The Food was and absolute hit!

Holiday Market Catering with Eric and his team was absolutely fantastic. We had so many compliments on how great the food was and our wedding planner said that she will recommend them everywhere because how buttoned up and professional they were on everything.!

January wedding

Holiday Market catered our wedding for 100 people and they did an AMAZING job!
We wanted something a little more non traditional for our wedding and Eric the catering manager was able to come up with a delicious menu while staying within our budget.
Eric and his staff exceeded any expectations that we could have had, they went above and beyond to make sure our wedding ran smoothly. The food was delicious and everyone was so friendly and eager to help. We had never hired a catering company before, so we really weren't sure what to expect or how much help they actually would be during the set up and tear down of everything, but they were INCREDIBLE!!! They run like a well oiled machine, and had everything cleaned up and taken care of before we could blink an eye! We also really appreciated that they took care of the linens and packed up all the leftover food for us to take home afterward, it was a nice treat not having to worry about dinner the following day!

I can't say thank you enough and would 100% recommend Holiday Market to anyone in need of a catering company!!!

My cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Holiday Market was the first place I went for my cake tasting and nothing else even came close after that. 4 layers - 2 made of Dark chocolate cake/Chocolate Genache filling & 2 of Yellow cake/Salted Caramel filling. Simply divine. My guests devoured that cake and wanted to know where I ordered it. I'm looking forward to our anniversary cake!

Traci is the worlds best caterer ever!!!!! She was so unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Not only did she help me plan the evening she was on top of every single detail that I wouldn’t even ever think of. Which believe me- you need help! As for the food? Down right amazing! People are still texting after our wedding ranting and raving!!!

Let’s start with the tasting. They email you a list of ALL their cake batter and fillings, and then you have to decide what you want to try (this is the most difficult part). Then you have your tasting: they make you 2 mini cakes with 2 fillings each, so of course we were in heaven and got to take cake home! Holiday had a deal called “show stopper” where you get a 3 tiered cake with basic flavors and fillings (we chose yellow cake with lemon mousse, chocolate cake and almond mousse) for a set price. We did this deal and got a sheet cake on the side with a speciality flavor : pumpkin cake with hazelnut mousse. Our cake was perfect the day of the weddings and we got several compliments on the excellent flavor and frosting! Bonus: we did not need to save our top tier because they will recreate a mini cake for us at our one year anniversary.

Holiday Market was far and away the BEST cake out of all the tastings (we did 6)! So moist and delicious, the buttercream is amazing and tasted the same the day of the wedding. We chose: chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, white cake with white chocolate mousse, chocolate cake with passion fruit mousse, and marble cake with chai tea mousse. They were all amazing, the guests loved it and we did not have any to bring home! Holiday Market offers the fresh "anniversary cake" for free so we didn't have to save the top layer (ew anyway, right?). We went with the "show special", great deal and perfect for our theme, elegant and simple. Three layers and an extra layer in the back. They provided white roses to put on the cake, and we also delivered to them added blue roses (fake flowers from a craft store), which they placed for us beautifully. Could not have been more pleased, thank you Holiday Market!

Our wedding cake was absolutely delectable. Holiday Market always provides high quality pastries and cakes, and our wedding cack was no exception!

We used Holiday Market for our Wedding send-off party and used them for hors d'oeuvres like veggie tray, cheese tray, fruit tray. We also used Holiday for the deserts including mini desserts and cookies. Everything flew off the trays. We wanted to pick-up the order and pay cash and there was no issue with this.

If you need anything catered, these are your people!!! I used to host events for work and I can tell you that it is very difficult to find a caterer who performs perfectly on so many different levels. Holiday Catering is an exception. We hired them to cater our unique, modern wedding this past summer and were blown away with the service provided throughout the entire planning process, the quality, variety, and taste of the food, and the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Our event consisted of food stations set up on multiple levels for a strolling dinner which, in the venue we selected, posed some coordination challenges. We were so happy with the way the caterers executed everything and we received rave reviews from our guests on not only the food itself, but also the setup and displays. They coordinated everything with our decor for a unified look and we were so pleased with how everything turned out! I must also mention how amazing all of the staff was! We had passed appetizers and also hired bartenders from Holiday and our guests commented on how friendly and helpful everyone was. Our main event coordinator, Kira, also made sure the entire staff was informed of every detail so nothing got missed. Our event required the staff to go above and beyond and they happily did so and were so very flexible and accommodating. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Holiday Catering and the staff, especially Kira! While they might be priced slightly higher than some other comparable places, the quality, service, and piece of mind that you receive with Holiday is beyond worth it! I recommend Holiday Catering without hesitation or reservation. You will not be disappointed!!!

I as well as my guest can't say enough about Holiday Market's cake. It was AMAZING. The cake was moist and good. I've had their cake for my Bridal Shower as well and it get's better each time. The staff is very professional and I was able to set up a tasting and consulation that helped me narrow down my decision. I would defintley recommend them.

We used Holiday Market for both our food and our cake, so my review is broken into two parts below...

The Food: Outstanding!! I would book Holiday Market catering again in a heartbeat. We appreciated that they did not charge us for the tasting, and they accommodated not only my husband and I but also my parents and brother who wanted to come along and try the food. The salads were crisp and fresh, the pretzel rolls & challah rolls were delicious, and the garlic mustard potato salad that came with the Pork Loin platter also got lots of positive comments. But, the entree that got the most rave reviews at our wedding was the Pepe Chicken & Pasta - what a perfect summery, crowd-pleasing dish! I was worried that the creamy sauce might be too heavy but it was just perfect, and we had countless guests raving about it. Holiday boxed up and labeled all of our leftovers at the end of the night so that we could take the rest home. The leftovers were just as delicious in the days that followed :)
For our cocktail hour we had a combination of their beautiful appetizer platters (cheese, veggies, Mediterannean) and a few passed appetizers. When our bridal party bus arrived at the venue, Holiday sent a server to the bus with appetizers for us, which was an incredibly nice touch. The Mac & Cheese bites with tomato-bacon jam were a total hit.

The Cake: We were able to do our cake tasting on the same day as our food tasting, which was helpful due to our limited time in town (we live out of state). The minute we tasted the chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse filling, we knew the search was over. I was very impressed by all of the flavors and fillings offered - it was hard to narrow it down to a few for tasting. We ended up going with the Show Special cake because it was such a great value. It had very simple design options but that was fine with us, because we cared less about fancy looks and more about how delicious the cake underneath was. Love love love!

Traci and her team from Holiday did an AMAZING job with our wedding. We wanted to do something different for our wedding food and Holiday more than delivered. We got so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the meal. Everything looked beautiful and they accommodated our unique vision! They also handled all of our beverages and staff.

Holiday's food was beyond amazing. Our guests are still complimenting on how great our wedding food was. They customized the menu to exactly what we wanted, from the appetizers, salad, entrees, pastries, late night snacks...everything was perfect. It was a wonderful experience and the day of our wedding they went above and beyond.

Loved everything about our cake just didn't love the costumer service we received. We were able to design the cake how we wanted and had tons of flavors to pick from plus custome options. However It was very difficult at times to get ahold of someone and have questions answered.

$99.00 thanksgiving smoked turkey sucked

Bought this turkey 10-12 pounds. It looked terrible and was not good. I could have bought 3-turkeys from any grocery store that was tastier and bigger. No one really ate it during our thanksgiving gathering.
