  Perfect location!

  We hosted a small wedding ceremony and reception dinner in the Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern located at the Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell earlier this year. The location was the perfect setting for our intimate gathering! Emily and her team were great to work with and handled all of our requests quickly and with a positive attitude. Everyone from the front desk staff at check in to the staff at the event was great. I would highly recommend this location to any bride!

  The Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell took care of all my needs! From rentals, to food, to mobile bartending; the Hilton was able to provide everything I wanted! They took the headache out of a lot of the small details (tables, chairs, silverware) and made my wedding planning much easier. All questions or concerns were quickly answered/solved. The food was amazing (not a single guest complained) and the service was extremely professional. From the moment I booked the Hilton, they went above & beyond to make my big day perfect.

  At first I thought I was crazy trying to plan a destination wedding all the way from Wisconsin, then I got in contact with Emily Schroeder at the Hilton Garden Inn, and all of my worries started to disappear. She would answer my questions before I even had a chance to ask them! From meeting and talking with her in person months prior to the wedding to numerous emails and calls right before, Emily was always so pleasant and patient. If we had to do it all over again, we would plan our wedding exactly how we did. The food was fantastic. We had a pizza and pasta buffet for the rehearsal dinner that everybody loved. For the reception dinner, we chose prime rib and salmon. Our guests couldn't say enough great things about the food. Hands down, it was the best food I have ever had at a wedding. The front desk staff at the Hilton were also extremely helpful and professional. We are so happy and impressed with every aspect of our stay. I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for any wedding, destination or close to home. Thank you again for your fantastic services.

  Emily and the Hilton made our special day that much more special. In fact they became like a part of our family that day. I am sure we will remember them on our anniversary. :)

  The Hilton was an amazing place to have my wedding reception. The food was great! We didn't even have a cake because the dessert that came with the buffet was so good! We worked event coordinator, Kim Saverud, and she did a wonderful job. She was always quick to respond to my emails and calls. We were able to meet with her multiple times to talk about ideas. Kim and the staff made the reception go very smoothly. Also, the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

  Very good food as commented by our guests! Unfortunately as hosts, we didn't eat much on the wedding day but enjoyed the leftovers on the next day! Site visits to our home to figure out the logistics was very helpful. Great job, nice folks.

  Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell and their event coordinator Kim. Their Glacier Ballroom was the perfect space for my wedding reception, their staff was very professional and accommodating, and their food was delicious. I would definitely recommend their services!
