  Guillermo is awesome and very helpful.
  
  Not going to lie I got worried for a bit when he confused me and another bride. However he assured us everything will be good and as he promised everything came out perfect..
  
  The venue is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed the food and others didnt which is normal because you can please everyone.
  
  Staff was very helpful in helping with taking decorations down as well as making sure the day went well.
  
  All in all Guillermo and his staff get a high five from me.

  Perfect venue!

  After going to tour this venue out in Castroville, I knew this was where I had to have my wedding at. It is such a beautiful venue both inside and out. If you are searching for a venue with scenery, this is definitely the place you are looking for. Not only is it a wedding ceremony/ reception area, but also a boutique hotel. This is super convenient for couples who host a wedding that has a lot of out-of-town guests. Or even local guests who just want the convenience of the on-sight venue for the wedding. They also have an amazing restaurant on-sight as well that caters for weddings. That was included in the pricing for the reception as well! Raquel was such an amazing special events coordinator. We cannot thank her enough for all of her help and support for both leading up to our wedding day as well as on our wedding day!

  Great venue!!

  I am very happy to have chosen to have my wedding at Hillside! Charles and the team made sure everything was perfect on the day of and stress free. I would definitely recommend ither couples to book this venue too!

  We could not have asked for more! Mr Guillermo Spinelli worked with us from day one, offering the assurance that our day would be perfect and it was! The staff was so incredibly helpful and the food was exceptional- highly recommend the schnitzel! We went with the vendors Mr Guillermo recommended and were so grateful we did. The hotel staff was wonderful. We had several rooms booked and everyone was pleased with the service provided.
  We highly recommend the venue looking for a beautiful and unique site that is beyond reasonably priced for the exceptional service you'll receive.

  This is a BEAUTIFUL venue. Very inviting and comfortable. We had our parents' 50th wedding anniversary there and our family was very pleased with the delicious meal and the beautiful view. We got some precious family photos. I highly recommend this venue.

  I completely loved this place..
  Everyone their were helpful and very understanding of what I needed..
  Especially since it rain when my ceremony was gonna start and the staff their took care of everything and we we're able to have the ceremony inside.. Guillermo is a great person and and was very easy to work with..

  Guierrmo was great in helping us plan and do some last minute adjustments. He really catered to our needs. This place was really a hidden gem for the price. There were a few moments where we had to grab some of the servers for assistance but I would definitely recommend this venue for any celebration reason. The food was absolutely great! We had an appetizer buffet and it was the best.

  Guillermo Spinelli and Paloma were fantastic! The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. Our guests were in awe of the venue and the view! Mr.G, was always very helpful and accommodating. We had some hiccups with hotel rooms,but Mr. G was there with suggestions and options to ensure our wedding was smooth and special! Paloma, was the chef and she ensured both my husband and myself were fed first and that we were always waited on. At the end of the evening she was super sweet and packed both of us dinners in to go boxes because most brides and grooms do not get to eat at the wedding. I definitely recommend them! dynamic duo!

  This is an amazing place and a great deal. Guillermo is so knowledgeable and helpful. We could not have had a more perfect day and they worked so hard to make our day stress free and it was! The scenery is beautiful and the food was amazing! We have recommended this place to everyone we know. This place is the best deal without compromising anything!

  I highly recommend The Alsatian Wedding Venue. The service was amazing from start to finish. Guillermo is an expert at his work. The scenery is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The pricing is reasonable. And most importantly, the food was beyond delicious. We are still receiving compliments about how good the food was and how pleasant the atmosphere, at our reception (at the Alsatian Wedding Venue). This was the perfect location for our event, and I provide the highest degree of recommendation for this venue.

  Absolutely outstanding!! Guillermo is truly a blessing and I'm so glad we ended up there.   We were so happy with the level of service we were provided for my daughters wedding. The food was amazing, we got so many compliments on how good it was. We had family friends and family come from out of state for the wedding and the hotel was so helpful with allowing early check in. I would absolutely recommend this facility for your event.

  We had our wedding on October 4th at the hotel Alsace. It was perfect. We live in Las Vegas, but since we are both from Texas, wanted to have something in the San Antonio area. Guillermo made all the planning so easy for me since I had to plan from so far away. I never had a worry. He always put me at ease when I had any panicky bride moments. He suggested other vendors that were frequently used at the venue and not a one disappointed us. Our food was amazing and was priced so much better than some of the other venues we had looked at. Guillermo and his staff helped make the wedding of my dreams. Many of my guests commented that I didnt have any of the the typical weeding day hiccups and it is all thanks to him.

  The Alsatian Wedding Venue was fantastic! Guillermo made us so comfortable and did so much to make our day perfect. It was wonderful working with him. The Alsatian is a fantastic place for a wedding. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious. All of our guests just loved the view from the terrace where the ceremony took place and our wedding pictures have the beautiful Texas Hill Country in the background. Thank you so much for making our day so wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more!

  We chose The Hotel Alsace for it's natural beauty, quiet setting and destination feel close to home. The entire planning process was fun and Guillermo was great to work with. The day of the wedding was not exactly what I planned due to weather, however I cannot praise the staff and Guillermo enough for being flexible and making our wedding perfect despite the high winds, rain and hail. I have zero complaints and managed to completely forget about the weather disaster by the end of the night because the staff did an amazing job.
