Absolutely Exceptional Experience!

I just can't say enough about Hilton Garden Inn - Hawaiian Gardens wedding venue! I am so happy that I decided to hold my wedding and reception there a couple of weeks ago. Planning a wedding from out of town can be more than a little nerve racking in itself, but Jennifer was so attentive each time I had a question or request and together with her team made everything run so smoothly the day of the event, that I was seriously blown away. Everything from the food, to the day off coordination and service was simply amazing and made our special day that much more special! So grateful to the entire team and would definitely recommend!

Everything was beautiful! The hotel was amazing and our coordinator Jennifer was the bomb from the beginning until the end!

An AMAZING venue!!! :)

Wedding in 2020

My fiancé and I are getting married here in Oct 2020. The venue and grounds are beautiful and just what we are looking for! Stephanie and Jenn are an absolute god send!! Between my endless questions, not knowing how to pull everything together, and this crazy pandemic they have been amazingly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough about this place and the people the run it. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them.

Jennifer and Stefanie beyond amazing, and will go above and beyond to make your day extra special. From we started working together almost one year ago it has been great amazing communication. I couldnt ask for a better team. It is beautiful place to host any event. Dj Harry is the best as well.

A True Hidden Gem!

Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff treated us like royalty!
Stefanie and Jen made the whole planning process stress-free so we were able to enjoy every moment of our special day. They took care of helping me find a DJ, a photographer, the food options, the group block for our out-of-state family, and every other little (and sometimes ridiculous) request I may have had.
10/10 would recommend!

Perfect venue for intimate

This was a beautiful venue to have our wedding. All of our guests had an amazing time. The food was delicious! Stephanie the wedding coordinator and Jennifer the banquet manager were both so nice and helpful. They even found ways to accommodate a kid's area and watching a bunch of happy kids made my wedding was even more special. The hotel staff was equally accommodating. If you are looking for an intimate and beautiful venue I would highly recommend having your wedding here.

Amazing experience

Beautiful venue for a small wedding. The food was great and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL, Stefanie & Jennifer where the absolute best to work with. They were responsive to all of my needs and questions and very accommodating making my day as stress free as possible. Everything was PERFECT!

The hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean and if we needed anything they were happy to help. They did an amazing job on my cousin’s wedding. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay. Would definitely have my wedding at this venue.

My husband and I had our wedding reception hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn. Stefanie Rodriguez was are coordinator. She was flexible, easy to work with, and very kind. She made the experience wonderful for us and our family. The grounds at the Hilton Garden Inn are absolutely gorgeous and give you an island feel in the desert. The food was very good and the staff was friendly and made sure the night ran smoothly. I have two lively daughters and she was kind to assist with them getting ready as well. I would recommend this venue if you want a first class event.

All around amazing!

My best friend chose this venue for her wedding. As her maid of honor, I was involved in most of her wedding planning. The venue was gorgeous and the staff was so kind and helpful! They answered all of our questions and made sure her wedding day was perfect!!

So very helpfull

Stefanie Rodriguez is the event planner at Hilton Gardens Las Vegas and we live in Los Angeles. Stephanie has helped with making contacts to the bakery for our cake the florist for our flowers and even researching someone to make the legs for our Hawaiian themed wedding. She has gone above and beyond.
