wanted them. However, he was not good about responding to e-mails and phone calls. Our ceremony was meant to be held in a local park,however rain forced us to have it at the reception site. A few days ahead of the wedding we met with the coordinator and talked about our options for having the ceremony in one section of the ballroom and setting it up like a little chapel or just having it on the dance floor while our guests sat at their tables. We really hated the second option and he told us that he would have his people set it up as a chapel as long as we committed to actually having our ceremony there but Friday night (our wedding was Saturday at 4pm). Since I had my heart set on a wedding in the park and the weather was still questionable I asked him if he could be more flexible than that and allow us to make a decision the morning of the wedding. He said no despite the fact that there was an event in the ballroom the morning of the wedding and he wouldn't have been able to set up for the ceremony on Friday night anyways. We decided to just roll the dice. When it did rain (buckets!) I was heartbroken by the thought of getting married on the dance floor so I went to the front desk and talked to a wonderful lady there who assured me that they would set it up just as I wanted. They did set it up and it looked great, but if it weren't for her I do not think it would have happened. We were very pleased with the final cost of our venue, food, and non-alcoholic drinks which came to approx. $7,500 but would suggest being cautious in working with the coordinator. He was not helpful on the actual day.Holiday Inn Tewksbury-Andover's reply:
The Bride and Groom did a remarkable job of thinking of all the little things to help make their wedding Special. All of us at the Holiday Inn loved their decor and were happy to work together as a team to make this a success. Necessary arrangements for the proper staffing to be able to not only set up but to also breakdown a beautiful ceremony and turn it for the Reception is the reason for the Friday request. None the less, I made all the necessary calls to ensure this happened without a hitch. Best wishes to the Bride and Groom for many years of Happiness together!
