    Best Night Ever

AMAZING! Courtney and Leah were absolutely exceptional and navigated tricky situations with ease. We used Courtney as our coordinator and we could not be more happy with that decision. Courtney ensured that all the details fit our vision and made everything come together perfectly. Not only that, the staff took great lengths to make sure that me and my husband were comfortable and happy. Not to mention- the house is GORGEOUS! It speaks for itself. We had many NOLA natives thank us for showing them a part of the city and its history that they had never seen before. The space is well laid out and makes everything feel much more intimate while not being cramped at all. It’s astounding that a gorgeous house with so many unique spaces, a courtyard, and a garden was so reasonably priced. My husband and I can’t stop talking about how perfect our wedding was, and it’s pretty much entirely thanks to the BK House. We highly recommend!!!

Beautiful house & courtyard for a wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding at the BK House in April and it was a dream! Annie and Courtney were invaluable during the whole process and were very professional and easy to communicate with. It was a destination wedding for us as well so that being said we couldn't have asked for better support. Courtney was extremely patient and kind with my hundred questions and had great suggestions for the reception and the different vendors we hired. The venue was beautiful and we can't wait to come back to visit the house. Our guests had an amazing time dancing in the courtyard. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Location for French Quarter Courtyard Wedding!

We could not envision our big day happening anywhere else but at BK House! The courtyard, gardens, and house are STUNNING, and our wedding night was truly magical because of this gorgeous venue. Courtney, Annie, and the rest of the BK House team were super helpful and easy to work with--the blank space that BK house provides really allowed us to design the wedding of our dreams. We cannot recommend this venue enough--BOOK IT ASAP!!

Hidden Gem in The French Quarter

Photos cannot possibly capture how absolutely spectacular this space is. Both the gardens and the inside rooms are truly stunning. The BK House crew was lovely and a breeze to work with and everything happened exactly as planned. We went with one of their approved wedding planners, The Smaller Orchid, and all went off without a hitch, exceeding our expectations at every turn. If you're looking for a beautiful place to celebrate a magical event, look no further! Thank you, Annie & Courtney!!

    Hidden Gem!

The Beauregard-Keyes House was the perfect location for our wedding ceremony. We got married in the garden, and it was more beautiful than we could’ve ever imagined. We were married in mid-May and everything was in bloom. It was so naturally beautiful, we didn’t even need any decorations. Annie and Courtney were wonderful to work with as well. They were very responsive to emails, and were so helpful and flexible. They let us do a rehearsal the day before, and even let us use their chairs for the ceremony. If you’re worried about rain, they’re very amenable and will let you use the porches or inside of the house (which are still gorgeous locations)! The price is also very reasonable and budget friendly. The BK House garden is definitely a hidden gem of the French Quarter, and made our wedding day absolutely beautiful and romantic.

Breathtaking Garden / Elegant Setting / Exceptional Service

We got married at BK house in April of 2022. It was a picture perfect wedding and we could not have had a better experience with Annie and the BK House. The venue was beautiful and held our guest count of approximately 80 guests for a ceremony in the garden and a reception in the courtyard with room to spare! The garden was lush with greenery and flowers and the courtyard/inside were perfect for eating and dancing in a elegant/historical setting. We went with the venue's recommended wedding planner/coordinator and a lot of their suggested vendors and would not change any of our decisions. If you are thinking about having your event at BK House, DO IT! You will not regret it!!

The best-kept secret in the French Quarter!

The BK House Garden is where we had our intimate 9 person "little wedding" as we're calling it (due to COVID) and boy was it a dream. Working with Annie and her team from the BK House was super easy from the very start. They were so accommodating, even with a very long email chain of questions back and forth. After seeing the garden, we didn't look any further and immediately booked it for our ceremony. It's absolutely stunning and the perfect place to get married. We felt like we were somewhere completely different than the French Quarter - it's like a dream land secret garden that feels so private and intimate, and then you leave and you're smack dab in the middle of everything! It's absolutely perfect. With every question and wondering I threw at Annie, she was so responsive, helpful, and figured out a plan for each of my wonderings. The week of the wedding it looked like a possibility of rain and Annie came up with a plan immediately. She totally didn't have to (it was the week of and I hadn't asked about it before!) but she eased my mind immediately. The day of the event was beautiful but said it was going to rain exactly during our event time - Annie had me so calm and had everything figured out for me. It ended up not raining, and thank goodness because the ceremony was absolutely beautiful and so dreamy. Highly recommend the Beauregard-Keyes House for your wedding!

    A Dream Wedding

We got married at BK House in April of 2021, and it was a complete dream. Not only were all of the staff super sweet and accommodating, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had our fairytale wedding despite the current events going on. The gardens were magical and you are so close to the french quarter for any other photography shots! We had a more intimate wedding, with around 40 guests (that includes our wedding party). It rained for the entire week leading up to it (and on the day of). Luckily, Annie gave us special accommodations to make sure our big day was perfect. Our entire family traveled all the way from St. Louis, MO because NOLA holds a special place in our heart and we knew we wanted to get married there. Despite COVID, we made it happen- but it's all thanks to the staff at BK House for keeping in touch despite the distance and keeping us safe despite the pandemic. We wouldn't have had our dream wedding without them. I can't thank them all enough, especially Annie and Becca!

    The Perfect Courtyard Venue

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Beauregard-Keyes House for our wedding reception. They were easy to work with from the start, and I became even more appreciative of how kind they are as we worked through postponing our wedding in 2020 and then ultimately downsizing in 2021. Annie was so caring and kept in frequent contact with us as New Orleans went through the different phases of reopening, talking us through how the different restrictions would impact our plans. The house itself is beautiful and the courtyard and garden are both super dreamy. We ended up having a small reception primarily in the courtyard to keep everyone outside as much as possible, and I was initially worried that it would be awkward with so few guests and some covid restrictions still in place, but the setting was perfect, and our wedding was everything I could have ever dreamed of. The Beauregard-Keyes House and staff truly delivered for our wedding, and I am so so grateful! Honestly cannot recommend them or this beautiful venue enough!

Our wedding planner had lined up several venues for us to visit, but we called off all of our appointments as soon as we saw the BK House. It was perfect. We had our ceremony in the gardens, and our reception in the house and courtyard. The venue was very accommodating and, other than not being able to have red wine, we were able to do everything we wanted with catering and decorations. Ella, the events manager, was super helpful and responsive. This home is exactly why we decided to get married in New Orleans: the beauty, the courtyard, the history, the grandeur. What an absolutely stunning wedding venue!

In my biased opinion, the Beauregard-Keyes House is the most beautiful location to get married in the French Quarter. (While I can't claim to have seen every possible venue, I did look at many on our initial scouting trip.) The wonderful thing about the B-K House is that it offers three different atmospheres: the incredibly picturesque garden, the lovely courtyard and the beautiful house. The house also gives you an easy back-up plan for rain. We were fortunate not to need it, and we had our ceremony in the garden followed by a cocktail hour in the courtyard, with the house open for touring if guests wished. We chose to have our reception at another location as the B-K House does have restrictions on amplified music but it would be a lovely place to have a reception as well. Ott who works as the house manager is fabulous in every way and a pleasure to work with. (He is also one of the funniest people you'll ever meet.) We were so happy we chose to get married here - it couldn't have been more perfect!

This venue is the most unique and beautiful that you can find in the French Quarter. While hotels often feel generic, the house and gardens of the B-K house coupled with its rich history make it the most romantic spot in the Quarter to get married. Since the house are gardens are already elegant and richly designed, there is little need for additional decor. Our guests came from all over the country to visit and see us be married; they enjoyed the fun (but quieter and more elegant) side of the historic French Quarter. Everyone commented about how lovely the B-K house is....I'm so glad I chose to be married there.

This venue is good for small weddings with a distinctly New Orleans ambiance. We used the garden for our ceremony and the main house and courtyard for the reception. The price is reasonable but, your costs will add up quickly because there are absolutely no amenities provided, you will have to provide everything you need. The only way to get into the house is by stairs so, if you have anyone that cannot use stairs, this may be a problem for you. The new director, Annie is easy to work with and professional.

Our wedding and reception were both at this venue; my stepfather (the officiant who has performed over 100 weddings) said this was the best venue he had ever seen for a wedding. A local secret nestled in the French Quarter, this beautiful, historic house also offers the perfect garden for a wedding!

The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The only drawback is that one can only rent the location for up to four hours, plus two hours of prep time. A little rushed, but we made it work with planning and an *excellent* day of coordinator.

I want to echo other reviewers in mentioning that the house is absolutely gorgeous. We had our ceremony in the formal garden, followed by a reception in the house & back courtyard. We fell in love with it & knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. It's full of history, charm, & beauty. We had a wonderful experience with Ella in the lead up to the wedding - we did THREE on site visits in preparation to ensure that we were covering all of our bases with the specificities of the house (its a historic home & has restrictions, many of which are detailed in the contract, & all of which we were prepared to follow) We were told no problem. That being said, the day of the wedding the venue contracted out a 'house manager' - Lara - to be present and to help facilitate vendor needs and questions, as Ella was out of town. To put it mildly, Lara was awful. The fuses in the house kept blowing - she had no idea how to reset them - a huge problem for a venue that doesn't allow open flames and has a two hour time window for setup. My DJ arrived to set up where we had previously arranged with Ella, who assured us he would have power there - once he had all of his equipment in place & was waiting for power (which he had been trying to secure from the moment of his arrival - Lara was nowhere to be found) - Lara then appeared & told him that he would have to move his entire set-up because the power didn't reach there. We were also assured that she would be circulating/answering questions about the home/directing guests to restrooms (the home has 3 but only 1 in the main house). That didn't happened either & we had guests going back to our hotel (luckily across the street) because the line in the house was so long. Kudos to my vendors & planner who pulled the whole evening off flawlessly, even without Lara's help - I knew nothing of the issues until after the fact. If you plan to use BK House - don't let them contract out the help. For the $ you should have the A team.
