Alyssia was our make-up artist and hair stylist, and she did a fantastic job! Alyssia asked us each a lot of questions to make sure our hair and make-up was well suited to each of our hair and skin types. We all loved our hair and make-up, and it held up throughout the evening. It looked fantastic in photos as well! -

I booked Hitched LLC through Wedding Wire for my wedding last month, and they paired me with Sara Rose. Sara did my hair and makeup, as well as hair and makeup for my three bridesmaids. She works fast, does an amazing job, and was SO fun to work with. I am so happy that she was apart of my special day. -

I was married nearly a year ago; it took a while to get around to writing reviews! My wedding was March 24th, 2024, in Cincinnati. My stylist was really great and quick, and her work was lovely. There was, however, a bit of an awkward moment. At one point my stylist began complaining that it was stupid for couples who were already legally married to have weddings and there was no point in it. I guess she forgot that at my trial I told her my husband and I were already legally married......it created a pretty awkward atmosphere in the bridal suite. She was lovely and I'm sure she didn't mean to offend anyone, but it wasn't a very professional rant and didn't feel good to hear on my wedding day. -

I want to start by saying I was wonderfully happy with my hair and makeup, as well as my nieces hair and makeup. My stylist they paired me with did an amazing job. We had a few issues, no fault to Hitched LLC.
At first, hitched told me the stylist would reach out, she didn’t, so I contacted Hitched again and then stylist reached out. We got on the books to get a trial, and talked about what I wanted for everyone. She then proceeds to tell me she was solo artist won’t have time for everything I paid for. I wanted 3 women’s styles and makeup, and 4 men’s styles with Nordic twists and braids. It was upsetting and no time to find someone else, so Hitched worked with me to remove 3 of the 4 men’s styles. The trial went amazing for my style and makeup. Coming to the day of my stylist was an hour late and didn’t have time to do the single men’s style(husband) or finish my Maid of Honor (she had to do the make up herself). Luckily our venue owner had a daughter who was a Cosmetologist, and did my husband's hair. We had a beautifully perfect day anyways.
We reached out to Hitched after the wedding and explained the issues, she told me the stylist had said everything went perfect, what? Hitched did refund the style that was not completed.
Hitched LLC should vet their stylists a bit more, and make sure they pair their consumers to someone that can handle what the consumer is paying for.
All in all they handled everything professionally and tried their best to accommodate the issues I had with the stylist. AKA Beauty Salon was the stylist company I was paired with.Hitched LLC's reply:

Regarding “showing up an hour late” – the bride changed the start time 4-5 times in the couple months before wedding day. When we reached out numerous times the week before and the week of wedding day to confirm the start time, we received no response from the bride. We went with the most recent start time the bride had given us.
Regarding the groom hair – the groom was scheduled to go last (the schedule was made by the bride). The groom decided to have someone else do his hair because he did not want to go last. We offered to move the schedule around, but the bride insisted we don’t. We were done early and there was more than enough time to do the groom’s hair.
Regarding the MOH makeup – the MOH did not want us to do makeup on her entire face because she has sensitive skin. We explained that we have products that are hypoallergenic and made for sensitive skin. She insisted we just do eye shadow, and we talked her into doing lashes. There was more than enough time to do the entire MOH makeup application had she decided she wanted to.
Despite the mixed messages from the bride – saying everything was amazing the day of the wedding and then wanting refunds in the days after, we appreciate you choosing us for your big day and we wish you a lifetime of happiness!
