We had our ceremony & reception at the Hilton Columbus Polaris in July. How to begin, everything was Fantastic! Everyone who helped us with our big day was bending over backwards to make sure everything went perfect. I Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect day!

Hilton Polaris was a great hotel to offer our guests accommodations for our wedding. Of the entire Polaris area, the Hilton offered the best pricing for the wedding block along. Also, if your wedding books enough rooms, you get a complimentary room for the night of the wedding! Kirsten was also amazing to work with as she was very responsive and she even helped me schedule shuttles for the day of the wedding to drive us to the salon, etc.

What a beautiful space! We were thrilled! Everyone at the Hilton was fantastic to work with. We had no complaints at all. They covered every little detail and accommodated us even more than expected. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say anywhere near enough good things about my experience with Hilton, Polaris for my wedding reception. From day one they were able to answer any questions and concerns I had and bent over backwards to make my wedding day as easy as possible. The space was clean and tidy, our coordinator never took more than a few hours to get back to us (which is quicker than we ever expected...we tried not to wait until last minute) and they were flexible when we had extenuating circumstances. It was also very reasonably priced (we thought). At the tasting we had a waiter named Jeff and we were half joking when we asked if we could have him for the wedding. Lo and behold there he was at the reception, too! He was VERY helpful (again, can't say enough good things) and I was thrilled to have him assisting us through dinner! I would absolutely recommend Hilton to anyone!

"The best wedding we've ever been to!", was the comment from many of our guests. And as the mother of the bride, I can say with certainty that our wedding experience with the Hilton Columbus Polaris was beyond wonderful from start to finish. Thanks largely to our banquet coordinator, Kelly, it was smooth sailing with the planning and execution. Kelly was so easy to communicate with, sometimes responding within minutes, to our emails. She always went the extra mile to satisfy our needs and was so polite and professional. Even the chef created a vegetable lasagna especially for our daughter (which was out of this world) to be one of our dinner choices. The food service was beautifully presented, delicious and timely, allowing for great flow to the event. One of the bartenders actually hand delivered my disabled mother's drinks to her! With all the decisions that needed to be made, and feeling that all our vendors were excellent, we know for sure that having our wedding at the Hilton Columbus Polaris was the best and smartest choice of all.

My daughter's wedding was planned in a very short time and Jacob Kristensen made it happen, and made it happen very successfully. He was so easy to work with, going above and beyond in many ways. The food was delicious and the mousse-in-a-chocolate-cup cake enhancement was a plus. The venue was ready at the rehearsal, but we wanted to change it around and Jacob did it himself even though there was no staff present to help him. He accommodated us in so many ways. Also, Rachelle was great to work with on the rooms, also going above and beyond. I would recommend the Hilton Polaris to anyone. We were very pleased!

The Hilton was absolutely amazing!! Jacob was even better. Always willing to help, offer suggestions, do whatever was asked and much more. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue for our ceremony and reception. Rachelle was also fantastic working on the block of rooms!!
The food was great as well. Many guests commented on the cocktail hour food and the butler service, Jacob pulled some of the shrimp for the head table at our request, AWESOME!!
The filet mignon and the parmesan chicken were both a hit. The cake enhancement of the mousse cups-can't say enough about this food, site and staff. My father mentioned to his server that he liked the mousse cups...she brought him a take out container with 1/2 a dozen extra mouse cups!
Thank you to the whole staff for a night to remember forever!

Our experience with the Hilton-Polaris was AMAZING. We worked with Kelly and she was incredible. She was prompt in answering all of our questions. She was always there for us. I think what touched us the most were the little touches. My dad loves Pigs in a Blanket, and she put a container of them together for him in his hotel room. She also helped my darling bridal party toilet paper our suite! :) I would highly recommend the Hilton-Polaris. The food, accommodations and the service were exceptional!

Jacob and his team at the Hilton Polaris are absolutely amazing! They catered to everything we could have ever wanted! They made our reception look beautiful and we didn't have to worry about a thing! I couldn't have asked for more professional/helpful people.

The Hilton Columbus Polaris exceeded my expectations in all areas. The staff were exceedingly kind to me and my guests during our stay and the wedding! I highly recommend this venue. Jacob Kristensen was the sales coordinator and he did a fabulous job!

We Stayed at the Hilton at Easton (not listed in Vendors section)

They had everything Perfect. The Hotel was beautiful and it was quick and easy to check in and check out! The Breakfast in the morning was so good!

Hastle free and a great value!

The Hilton was terrific. Everything from the staff, room, location, and reception. The staff was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the location because there is a mall and a lot of restaurants nearby. As for the reception, the room looked fantastic. We've had a lot of people say it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding.

I was told the candy was delicious by several people. Food really good and one person even told me it was the best prime rib she had ever eaten. Wonderful experience!

VERY VERY happy with our service at the Hilton columbus-Polaris. Everything was gorgeous. Kelly made planning super easy. Kelly was with us all day on Saturday and made sure things ran smoothly. Dinner was delicious. I don't know what else to say other than everything was perfect.

Kelly Nissenbaum was our wedding reception coordinator at the Hilton Polaris and was amazing to with! She was so organized, offered great ideas, very responsive, was there the night of the wedding to make sure everything went off without a hitch...all of which make a bride's life easier, especially when planning a wedding in 5 months. We found that most other vendors we worked with didn't have a high level of professionalism and were not very organized. Kelly was a breath of fresh air! I hope to work with her again in the future. She made our wedding even better than I had imagined! I would recommend her to anyone!
The food at the Hilton was perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests on how good the food was. I didn't have any of the appetizers that we served during our cocktail hour, since we were having our pictures taken, but everyone said they were amazing and there was so much food. For dinner we served parmesan crusted chicken (my favorite!!), filet, vegetable Wellington, and a child's dish. The adult dinners were served with a soup and salad, a vegetable and potato/pasta. It was very elegant and delicious!
The Hilton Polaris is a fabulous reception venue, especially if you have a lot of out of town guests.
But make sure you work with Kelly!

The overall experience was wonderful. The staff was superb. The food was excellent, as was the service. The only complaint we had was guests from another wedding decided to use our bar as it we had an open bar and the wedding they were attending was a cash bar. The hotel did compensate us to some extent but could probably could have done a little better. Overall the experience was wonderful and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed their evening.
