I just can't say enough about Hilton Garden Inn - Hawaiian Gardens wedding venue! I am so happy that I decided to hold my wedding and reception there a couple of weeks ago. Planning a wedding from out of town can be more than a little nerve racking in itself, but Jennifer was so attentive each time I had a question or request and together with her team made everything run so smoothly the day of the event, that I was seriously blown away. Everything from the food, to the day off coordination and service was simply amazing and made our special day that much more special! So grateful to the entire team and would definitely recommend!Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas Strip South's reply:

My fiancé and I are getting married here in Oct 2020. The venue and grounds are beautiful and just what we are looking for! Stephanie and Jenn are an absolute god send!! Between my endless questions, not knowing how to pull everything together, and this crazy pandemic they have been amazingly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Jennifer and Stefanie beyond amazing, and will go above and beyond to make your day extra special. From we started working together almost one year ago it has been great amazing communication. This was a beautiful venue to have our wedding. All of our guests had an amazing time. The food was delicious! Stephanie the wedding coordinator and Jennifer the banquet manager were both so nice and helpful. They even found ways to accommodate a kid's area and watching a bunch of happy kids made my wedding was even more special. The hotel staff was equally accommodating. If you are looking for an intimate and beautiful venue I would highly recommend having your wedding here.Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas Strip South's reply:

Amazing experience
Beautiful venue for a small wedding. The food was great and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL, Stefanie & Jennifer where the absolute best to work with. Stefanie was are Angel Coordinator for our reception
My husband and I had our wedding reception hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn. Stefanie Rodriguez was are coordinator. She was flexible, easy to work with, and very kind. She made the experience wonderful for us and our family. The grounds at the Hilton Garden Inn are absolutely gorgeous and give you an island feel in the desert. The food was very good and the staff was friendly and made sure the night ran smoothly. I have two lively daughters and she was kind to assist with them getting ready as well. I was so worried that things wouldn’t be as I wanted them, especially planning from so far away. They were very accommodating and let us customize whatever we wanted except food and the food was delicious!!! The cake was exactly like I wanted it to be. They set everything up and everything looked amazing. We were going for a tropical theme and they knocked it out the park. I was so pleased. All the extra accents I brought in just enhanced everything! Kelly the event coordinator was unbelievable! She was so kind and listened to everything I wanted and they coordinated the night so well. Things ran very smoothly. So glad I picked this place for our special day! -

Stefanie Rodriguez is the event planner at Hilton Gardens Las Vegas and we live in Los Angeles. Stephanie has helped with making contacts to the bakery for our cake the florist for our flowers and even researching someone to make the legs for our Hawaiian themed wedding. She has gone above and beyond. -

I can’t asked for more. Beautiful little place hidden in the back of this Hilton garden inn hotel.
Everyone, including the staff are very cooperative and helpful from the beginning to the end! Thank you Stephen and Staff @ Hilton Garden Inn! All the fresh flowers and centerpieces are from Hawaii!
