We had gary as our wedding DJ, and he did not disappoint! 5 stars all around! Gary was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was so thoughtful throughout the entire process, made planning feel effortless, and really took the time to listen to all of our ideas and vision for the day. Everything flowed perfectly, and he truly brought everything to life better than we could have imagined. The music, timing, and energy were spot on all night long. We had the best time, and so did our guests. We got multiple compliments from our guests throughout the night and he did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor! Highly recommend!

I would recommend Hilton Head Entertainment 5 times over. They were so easy and quick to work with and we felt that the value for what we paid for was great. Our musician Jonathan King went above and beyond to make sure that he perfected our special songs. We had a tall order for our first dance and he nailed it! My family kept saying how much they loved him and having him perform instead of a DJ. Highly recommend!

DJ Alan is the best!
DJ Alan was incredible to work with! We decided on DJ Alan after doing extensive research and seeing him on our preferred vendors list. DJ Alan was responsive, has very fair pricing, and we had so much feedback from our guests saying the music was their favorite part! We had a meeting with Alan a few weeks before the wedding where we talked about songs that must be played, a list of do not plays, and then he also had us send some playlists of what we like so he can get an idea of our style so he could take some creative freedom as well! My husband wanted to walk down the aisle to the Formula 1 Theme Song and without fail, DJ Alan made it happen! The guests loved it. He also made sure to ask me before any requests before playing - one request was a Polka requested by my Polish grandfather and it was such a hit! For our dances, everything was timed appropriately. Flawless DJ Alan! We loved working with you.
We also used two other musicians through Hilton Head Entertainment - Ami Rabinowitz for violin during the ceremony and Dean St. Hillaire for saxophone during cocktail hour - both phenomenal. 10/10 recommend working with any and all of them!

DJ Smartz played exactly what we wanted, our dance floor was full all night! We’ve had so many guests tell us he was the best wedding DJ they’ve ever heard. Cathy was incredible during our ceremony and brought such an elegant touch. Highly recommend them both!

Book DJ Alan for your wedding
We did a lot of research to find a DJ for our destination wedding on the island and ended up choosing DJ Alan. I wanted someone with a lot of experience who played the right music and was a good emcee, and Alan checked all the boxes.
Throughout the planning process he was responsive and offered great guidance and advice. You could tell he cared about making our day as special as it could possibly be. He played everything we asked and mixed in a lot of his own great choices. After the wedding our guests were raving about how good the music was.
Bottom line - if you are planning to get married on Hilton Head Island, you probably can’t do better than DJ Alan.

Gary and Ami were absolutely flawless. They made everything so easy and there was a sense that everything was in good hands with them. Ami sounded absolutely incredible and made just about everyone cry with her songs at the ceremony. Gary was so kind and flexible with us. Danced the Night Away
Hilton Head Entertainment and DJ Alan were such a pleasure to work with. Nicole, who helped us book, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, which made planning from afar feel easy. On the night of our wedding, DJ Alan absolutely delivered. Our only ask of him was to keep the dancefloor full and our guests dancing, he exceeded every expectation. It truly was one of the most fun nights of our lives, and DJ Alan played a huge part in that.

A wonderful day with wonderful help
Craig was a huge part of our wedding day, everything was all tied together by his wonderful skill and personality. We had a Star Wars themed wedding and he hit the nail on the head when it came to the song lists and styling of the ambience. He was a great sport for the whole day and even had an amazing welcome speech for us after the ceremony. If you want a DJ who listens to you, your ideas and helps fill out your song lists and give you an absolutely wonderful day, get Craig! The services provided are worth it, we got uplighting and Craig brought along some of his own props and it was perfect! We honestly had the most excellent day. Thank you so much!

Wedding DJ and String Trio
We hired DJ Alan and Cathy Klimoff-Hardy for our wedding day music. Cathy was our string trio that we hired for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Their music set the ambiance for the day and the music was beautiful. I would highly recommend them if you want a string trio! DJ Alan ran all the audio tech for the day flawlessly from ceremony throughout the night. DJ Alan had a great announcement voice and kept the dance floor alive all night! We kept getting compliments from our guests on how amazing our reception music was!! I would definitely recommend DJ Alan and his company for all of your wedding day music needs!

Wedding DJ March 2025
DJ Andy was the DJ for our wedding of about 100 guests in March 2025, and he did a phenomenal job! He stuck to our song requests perfectly while mixing in a few of his own great picks that kept the energy high all night long.
Our guests were on the dance floor the entire evening — he knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep everyone engaged. He truly played a huge part in making our night so special and fun.
We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you're looking for a DJ who’s professional, talented, and knows how to throw a party, we highly recommend DJ Andy!

Reid + Acoustic Guitar = Perfection
Hilton Head Entertainment does not disappoint! I had heard one of their musicians while on vacation in July 2024 for dinner on the island. We were hoping to plan a small wedding in the Fall 2024 on Hilton Head Island and I made sure before leaving the restaurant to take a picture of the musicians' information.
Once it was definite that we were getting married on Hilton Head Island I immediately contacted Hilton Head Entertainment. Mind you, 8 weeks until our wedding date.
Alan was my first and only point of contact from the administrative side and he couldn't have been more delightful, professional and easy to work with. He stayed in constant contact with me and followed up almost immediately after our wedding.
Oir musician Reid is an amazing acoustic guitarist and ukulele player. Once I booked Reid he contacted me and we had fun panning out the details. I didn't hesitate on any of Reids suggestions, they made sense and that's why I hired him...he is the professional!. His experience and love for music put us at ease and his genuine nature and calmness was greatly appreciated. Reid's demeanor and calmness during some inclement weather was impressive, but then again he is a pro, and his willingness to wait while we all regrouped to finish the ceremony was extremely kind.
Cant wait till I'm back on the Island and get to hear Reid lay again!

Alan Palchak from Hilton Head Entertainment was our wedding DJ and we had the most enjoyable experience! Our coordinator Jackie Brino introduced us to a few DJs and we had the opportunity to speak with each. Alan was so professional, organized, and reliable, we knew he was the best fit for us. Alan and Jackie shared easy to understand questionnaires and helped talk through the different aspects of wedding day music as we made our selections. Alan was always prompt and professional on our check in calls and emails. We had a final music review shortly before the wedding and he made sure to honor all the songs we love and take create freedom where we wanted. He provided music for the outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and the sounds quality was great all throughout. Violinist David Kimball and DJ Andy Pinckney provided exceptional services at our Wedding. David performed at the ceremony and we were so happy with his work! He did an excellent job at performing the processional song “Bittersweet Symphony” that we had selected. DJ Andy Pinckney also went above and beyond our expectations. Relationship between Officiant and DJ
DJ’s make the party, but they also make the wedding ceremony. As an Officiant the relationship between myself and the DJ is a very important one. The timing, the cues, the sound, and the capturing of the ceremony are all in the hands of the DJ. Jeff was highly recommended by our wedding coordinator and did not disappoint. He was very easy to work with and did a great job of incorporating our requests throughout the night. A range of fantastic musicians!
We had three different musicians as part of our wedding weekend - the John Brackett trio for our Welcome Party, David Kimbell for our ceremony, and DJ Jeff Crane for our reception and all were fantastic. DJ Crane picked exactly the right songs throughout the dinner and dancing to keep everyone having a great time - we just sent some 'must plays' and an idea of the kind of music we liked. He also checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy with the song choices (which we were!). David Kimbell and John Brackett (and their fellow musicians) were all fantastically talented and did a great job. It was especially wonderful that David learned two new songs for our ceremony, which sounded beautiful.
The Hilton Head Entertainment company made it easy for us to find the right musicians for what we wanted and everything was seamless from there. Thanks to all involved!

Not being from Hilton Head, we were unsure how to find the best DJ for our wedding. DJ Allan is a true professional. We had a lot of really specific music requests, and he incorporated all of it perfectly. He can also roll with the punches -- when we had an unplanned change on the day and needed a friend to officiate our wedding ceremony instead of the planned officiant, he got his mic all set up and our guests were none the wiser. I hired Hilton Head Entertainment for DJ services, and Alan emailed me immediately with various information and a quote. He was so helpful, and he created the best package for me while making sure I had everything I needed for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Beyond words, Alan is a great communicator. We emailed throughout the year, and during the summer, and I asked a huge favor from him. My favorite wedding scene is from the movie, "Crazy Rich Asians. I asked him if he could not only play that exact song ("Can't Help Falling in Love" by Kina Grannis) while everyone walked down the aisle (including myself) but also make sure that the song played the exact way as the movie. This meant him adding extra music at the beginning to make sure that the big moment in the song, in which I would walk down the aisle, played perfectly. It was a big ask! I wanted my moment to be just like the movies, and he did just that for me. The ceremony was perfect, and I could not have asked for anything more perfect.
All of my guests loved Alan. He played a really fun set of music and was so kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

At the recommendation of our planner, we worked with Hilton Head Entertainment. They provided us with a string duo for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I wondered if maybe I was springing for an additional expense I didn't really need, but I am SO GLAD we chose to have the string and I am equally glad that we went with Hilton Head Entertainment. They made the booking process easy and we selected the songs we liked best. They were always responsive to emails and questions. But most importantly, the music on the day of was such a nice touch and it made our eventful feel even more magical. I cant recommend HHE and Cathy Klimoff enough!

Amy Rabinowitz quartet and pianist Bill Peterson
We were married at Montage Palmetto Bluff this past month and our day could not have been more special thanks to all of our amazing vendors, but especially our musicians. The Amy Rabinowitz quartet was extremely punctual and their music for our ceremony could not have been better received by guests. The volume of a quartet was perfect for an outdoor wedding. As guests transitioned to cocktail hour, they were greeted by the music of pianist Bill Peterson who created the perfect atmosphere. People could still mingle and converse while enjoying beautiful music.

We searched carefully, and DJ Alan has the best reputation in the low country. Definitely created a party where our large dance floor was always too small, while expertly reading our crowd, seamlessly. If he is available, book him!!! No hesitation. DJ Alan is the BEST!
Alan was our DJ for our wedding at the Omni resort in Hilton Head Island. Throughout the process he was responsive to all of my many emails and calls. I knew before the day even came that he would do everything that he could to ensure everyone had a great time. All of the guests enjoyed their time on the dance floor and it was thanks to Alan for continuing to play music that helped make that happen. We wish we could get married again and have Alan DJ again!

DJ Alan was amazing!
DJ Alan was the exact type of DJ my husband and I were hoping for and we actually got compliments the whole night about how good the music was. He played everything we wanted to hear, nothing we didn't, and, no lie, the only time the dance floor wasn't full was when they announced the cake was ready to eat. Alan had a great sense of humor and professionalism and we couldn't have had a more fun music experience! Would definitely recommend.

Craig was the best!
Hilton Head Entertainment & Craig Edelson were phenomenal to work with. We planned our wedding 11.5 hours away and they made the planning process seamless. From prompt email replies to zoom calls, we were always on the same page. It made everything stress-free. Now onto the wedding with Craig. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received for our cocktail hour and dinner music. He absolutely nailed our vision and the vibe we were going for. For dancing, he played an array of music that catered to our guests, we had a smaller wedding and I was worried about no one being on the dance floor, but guests were dancing all night, they didn't want to leave! Craig even pulled me up to be a guest DJ on a song, what a surprise and the guests LOVED IT! We cannot thank HH Entertainment & Craig enough for being part of our special day!

Highly Recommend Hilton Head Entertainment
I had a very positive experience with Hilton Head Entertainment. Alan was incredibly responsive to emails and I loved that they accepted different forms of payment (e.g., Venmo). We needed a musician for our ceremony and lunch and they had a number of great musician choices from which we could choose. The duo we chose was fantastic and everyone that attended commented at least once that the music was very enjoyable.
Jackie made sure to check in as the wedding date got closer to ensure I had completed everything and had all of my questions answered.
All in all, a very positive experience and would definitely use Hilton Head Entertainment again + recommend them to friends and family.

Best DJ on the Island!
Being from out of town, my husband and I were unsure of who to chose for our wedding DJ. After reviewing several DJs, we decided to work with DJ Alan and we could not be more pleased with our choice! From start to finish, Alan was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He even went out of his way to put together a mashup of songs for my father daughter dance. Whenever we had a question, he responded quickly and with a solution! On the day of the wedding, Alan was prompt with his set up and followed through with every request we had. Jackie and DJ Andy were so easy to work with! Jackie was so on top of everything! So organized and helpful throughout the entire process. DJ Andy did an amazing job at our ceremony and our cocktail hour & reception. We had a spotty shower right before our outdoor ceremony and then later during our partially outdoor reception. Fortunately, we were able to make room for all the dancing and his equipment inside. We are so grateful for how flexible he was and how he handled it all in stride. COVID perfect!
Less than a month before our wedding we had to make the difficult decision to take our wedding from 180 guests to 20 due to COVID. Alan was so flexible and made our very small wedding perfect! Everyone had a wonderful time especially our little flower girls!

Amazing DJ, MC, and Photo Booth!
DJ Alan and Hilton Head Entertainment were amazing at our wedding! We were looking for a DJ that played great music, was an awesome MC, and had a photo booth available, and DJ Alan fit the bill exactly! Before the wedding, Alan worked with us to figure out which songs and types of music we loved and also what we didn’t want played. Alan had great suggestions for all of our song choices, and also confirmed versions of important songs with us prior to the big day, so that we were all on the same page. We also did an anniversary dance, which Alan helped us plan and overall ended up being a big hit! The dance floor was full all night long! My dad especially loved the mix of music that Alan helped us curate, he and other guests were talking about how good the music/dancing was all night long!
We also hired James and the photo booth available from Hilton Head Entertainment. James and Alan helped make the photo booth more COVID appropriate by making it a photo station instead of a booth, and choosing props that could be wiped down between guests. The photo booth/station was a HUGE hit, our guests were talking about it all night and even the day after! It also served as a guest book, as extra copies of each photo strip were glued into a scrapbook and signed by all the guests; the Groom and I love it! James also went out of his way to print out 4x6 copies of all the photos the Groom and I took, as well as making us two photo magnets of our photostrip! He also gave us all the electronic copies of all the photos, which we and our guests also love!
Overall, you cannot go wrong with hiring DJ Alan and Hilton Head Entertainment for your event!

Don Scott was the DJ for my wedding. He did a great job and I would review him to anyone. He listens to your wants and needs and really works with you. He made sure the volume was what I wanted. (I hate loud weddings) and he made sure to keep the guests entertained!

String duo for daughter’s wedding
We hired Cathy Klimoff to play for my daughter’s wedding at the May River chapel at Palmetto Bluff. We were wanting a duo so she had a cellist play with her. They did an excellent job and performed all the songs that we had requested, including the Lord’s prayer at the end. I would definitely recommend her!

The Perfect Wedding Planner!!
Jackie Brino was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process. She was able to organize things in a way that helped us really picture what was going to be needed to create our dream wedding. Jackie was always available to speak when we needed her, and we really appreciated how amazing she was with all of the other vendors. There are so many moving parts to a wedding, and there are so many things that could be missed or overlooked, but Jackie did not let anything slip through the cracks. Excellent service and a superb harp player in Lucy. She added such calmness and elegance to our daughter’s wedding at the Sonesta outdoor venue in Hilton Head, SC. Wedding planner absolutely amazing and dj was not so great
Since I couldn’t leave an individual review for the wedding planner and the dj, I will put it into one. First of all, our wedding planner, Jacqueline Brino was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for our wedding. We found out 30 days before our wedding that our venue wasn’t open to the public. She kicked it into drive and zoomed off to find us a venue. Not only did she find us a venue, she found us a beautiful venue. She made our day perfect. I would recommend her to anyone looking to plan an event. Ok and as for the dj, well, we sent him a playlist of the DO NOT play songs and he played them. We sent him a list of the songs we wanted and he didn’t play those either, unless we personally requested them. What’s the point of sending a list if he’s not even going to look at it! We were disappointed in our dj, Don Scott. I would not recommend him for your dj needs.

HHE was so helpful! We had to postpone our wedding (thanks, Covid) then after rescheduling we lost our venue. We hired DJ Bill West and he was truly amazing! We hired DJ Alan for our wedding that was supposed to take place in April 2020. Due to the circumstances with Covid-19 we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding to July 2020. Although Covid still impacted our new date we were still able to celebrate with family and friends! DJ Alan and his team were super accommodating with the date change and made sure every detail was covered. We are not local to the Hilton Head area so we met with Alan a few times over the phone to iron out last minute details and song choices. Alan was definitely an expert and gave great advice on song choices for every aspect of our wedding (cocktail hour and reception), while still allowing us to pick our songs and honored our no-play list. He met our expectations and more! Our guests commented several times on how great the music was, and for all ages! We would highly recommend using DJ Alan for your event!

Kept everyone on the dance floor
We had DJ Alan for the reception and it was the best decision! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night! He listened to what I did not want played but also took requests from the guests! Would highly recommend!

Highly Recommend Hilton Head Entertainment
HHI Entertainment provided my husband and I with two fantastic choices for our wedding. The DJ they recommended (DJ Alan) was phenomenal and the acoustic artist, Mike Kavanugh, was amazing as well. We received so MANY compliments for our artistic selections. Thank you for the wonderful additions to our wedding. ASK for Jessica Jameson. She is a wonderful person to work with and made it so easy as a destination bride. I would highly recommend HHI to anyone getting married in the area.

DJ Alan is the best!
We were married 5.30 on Hilton Head at the Omni Storehouse and had hired through HHI DJ Alan. Alan was incredible, fun, definitely has that DJ voice! He followed all my instructions and timeline i had sent him. 5++ stars! I gave him a song list and played every song! Nobody wanted the night to end, we were all enjoying the music so much dancing!

Fabulous entertainment!
We had harpist Leslie Adair for my daughters wedding ceremony- just beautiful! DJ Alan Palchak provided the music at the reception and had everyone up on the dance floor! Highly recommend!

DJ Alan did a fabulous job, he was a true professional and kept our party rolling! DJ Alan went above and beyond in assisting us with a microphone/speaker for the ceremony, for our guests to better hear the Officiant, Bride and Groom state their vows as well. Definitely an amazing DJ - the reception could not of been more fun! In all the weddings we have been too - we have never saw that many guests dancing! Our guests are still raving about the wedding reception and the DJ to date- all had such a wonderful time!

Wedding with DJ Alan-Fantastic!!
DJ Alan is the absolute best! We started working with HH Entertainment and from the start they were so kind, quick to respond, and helped us through every step we needed to make our day exactly what we wanted! Meeting and speaking with Alan was easy and fun! When our big day came, he was even more than we could have ever imagined! The music was perfect, he had the dancefloor filled the entire night, and he went above and beyond to make our guests feel special. He went with the flow of the evening and really made it outstanding for us and the guests. Alan was one of the top compliments of our wedding night--thanks Alan for making our day so special for us!

Jessica (coordinator) and our DJ (Bill West) were a great team. Jessica was always super responsive and helped with any questions. DJ Bill made the day fly by perfectly. Highly recommend!

Jessica with HH Entertainment was great! She was very helpful in accommodating our needs and making the process painless. Jessica was always fast to respond to questions we emailed and I would highly recommend working with her and this company. DJ Alan was FANTASTIC! He did our ceremony and reception music for our wedding at Honey Horn and he did a phenomenal job! We filled out a questionnaire and a week prior to the wedding went over all details on the phone. He gave us great advice for some timing of events during the reception and was beyond helpful! His style of DJ was perfect for us and by the end of the night with 150 people attending 95% of the people were dancing out on the dance floor!! Best night ever and best DJ!!!! Highly Recommend

Amazing DJ
Alan was absolutely amazing! Our main thing we wanted for our wedding was to keep people on the dance floor and he exceeded our expectations! There were people on the dance floor all night long. The music he played was perfect for the individuals around mine and my husbands age and my parents age. We couldn’t speak more highly of Alan and his services! When it came to wedding planning, music was at the top of our list! Music is extremely important to both me & my husband. We knew it was essential to our wedding day, on 9/1/18. We first came across Hilton Head Entertainment at a wedding expo. Jessica was extremely nice & gave us a bunch of information about the wide variety of artists they have contracted with their company. I did not immediately reach out to her because we were ideally looking for a band. We quickly realized that most of the big brass bands were out of our budget. I reached out to Jessica via email, still not sure about a DJ. She passed along Craig Edelson's information & we were impressed. He has music software that allows you to build a playlist that suits you. After still being unsure, we arranged a phone call with him. We immediately clicked with Craig and knew that he understood our taste in music. We booked him the very next day. My biggest concern as a bride was that no one would dance. That did not happen with Craig! He had the dance floor going all night long. Towards the end of the wedding, he let me DJ a song which was one of the highlights of our night. (Aside from getting married, lol) So fun! Craig's dance floor lighting & uplighting really created a beautiful, cool, fun atmosphere for our reception. I cannot recommend Craig Edelson enough.
We also had the David Kimbell string duo for our ceremony & cocktail hour. We did not work with him prior to the wedding but booking him through HHI Entertainment was super easy. We filled out the forms with our song requests and he executed them perfectly. As a bride, I had ALWAYS imagined coming down the aisle to strings so I am thankful that this dream came true! We took pictures during cocktail hour but I had a few guests compliment on the string duo during their social time. We came in from pictures to them playing "Can't Help Falling in Love" and it was nothing short of beautiful. David Kimbell and his duo were excellent!

DJ Craig and Jessica Jameson at Hilton Head Entertainment were absolutely fantastic to work with for our Wedding Day! Jessica Jameson was very informative throughout the entire planning process, always promptly answered any emails, and the website made everything easy to plan out. DJ Craig thanks for everything on the wedding day, the song selection from Cocktail Hour throughout the Reception was excellent and everything we asked for, you really got our friends and family up and dancing. Reid Richmond we don't know where to start with your review... you were outstanding and provided such a great atmosphere for our Wedding Weekend Welcome Party! You were the perfect complement for our party and our guest had so many compliments about your song selection! Thank you so much to DJ Alan and Violinist Cathy! You really made our wedding amazing! I am SO happy we went with Hilton Head Entertainment. Alan took so much time to get to know us and learn what we like. It really paid off on the day of our wedding! All of our guests danced all night and didn't want the party to stop. Good morning, I am not one to give 5 stars because, usually there is always something that can be improved upon.
HOWEVER, for my wedding on 10/7/17 we hired The Rogues Band via Hilton Head Entertainment Group... everything from the billing, booking and coordination was seamless. The band Leader, Ronnie Lusk was just a joy to work with. AND... these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park on my wedding day! I could NOT be more pleased. I would re-book these guys in 1-second flat for any of my future events. They are absolutely the best wedding band I have ever heard. Simply wonderful. I cannot thank them enough!!!

Our entertainment included Cathy Klimoff violin duo for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by Jamie Rosen as our DJ for the reception. The violin duo was soothing and elegant, the guests loved them. Jamie Rosen was flexible and patient with my likes and dislikes of music and put together a playlist for guests of all ages to enjoy. Thank you to Jessica of HHE for connecting us with Cathy & Jamie as they were a stellar part of our wedding day!

DJ Andy was perfect. He gave the whole night the perfect flow and vibe musically. From his first announcements to his closing words, he made everyone feel perfectly at home on the dance floor. Hilton Head Entertainment went above and beyond in regards to flexability. Our wedding had to be cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew and DJ Andy and HHE did all they could to make our reschedule date. The company refunded my depoist without question and did everything they could to be as supportive as they could while I worked to replan our wedding. Thanks to DJ Andy and HHE we had the best redo of our I Do's imaginable!

Andy did a fantastic job at our April wedding in Hilton Head!
It was a destination wedding so we have a few planning calls in advance! Jessica was a huge help via e-mail and Andy asked all the right questions to capture the feeling and music my husband and I wanted for our wedding! I knew right away our wedding was in good hands! All we wanted was for our guests to have a great time and spend the night on the dance floor! Mission accomplished Andy! Thank you!

Don't even consider using anyone else - Alan is AWESOME ! He did an awesome job to help make Amanda’s wedding day PERFECT ! He was wonderful at “reading” the guests dance music preferences so the dance floor was always hopping and his MC expertise at keeping everything flowing smoothly was spot on ! He is well known as “being the BEST” and sure continued proving that on Saturday night ! These comments are from the Mother of the Bride but I'm sure Amanda will be adding her review as well ! She was thrilled at Alan's expertise that made the evening flow smoothly and added so much to the ceremony and reception !

DJ Alan is truly a master. In a reception with just over 100 guests, I was told countless times that this was the most fun wedding that they have been to (even by some of our older, more experienced guests), and a big part of that was the music selection and the fun that DJ Alan was having with the guests. The dance floor was PACKED the entire time thanks to the music and flow of the night. He really reads a crowd and knows how to get everyone dancing. We also had a few unique requests, and he handled them perfectly. It was almost as if he was a longtime friend; he knew exactly what to say and how. I strongly recommend DJ Alan to anyone, and give him the highest rating possible.

DJ Alan was the bomb! Being an out of town bride, you always get a little nervous booking vendors. I read reviews on Alan and it seemed like he was the best DJ in town. He did not disappoint. The music was fantastic and I did not leave the dance floor, not one time. His set up was official. I know sometimes you're not sure what kind of equipment the DJ will have and Alan had the best. Alan also provided ceremony services for us. My brother-in-law played guitar for us and Alan brought all the speakers to set up on the beach. It all worked out perfect. We had the opportunity to meet with Alan prior to the wedding which was helpful. We also enjoyed working with the HHE staff, especially Jessica. She was the sweetest and always getting you the information you needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Alan to DJ any function. He's awesome.

Stephen Manning did an Awesome job being the DJ at our Halloween wedding!!! He sends a questionnaire that covers everything you can think of--and sets up a great timeline that is easy to fill out. He kept our guests of all ages dancing all night--and had a variety of music (while also taking request). So many people came up to us and let us know how great out DJ was!!! If you are wondering what keeps your guest happy and dancing---Its a great DJ!!!!

We used Hilton Head entertainment to find our wedding Band, Whitley Deputy, they were nothing but fabulous! They played almost every song that we asked of them. They had all our guests out of there seats and dancing all over the dance floor. They really made our evening and captured the kind of music that made the night even more special. They even learned songs that we requested months before our wedding to play on our best day ever! The last song of the night we really wanted to hear Wagon Wheel and the lead singer told us honestly that he had the arrangement but had not gotten all the words down yet. We told him not to worry that we would help with the lyrics if he had the tune! And he played and our entire reception came onto the dance floor and sang the lyrics with us! It is a memory that we will never forget and really made our night that extra special and memorable! Thank you Whitley!!!

DJ Alan was the best! Hilton Head Entertainment organized everything before the event and we spoke with Alan about two weeks before the event. He gave suggestions, went through all of the wedding parties name so that everything would be pronounced correctly and even found the songs that were very bizarre and far fetched that we wanted. Alan played every song that we requested before the wedding and played every song that was requested at the wedding. He was amazing!!

Being a good wedding DJ is an art and Alan Palchak is a master. Great choice of music during the ceremony, excellent MC skills, and flawless choice of music to progress the night correctly. We gave him some high level direction on what we wanted our wedding to be and he executed perfectly. You gotta get this guy.

DJ Stephen was amazing!!! He made us feel comfortable before our wedding day and rocked at the reception!! All of our guests commented how great of a job he did and the dance floor was never unattended. He was excellent!
