Holiday Inn & Suites Pittsfield Reviews

Me and my fiance just got married at the Holiday Inn in Pittsfield, MA and we had an amazing experience! From answering every question I had about the event, changing and re-arranging the floor plan numerous times as well as having a quick response time, we could not be happier with our choice. Caitlin Davis, our sales manager, was amazing and she made me feel as though every question asked was not insignificant and having her help me throughout this process was a breathe of fresh air. The food was also presented very beautifully to us and our guests. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

This spot is a great place in pittsfield. The staff and coordinator Janet B is very helpful and always available! The top of the plaza is the BEST room/view to have a repection in!

This venue provided me with a location for my reception, a free room, food and drinks, and all I had to pay for was the food. They also told me if it rained outside (where I was going to have my ceremony) I could have the ceremony inside in one of there banquet rooms. They also provided free drinks and snacks for the wedding party while we waited to be announced. Everyone was very nice and professional and it was well worth the price. I loved that all I paid for was the food!

My daughter’s Sweet 16 party was a huge hit. Her friends are still talking about the great event. I understand Jae Spice cooked our food. It’s was all very delicious. Some was lukewarm but on a buffet it’s expected. We ran out of desserts and they were quickly replaced with others. Portable dance floor got so much action that is was coming apart. Kids did there best to fix it. All in all, great night.

Having our reception was easy at the Crowne Plaza- the venue was perfect, they helped us find a DJ and the whole night was perfect.
