We had the best time and experience having our wedding at the Hilltop Tavern. We had our dream wedding and we are so glad we chose this venue!! And we were grateful for all the love and care that the staff bestowed on us and our guests. To get married on that hill and have our reception there was literally picture perfect. We highly recommend choosing this venue!!! -

Sweet 16 for my daughter
The sweet 16 event I had for my daughter was very beautiful. Staff was very helpful, professional and most importantly the venue was very clean. All my guests were very impressed. Great job Hilltop. Look forward to having more events there.🫶🏻 -

From beginning to end it was a breeze, everyone I worked with was quick with the responses to all my questions and I had TONS 😋 everyone was super nice and the location was exactly what I was looking for and it was even better that it was only 10 min away from my home 😁 -

Best & most memorable wedding ever
I couldn’t have asked for a better venue to have my wedding at!! Everything came together so beautifully and was absolutely perfect, the staff was amazing and took care of my guests very well. Because of the location and venue set up we were able to have one of the most memorable grand entrances ever! Got nothing but compliments all night long on every aspect of the venue to the actual event! -

My Dream Come True!
Stacey with storybook wedding and events was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. Stacey and her team were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Stacey and her team and are so sweet, down to earth and personable! I would highly recommend any bride to use her as your wedding planner she made everything so much less stressful and fun! She had great recommendations for photographers and hair and make up I would have been so lost without her! Thank you so much for making my big day my dream come true! -

The venue, the staff, and the whole setup was perfect. Just as they had discussed with us, everything was on point. Flowers, scenery, and the amazing food.
The night sunset wedding package was perfect as we planned and the sunset pictures with the sky was worth every penny. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Desert Dream. -

I am so glad we decided to have our wedding at the Hilltop! Stacey and her team did an amazing job of calming my nerves and organizing all of the important details for our day. Our day was so special and everything went so smoothly! The venue was beautiful and we heard so many compliments afterwards about the sunset view. I cannot recommend them enough! -

I purchased the Sunset Dream Package and let me tell you, the event turned out amazing and better than anything I could ask for. Stacey, even though she is soooo very busy, she is awesome and takes care of everything! With this package I hardly had to worry about anything, you just show up and have fun, what else could you ask for on your wedding day? It’s a little pricey but so very worth it!! We had such a good time and experience all the way around. Thank you again Stacey, and everyone at the Hilltop Tavern & Inn!! 🥂 -

This venue was beyond beautiful! The atmosphere, the sunset, the staff... Nothing but great things to say. The food was delicious and the portions were plenty! The bar was fully stocked and ready to serve the entire night. The staff was attentive and helpful all night! -

Stacey and her team did an amazing job. The DJ, the flowers, the food, was awesome! The vendors on their list for cake and photography did an amazing job as well and very affordable. Completely stress free planning and well organized. The venue was exactly what we were looking for with the rustic vibe at an affordable price. The sunset views are AMAZING!!!! -

This venue and all of the vendors that they recommend in their wedding packages are absolutely incredible. This venue is up on a hill that overlooks the entire valley. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The patio/reception area has a large covered patio with beautiful lighting. The restaurant has a fully stocked bar and very rustic decor. A perfect venue to have a wedding.
Stacey was extremely organized and professional. She listened to every single detail of my dream wedding and made it all come true. Every little detail was hand picked... I met with her to decide on colors, linens, chargers, menus, types of flowers, and candle lighting. The way Stacey and her team put everything together was exquisite. If I had any questions before and after my wedding she was literally a phone call or text away. She put together the timeline and sent confirmation emails to all of my vendors. She even helped my with the very difficult bustle on my dress.
My fiancé did a food tasting prior to our wedding which was done Moore Culinary Services the Chef was so nice and his culinary skills are amazing! We went with the Ponderosa Barbecue which was smoked hot links, pulled pork, homemade macaroni and cheese, potato salad, caesar salad, savory green beans, and assorted rolls. It was tasted incredible and the presentation was beautiful.
KB D.J. was another vendor that made this day just amazing!!! Keith sent me a very detailed list for me to fill out so that I could choose virtually every single song for the day of my wedding. It included. the music before, during, and after the ceremony, as well as every bit of the reception. It was so much fun! Everyone was entertained and the dancing continued until it was time for us to leave.
Along with all of this COVID19 stuff. Ken and Stacey were very helpful in such a stressful time, and it is very clear that they did their very best to make in absolutely perfect!
I highly recommend this venue and all of the vendors that they recommend in their wedding packages. -

Best wedding ever!
Stacey & Annber were the best ladies I could’ve ever hoped for to help make my wedding amazing! All of my family said it was the BEST wedding that they have ever been to, and time went by too fast!! From the rehearsal dinner to the complimentary room after the reception, every detail was amazing & I was so relaxed. I barely had to do anything - so it was so wonderful to relax and be fully immersed in the moment of the ceremony and reception. If anyone is considering booking with Storybook Weddings or The Hilltop Tavern & Inn, look no further! Book now for the best wedding day!!! -

I just want to say this place is top notch. From the owners, to the coordinator Stacy, the chef and the staff, we could not Of picked a better place to have our event. It’s a hidden gem in our desert. My daughter wanted a sweet 16 that made her feel like a princess and they all made it happen. If I could give 10 stars I would. -

Our wedding was the BEST DAY EVER thanks to Stacey and everyone at the Hilltop Tavern and Inn! We knew we wanted a high desert wedding and the Hilltop was the first venue we visited. It was love at first sight! Chef Chris was great from the food tasting to the big day. He even came by our table during the reception to see how we liked everything. We loved the food, as did our guests! Our DJ (Keith) and Officiant (Dan) were also awesome and very responsive to emails and delivered exactly what we discussed on our wedding day. The staff at the Hilltop were all amazing to us during our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Last but not least, Stacey took the few emails (okay I sent more than a few), phone calls and visits we had and helped turn our vision into the most beautiful day ever. I am still getting compliments on how beautiful our wedding was! Stacey does it all from the floral arrangements to the decor. My bouquet was HUGE and exactly what I dreamed of! On the day of, she took every bit of stress I had away by keeping tied in with the wedding party and making sure we stuck to our timeline. Everything went so smoothly and the only thing we had to do was enjoy our day with our family and friends. At the end of the reception all of our things were packed away for us and we were given a care package of food and cupcakes to take back to our room, which was so thoughtful and appreciated, as we definitely needed a second dinner! We're forever grateful to the Hilltop Tavern and Inn! Hands down, best place to marry your best friend! -

I’ve had over 20 guest call or message me just to say, “this was the best baby shower I’ve ever been to.” Let’s start with the staff, Luke was amazing and so helpful. Anytime I needed something he took care of it right away. The chef did a phenomenal job with our menu, food was presented beautifully! The Venue!!! Such a fun place. The baby shower theme was Woodland and the Hill Top was exactly right. Guest loved the view and the option to go to the bar area and watch some football or sit outside. Last but not least, Stacey! From set up to clean up, she ensured we were taken care of and any adjustments we needed she took care of, with a smile. Thank you for making our event so special! -

Danielle Sent on 09/10/2018From the very beginning the venue was very kind and helpful in scheduling our event. We were connected with Stacey who manages the events of the Hilltop Tavern & Inn. She was helpful in guiding us to the package that worked best for our budget. I would truly go with a package if you're able to afford one. All of Stacey's recommended vendors were fabulous and a total delight to work with. They all were able to work together throughout the planning process and day-of to make a (what appeared to be) effortless day for both my husband & I, as well as our guests. The Hilltop Tavern staff was also the top in their industry and I couldn't have felt more blessed to have them running the catering and bartending for the event. Much of my family has worked in the food industry so we are not easily impressed, but we were all totally impressed and grateful from the start of our wedding weekend there. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend a sunset wedding to really use the grounds to their full potential. It was a glorious space for some of the children who attended as there was space for them to run about and the hill behind the altar makes a great spot for the guests to take pictures and enjoy the true beauty of the desert. It was amazing how Stacey took my ideas and helped me define what I really wanted out of the wedding. Her taste and understanding was so appreciated and she and I truly worked together to create a beautiful event. Her expertise is unparalleled and her floral arrangements are unique and so very beautiful. I can't sing her praises and the venue's praises enough. They made the stresses of planning a wedding enjoyable and manageable.

The location is breathtakingly beautiful, the staff is very helpful, the food and beverage service is top notch and the hotel is charming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will return often to enjoy dinner and drinks, and all the wonderful memories we have of our wedding.
