We had our wedding at Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort, and it was everything we dreamed of and more.

From the very beginning, the wedding coordination team (especially Ivette!) was incredible to work with- organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Every detail, big and small, was handled with care, and we felt completely supported throughout.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The oceanfront setting created the most breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony, and the transition into cocktail hour and reception felt so natural and beautifully executed. Everything was set up exactly how we envisioned. I did not have to do a single thing once I was at the resort!

One of the biggest highlights was the food. It exceeded all expectations! Beautifully presented, full of flavor, and consistently amazing across every event. Our guests are still talking about how incredible every meal was, which is rare for a wedding!

The service was truly next-level. The staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure not only we, but all of our guests, felt taken care of all weekend long. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a memorable experience.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall resort experience made it feel like a vacation for everyone attending!

If you’re considering a destination wedding, we cannot recommend Hilton Los Cabos enough. It was the perfect venue and so stress free!

Where do we begin? From start to finish our experience with Ivette and the rest of the Hilton Los Cabos staff was nothing short of marvelous. Ivette is a top tier wedding coordinator who exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was handled with utmost professionalism, from the decor, to the food, to the florals. Hilton Los Cabos has selected vendors that are all a pleasure to work with. All of the interactions we had with service providers felt genuine and authentic. You will absolutely feel like a part of a family and miss these wonderful people who helped make your day so special. We would highly recommend Hilton Los Cabos and Ivette to others.

This was a dream come true fairytale wedding for us. Our wedding planner Dafne was so accommodating. She literally helped us plan this in one month. We got very lucky because the wedding was in January, and everything happened so quickly because it was a spontaneous choice between me and my husband to do it this way. The communication was amazing, we had a budget in mind and everything aligned. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary. We loved every moment every day that we were there.

Our family recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at the Hilton Los Cabos, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the most extraordinary experiences of our lives.

Her professionalism, organization, creativity, and calm confidence made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. She anticipated every need, handled every detail with precision, and always did so with genuine kindness and grace.

The entire wedding weekend—from the ceremony and reception—was flawlessly executed. The décor, timing, food, service, and overall flow exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clear that Ivette and her team cared deeply about bringing our daughter’s vision to life, and they delivered something even more beautiful than we imagined.

Every HILTON staff member we encountered was attentive, warm, and truly invested in making this celebration perfect—not just for the bride and groom, but for every guest in attendance.

Dafne, Ambar, and the entire HLC team were absolutely incredible and played such a huge role in giving us the fairytale wedding of our dreams. From the very beginning, we envisioned a beachfront ceremony with a formal, elegant indoor reception, and they truly ran with our vision and brought it to life with exceptional attention to detail.

They are both so sweet, hardworking, and incredibly responsive. Dafne and the wedding team at the Hilton were all so wonderful to work with! We primarily worked with Dafne and she was very attentive, responsive, and truly made our vision come to life! She was always willing to jump on a meeting if we had any questions and was very flexible with all our last minute changes. I could not say enough great things about her and this experience. Our big day was perfect largely due to her efforts. I will forever be thankful to her and the wedding team and could not recommend them enough! The Hilton staff exceeded our expectations from the events, planning, food and food service, impeccable grounds, gracious front desk and housekeeping, wait staff, pool staff.
Everything the Hilton team provided was perfection. Ivette Garcia provided superb management and detail to the three events our party hosted at the Hilton. Based on your budget, they offer a range of vendors who are familiar with the resort. The food quality is top-notch, and there are multiple venues to choose from, depending on your style.

We recently hosted our wedding at the Hilton Los Cabos, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! We chose the Hilton for our room block and wedding venue, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision.

Our ceremony took place on the stunning Mio Beach, with the ocean as our backdrop, creating a breathtaking setting. Afterward, we moved to the Whale Watching Terrace for cocktail hour and the reception, where we enjoyed panoramic views of the beach and ocean. The space was perfect for mingling and dancing under the string lights and stars.

A huge thank you to Fernanda from Hilton Los Cabos, who was instrumental in orchestrating the planning and execution of our day. She went above and beyond, always available for video calls to answer any questions, and was an incredible support as our wedding day approached. Thanks to Fernanda, we felt confident of what to expect at each milestone leading up to our day. Aline and Ambar, from HLC Weddings/Sales, were also helpful in answering any logistical questions as we planned and executed the day.

We had our onsite visit four months before the wedding, which was an incredibly helpful experience. During the visit, we were able to have our menu tasting: we tasted appetizers, meals, drinks, and desserts, and visited each venue where our events would be held. We were able to meet the chefs behind the magic as they presented each course. This gave us peace of mind and reassured us that we had made the right choice for our destination wedding for not only us, but our guests as well.

Additionally, our guests were thrilled with their oceanview rooms, which made their stay extra special. The Hilton also assisted us by having the bellman hand-deliver our welcome boxes to all of our onsite wedding guests after check in—a thoughtful touch that was a big hit with everyone.

With the fantastic coordination of Fernanda and our amazing wedding planner Illeana from Romantic Weddings, we were able to get so much done during our onsite visit, and everything fell into place seamlessly. If you do not have a wedding planner, i HIGHLY recommend Illeana and her team. We couldn’t have made a better decision than securing Illeana/romantic Cabo weddings for not only our day but entire 10 month planning process.

The Hilton Los Cabos truly made our wedding day perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. We will be back to celebrate our one year anniversary in 2025 and I’m counting down the days. Highly recommend!

Fernanda at Hilton Los Cabos made our wedding experience absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, she was attentive, organized, and handled every detail, big or small, with care and precision. Her kindness and warmth made us feel so special, and her dedication ensured that everything was flawlessly executed. Thanks to Fernanda, our wedding weekend was everything we’d dreamed of and more. We started researching areas for destination weddings and landed on Hilton Los Cabos since they guaranteed only one wedding per day. Other all inclusive resorts will have multiple weddings a day and we did not want to experience that. We had great communication throughout the entire planning process and did not feel the need to hire an outside wedding planner. Each vendor we booked told us we would be happy with the Hilton and we were! Our wedding planner Fernanda was very friendly and executed our wedding perfectly. The food was some of the best we’ve ever had and all our guests still rave about the beef tenderloin. The wait staff was wonderful and anticipated our every need during our wedding reception. Decorations and flower arrangements were placed exactly as I wanted them. Everything was perfect and we wish we could do it over 1000 times! We would highly recommend The Hilton Los Cabos if you are looking for a resort in Cabo

My family and I have come to the Hilton for years, and when my now husband and I got engaged, we knew that we wanted to have our wedding here. And while I did have a very specific vision for our wedding, Fernanda, Evette, and everyone on the wedding team as well as Guillermo at Cabo Linens & Things truly made our vision come to life and blew away our expectations. Thank you all for making our dreams come true, it was the greatest day of our lives!

We had our Daughter’s wedding at the Hilton on 05/09/24. The Hotel is beyond beautiful and the beach set up was gorgeous. Our wedding coordinators, Fernanda Herrera and Yvette Garcia went above and beyond during this year long process of planning. Their consistent attention to every single detail made our event the most amazing and beautiful day that we could ever had dreamed possible, Their tireless hard work and constant reassurance to us that the day would be perfect was exactly what we needed during what could have been a stressful time. They made it totally stress free. We are so grateful to both of them as well as all the Vendors we chose through the Hilton.

I was really, really disorganized, and not on top of things when I was planning my wedding. Thankfully, I had Fernanda and the rest of the staff at the Hilton to lean on through all of the planning stages! The staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests, as well as helping to push things along when life pulled my attention away to other matters. Much credit to their vendors as well - from the linens, to our officiant Diego, to DJ Ricardo and the photographer Irela and the videography team, everyone was extremely professional and talented at their craft. We opted for a modified Baja med dinner option, pictures shown below. All of our guests were blown away at the quality of the food, with many comments through the night stating it was the best wedding dinner they've ever had. The property, of course, is beautiful and the pictures speak for itself. All in all, I was extremely nervous going into the day of the wedding, but Fernanda was able to back up her reassurances that the day would go perfectly. Fernanda and the rest of the staff truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was executed to a T, and I'm grateful to her and the staff at the Hilton for providing this wonderful experience for ourselves and our guests.

We worked with Ambar and Fernanda at the Hilton Los Cabos and they were very friendly and professional. The venue is absolutely stunning. On each trip we took to plan the wedding, as well as when we arrived for the wedding itself, Fernanda and Ambar and their team were very attentive and made sure that each detail was perfectly executed.

Our wedding was truly a dream come true at the Hilton. We had 75 guests and hosted both our welcome party and ceremony/reception on the property.
-Wedding Team: Aline was a pleasure to work with. Once we arrived, her attention to detail was impeccable and we truly enjoyed working with her. If a problem arose, she was extremely responsive. She checked in on us during our stay frequently and reached out to recap even after we departed. She was extremely accommodating with our last minute requests and additions. We did a site visit several months ahead of time for our tasting and to do a walk through, recommend this to thoroughly understand the set up and explore the food options. Fernanda was new to the team and we virtually met with both her and Aline prior to our arrival. While we did not work with her until a month till the wedding, she was very knowledgable, welcoming, and organized the day of the wedding. Aline organized for my bridal party to get ready in the alatamar check in lounge which was a beautiful touch. Her and Fernanda arranged lunch for everyone and made this part of planning a breeze.
-Welcome Party: We hosted our welcome party on the beach and our guests were simply in awe of the set up and services. We had a marimba duo (hotel's vendor) and they were incredible. They set the mood for a beachy relaxed vibe and our guests LOVED them. I wish I had their names, but I am sure Aline can provide it for you. The food was delicious and we opted for the smores set up to use the fire pit, this was a huge hit with our guests (especially the little ones). The bartenders, servers, and staff were incredible. I cannot highlight them enough. I wish I had their names from our welcome party on 1/11/24, they all need to be highlighted.
Wedding Day Hair and Makeup: The hotel booked us with Daniel Alvarado and his team. I was highly impressed with both the hair and makeup. They accommodated different hair textures and skin types flawlessly. Each of my bridesmaids picked their own style hair and makeup and his team delivered on everyone.
-Ceremony: We use Los Cabos Wedding Minister (recommended by the hotel) and our family and friends were highly impressed with his services. He offered a wide variety of services for our ceremony and was able to personalize various elements. We chose to get married on the beach and the Hilton arranged for a beautiful walkway. They freshly painted in the morning of as well. Our guests were watching this team put everything together in such a skilled and flawless execution.
-Violin and Cello Duo: Hilton recommended vendor. I was worried as I was told they do not speak english, so I needed to rely on the hilton wedding team to coordinate our song choices. I am so happy I put my trust in them because the duo was perfection. Walking towards the beach where our ceremony was, it sounded like a full orchestra, seeing that it was just the duo when I got there was truly impressive. I do not know their names, but they played beautifully and timed everything perfectly as well. Took all of my song requests and were able to play everything I wanted.
-Reception: The food and drinks were top notch. We upgraded our bar package and we were glad we did. I need to take a moment to highlight the ENTIRE wait staff, bartenders, runners, chefs, and set up team for the reception. The service was the best I had ever experienced at a wedding. I wish I had their names but everyone who worked on our wedding on 1/12/24 needs to be recognized. The bartenders and wait staff were constantly asking guests if they needed refills or anything. They were so attentive, kind, and fun! The service alone is enough of a reason to book this venue if you are on the edge.
-Florals: Floral Dreams by Vero Romo, Vero was also the hotel's recommendation and she brought our vision to life. I wish we got to bring out centerpieces home, they were truly a work of art. We met with her when we did our site visit/tasting and she is so incredibly kind and passionate for what she does.
-Photography: Talia Lopez, she was recommended by the hotel as well and I am so glad we found her. Talia was extremely responsive, thoughtful, caring, and her passion for photography radiates from her. The day of our wedding her and her team had a very comforting and warm essence. I let her run with everything and trusted her guidance. We just got our sneak peak and they turned out amazing. We cannot wait to get our final pictures and videos. BOOK HER NOW! She was a joy to work with!
-DJ: BOOK DJ NESTOR (DJ CO) NOW! Nestor I can write a whole novel on. Our friends have such a wide variety of music taste and he mixed everything perfectly. Our dance floor wasn't empty for a second. I simply asked that he keeps the party going and he did not disappoint. All of our friends and family were raving about him. His team was also extremely responsive. We added in the cold sparks and CO2 guns for and extra spark.
-Fireworks: Another hotel recommendation, I was nervous as we were simply booking them off of pictures and videos, but the company they used for our wedding simply killed it. The fireworks were breathtaking, I thought for certain they were going to be ok, but I honestly was shocked by how many fireworks they had and the quality of the fireworks as well.
-Photobooth: Hilton recommended vendor as well. Last minute add on we did, we did the mirror photobooth which was a little hard to navigate, would consider the original photobooth set up instead. The vendor was great to work with though and even sent us all of the electronic copies of photos the week after as well! Great service.

Sotol: We went to the lobby bar after our reception and the staff kept the party going for us. Every day we were there the bartenders and servers were great. They knew how much our group loved espresso martinis and we later found out they came up with a plan to prepare for the influx of orders for our entire stay.

We opted to rent cabanas at the adult only pool for the day after. The pool manager was also extremely accommodating and helped to navigate a minor problem we came across. For days following, any time we saw him he continued to check in on us to make sure everything was ok.

Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff needs to be recognized as well. The turndown service with added essential oils at night was a beautiful touch. Housekeeping was punctual, organized, and they did a tremendous job.

Vela: Food is delicious and service was 5 star as well. Recommend, our guests were not disappointed.

Telavera: We only ate here for breakfast, but it was delicious. I loved smoothie bar and the fact they had protein options and various add in options.

We have no regrets booking our wedding here. While I was nervous an anxious about planning an out of country wedding on my own, I am truly blown away by how beautiful everything was. I love to plan events, so I opted out of hiring an outside wedding planner. While it would have helped navigate the early planning, looking back I am happy with my choice not to hire one. Aline really helped to navigate everything once we arrived. Once we arrived my fears, anxiety, and nerves all were settled with the help from Aline and Fernanda. We had a wonderful experience at our small wedding at the Hilton Los Cabos. The hotel's wedding team was excellent, specifically Ambar, Aline, and Fernanda. All of the pieces came together, and they coordinated a beautiful wedding and were accommodating with all of our asks. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a destination wedding spot. Most of our guests stayed at the resort or nearby Airbnb's so it super convenient to have the ceremony and reception all in one place (plus our guests were able to enjoy a mini vacation).

We always knew we wanted a destination wedding and the Hilton Los Cabos did not disappoint! We originally signed our event contract without ever seeing the property in person, which was a little scary, but thankfully when we did our site visit 5 months prior to the wedding date the property was everything it appeared to be online and MORE!

The wedding team including Ambar, Oscar and Aline were so wonderful to work with and they did a fantastic job with every single detail! From the first day we met they were very kind, patient and experienced, walking us through options and asking all the right questions to make our wedding felt personal and our own. We hosted both our welcome dinner and our wedding at the property and both events were executed flawlessly!

We also had 90 guests who stayed at the property throughout the week and everyone had a wonderful time. The staff is very friendly, tentative and the hotel has something to offer for everyone! We feel absolutely blessed to be able to honestly say we had a stress free/perfect fun wedding, with memories that we will cherish forever.

Of all the wedding teams to choose from in Cabo, HLC Wedding Atelier was by far the best choice we could have ever made for the biggest day of our lives. They made us feel like royalty, and turned our dream wedding into a reality. From the ceremony design, to the perfect pace of events for guests to enjoy, and even down to the small details that would allow each vendor associated with our wedding to create the most gorgeous event of our dreams. My guests said they felt like we at one those weddings you see in bridal magazines, it was luxurious and dreamy. Each minute they held our day with the upmost respect. The Hilton wedding team exceeded my expectations. They were not only extremely responsive but also walked us through every important step of the process. Ambar was amazing and Oscar is every bride's dream coordinator! The details and VIP treatment made our day and time extra special. Can't wait to celebrate our anniversary!

Where to even begin, my family and I have been staying at Hilton Los Cabos since I was a little girl. It has always felt like home for us and we have created some of our favorite memories there. As I got older, I met an amazing man and he too started coming with my family and I on our yearly vacation to Hilton immediately falling in love with the property and all of the staff.

When we got engaged we knew where we wanted to celebrate our wedding week. After deciding to bring our 160 person wedding group to Hilton, we were over the moon with excitement. Half way through our planning process, our original group of wedding planners left the hotel for new opportunities. My fiancé and I were concerned and unsure of who the new team was going to be and if they would understand our vision.

The moment Ambar Molina and Aline Zepeda stepped in as our new wedding event coordinators everything changed. They were extremely attentive and truly cared about us and how we were feeling about the planning process. From virtual zoom meetings, to daily emails, they paid attention to every detail and ensured that our vision was going to be even better than we expected.

The moment we checked in the first day of our wedding week, they were waiting for us in the hotel lobby with the biggest smiles on their faces. It was an incredible moment finally meeting them in person for the first time. We knew we were in good hands and felt so special. All of our guests were able to check into their rooms without any issues and the amazing staff dropped off our special welcome bags to each and every room.

As the week progressed and our rehearsal event neared, our excitement grew. We had been planning our welcome party for nearly a year and the second we saw our event fully organized on the Blue Marlin Terrace my fiancé and I felt tears fall down our face. It was better than anything we could have dreamed of. The setup, food, drinks, service, everything was perfect.

Over the course of the rest of the week, the Hilton staff and our coordinators delivered special bottles of champagne to our room along with chocolate covered strawberries and sweet handwritten cards wishing us a lifetime of happiness. We felt so loved and never wanted to leave.

Thank you so much to our Hilton family for having our entire wedding group and making it the most seamless and unforgettable week of our lives. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

From start to finish, the planning of our wedding was smooth, it was a dream. Nancy, the onsite wedding coordinator is AMAZING! I can't say enough great things about her. The wedding she put together for us (from afar nonetheless, we're in CO) was beyond my expectations and it will be forever my favorite day. I wish I could relive that party, in the same space, over and over! Don't second guess it if you're considering Hilton Los Cabos... DO IT!

I had the wedding of my dreams thanks to the Hilton Los Cabos, and thanks even more to Nancy & Eren, our Hilton wedding coordinators. My (now :)) husband & I wanted to have a destination wedding that would be appealing and welcoming to a wide variety of guests, some traveling from as far as Australia. We needed a spot that would cater to families, couples and singles... and we needed to do it on a budget that is a lot (A LOT) lower than what I have seen as the “average” cost of a wedding. We accomplished all with our wedding on November 11th. I was nervous about a destination wedding and being so far away leading up to the big day (we live in California, family in Canada & Europe). Enter in Nancy & Eren the wedding coordinators who were an absolute DREAM to work with!!! From the first day we met them, they felt like family. They were patient and experienced, walking us through options so we could feel this was truly a wedding that felt personal and our own. They mean it when they say they can go as small or large as you want and I never felt pressured to add on details. In the end we got married on a gorgeous beach just before sunset, had our reception overlooking the ocean - complete with a six piece mariachi band - and even had a bonfire post reception back on the beach. During the whole afternoon/evening, Nancy & Eren we’re nearby for anything, yet at the same time almost invisible to everyone (tho our guests LOVED Nancy & Eren and would have welcomed them into the celebrations). Throughout the week we stayed at the hotel, there was something for everyone and our guests continue to rave about the pristine location, gorgeous pools (always beach chairs available), zen like rooms and delicious food/drinks. I feel absolutely blessed to be able to honestly say I had a stress free/perfect fun wedding, memories of which we shall cherish forever.

This would really not have been possible without Nancy & Eren, We’re so grateful they worked with us to create a wedding that felt uniquely “us”.

The Hilton Los Cabos wedding coordinator and their overall staff were absolutely amazing! My wife and I began this process from Illinois and did quite a bit remote. A trip to visit the resort and staff in person solidified our decision and one we are extremely happy with. Our wedding coordinator, Eren Carrillo was amazing in every step of the way and reduced any amount of stress from the entire process. From the beginning of our planning stages beginning the previous winter/spring, to our on-site visit in July, to the actual wedding in November, she was so on top of everything. She kept us in line on what we needed to do and at what point; she was also extremely flexible. The other part that made us decide with the Hilton was Eren's responsiveness, engagement, level of detail and overall display of thoughtfulness for our special day. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and complimenting that with the service of the staff on-site, this was as near stress-free as we could ever ask for. Thank you very much Eren and the entire Hilton team for making our special day an everlasting memory for us, our family and all of our guests. We will be back at least once a year to celebrate with our Hilton Family!

Our wedding at the Hilton was wonderful. It was everything my daughter dreamed of. The wedding coordinators were enjoyable to work with and delivered on everything they said. We had a fabulous stay and are looking forward to returning soon.

My wife and I recently hosted our wedding at Hilton Los Cabo, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. This began from our site visit where they prepared welcome drinks and a trial Indian food menu which we really appreciated it because we had an initial concern about them making it, but it was phenomenal. Their warmth and friendliness made us and our guests feel incredibly welcome, and we were consistently impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate any request, big or small, and for a 300 person wedding there were a lot of requests!

One of the standout features of this venue is the flexibility it offers — we were able to host events across several different on-property venues, each with its own unique charm. The beachside event for our Sangeet was a particular highlight, with a stunning location that provided the perfect backdrop for one of the most special moments of our lives.

Throughout our stay, the hotel took exceptional care of us. They helped us reserve cabanas on busy days so we could enjoy moments of calm between the celebrations, and were always one step ahead in making sure we were comfortable and cared for.

The food and drinks across all our events were outstanding — fresh, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Our guests are still raving about the quality and variety. Whether it was a casual welcome dinner or our formal reception, the culinary team exceeded expectations.

We can’t thank the team enough for helping bring our vision to life and making our wedding weekend so joyful and seamless. If you’re considering a destination for a wedding or special event, we would wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton Los Cabo’s. It was everything we hoped for — and so much more.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Hilton Los Cabos and it was truly like being in a fairy tale. We hosted a welcome reception at Sotol, our rehearsal dinner on the Black Marlin Terrace, the wedding on the beach, and our rehearsal at the Blue Marlin Terrace. All events were beautiful and went according to plan. The setup was started early so it was set up in plenty of time and it was taken down overnight so when you woke up in the morning everything had already been cleaned up. We couldn't have been happier!

The hotel is great, and our guests all loved the pool and beach area. The swimmable beach is very underrated and an awesome perk of staying here. The food was great and drinks as well. We lived the swim up bar at the pool and our guests enjoyed getting cabanas and daybeds to hang out during the day. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party on the whale watching terrace and could not recommend it enough! We had a taco bar and beer wine and margs and it was a huge hit. The day after our wedding, we hosted a casual beach day and rented a few cliffside cabanas and we really enjoyed our day. The service for food and drinks was amazing and very attentive. The only complaints would be that the bar closes early and I think it may be teetering on an expensive stay vs expectations when going to Mexico. Overall, would absolutely recommend

We had our dream wedding come to life thanks to the Hilton Los Cabos. I had a specific vision and very high expectations and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. The main reason I chose the Hilton Los Cabo was for the beautiful wedding venues. We were able to get married in a private area with gorgeous white columns and then party at our reception on their beautiful beach.
Fernanda was a fantastic wedding planner organizing everything. She was always professional and prompt to get back to me. They have a great list of vendors that you chose from making planning easier. I was so happy with the officiant, violinist, photographer & hair and makeup. The flowers and decoration turned out so beautiful. The cost of these vendors is not cheap but worth it in the end.
The resort itself is gorgeous and the staff is exceptional. We had additional activities and dinner reservations that helped make the weekend unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make them all really special.
Overall - I was stressed that the wedding would not go as well as I dreamed of since I was planning from another country but it was absolutely amazing. You can trust that Hilton Los Cabos will make your wedding day everything you hope for and more.

We went to Hilton Los Cabos May 2024 as a family vacation and fell in love with the location. The food, although pricey, is the best we have ever had. We ventured out a few times to try local restaurants and kept wanting to return to the food at Hilton. The rooms are very clean and up to date, the staff is friendly and polite. The pools are spacious with plenty of cozy clean lounge chairs and beds around. I loved the different areas to hang out depending on your mood. Little chairs to sit and watch the waves, shady grass nooks to nap, and sunbathing beds that felt private. We traveled with our young children and they had a blast. A big perk is also the swimmable beach in front. This location is a favorite for us because we really enjoy swimming in the ocean and exploring the rocks with our children. We booked this trip through Costco that allowed children 12 and under to eat/drink for free with an entree purchased by an adult. We found this to be very helpful. We loved it so much we returned June 2025 for a reunion and wedding.

We made a room block contract through the Hilton Los Cabos for our guests that felt very high risk. There was some trouble working with management to ensure it was beneficial for us as well as our guests. It is really only needed if you have guests who wait until the last minute to book to guarantee they can get a room. As pleased as we are with the Hotel, the room block contract was quite stressful for us and not recommended. We had about 70 guests stay at the hotel for 2-6 days. My favorite memories are sitting back and watching all of our family and friends swimming together, children exploring the beach together, and eating together at the hotel. It was a beautiful, clean, peaceful, place to be where we were all taken care of by the best staff. I cried when we had to leave.

A huge shout out to Dafne Cruz. She went above and beyond to send us a lovely welcome gift with a hand written note. She came down to congratulate us and take a picture. She was always checking in to be two steps ahead with a special surprise. The night we left she sent treats for the children and champagne for us. I felt very taken care of and comfortable in her hands.

We chose Hilton Los Cabos for our wedding venue, and it did not disappoint. We first visited HLC over Christmas/New Years holidays in 2023, and to be honest, were a little worried the hotel felt too big given we typically stay at smaller properties, but when we came back for our wedding and spent more time exploring + getting to know the property, it couldn't have been more perfect. We had a lot of guests staying at HLC, and while it was incredible having most guests there so we could spend more time with each other outside of the events, the size of the hotel made our stay feel a bit more private where we didn't see everyone everywhere we went. From the assortment of restaurants (all of which have incredible food) to the number of places to lounge in the sun (a few different pools and a large, swimmable beach), we felt like we could enjoy time with just us two as well as with all of our friends & family.

When it comes to the event spaces, we chose HLC because there was a variety, and everything we envisioned for our wedding weekend events was possible: a privatized infinity pool for our welcome pool party, three separate areas on the beach for our ceremony (far left when facing ocean), cocktail hour (Enclave Beach Club), and reception (right of Enclave when facing ocean), as well as another separate area for our after party to continue the celebrations into the wee hours (El Dorado Terrace, which we could have until 2am). We loved having all of our guests stay on property, while having each location for the wedding feel like an entirely different space.

Cabo has become a very expensive location to host a wedding given the demand, but HLC was reasonable in all aspects, from the room block price to quotes for F&B and other fees.

We're so happy with our decision and can't wait to visit again!

We recently hosted our wedding and welcome dinner at Hilton Los Cabos, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The setting was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and everything came together perfectly on the big day. Our guests were truly impressed and had a wonderful time.

There were some communication challenges during the planning process, which added a bit of stress in the lead-up to the event. I think having a wedding planner might have helped streamline things or at least taken some of that burden off of me.

That said, once the weekend arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff on-site was professional and attentive, and the entire celebration was exactly what we had hoped for. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Hilton los Cabos to others planning a special event.

Pros: private beach for ceremony, nice hotel facilities and staff, fireworks and bonfire available.
Cons: could be worry free if you don’t care about the decor, but we ended up bringing additional planner onboard because no one designs and ties out the theme of the wedding. They only introduce you to florist and rental company, no designer, no stationary, no recommendations. During the entire planning process Email communication was not responsive, the longest wait took one month to get responses. No one distributed the wedding cake to the guests, only to bride, groom, DJ and videographer. I guess since cake was outsourced (we paid the additional charge to outsource the cake). Room rates for wedding block was way higher than market place. Tried communicate but never got a straight answer. Overall I have the feeling that the wedding department are sales team, not really wedding planning team, their focus is selling you room and food. they know the local vendors, but be sure to only pick the ones fit your styles, we ended up brining photographer, planner, makeup, linen, calligrapher and cake outside of their recommendation.

I did not have my wedding here; however, when I was looking for a wedding venue I tried emailing and calling multiple times. No one replied to my emails and when I called I was put on hold, hung up on, or I was told they would send me a wedding package which they never did. Can't imagine how difficult it is to coordinate a wedding with them.
