The BEST HMU artist!
I couldn’t have asked for a better HMU artist for my wedding! Hitesha was truly incredible. I had four events, and she created four completely unique looks—each one flawless, beautifully executed, and perfectly suited to the occasion. Her creativity and skill are on a different level. One of the things I loved most about working with Hitesha was her calming presence. Amid all the wedding chaos, she brought such peace and positivity to every moment. Superb South Asian Bridal Makeup Artist In New England
I hired Hitesha for my reception HMUA and was extremely satisfied with her responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Prior to the event, she was extremely responsive, all inquiries were answered within a day or two. She also had asked for inspiration photos as well as outfit pictures before the event to help understand the bride's expectations.
She truly listens to the bride and tailors her service based on the bride's preferences as well as her outfit and accessories. She is very timely; the service started and ended exactly within the timeframe she said it would. She takes the time to answer every question during the service and is extremely pleasant to talk to.
I was extremely satisfied with my final look. My hair and makeup lasted from noon time to midnight looking flawless. I got so many compliments on my look at my reception.

Long Over due Review
I had an extremely positive experience having Hitesha Shah do my wedding makeup for me. I am someone who doesn’t normally wear heavy makeup and was not sure exactly what to ask for. Although Hitesha took one look at my dress, listened to what I had in mind and applied my makeup better than I could have ever imagined. My wedding was over a year ago now but I still always talk about how much I loved my makeup that day. Would highly recommend, I wasn’t able to do a trial beforehand but I have no regrets choosing Hitesha. She also helped me drape and pin my dupatta in a beautiful manner that day.

When it came time to book my makeup artist, choosing Hitesha was an easy decision—she was my first choice. Despite not being able to schedule a makeup trial due to conflicting schedules, I trusted her expertise and skills, and she delivered beautifully! Hitesha is calm and patient and does stunning makeup work
Had a wonderful time working with Hitesha the morning of my wedding in June 2023. She came to the venue very early in the morning (we started at 6am), and was calm and patient throughout the hectic / chaotic morning. Her makeup lasted all day and looked truly stunning in photos. I wanted a "glam" look but I didn't want to feel like my makeup was caked on or that I looked like a different person. She was able to create a gorgeous natural glam that made my skin look flawless. I also asked her for Bengali "chandan art" on my forehead - she was so creative and did a beautiful job. I got so many compliments on it - all the aunties were so impressed! Really felt like a goddess after she was all done!

Hitesha is truly an amazing makeup artist!Prior to my wedding on May 6th, 2023 I had heard of her from a few different people including a close friend, but only when I worked with her and met her did I realize how amazing she really is. I am someone who almost never wears makeup, and is not used to any heavy makeup. From the minute I met her in my trial through my entire wedding weekend, she made every effort to assure me that I would feel like an elevated version of myself with all the looks she would create. She worked with me to plan different hair styles for each event, she gave real time suggestions on what she thought would make sense for each look and she also listened to real time feedback if I wanted something slightly changed. She also got my sister in law ready in record time for each event, while still ensuring she looked and felt perfect throughout the wedding. Most importantly, she was such a calming, kind presence to be around. I was anxious about many things during my wedding weekend, but hitesha was more than just a makeup artist, she played the role of a friend and was empathetic, supportive and kind, reminding me to relax and be present. My hair and makeup remained flawless for hours! My sister in law and I loved each and every look she created for all three of my wedding events, and would highly recommend hiring her for any/all events!

Incredible Experience!
Being a person who has a very specific minimal makeup routine and usually hates how I look with a full face of makeup, I was pretty nervous about having my wedding makeup done and making sure that I still looked natural and like myself (but enhanced, of course!). I also have a lot of specific preferences about features that I want to emphasize or camouflage, ways I like my hair, etc. and was also worried about finding a HMUA who would listen to these concerns.
Hitesha did an amazing job listening and asking questions at my makeup trial, and then making all of the adjustments we discussed at the actual wedding events She also managed to create two very distinct but still natural/minimal looks for both the Sangeet and the ceremony, and then one slightly more glam but still understated look for the reception, by paying attention to my coloring, my Inspo photos, my outfits, etc. I had originally thought that I might need airbrush makeup to achieve my desired looks, but I can't imagine anything looking better than what Hitesha used.
Hitesha was also so flexible about pivoting with changes throughout the weekend (like coming onsite to do my makeup last minute instead of having me come to her as planned after my rehearsal ran over time), and exuded a calming and positive presence throughout the weekend even when I was having to field various minor crises and feeling overwhelmed/anxious. I hadn't realized how much time I would be spending with my HMUA before this experience, so it's definitely important to take into account!
I can definitively say that I have never felt as beautiful as I did at my wedding, and this is largely due to Hitesha's skill and expertise, as well as her hyping me up before every event :). I'm still so in awe whenever I see new photos, and I had so many people come tell me that it was the best wedding makeup they had ever seen. If you are having any anxiety about finding a HMUA, you will not regret booking Hitesha!

I can speak for everyone reading this that every girl dreams of a perfect look, outfit and hair for her wedding day and Hitesha made that real for me. I cannot not believe that I too could look so beautiful. She worked with me patiently since the beginning and I give her 5 stars for her responsiveness.
To be honest, I had too many ideas in mind and that is never a good news for the MUA. I wanted my look to be vibrant, colorful, loud and creative. Hitesha made sure that both my looks for my wedding ceremony and reception was a wonderful mix of all my ideas and better than what I had asked for. She is professional and takes her work seriously. Most importantly she is passionate about what she does and she makes sure that every look is magnificent piece of work.
For those girls who are not sure what they want as make-up is not their cup of tea. No worries leave it to Hitesha and she will make you feel and look like a princess. :)
Hitesha uses good products and tools. She bring a variety of cosmetics products to match all skin type and tones. She is creative as I asked her to give me a traditional Bengali Bride look and it was her first time doing that but no one can tell that it was her first. The forehead art didnot seem that it was her first time.
If given a chance, then I will hire Hitesha again in a heart beat and I am so so glad that I did go with my instinct and worked with Hitesha in the first place.

Absolutely amazing
During my wedding, my make up artist didn’t show up. I didn’t have time to take photos with my husband because of that. So I decided to redo our wedding couple shots. Hitesha saved my shoot. She did my makeup as if I was getting married again and it was amazing!

Best Makeup Artist in the Area!!
Hitesha did my bridal hair and makeup and she did the most stunning job! I can't express how happy I was with my look on both my mehndi and my reception, she hit it out of the park! Hitesha is also very professional and makes sure to incorporate her client's vision into her work, she's flexible and super easy to work with. Although my two looks were back to back days the way she made sure they both stood out in different ways was just remarkable. Made me feel and look like a doll!
Working with Hitesha was such a pleasure from initial contact to having her get me ready for all three of my shaadi events in Boston. She was timely and professional for all events and is a true artist with hair and makeup. Not only is she affordable but she made all the looks I had in mind come to life and went above and beyond even helping me with my jewelry settings (including a difficult nose ring). She was flexible when things when wrong which is to be expectedly with wedding events and ensured I still was able to get ready on time with time to spare. I received endless compliments on all my looks and could not recommend Hitesha enough to all brides looking to feel beautiful on their big days! Hitesha made me look like a Queen! She did my hair and makeup for my Wedding Ceremony and my Reception- 2 totally different looks in 1 day! I couldn’t have been happier with the results! I don’t trust many people with doing my makeup, especially with my darker complexion, but I fully trusted her process and she did an amazinggg job! I still get compliments on how great my makeup and hair looked. She also did my mom’s hair and makeup and she looked gorgeous! Don’t think twice on booking her! Amazing experience
Hitesha did my sister's bridal makeup as well as the makeup for me, my mom, and my other sister. She is absolutely AMAZING and I have never loved my makeup more than I did when Hitesha did it. She did our makeup 2 days in a row and each day the look was slightly different and tailored to our outfits, etc. She is extremely professional and was amazing to work with it. I can't put into works how outstanding out experience was. I would definitely recommend Hitesha to everyone!

Super talented makeup artist
I was in Boston from out of town for my wedding reception and nervous about finding a makeup artist in a city I didn't know. Hitesha's Instagram had already given me a boost in confidence but her work on me was amazing. I felt so glamorous and pretty. Everyone commented on how great my makeup looked. She even somehow managed to make the two strands of hair I have look good. Highly recommend her to any bride.

Wedding garba hair and makeup
I originally wanted Hitesha to do my hair and make up for all my wedding events but she was booked and I was able to have her squeeze me in for my garba event. Hitesha is on top of everything and comes very prepared. She listens to what you want and how you want to look. She no doubt does a great job with make up. The difficulty with me was, I do not like much make up nor do I put make up on daily basis. I wanted to look as natural as I can with only adding a glow to add the bride shine to it. She did an excellent job, she has been very patient with me. She is a great listener and is as excited as you are for your wedding to make you look the best. I have not had any problem with her and loved each and every look.

Hitesha is simply amazing! She works wonders! She has an amazing warm personality and is very accommodating. Also very professional when it came to the weekend of and during the trial. Whenever I had any ideas to my looks I would just email/text her and she was very responsive as well as gave me suggestions to what would look best on me. I wanted a glam look but was conservative a bit with bright eye colors and she took account of that she exactly what I wanted with a little of her touch. She gives you advice on how you should take care of your skin months leading up to your big day. She was punctual for all 3 of my wedding events (Garba, wedding and reception). I absolutely loved all 3 of my looks!! She did a fantastic job not only on my but my mom and sister as well. They loved her and their looks for all 3 events. Cannot thank her enough for not only making me look like a princess but feel like one too. Hands down the best decision /vendor I had. Do not think twice about signing on hitesha!
