Absolutely amazing experience! We were blown away from our first site visit and so glad we picked Historic Dubsdread for our wedding. Not only is the venue gorgeous. The service is phenomenal. David our coordinator was so organized and handled our day perfect. We are forever thankful for our experience and for the wonderful time we had!

If you are looking for an incredible venue that provides not only amazing service but also mouthwatering food, Dubsdread is a must. From the initial email to event completion, Carissa and her team provided fantastic customer care. The Dubsdread team, including all front of house, back of house, and events staff are truly exceptional- attention to detail, curated assistance, and genuine kindness, I will most certainly be hosting events here in the future.

Highly recommend!
The venue is gorgeous and so accommodating! From the first meeting with Shanna I felt so comfortable and knew I wanted to have my wedding there. She provided a list of vendors that they've worked with and it was so helpful! My florist, DJ, photographer and hair & makeup were on that list and were AMAZING! The staff was so friendly (I received many compliments from my guests) and I even had a guest who had a dietary restriction and they made her a separate dish. Besides my amazing wedding coordinator (Shanna) who checked in with me throughout the night and prepped everything I had a "butler" who spoiled me! Bob made sure I always had a drink (he even came out while taking pictures so my husband and I could have a quick break). He was so kind and attentive. My wedding was PERFECT!!!

90th Birthday Party
It was a fantastic event attended by friends and close relatives, coming from every part of the country. The food served was gourmet quality: salmon not overdone and the sirloin to be remembered. The staff was efficient, courteous and friendly. Bartender fit right in.
Success can largely be attributed to good planning and execution by Carissa and Peighton. They are on top of their game- true professionals!
I intend to have my next event at Dubsdread!

Beautifully Orchestrated Showcase Event
We hosted over 200 people at this venue October 2025 and everything from coordination to execution was impeccable. Our guests had a great time and really enjoyed the food, drinks and service received by the Dubsdread team. Thank you all for making it a memorable event!

Beautiful Reception Hall
We found Dubsdread well before our wedding date. Many people recommended the venue to us, and after having the wedding there we can see why. Our coordinator David and the rest of the team were nothing but accommodating to us from the start of the experience. The food was amazing: we had the Prime Rib, Chicken Piccata, and Mashed Potatoes. All excellent choices. The appetizers were great too, so many compliments on the slider bar! The day went smoothly and all of our meetings with David leading up to the event made the planning aspect feel fun and productive. It was truly a pleasure getting to work with them and have our wedding at this venue. We picked the venue mainly for the reception place looking so beautiful but got so much more out of the experience.

The Historic Dubsdread Ballroom went above and beyond!!!
My husband and I recently got married at The Historic Dubsdread Ballroom (November 2023) and it exceeded our expectations and more! From the tour to the tasting to our planning meetings (and any questions we had in between) they were always so responsive, helpful and a dream to work with. You can trust that The Historic Dubsdread Ballroom and their staff know how to smoothly run an event. They provided us with a day of coordinator (David) who was AMAZING! We cannot say enough good things about David. He truly works his tail off to make sure every detail is exactly the way you want it. We had a Butler throughout the whole night (Tony) who was also AMAZING. He has the BEST energy and was always there to make sure our drinks were full while we were busy mingling with our guests. He knew exactly what we needed before we could even ask! Our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and guests are still talking about how perfect the evening was and we are so glad we chose The Historic Dubsdread Ballroom for our special day.

Simply Magical
From beginning to end, dubsdread was NOTHING but accommodating. I'll give my negatives first because everything else was positive. Deposits and such are all non-refundable, I noted on my account to not speak to anyone but me due to security issues and that was not honored, when you visit in person and go through the ballroom side often you'll find yourself waiting for someone to greet you. The "holding area" is small so you need to get ready elsewhere. And the bottom tier of food isn't that great, I found food quality differed everytime I ate it so I paid to upgrade.
Now to ALL of the positive. I had David as my day of coordinator and David as my day of butler. They were AMAZING. I gave David everything needed the day before to setup and it looked EXACTLY like I asked. It was raining on the day of, like, monsoon. David waited until the VERY last minute and I was able to walk down the isle that I wanted, and get married infront of the tree that I wanted, to my now husband. I did a first look with my dad and they block off everything to make sure noone sees me until the ceremony. Can I talk about my butler?! He followed me around with my mojito, and my husband's drink on a tray with apps and LITERALLY put the straw in my mouth for me. Like, he was a dream to have. The food the day of was so good, I HIGHLY recommend the salmon and the borsin stuff chicken with risotto. SO delicious. I'm glad we spent the extra. They fill your plate up huge. Even though it was buffet style it was still so formal. If I went back in time, I'd still pick this venue. The drinks were amazing. The bartender apparently did a amazing job, my family loved it. Thank you dubsdread for making our day special and our dreams come true. Please pick this venue, i don't know how I would have done it without them

Perfect Experience
The whole process with the Dubsdread team was wonderful. From our first tour tour to the wedding day, they were helpful and professional. David was great to work with- walked us through the whole process and he or another team member was always quick to answer our questions. Juan was also great on the wedding day. He was very attentive and under the radar, making sure we had everything we needed before we even knew we needed it. The venue was beautiful and it was so easy to have everything come from one place. The holiday decor up during our event was simple and elegant. A weekday wedding made it affordable for us, and we are so glad it did- exactly what we wanted!

Wonderful venue, wonderful employees!!
Beautiful venue, incredible food, and above and beyond service! We are so glad we found Dubsdread. It had everything we were looking for. Most venues you have to bring in everything but there is so much ready and available on location. It really makes for an easy planning experience. The ballroom and outdoor areas are both beautiful and allow for stunning pictures but also allows for minimal decorations because it’s so unique and beautiful on its own. Big shout out to David (our coordinator) and Bob (our designated server) for going above and beyond and saving the day by finding my misplaced family heirloom just before I walked down the aisle! We had such great service throughout the day and everything ran so smoothly. You can’t go wrong with this venue for your special day.

Perfect option for an all-in-one Wedding Venue!!!
We immediately fell in love with Historic Dubsdread Ballroom after our first tour in October of 2020 and booked it right away. We just got married on 12/11/21 & everything went so incredibly smooth. David was our coordinator that worked with us throughout our wedding planning and was there on the day of. He just made it so easy helping with the flow of our entire wedding day we can't thank him enough, he's the absolute best!!! We got great comments on our food options of the beef tenderloin and the almond chicken, both were our top 2 choices and they were so delicious! We had a beautiful night here for our wedding & appreciate every one at Dubsdread for helping to make our guests happy throughout the night!!! :)

Perfect Venue for Rustic Charm

A Dream Come True Wedding Venue
From the very first moment we stepped foot in The Historic Dubsdread Ballroom on our venue tour, we knew that it was going to be the place we would get married! We walked in with a thousand questions and we left with every single one of them answered plus answers we didn't even know we needed. This is all due to the amazing staff at Dubsdread, specifically our amazing coordinator Emma. Even if it was late at night, our emails were answered super quick and the stress of planning went away whenever we talked. One thing about planning a wedding is the stress of family expecting you to know exactly what you want for every detail, but when it came to sitting down with Emma, those problems were nonexistent. When we didn't know what we wanted, Emma was there with multiple great options. We loved having our rehearsal dinner at The Tap Room at Dubsdread and it made the whole process so enjoyable for everyone involved. When people talk about how good the food is, they are not lying. We still have guests raving about the meal and cocktail hour. Having a "butler" on the day of sounded extravagant, but it truly is a blessing in disguise. Jose was right there for every moment asking if we were okay or needed anything, and it didn't stop with the bride and groom as he helped out our parents as well. Looking back on our special day, we both cannot imagine it without Historic Dubsdread Ballroom! It truly is a dream come true location and a setting where special moments in life are meant to start!

Most Amazing Experience!
Couldn’t imagine getting married any where else!
-The venue itself is stunning! We met in Louisiana and loved how the Spanish moss on the trees in the courtyard reminded us of home. The ballroom is dark and romantic but not too dark, with a perfect balance of rustic and elegant vibes.
-The food is MOUTH WATERING! When we hired our other vendors/professionals, they got so excited when they heard we were using Dubsdread because they love the food! They even gave us recommendations on their favorites. Thankfully they also have a restaurant (the Tap Room) so we can continue to eat there!
-David was FANTASTIC! As someone who is constantly worrying about small details and every little thing, I was so relieved that I didn’t have to do any of that because David had everything under control. Our day ran so smoothly and was so fun and it was all thanks to David!
-Pricing was very reasonable. They offer several different ceremony/catering packages to choose from so they can make pretty much any budget work! Shanna was extremely helpful with explaining all of this to us at the very beginning.
For us, the venue was pretty much THE most important thing and we could not have dreamed of a better venue. Dubsdread checked all of our boxes and then went above and beyond our expectations on our actual wedding day. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely perfect!
We were able to have our Dream wedding at this venue. The staff there are amazing and make the day so easy for you. Everything was on time. The food was on point every guess loved it and is still talking about it. Can't say thank you enough to David arranged and took care of everything to make it a stress-free day. Planning was easy and the coordinators are very available for questions and concerns.

Classy and Beautiful
Wonderful classy and beautiful venue. What sold it the most was how well everything is run and thought out. The catering is also part of the venue reservation and the food is exquisite. David was our coordinator and he is clearly an experienced professional. He knows all the ins and outs of a wedding ceremony/reception. The staff are all courteous and professional. They also provide the wedding party with their own butler who tends to your every need. I can not recommend them enough!

AMAZING! Great service...Great food
After attending a wedding at Dubsdread, we decided to host our company holiday dinner there last night. It was PERFECTION! We are a small company of 12 people. We had our small gathering in the Florida room. The table was nicely set, the service stellar and the food simply amazing. This establishment is locally owned and operated and is well-known throughout Orlando for many years as an amazing restaurant and event venue. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Wish we could go back and do it all over again!
I don't even know where to begin! How can I say enough good things about Dubsdread? From beginning to end, the experience we had was incredible. From the very beginning of the planning process, we were met with such a welcoming feel from all the staff. After touring the venue, we immediately knew that this was where we wanted to have our big day. From the gorgeous outdoor ceremony courtyard right off the golf course with big, beautiful trees and cafe lights, to the indoor reception area with the rustic wooden beams and fireplace, the venue itself is breathtaking. We were paired with coordinator David who was wonderful from day one with not only communication but also making my husband and I feel at ease through the entire process. David was prompt with his responses and was always available when I had questions or ideas. Our original wedding date was in April, but due to Covid-19, we unfortunately had to postpone. The day we found out we reached out to David and he made the process effortless, even in such uncharted territories. We were able to postpone to a new date within a few hours. On the day of the wedding, David and the staff made us feel like royalty. We had our own personal butler, Juan, who waited on us hand and feet. Every time I turned around he had my drink of choice and food (which was wonderful for a bride who has enough to worry about and needs to eat!). Speaking of food, our friends and family are still raving about dinner! We did buffet style that included parmesan crusted chicken, salmon and a pasta bar. My entire day was stress free because I knew David and his team had it under control at all times. If I could give Dubsdread more stars I would. If you are comparing venues, take this as your sign. Dubsdread gave us the best day of our lives and we will forever cherish how beautiful it was.

The best venue!
My husband and I got married at Dubsdread in July 2020, during the pandemic, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience! The venue is naturally so beautiful and David, or coordinator, was incredible! Our guests were talking about the food and service a full week after the event, and they took so many precautions to keep all of our guests healthy and safe. Jose, the bridal party server was everywhere we turned. All in all, we are SO pleased with our experience and highly recommend the venue/staff for any wedding!

It was so amazing to have my wedding at Dubsdread! It was so beautiful and all my guests loved it! The staff was absolutely fantastic as well! They were so responsive and helpful even in the beginning prior to booking. David was my wedding coordinator and I can’t thank him enough! He was really helpful and patient with me as I can be indecisive, and definitely part of the reason we had such a wonderful day! Ramon was our butler and he went above and beyond! It was a super windy day and he was amazing at helping with my train and chapel length veil. Everyone was so much fun to work with and the food was amazing!

Perfect Day!
Our wedding at Dubsdread was absolutely perfect!! We did not have to stress one bit the whole wedding weekend. After dropping all of the decorations off at our rehearsal, David and his team took care of absolutely everything! They kept every single part of the night right on schedule. Everyone commented all night how amazing the service was and how amazing the food was. We had filet Mignon and almond chicken and everyone said it was steakhouse quality and that even the vegetarian option was delicious! My groom and I are really were taken such good care of by Bobby who kept our drinks full all night, made sure we got to eat all of the great apps and food, and helped me with my dress, flowers, etc. It truly was the best day ever and the staff at Dubsdread made everything go smoother than I could have hoped for!

Everything about this venue is amazing. The staff, the food, the amenities provided, and everything in between. One of my favorite things they provided was a group tasting where you can request food items you would like to try and experience the food like a guest would. AMAZING. DELICIOUS. They also had a long sit down meeting with us two weeks out to go over all of the details - big and small. David was our day of coordinator and you can tell he has been doing this for a long time. He made sure everything went smoothly and if anything went wrong I didn't know about it! David was quick to respond to emails or phone calls when I had questions about absolutely anything. I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding and we were able to bring all of our decorations the day before at the rehearsal. We had Juan as our personal butler and he was SO prepared. Started to rain and he appeared with an umbrella. Saw me without a drink and he appeared with a glass of prosecco. He brought us the appetizers after our ceremony, made us plates of food during our reception, and made sure we got dessert and the late night snack. Customer service was outstanding. They think of everything! Not to mention the venue is GORGEOUS! Beautiful oak trees with string lights for the ceremony and the interior was equally as beautiful. The woodwork, stone fireplace, a gorgeous chandelier. Seriously. Everything was amazing. I don't have a single bad thing to say about Dubsdread.

We cannot say enough about the amazing staff and venue at Dubsdread! We absolutely loved having our wedding here! Our coordinator David was incredibly professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. He made sure we had anything and everything we needed and wanted for our big day! He is truly a magician behind the scenes! Thank you David!! The venue is stunning! Living in Florida it is always a chance that you may see rain on your wedding day but with their indoor reception hall and cocktail room that isn’t a worry! We received so many compliments on the space as well as the amazing food!! With in-house catering it made the entire planning process so easy. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more! If I could do it all over again, I would still choose Dubsdread in a heartbeat.

Where to start with Dubsdread? They absolutely rocked it! At first, I was hesitant to go with this venue, only because I was trying to keep cost down, etc. Because of the help of my parents, their insistence, and the overall look and feel of the place, we went ahead and booked with them. It was worth every penny to have our ceremony and reception here. We had absolutely no worries the day of the wedding. Zero! We both enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. We ate, we drank, we danced! The venue provided guidance with multiple meetings, and amazing responsiveness through email. Every time I emailed, I felt like such a bother, but they never made me feel that way. Super quick to reply back, and always with great answers. David was our assigned event coordinator. What a huge value he is to the venue! He has years of experience, he is so knowledgeable, pragmatic, and somehow he is able to clone himself the day of the venue and be everywhere at once. Amazing guy, with a lovey personality and such an easy going spirit. There is one thing I did to make sure the process was smooth...when I turned in my decorations, I made sure to box everything up by room/area, and place clear and concise directions for them. There were no questions as to where anything went. And honestly, the place is so beautiful, you will not need to decorate too much. They will work with you any ideas. For us, we had Darth Vader show up at the end of our ceremony in an attempt to thwart the party. He was blasted away with a Nerf gun! Also, Bob, our assigned butler. What a gem!! Another great value to the venue. He made sure we were hydrated, fed, and overall in a good state of mind. He has a lovely sense of humor, and is also very experienced with his job. The food was amazing...wish I could have eaten more, lol. They give you doggie bags to take with you at the end of the night (food and cake). It really was a wonderful day for the both of us. Every time I think back to our day, I smile at all the great memories that were made. I could go on and on about how wonderful all the staff at Dubsdread performed that day. Thank you again for providing us with such a special day. Without any doubt, I highly recommend you choose Historic Dubsdread as your wedding venue.

The best day of our lives!
We cannot recommend Dubsdread enough for your special day! From the very first tour of the venue to our wedding day, we had the best experience! David was our day-of coordinator. We requested him because a friend of mine highly recommended him but we had no idea how far above and beyond he would go to make our day so special. David was a life saver for us! Our head table server, Bob, was the absolute best! He was always there to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the night and we are so grateful to have had him. THANK YOU to David and the entire staff at Dubsdread for helping to make the best day of our lives so special!

David was our coordinator and from day one guided us through it all. He delivered a beautiful and very special day for us. FLAWLESS! I can't say enough great things about this venue. We had our reception at Dubsdread about a month ago and WOW, just WOW!
From the beginning of my planning to the day of the wedding, David (our coordinator at Dubs) was on top of it. First off, I truly appreciated his prompt communication when i had questions via email or phone. He was clear and precise as to where our budget was going, everything was laid out on paper for our reference. As a bride, the most frustrating thing to me from vendors was lack of communication! Not David, he was AMAZING.
Fast forward to our wedding day, I was speechless when I saw how beautiful the ballroom was. Literally transformed into everything I had dreamed of. Service by the staff was A++. We had our own butler, Bob, who made sure the Bride and Groom got fed and never had an empty glass. Bob was our best friend, what a great amenity Dubsdread offers!
The food was to die for, I still have guests talking about it. Even our guests that had food allergies enjoyed their meals! We went with the Gold Premium food package, a last minute upgrade that did not disappoint!
Overall, we have ZERO NEGATIVE things to say about Dubsdread. They checked all the boxes for us and the venue itself is just gorgeous. Do yourself a favor and take the stress out of Venue searching, Dubsdread for the WIN!

Dubsdread is already known for its delicious food but I was so impressed with the ease of finding out different package details and customizations. You are given a folder with every package they offer along with additional things to add - such as late night snacks, additional hors d’oeuvres, etc. They clearly lay out exactly what you are getting and what you will be paying. Once you book, you are allowed up to 4 guests for a lovely and enjoyable tasting. The staff responds to any emails and calls promptly and are open to answer any questions.

Excellent Service - Great Bundle
We got married on Nov 3rd and we had a great time. We looked for a venue for about 2 months and Dubsdread was the only one that offered flexibility on key items that we needed (time/open bar options/vendors/special requests). We had a morning wedding and it was very special. All the staff was very attentive to our needs and the guests all left more than happy and amazed at the service. We still hear comments about it!!!
Gian was our buttler and he was super extra nice, it was genuine. We had a great experience during the preparation and the day of. They respond to email/phone on a timely manner and answer all the questions I had (and I had many). They were also very flexible when scheduling the rehearsal, the tastings.. I honestly have no complaints!!!!! They were all AWESOME. Jennifer was our Coordinator and she was great!

David was an amazing coordinator who took care of our daughter's wedding from A to Z flawlessly. He is creative, flexible, thoughtful, sharp and made our wedding reception a great success beyond our expectations! The food was A+. We can't speak highly enough of Highland Manor and it's team. Bonny was our coordinator and she was always very friendly and responsive during the planning process. I think what stood out the most to us though was the service we received on our wedding day!! Our ceremony was planned and set up to be outdoors, but unfortunately a last minute storm settled over the venue and we had to reevaluate our timeline. Bonny took charge and gave us several options, we decided to open up cocktail hour early for our guests while our vendors moved everything inside and the Highland Manor staff transformed the ballroom into our new ceremony space. Guests are still telling me how they were amazed at how beautiful our ceremony was even though it was our Plan B!! I also want to highlight how amazing our head butler, Gian was. He also went above and beyond to make our day special. we 100% recommend Highland Manor not only for the beautiful property but for the amazing staff!!

When touring venues I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and organization of Dubsdread - & I fell in love with the beautiful rustic decor in the ballroom. Working with them was so easy - they were responsive, informative, and the tasting they hosted for their couples was so much fun. David was our coordinator and our meetings with him were efficient and incredibly thorough - and usually fun. They left no detail unplanned and we were confident our wedding day would go smoothly - which it did. Right before our ceremony, the Florida rain was threatening to move us inside, but Dubsdread handled it so efficiently and waited until the last minute to call it so that we got to get married outside. For the reception, David had told us we’d have a personal butler for the event but we weren’t prepared for the VIP treatment - we had drinks and food handed to us all night and Jim took care of our every need so that we could just relax and have fun. The service was so incredible, the food was amazing, and the space was perfect for our wedding of about 88 people. There were probably snafus I don’t even know about that the staff just handled. We could not be happier and our guests absolutely loved every minute - cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a wedding venue in Orlando! Other notes: -Parking is plentiful and free -They handled allergies/special dietary needs like pros -The outdoor and indoor spaces are both beautiful The only tiny downsides to Dubsdread: -The area for getting ready for the women is just a small room off the bathroom. We did a first look so didn’t even need it, but it definitely lacks the facilities of other venues. If it rains, photo ops are a bit more limited but we did ours inside and they turned out great

I recently got married at Highland Manor on 6/30/18. My new hubby and I were told countless times by our guests about the SUPERB food at our wedding. From the hors d'oeuvre down to the entrees, everything was absolutely delicious! I cannot recommend this catering company more! We fell in love with Highland Manor but were originally weary of choosing a venue that required use of their caterer, but were so so thrilled with their service and quality in the end! If you are considering any of the Dubsdread venues, rest assured that your guests will LOVE your food!

Dubsdread is such a beutiful location from having the wedding outside overlooking the golf course to the 2 main rooms for cocktail hour, buffet, and reception. The staff was awsome from Christine and Michelle our Day of Coordinatiors to our head server Giani(G) that kept our plates and glasses full. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue and staff. The food was delicious and they had everything set up as we wanted it. We cannot wait to have another event so we can book Dubsdread and the staff again.

I am so ecstatic that we chose Dubsdread as our wedding venue, they were absolutely perfect!!! From our first visit there they were overly welcoming and accommodating to all our wants and needs. David was our coordinator and he was amazing- we were planning our wedding from Colorado and he worked with us to have meetings that were very late for him to help us around our busy work schedules. My vision for my wedding was to have a STRESS FREE Harry Potter / Game of Thrones / Lord of the Rings wedding and David went along with everything even offering ideas to make everything better/easier. The day of David ensured that every detail was perfect, even putting together my centerpieces that had several parts. We also had a personal server for the bride and groom that made sure we were well fed and that we always had a fresh drink. He even helped me with my dress before walking down the aisle and spent time picking out leaves that had got caught in it! Their attention to detail and guests services is unrivaled. Of course I have to mention the food- it was AMAZING!! I had several guests come up to me and compliment our appetizer and entrée selections. Dubsdread gave me the wedding I've been dreaming about. Everything went perfectly and according to plan. They had a room for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in. They knew I was wanting Poinsettias (the drink; champagne and cranberry juice) and they had it at the ready from the very beginning! They give you a personal helper throughout the day who makes sure you are always fed and hydrated (with whatever drink you want. I went back and forth from water to my Poinsettia!). The helper also makes sure that you are following the day's timeline and making sure you are where you need to be! Dubsdread also makes sure that you get to actually eat your wedding food and cake. They even pack you a to-go box for the bride and groom at the end of the wedding! On top of all of this, the venue is just GORGEOUS. Whether you have it inside or outside, your wedding will be beautiful. Thank you Dubsdread for the perfect wedding!

The Venue - You can't go wrong with Historic Dubsdread - it's beautiful, plenty of parking, convenient layout & most of all - they really know weddings. The staff is so on top of it, professional, organized, knowledgeable and amazing. They are right there with you for planning the details ahead of time and making sure it flows the day-of. The Food - It was amazing to have one point of contact for venue + food. The food was amazing and our guests agreed. We got to attend a tasting event and customize the menu. The food the night of was perfect and they even sent us home with full to-go meals in case we didn't get to eat enough that night. Amazing! 10/10!

This is hands down the best place to hold any gathering/party. We had our wedding Sept 1, 17 (late in posting this I know) and we couldn't have asked for things to be any better.
What you get for what you pay is not skimped, high quality, and incomparable to anything else you will find.
Bonnie was our coordinator and did a fabulous job of keeping things smooth and seamless. The rest of the staff did a wonderful job preparing and presenting everything. We even had guest later say they had fun conversation with them... so on top of everything else they were also personable.
We cannot thank them enough for the planning, being there to answer our questions leading up to, and on the big day.

David was simply awesome from beginning to end. The staff were so trained on customer service skills we couldn’t believe it. We had our wedding outside and our reception in the main ball room and it went perfect. David was there to keep us on track and make sure we didn’t miss a beat! We didn’t do a dinner, just an appetizer party all night and David was excellent with helping us pick everything out. We just can’t ay enough good thongs about him and his team.

I'll be the first one to admit that I'm naturally skeptical when I see a place with all 5 star reviews like this, but let me tell you that they've earned every single review.
David and CJ were amazing. My wife and I had our wedding here and things couldn't have gone better. A lot of people have horror stories or talk about things that went wrong on their wedding day, but we have none of those and that's thanks in large part to our two wedding coordinators and this great venue they work for.
We had a bit of a destination wedding having lived in Orlando before, but now living in New York, but David went above and beyond in helping make things easy for us. He took care of everything we needed in one face-to-face meeting and one final phone call. That's it. In that short amount of time he managed to get everything he needed to make our wedding flawless.
CJ deserves a special shout out for being the "day of" MVP. Whether it was finding one of our readers she had never met, or holding a fan under my wife's dress to give her a bit of relief from the Florida heat, CJ came through every time we put another difficult or...interesting task on her plate.
I think the best part about working with Dubsdread is their relationships with vendors. Anyone we booked they had worked with before and knew exactly what information we needed to get to them to make things go well. We followed David's instructions and put our trust in the same vendors they trusted, and had nothing to worry about all day long.
If you're considering Dubsdread, definitely give it a visit. If you visit and you like it, book it. You will not regret it. My wife and I got the wedding of our dreams with zero stress because of this place and these people. I can not possibly thank them enough.

We chose The Highland Manor operated by Dubsdread because of the breath taking view and how private it was compared to others. Then once we met Bonny our coordinator she did a really great job with the whole process and put my stress at ease with things like "don't worry" or "we got this". You can definitely see the professionalism, expertise and pride they take in their work to give you a successful wedding. I really didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day!!! The food was delicious and didn't hear any complaints. My vegetarians were probably most excited because they all told me they weren't expecting such a huge portion of their eggplant parmesan!!! I would also like to give a shout out to Gian our butler for giving great service also!! He was there when I needed him and always had a new drink for me...and my husband..when we needed it. While waiting for my queue to go down the aisle he was there making conversation to keep me calm :) The Dubsdread team deserves their award winning titles and recommend it for anyone wanting host an event with them. I am so glad we decided to host our wedding at Dubsdread. The venue is beautiful and rustic, which was exactly what we were looking for. The wood floors, exposed beams, string lights, and fireplace make the ballroom so beautiful and cozy. If you're looking to hold a rustic wedding that is not in a barn, Dubsdread is the place for you.
The food is absolutely incredible. Three months later and our guests are still raving about it! The service was phenomenal too. Our guests never waited for drinks (at the table nor at the bar). It was such a fun night. Bonnie went above and beyond during our planning sessions, the phone calls in between, and at the actual wedding to make sure everything was perfect.

My husband and I recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Dubsdread and we highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great place in the Orlando area. The first thing that attracted us to Dubsdread was the beautiful big tree near the outdoor courtyard and gorgeous ballroom with wood beams and stone fireplace. But it turned out to be much more than just a pretty venue! The staff at Dubsdread is outstanding. They pair you up with a wedding coordinator who you meet with several times before the wedding and you get a complimentary food tasting! They were always quick to respond to emails with any questions during the planning process.
The day of the wedding, the staff was extremely professional and accommodating. They served our guests dinner like a well oiled machine! The kitchen staff was kind enough to make my grandfather a plate of soft foods because he recently had surgery on his mouth and could not chew any thing too tough. As the bride and groom, we had a head waiter for the entire night to make sure we had drinks and were well fed. They even give you a to-go meal and cake to take home at the end of the night!
Our coordinator, David, did an excellent job making sure everything ran smoothly. He had every last detail just how we wanted it! Christina stepped in to help during our rehearsal dinner when David had another wedding and she was also very helpful. Our head waiter, Bob, was also amazing and very attentive. We were very impressed with the entire team at Dubsdread!

This catering company has amazing food on the menu for all tastes, and their buffet option is sure to please all your guests and the bride and groom alike. And then there is the best part... Dubsdread assigns the couple their very own personal butler who takes care of all your needs from the moment you walk in the door, to adjusting the bride's gown as she approaches the aisle, bringing a tray full of delicious appetizers and favorite drinks for the bride and groom to enjoy while taking their pre-reception pictures, to having everything from the buffet waiting on the sweetheart table when you arrive! The only downside is that you'll really want to take this fairy godfather home with you, but I think that is frowned upon.
We are SO happy we chose Dubsdread for their amazing menu, impeccable service, and the stunning venue (Highland Manor)!

We were married at Highland Manor but Dubsdread provided the catering. Oh my goodness, the food was absolutely delicious and our guests could not stop talking about it! The staff was just as great! They were efficient and attentive to all our needs and I never had and empty plate or drink. They variety of dinner and menu options are also great. Our ONLY issue was trying to decide what we wanted to serve at our wedding because every single thing we sample was exquisite!

Working was the Dubsdread Catering Staff was seamless. I had the pleasure of having David as my coordinator and he was wonderful. We planned all of the details in just under 8 weeks and the event turned out beautiful. My husband was thrilled and we are still receiving praise and compliments from family and friends.

If you are looking for professionalism, elegance and ease on your wedding day, then look no further. The entire team at Dubsdread was amazing to work with through the entire wedding process. I had recently moved to Florida and did not know where to begin looking at wedding venues and a few coworkers suggested Dubsdread and I am happy they did. They have a beautiful Florida Room that opens up into their ballroom. The outdoor ceremony area is gorgeous with it's beautiful tree's draping over the guest. I had a tour prior to booking, so I suggest come prepared to take photos. The Dubsdread team goes above and beyond for their bride and grooms and help hold your hand every step of the way. David was our wedding coordinator and let me assure you that the man knows what he is doing. I am control freak and he knew it from the moment he met me. He assured me that this was the one day I would have to let it go and have him take control and I am so happy I did. Dubsdread sets you up to do tastings where you can try selective menu items in a group settings along with a few of their preferred vendors. When we went to one of these I was disappointed in the lack of chicken options. I reached out to Dubsdread after my tasting and had given my feedback, they instantly offered to do a private tasting with my fiance and I and we were able to choose all the chicken dishes we wish to taste. Prior to the wedding we had set up a few meetings to go over details and it was great to have a venue that was well prepared to make sure your other vendors are taken care of and their will be someone on site to make sure items are set up appropriately. The day of the wedding the staff was amazing. 5 star services from David, the waiters and our butler (who always kept a drink in my grooms hand).

I cannot recommend Dubsdread highly enough. A big part of the reason we chose this venue (other than the fact that it’s GORGEOUS) was the endless reviews of their amazing customer service, so we came in with super high expectations. The Dubsdread staff still managed to BLOW US AWAY. I could write an entire separate review on just how amazing our coordinator Christine was to work with—she was friendly and helpful all throughout our planning process, our meetings often ran over just because we were having so much fun chatting with her, and she did a perfect job on our day of making sure everything ran perfectly. Even when we had to defect to a rain plan she handled it wonderfully—working as hard as she could to keep the outside option open and keep me involved in the decision, and then once the decision was made taking everything else out of my hands and taking the initiative to get creative with our reception decorations to make the indoor ceremony so beautiful that most people assumed we planned it that way. Every other member of Dubsdread’s staff was just as incredible—attentive to our needs, helpful to our guests, and just so flipping friendly. The food was fantastic (we know, because our amazing head waiter packed to go boxes for us so we could actually eat it later) and all of our guests had an incredible time.

One year ago today my husband and I got married at Dubsdread. (This review is a year late due to my pregnancy brain and being a new mom.) From viewing the venue to getting married Bonny and staff were amazing! Bonny made sure our day was exactly as we imagined but better! She graciously accepted my OCD planning and took my detailed list of decor notes and many storage bins with a smile on her face. Mark worked with the chef, my husband and myself to customize a brunch menu that fit our likes. The chef even made scrapple especially for my husband. Bonny and her team were patient and kindly/quickly responded to my many emails and questions along the way. They were personable, friendly and made sure everyone had a great time. Bob, our attendant, was so sweet and attentive all day long. He grabbed me a fresh drink every time I misplaced it and made sure we had everything we needed. This team went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Everyone at our wedding had so much fun. I can't wait to host another event at this gorgeous venue. Bonny is a truly a superhero!!

Dubsdread has consistently earned The Knot's Best Venue for a wedding in Orlando, and from our experience we can now confirm this 100%.
Originally we booked a date at the Highland Manor (run by the same catering company), we decided to switch to Dubsdread due to its ideal location in Orlando and ease of access for our out of town guests. David, who was assigned as our wedding coordinator at Dubsdread, did a top notch job of making sure the event went smoothly from planning to execution. He was always willing to work with us on any of our special requests and made us feel like we were the only wedding he was coordinating (which is a near impossible task). The food was great--we gave our guests the option of Prime Rib or Stuffed Chicken (and they were able to work with our vegetarian and gluten free guests). During the rehearsal, we went over the final details and David was able to guide everyone. The day of our wedding, Dubsdread supplied us with a personal butler to make sure all our needs were taken care of. The ceremony took place outside and was a beautiful setting for our 165 guests to watch us tie the knot! We got great photos after the ceremony by the golf course and spent the rest of the evening on the dance floor without having to worry about anything. Thanks for David and the team for making it a truly unforgettable day.

I cannot say enough good things about Dubsdread! We had our wedding here on a Sunday evening and it turned out completely perfect!
David was our consultant and on top of his game! Everything we could image he went over with us as I did not have a wedding coordinator, he was my savior! Walked us through every detail and really took an interest in what we wanted for our wedding. During the actual reception he checked in with me whenever it was convenient for me and kept the day running smoothly.
Dubsdread itself was beautiful. Giant trees with hanging Spanish moss in the courtyard where the ceremony was, cocktail hour in the Florida room. And the reception room was to die for. Twinkle lights around the ceiling beams and the table settings exactly how I pictured it. Everything was amazing, but easily the best part of having Dubsdread as your venue is the FOOD! They're number one in the city for catering for a reason- it is freaking delicious. We did the gold buffet and everything was perfectly cooked! My favorites were the almond chicken and the mashed potatoes, but we also had pork loin and prime rib (both really good too), and green beans and three different kinds of pasta. We also had an open bar with a specialty sangria as our drink.. and the drinks were flowing!
Finally, the service! Everyone was polite and professional. The servers moved around flawlessly, and I didn't even notice them. The bartender was quick and the pour was generous! Now for the best part if you're the bride and groom- you get a personal butler to follow you around from the moment you enter to the moment you leave! Ours was courteous and professional. He brought drinks and snacks throughout the day, and while everyone else went to go get their dinner, he already had a plate waiting for us. He also packed us to go dinners! Love this place!

So glad we used Dubsdread for our wedding day. Everything went seamlessly, and all the staff was incredibly helpful. All guests commented on how delicious the food was as well, not always common for "wedding food". I truly felt like a princess all day, and the staff was there for literally every need. Dubsdread had an open house with several Event Specialist and Coordinators to walk you through the venue. From when I first walked in the door, the venue was breathtaking. The staff was very personal and Andrew who gave us the tour was the icing on the cake. I put in a date request that evening and the whole booking process since has been smooth. The team is very helpful, and responsive. I couldn't ask for a better team to work with to help make our big day perfect. I highly recommend this venue.

We instantly fell in love with Dubsdread when we toured, and knew we didn’t have to look anywhere else. From the lovely tree where we had our ceremony, to the rich wood interior and stone fireplace, we had the perfect ambience for our intimate fall wedding.
The food (hit or miss at most weddings) was very good. We got the upgraded buffet option, and there was so much food! We received compliments on it from many of our guests, including most of our parents’ friends.
From the moment we put our deposit down, to the final goodbyes on the night of the wedding, we felt like royalty whenever we had to deal with the staff. The staff remembered us and the details of our wedding at all meetings, our questions were answered in a timely manner, and we never got hassled or the feeling that things would be forgotten/neglected. We knew we were in good hands.
The day of the wedding, we each had a staff member assigned to us to make sure we had food, drink, or anything else we needed to make things go smoothly. We will never forget the waiter following us around with a portable tray of appetizers and drinks on the golf course while we took pictures! Little details like that made the night memorable.
So many friends and family have commented that our wedding was one of the best they’ve been to, and I think that’s in large part due to the quality and professionalism of the staff and the absolutely beautiful venue at the Dubsdread. We could not have picked a better location, and we will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a venue for any special event.

My husband and I had our wedding at Highland Manor, a venue run by Historic Dubsdread Ballroom & Catering. So, naturally, Dubsdread catered our wedding. I have received so many compliments on how delicious the food was! Everyone absolutely loved everything they ate, which was a lot of food. From the hors d'oeuvres in the cocktail hour to the main dinner and late-night snacks, everything was on point! No one went home hungry that evening. I know I said this in the Highland Manor review, but thank you again to Bonny, our event coordinator, and G, our head waiter! You two were so wonderful!

We had our wedding on 10/23 and thanks to Dubdsdread it was one of the best days of our lives. The venue is GORGEOUS. We got married outside in the courtyard and had our reception in the prettiest ballroom I had ever seen! Our wedding coordinator David was wonderful from the start. He was fun, professional and really took our vision and brought it to life. And the food! Oh my god. Working in the industry, i love food and Dubsdreads was AMAZING.We even had gator tail (one of my southern husbands favorites) and a delicious condiment bar with all of our favorite spicy foods. Overall they were incredible to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested!

David Osmola in particular was such a pleasure to work with and has a great energy about him! We really enjoyed working with him in particular and he took the lead on it all and make it a seamless process. We were in such good hands with him and the crew -- they handled everything, making my wedding reception perfect. They are very professional, have amazing food, experienced staff that have been there for quite some time, and a gorgeous venue! Everywhere my husband and I went that evening, either David or another crew member (Jim is who we had) would make sure we are happy and had full stomachs and drinks :) It was great. We chose Dubsdread for the historic look of the venue and the ability to have part of it indoors and part out, with a perfect rain plan if needed. We had the ceremony in the Florida Room in front of the stone fireplace, the cocktail party on the brick patio under the beautiful live oak tree overlooking the golf course, and the dinner reception in the beautiful ballroom with another stone fireplace, hardwood floors and lighted wooden beams across the ceiling with sconces along the walls. It was beautiful and we we loved it. But what I didn't expect is how Dubsdread would make planning my daughter's wedding from 7 hrs away sooo much easier! Their entire team works so well together and if you email or call, you will receive a response that day. They were so helpful in recommending good vendors, so organized and accommodating to my extensive list of decorations that we transported by U-Haul, and open to my ideas. Chef Dano knocked it out of the park with ALL of the food, (we offered 3 entree choices) especially the gluten free needs of the bride and 5 family members. David, our day of coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with and saved the day when red wine was spilled all the way down my daughters dress and he brought in a basket of Shout Wipes that made it completely disappear. Then when our ring bearer left his gift there and cried himself to sleep, David immediately found it and mailed it to him the next day. Pros are endless, cons - zero. The entire wedding was relaxing and went off without a hitch!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dubsdread and the Catering team. Not only is the venue itself gorgeous with the high wooden beams, white lights wrapping the beams, and the fire places in each room, but the service and the food is amazing. The staff are really dedicated to making sure your day goes flawlessly and I can't stress enough that they always responded to my emails within a couple of hours, sometimes minutes. No matter how small the question or detail, they acknowledged it, answered it, and made it happen. The Dubs team is truly amazing. On the day of, David made sure everything went smoothly - it was perfect. And the food was excellent. Sometimes at weddings the food is not very impressive for whatever reason, but everyone RAVED about the food. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding. The crew at Dubsdread are all so experienced and so kind and know exactly what you want for your big day. Dubsdread catered my destination wedding at the Veranda and their food is delicious! I didn't want the typical wedding food at my reception so I chose Italian: Parmesan chicken, cheese stuffed ravioli, and a really good veggie Alfredo dish. My family and I visited Orlando 6 months before the wedding to taste the food and the tasting was great, you didn't just get a few bites to try, but a pretty big plate! The food tasted great the night of the reception. We also did an open bar and set a limit we were comfortable with paying and the staff let us know when we reached that limit and let us decide if we wanted to add more money or make it a cash bar. The drinks were very good and the staff was so nice to work with. I would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough about the staff at Dubsdread. We had our daughter's wedding reception in the Hisoric Ballroom and couldn't be happier with our choice. We were planning the wedding out of town and the staff at Dubsdread made it effortless. They were very professional, responsive, and made sure that the reception for our daughter's wedding went just the way we wanted. They were eager to accommodate our requests, and they did what they said they would do which is a rarity these days. The food was delicious and the serving staff made our guests feel very welcome. Our consultant, David, made sure I was stress free which I really appreciate. The Ballroom was beautiful and all the decor was placed exactly where we had requested. We were in good hands and our daughter's wedding reception was enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend Dubsdread.

The Dubsdread team was amazing to work with. From working with Cathie and Mark at the beginning to Emily the planner, and everyone in between, they all were very service-oriented and focused on making our day the best that it could be. We truly appreciated the flexibility in our morning ceremony in the courtyard and brunch reception in the ballroom - it was a perfect venue for our intimate wedding, though I know they can accommodate many more. We really enjoyed our day, especially due to the fact that we knew the Dubsdread team had everything covered and we didn't need to worry about anything.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Brides- look no further than Dubsdread. Our wedding and reception were absolutely perfect. They are prompt with emails, kind, professional, and can see your vision exactly the way you want it. David was our event coordinator, and we also had a day off head table server and he made sure we had everything that we needed! It was a little rainy before our ceremony but David came to me about half an hour before and said not to worry- this wedding will be outside. He was right! It was stunning. The food was fabulous. Everyone raved about how delicious everything was. Our guests told me a million times over how perfect everything was. They used words like magical and beautiful to describe it. Dubsdread helped make my wedding dreams come true! Thank you!! xo

Guests went on and on about how wonderful our food was. Additionally David was a dream to work with. We didn't have the easiest family to handle and honestly, things were a little last minute on our big day. But he rolled with the punches and everything looked seamless to our guests, which is what mattered to us. We were just happy to get married and David and his team made the whole day stress free!!

A rare gem, Highland Manor was incredible from the fabulous wedding coordinator, Bonny, to the attentive staff and picturesque grounds. We found this venue as a mere chance and couldn’t be happier. We showed up unannounced to walk the property and the staff welcomed us with open arms. They gave us a tour and discussed our vision and budget. I was an out of town bride and very meticulous, Bonny was a saint. She was patient, understanding and helped made this entire process go so smoothly! She paid attention to every detail and made my concerns a priority. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a unique, rustic, vintage, gorgeous, and one of a kind experience then don't miss the opportunity to visit and meet the staff at this beautiful location.

We had an unusual wedding in this lovely setting and the team came through. There was nothing we asked for or talked about that wasn't taken care of, up to emergency tape and super glue!
The creativity of our day-of-coordinator, David, turned our candy buffet into a witches cupboard, the swagging made the room that much more of a fairie tale setting.
I was told we had 'paid for outstanding service' but the Dubsdread team far exceeded any expectations we could have had. The wedding was PERFECT and went off without a hitch! not even the inevitable 'one thing' happened.
I couldn't have had a better wedding experience than this.

The coordinator did a wonderful job at taking care of everything so that I wasn't stressed. Everything looked just beautiful. The price was more than reasonable for the venue. The only concern I had was the final bar bill. I feel that the total was much more than it actual was supposed to be. For that reason, I don't recommend that anyone do an open bar.

The chef was amazing and the venue was amazing. The coordinator worked with your budget and even though it rained they made my event flow so beautiful!! Will work with them again

Everything that the people at Dubsdread touch is perfect and magic! They were always prompt when answering questions and day of were amazing and over the top. The food was also delicious! I would recommend anybody anywhere to get married at a Dubsdread property.

The day I went to visit Highland Manor I fell in love with this venue and knew it was the one for me. Not only is the place just beautiful but truly the staff, the pricing , the food and all the amenities were just so perfect. They made my wedding day so special as they were attentive to everything a bride needs the day of her wedding and mine was truly unforgettable thanks to them!!! The service provided was beyond exceptional. The communication with dubsdread during the planning was fantastic. Someone always responded to my emails within 30 minutes sometimes. The night of our wedding I felt absolutely NO STRESS. our day of coordinator Louise was amazing and made my vision come true. Our head butler Jim was the most amazing man. He was by my side the whole night. He carried my shoes and veil around even. All of our guests raved about the service and food!

The wedding was incredible. It was planned in one month and our coordinator pulled everything together so well that we might as well have taken 2 years to plan it. Everything down to the last detail was carried out professionally and I was shocked that things went so smoothly. I am a frantic bride and this day couldnt have gone any greater!!!!

Amazing staff, beautiful venue, worth every penny! We may have had the most minor of issues occur but we are all human and those tiny things just happen, BUT they did make all things right with us! So incredibly professional and outstandingly willing to help make your event the dream that you envision! The perfect mix of feminine and masculine and can be transformed into any theme you can think of. Food was incredible! Would recommend to everyone!

blown away. dubsdread made my day absolutely perfect with little direction from us. i am NOT a very decisive bride and was having big difficulties with deciding all the little details that come with having a nice reception. the coordinator asked me "what kind of vibe are you going for, what are your colors, and what are some things you dont want" and literally took that information and BLEW ME AWAY! when we first got there we walked in and took a tour of the ballroom and I cried. It was gorgeous.
we were so well taken care of from the very beginning. dubsdread is one of the best in the industry for a reason. you will NOT regret booking them for your reception. the food was delicious, the venue was amazing, and their coordination team is incredible. we're talking I would email them at midnight freaking out about something and they would get back to me within thirty minutes incredible.
couldn't have been happier with our reception venue. so so so so happy, i'm still beaming. thank you for everything!

I had my dream wedding thanks to Dusbdread. From the moment I checked out the site in person I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. The team was amazing to work with from start to finish. Everyone raved about how delicious our food was and how beautiful the entire venue was. Our coordinator, David, set everything up exactly as I had envisioned it and when I saw how my decor looked in the ballroom and Florida room, I was blown away. On the day of the wedding we had a butler who catered to our every need... that was AWESOME. They made sure the bride and groom were really taken care of. They worked with our budget and even though we ended up spending more than we anticipated it was totally worth it. Dusbdread is worth every penny and will not disappoint for your wedding day! Thank you for making my wedding dreams come true!

Louise and Scotty are lifesavers. I cannot stress ENOUGH how much Dubsdread was an integral part in our wedding planning. They made everything stress-free. Louise was with me every step of the way. They respond to you IMMEDIATELY, with any question or concern you have via phone or email. They do EVERYTHING for you, including set up, break down, taking care of you and your guests, making sure everything goes smoothly, etc... They were awesome at helping me plan, were there during the rehearsal and were fantastic! There was not one issue during my wedding day. I had nothing to worry about with these two running the show. I am telling you, no other place can beat them. If you choose Dubsdread, Scotty and Louise are your dream team!! The food was impeccable, the menu was great and they make sure to set food aside for the bride and groom to take with them when they go home. Their attention to every detail is superb! And there are free tastings for the bride and groom to attend, so you can eat EVERYTHING and plan your menu accordingly. Dubsdread saved my wedding! I cannot thank them enough!!
