From start to finish, Hiddenbrooke Hills was a well-oiled machine. They guided us through every step of the planning process, making sure we felt confident and prepared, and on the big day, everything ran flawlessly. They truly took care of it all- catering, bar, photobooth, floral centerpieces, officiant, and more! So we could focus on enjoying ourselves. One standout moment was right at the start of our reception: they surprised us with our very first photo as newlyweds, printed and ready to hold. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch! I also have to shout out Taylor (in the planning office), Taylor (our banquet manager), Amanda (our amazing day-of coordinator), and the rest of the staff for their professionalism and warmth. We received countless compliments from our guests about how smoothly the event was run, the quality of service, and the delicious food. And as a bonus - they even helped me pull off a hilarious prank on the groom during our “first look,” with a groomsman standing in for me. It was perfection. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an organized, stress-free, and joy-filled wedding day.

All the coordinators we worked with leading up to the day were so amazing and pleasant to work with! Our coordinator for the day, Kaitlin, did such a wonderful job, and really went above and beyond to help make the day special. Eric, as well as everyone else on the event staff were also so accommodating and hospitable! Thank you so much!

Hiddenbrooke Hills is a phenomenal venue. What sold us on them initially was they provided a binder with every detail we could ever think of -- food, cake, florals, timeline (planning and day of), down to whether or not you wanted your pet in the wedding. They have a number of recommended/partnered vendors, but aside from linens and tables, catering, and bartender, you could opt in or out of any vendors you wanted to fully customize your day. And the catering and bartenders were excellent, and they have some excellent options for chairs, tables, and linens -- so don't let this deter you! They were incredible communicators and reassured us every step of the way. The entire team really went above and beyond. Our day-of coordinator Christina was friendly, organized, gave us space when we needed but kept us to our timeline, and really made us feel like guests at our own wedding in the best way possible. Our banquet captain Eric went out of his way to ensure that us as well as our immediate families were treated like royalty the entire night, and we truly felt like honored guests on our own wedding day. The venue itself is very romantic. The outdoor ceremony site feels private and the aisle and archway is actually paved for the bridal party -- a game-changer for anyone wearing heels! We opted to do an indoor ceremony due to the weather, and the indoor ceremony site feels just as well thought out and romantic as the outdoor option. It felt like a log cabin surrounded by greenery. The entire walkway from indoor ceremony site to cocktail hour location to reception is covered. The cocktail hour location is a cute fireside area with enormous windows and exposed stonework. It feels cozy and was a perfect space for our guests. It also is adjacent to our reception area, which was perfect if our guests wanted a quieter place to chat during open dancing. The reception area is super romantic with white drapery and enormous windows, with doors that can be propped open for crossflow and a quiet HVAC system to keep everyone comfortable. Of all the venues we looked at, we felt like we got the best deal for the price here. It was simple to create a custom wedding without feeling "railroaded", but still have enough options to feel guided instead of lost. Everything -- from the partnered vendors, to the site, to the staff -- felt like it was a luxury experience. Definitely check out Hiddenbrooke -- you won't be disappointed!

The team over at Hiddenbrooke is amazing!

At the time, my now-husband and I felt overwhelmed with wedding planning, but Joy was able to alleviate a lot of our worries. She answered the various questions we had at a reasonable time whenever we emailed or called her. We also had some scheduling issues, but Joy was understanding and flexible with securing the venue for us. On the wedding day, Joy worked with our photographer, and she drove us and our family members around Hiddenbrooke on for photos! It was a lot of fun. We appreciate all the effort that she gave in helping plan for our reception! With floral decoration, we worked with Gary, their in-house florist, and he is very kind and talented. Not only did he capture the fantasy-forest vision that we had for the wedding, he also offered to help with other matters unrelated to decorations. During the reception, we also got to work with Meagan who helped with coordinating and taking care of our guests.

Overall, we really appreciate Joy, Gary, Meagan and the rest of the Hiddenbrooke team for their efforts in creating the mood and vision that we had for our special day. They are a reliable dream team that will help you feel comfortable during the planning process and on the wedding day. :)

This venue was AMAZING. Joy and her team were extremely responsive and helpful and made planning this wedding a breeze! The venue was absolutely gorgeous, and the food was so good! Would definitely recommend Hiddenbrooke to all my friends. My husband also has a new favorite golf course lol.

Hiddenbrooke Golf Course was a spectacular venue for our prom this year. Joy Erfe made the planning so easy and was always on hand to help us if we had questions. Coming off of a covid year at school and not having a prom for the past two years gave us the motivation to offer students something really special--and Hiddenbrooke did not disappoint us! The students had so much fun: they loved the food and the spectacular light show when the king and queen were crowned.

We were also treated to some GORGEOUS flowers for photos by Gary Alperti. He created a showstopper arch for our pictures and helped us with the design decor inside the venue.

This venue and the people who work there are a 10/10!

My husband and I booked Hiddenbrooke back in 2019 for our wedding reception scheduled for late-2020. At the time, we worked with Andrea who was so friendly and helpful during our initial tour of the event spaces, which reassured us that choosing Hiddenbrooke would be a great choice. We really liked how the venue met our needs and wants, such as wheelchair-accessible, easy parking, and meets our budget. It really matched my husband and I, who didn't want to spend so much energy on DIY-ing or having a lavish celebration but still wanted to make our event personable and welcoming. Of course with the pandemic, we had to make changes to our plans for our wedding festivities and Hiddenbrooke also had to go through their own changes as well. Even when Joy took over being our main point of contact, we continued to feel reassured throughout the next months. We were and are still so grateful for the flexibility and transparency of trying to navigate our next steps of planning during a pandemic. Furthermore, we pretty much chose vendors from their preferred vendors list, and we also had great communication and a similar experience. We had a lot of friends who were also getting married in 2020, but they unfortunately didn't have the same positive experience in making changes with their vendors like we did.
We decided to still have our tiniest wedding church ceremony and drive-by reception November 2020, but we didn't want our contracts with our vendors and chance to throw a celebration with our friends/family to go to waste. So we later decided to change it up and just have a fun Friendsgiving dinner party November 2021. We felt less constrained now that it wasn't for our wedding, and it turned out great!

We were so amazed the whole evening, and it was so much nicer than we ever imagined. Joy communicated with our vendors and helped made the night look and feel amazing! She was also patient with us when we didn't have strong preferences, as well as never made us feel bad about our priorities in keeping everyone safe and healthy too. Also the food was really good, and we enjoyed our tasting experience as well. Our family and friends only had good things to say afterward. Overall, we would definitely recommend Hiddenbrooke Golf Club to others looking for a venue for their wedding or other special occasions.

I am usually the last to leave when your wedding is near to the end of the night, I usually get attacked by Bride and Groom who can’t wait to tell me how everything was more then they could ever dream of.

I would highly recommend this venue for any event. I recently got married there and it was better than I could of imagined it. Not only is the venue beautiful but all the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful every step of the way. Andrea Cross was our event coordinator with Hiddenbrooke, and I will say they knew what they were doing when they hired her! Andrea made sure the day went smoothly and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious...just everything was wonderful! If i had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Definitely worth the price!

What an amazing venue and an amazing team! We had our wedding at Hiddenbrooke inside the pavilion and everything was so perfect. Joy and her team are so professional and extremely helpful. We went to visit the venue a few times before the wedding day and Joy would always take time of her busy day on a Saturday to show us the venue and even helped us out with the final details. Not only did she make sure we stayed to our timeline the day of the wedding but all of our vendors enjoyed working with Joy and her team.

We had about 150 guest and it was more then enough space for everyone. We got the plated dinner option for our wedding and all of our guest LOVED the food and the service. We highly recommend this venue!

When looking for a venue, we were looking for a venue that would help with the planning in such as catering, silverware, set up, linens, etc. This helped be less stress and planning a wedding could be stressful but the staff at Hiddenbrooke is responsive and in general awesome! Since the beginning I knew it was the venue for us.

Wedding planning was something else, but working with Joy eased my nerves for sure. She is patient, direct, efficient, and overall great at what she does. Watching her wedding video (read: crying) was what sold me initially, then coming to do a site visit and seeing the great, serene place that was Hiddenbrooke just left me speechless. At the other places we toured, I took a bunch of pictures. But at Hiddenbrooke, I was so in awe of the space I forgot to take many. Not to mention some places we visited were visibly unclean, and Hiddenbrooke was just spotless, inside and out. We worked also with Andrea towards the very end, and she was also just SO GREAT. So sweet, helpful, fun and encouraging throughout the day. You can really tell that Joy and Andrea really enjoy their jobs.

Every guest who mentioned the food, mentioned that it was amazing! We had the buffet. The renovated reception hall has effortless "rustic chic" charm.

Don't hesitate - visit Hiddenbrooke now. You won't regret it.

We got married here last weekend and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Joy is soo amazing, she made our wedding better than we couldn’t even imagine.. I didn’t have to worry about nothing!! Got married here last October and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Joy is an amazing coordinator and is very detailed oriented, organized, and very patient with answering all questions to ensure our day was special. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the place and thought the food was amazing!! We highly recommend this venue! Thank you Joy!!!

We did not end up choosing this venue for our wedding, but it was definitely a contender largely due to Joy, the events coordinator. From the start, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and very honest. Our visit was so much more of the same, and you could really see how much passion she has for what she does, and how much she cares to give clients exactly the wedding they want.

After touring multiple venues we chose Hiddenbrooke because of their professionalism and ease of coordinating a wedding that fit our needs. Many venues lock you down with a package that may not be suitable for all brides but Hiddenbrooke worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. We had the opportunity to work with Tracy, Joy, and Amanda. They were all wonderful and very helpful. Amanda was the main coordinator for the big day. She was so patient and organized!! I highly recommend this place!

We recently had our wedding on January 27th at Hiddenbrooke. The venue is gorgeous and there are many places to take beautiful pictures. Tracy was easy to work with and tried her hardest to accommodate our requests. The staff on the day of the wedding were very professional and we had no issues with them. The bridal suite (women's locker room) was the perfect size. We got a fruit and cheese platter plus champagne and apple cider. Tracy made sure that I had apple cider since I mentioned to her that I do not drink. The young man who drove us around for taking pictures was very nice and even helped our photographer with certain pictures. He took us around to all the spots he said were perfect for pictures. The food was delicious and we had so many compliments from our guests on how good the food was. Tracy and her staff made sure that my husband and I had a plate of the appetizers waiting for us at our table. They also made sure to come check on us to ask if we needed anything to drink and served our dinner to us so we didn't have to go to the buffet line. They made sure to take very good care of us. The venue worked well with all of our outside vendors - we had no complaints from anyone. If we had to do the wedding all over again, my husband and I agree that we would choose Hiddenbrooke without a doubt.

Tracy and the Hidden Brook Team are a great group to work with. They were very friendly. They treated us like family and made everyone feel welcomed. My husband and I were looking for a venue that could accommodate our needs. We had our outdoor ceremony and reception inside. The packet we elected was simple yet more than enough. My husband and I had our wedding at Hiddenbrooke a little over a month ago, and we could not have been any happier with the venue or the Hiddenbrooke team that assisted us through it all. We worked with Tracy and staff, and they were great from beginning to end. The food was DELICIOUS (we had many compliments on that), the location of the ceremony site was breathtaking, and we are so very glad we had a group of people that were there to answer all of our questions, and that helped make this event a complete success. As a wedding planner, I had the opportunity to work with Tracy, the Director of Banquet Sales, and the Hiddenbrooke staff. Everybody was so accommodating the day of the event, especially Dan! Whenever I or my team needed something, they responded right away. Tracy knows what she's doing and she'll make sure to cover all bases about details for your event.

I've visited a handful of golf clubs for weddings before and I'd say the staff here is very welcoming, organized, professional and definitely know what they are doing! The food was very delicious, even their vendor meals - I had a turkey wrap & it was more than what I expected, super tasty!

Hiddenbrooke is also located in the beautiful Vallejo hills - great for picture opportunities. If you have your wedding or event here, Tracy and the staff will make it worthwhile - you won't have second thoughts!

Wow! Did they take great care of us! Hiddenbrooke is such a lovely space for a wedding. Our wedding was this past Friday night. We used the Outdoor garden trellis area for the ceremony, then went into the clubhouse for the reception and drinks, followed by a lovely dinner for 65 in the Pavilion. We decided to do a buffet setup and choose Hiddenbrooke's Silver level service package. The staff was very flexible and treated our requests promptly and professionally.
Everything from the event planning, to the tasting meal, to the set-up, and then the event itself was terrific. The staff really took care of us at every point along the way so we didn't have to worry about the details. We really felt that they cared about making this the most special day of our lives. When we need things they were there graciously lending a hand. We loved having a space for the cocktails and appetizers in the lounge that was separate from the dining pavilion. Just made it a more classy event.
The site is gorgeous with views overlooking the valley and golf course. Spacious outdoor patios with seating allowed our guests to sit and chat outside enjoying our beautiful Bay Area weather.
The food was superb. During the tasting menu a week before the event, the food was so good, we knew we were in good hands. We had small comments every one of which they incorporated. The staff also had great ideas to make it even better.
I was a bit worried before the event that a dinner for 65 would feel lost in the Pavilion space which can seat more than 200, but it was not an issue at all because of how the tables and decor was set-up.
During the reception and dinner we received many comments from our guests about the wonderful staff service, great bartenders and tasty food.

We just wanted to reach out to you to tell how incredibly perfect that Saturday was. When Steve and I walked into the dining room during reception, I was so happy of how wonderful everything was- you guys really made things so organized and the staff were so nice and helpful. We are so glad we trusted you to make this day come together for us and we are going to remember it for the rest of our lives! Our friends and family were also so impressed with everything and loved being able to enjoy the night. I’m going to tell everyone I know to book at the Hiddenbrooke is really right choice !

Our wedding reception was such a wonderful experience! It was the perfect day and the Hiddenbrooke staff made it easy. The venue was beautiful, the food was excellent (the sliders were a big hit), the signature drinks were delicious and the staff made sure that all of the little details came together as requested. Dan worked very hard in preparation for and the evening of our event and even took us by golf cart to the greens to ensure that we captured the photos we really wanted. Tracy, David & Dan were professional and attentive to all of the details. I so enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend their services in the future.

This is a very beautiful venue for a wedding or other event. It is reasonably priced, and I like that the ceremony, cocktail reception and dinner can all be held on location. No driving to different sites for your guest. We had our ceremony outside on the beautiful, well-kept grounds and the rest of the event was held indoors. Dan and Daniella were extremely helpful and professional. Everything was on time and my wedding guests were very pleased with the wedding staff.The appetizers and food were excellent!! I would definitely use this venue again.

We are so excited to have booked Hiddenbrooke for our wedding next year! The reception hall is stunningly beautiful with its floor to ceiling windows and views of the hills and course beyond. We love how much space there is available between the cocktail room (with the gorgeous fireplace!) and the three patios- we can see our guests having plenty of room to roam. The ceremony site is perfect, and doesn't feel like it is a golf course.
My fiance and I viewed many other venues in the area, and Hiddenbrooke clearly stood out above the others. It had everything we were looking for in a venue and more. In addition, the staff is welcoming, professional, and friendly. Daniela has been great in reviewing our options for our big day.

We held our wedding and reception here, everything was absolutely great the staff was excellent, the venue is beautiful

Alisa: (event director) made my life as a "bride" easier. She was easily reachable, responded to countless emails, and her 'can do' attitude always gave me relief. I considered that Alisa had tons of brides she worked with throughout the year, and if I had all these questions or concerns from me then she must have hundreds more requests from all her brides combined! But I always felt like she provided undivided attention when she addressed my wedding which was very great to see.

Another person on staff that is great is Dan. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the event. He anticipated our needs, for example, I was thirsty and he magically turns up with a glass of water! When we were about to cut the cake, the photographer stated "we need a plate and forks" and instantly he appeared with the plate and forks. When we needed something, we could always look up and find Dan there. My husband was very impressed with him and called him a "jack of all trades" since he shuttled us during the ceremony, worked the bar, and acted as hostess throughout the dinner.

I only had a couple of problems, my bridesmaid mistakenly trusted to leave her cell phone charging in the women's locker room unattended.. Since it is a public site, someone went in and stole her phone. It was a real bummer and my recommendation is to not leave any valuables unattended and to place things in the car or lockers with the keys.

Secondly, I won free chocolate covered strawberries for my event through their bridal show. Unfortunately the evening of the wedding, they did not get served, simply, because they forgot. I understand there was a lot going on, and I didn't even notice till the next day. When I followed up with Alisa she comped us with a gift certificate to use at the club, unfortunately I never received that either.

A pleasure to work with Alisa and her staff. Any and all requests were handled immediately. Facility was beautiful and food was delicious.

I love this place. My wife and I would just come by here just to hang out because we loved it so much. I think we will continue to do it now even though the wedding has passed. The venue is beautiful and the staff was amazing.

Alisa, the wedding coordinator, was particularly amazing. She was always doing whatever she could to keep us happy and be flexible and handle our crazy requests. WE could not have enjoyed the wedding more. The food was amazing, staff was great, and the planning was a joy because of Alisa.

As stressful as weddings can be, the staff at Hiddenbrooke were the most friendly, accommodating, professional and fun bunch to work with. From the moment we selected the venue, we felt that we were important and that our suggestions, ideas and questions mattered. The food was excellent! Most everyone at the reception commented on how delicious the NY steak and artichoke chicken was. The wait staff, personable and professional. The venue itself was clean and well organized. Had my daughter's 18th birthday @ Hiddenbrooke last Jul 23 2010 and i can say that this place tops everything. Service is excellent, food is AWESOME, place is SO NICE and staff was so wonderful. Our experience with this place and staff has an overall rating of 10 ! Karen Glen stayed the whole time and made sure that we're well taken cared of. We booked the event with Sandy Tijero and she's definitely a great person to work with. She helped us with everything and made sure that we're a satisfied customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to all my friends and we will definitely be coming back for our next events......

I recently had my wedding reception at Hiddenbrooke Golf Club. I was so happy with how my reception turned out. For my wedding we didn't have the usual sit down dinner and wedding table set up. I wanted something completely different from the "usual wedding". Sandy and Karen were extremely helpful and were willing to help my vision for my wedding become a reality. Chef Michael was excellent as well. We had menu ideas of our own and chef was more than willing to change the menu for us and help us with additional ideas to make it even better. I got married on my mother's birthday and he even made a birthday cupcake just for her as a surprise. Karen was there the day of the wedding making sure everything ran smoothly and my day was as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Hiddenbrooke Golf Club for your wedding or special occasion.

Sara Holley was very easy to work with. She was very responsive to our needs and always provided as many options as possible when we had no idea what to do. Sara was also very easy to reach and answered all our questions in a timely manner, either by phone or email, even in person. I recently had my wedding at Hiddenbrooke Golf Course. We opted to have both the ceremony and reception indoors on account of iffy winter weather. Working with Sara Holley was an absolute pleasure!! She was willing to go above and beyond for all of our requests and even made sure we had sunshine, as requested, for our winter wedding. The staff was very attentive, the food was amazing (we upgraded to offer Filet Mignon to our guests!!), and the location was breathtaking! The room transformation was icredible and our guests are STILL raving about the beautiful and perfect location and setting. Thank you so much to Sara and the rest of the Hiddenbrooke staff for making our BIG day special and unforgettable for us and our guests.

I loved having my wedding ceremony and reception here. the food was amazing, and the staff was great. They even came and checked on me before the ceremony to to see if I needed anything!

My husband and I got married here and it was a beautiful ceremony and reception. Joy and Gary did a great job and really helped to make it almost a one-stop shop. Other than specific things, we didn't have to do much work at all. We would recommend Hiddenbrooke to anyone especially if you are in Solano County.

My wife and I held our wedding reception at Hiddenbrooke Golf Club's Pavilion and Clubhouse last December of 2018 and we had the most amazing experience. To break it down for you...

The Wedding and Events Staff: I have to start with the people because I felt like they really put us first when it came to our needs. Amanda was our main coordinator and she was phenomenal, along with Joy and the rest of their crew. They were all amazingly helpful. Our original wedding date was unfortunately rescheduled, but, because of Amanda's help, we were able to make the changes with ease. She guided us through the major processes of wedding planning and made our lives so much easier. We're also thankful for Joy and Jon for helping us set up the day before the reception. Jon even went the extra mile and brought out a huge speaker so we can play music while setting up. Huge kudos! Being in a service-type of industry, how employees treat their customers will always be how I judge a business.

The Venue: I feel like I don't have to say much because this venue is so beautiful that it sells itself. The Pavilion is the perfect place to hold a reception. It has a wide, open feeling about it and has a great view of the golf course. Not like hotel conference rooms where it feels like you can't breathe. It's also connected to the clubhouse which makes a prefect location for cocktail hour and entertaining your guests before the reception begins. I also loved the fact that the banquet room is separate from the main reception hall which makes it a great location to have a buffet. As for photography, the golf club and its surrounding areas has plenty of great spots to shoot wedding photos. Make sure you time your reception right and take advantage of the sunset! They will provide you with preferred list of vendors and I recommend Jordana Sham for your photographer.

Options: Before Hiddenbrooke, my wife and I visited several venues. We found that almost all of them require you to upgrade just to have nicer chiavari chairs and a better selection of linens. We thought that was ridiculous. When we got to Hiddenbrooke, they told us that those are all included with no extra charge. Our jaws dropped with the thought of being able to pick a linen color other than white! This place has got all the essentials you'll need for a beautiful reception. Their food selection is amazing and tastes amazing too. Our guests were happy and had nothing but positive feedback about the food. Make sure to come in hungry for your tasting!

Alisa went above and beyond in her coordination of our wedding. Professionalism, great service, quality food, cocktails, beverages, and everything went well. The only negative was the weather was so cold outside(29F) that the heaters could not keep up in the glass dining room. With that being said, they brought in extra portable heaters to assist. The staff was great on everything that they were able to control.

Hiddenbrooke is a gorgeous place. My hubby to be and I first went there for a bridal show and instantly fell in love.

The staff was easy going and accommodating. Alisa, the wedding coordinator, was great. She always responded to our emails, within a day or two. Everyone was just great to work with. The food was amazing!!! We have gotten so many compliments on the food and also on the reception room.

The price was amazing. We were scared at first because the place is gorgeous and thought we wouldn't be able to come close to affording a wedding there. But by looking at their different packages we were able to find a package perfect for our price range.

I would recommend Hiddenbrooke to everyone.

Hiddenbrooke was a great venue for my event. The facilites are beautiful and the staff especially Sara Holley are extremely professional and helpful with making all of your details come together. I would definitely recommend them. The only downside is that the city of Vallejo has a noise ordinance which prevents a DJ past midnight. Nothing that Hiddnbrooke could help but with a venue this great we were ready to party the night away.

I had my wedding celebration just this weekend and been really happy with the overall outcome. Daniela has been great and very friendly and patient with me. Though there were a few glitches during my reception which is out of her or anyone's control. It was more of a facility problem and a vendor issue.
But I would recommend HB Golfclub for any of your upcoming parties!

Hiddenbrooke made wedding planning such a breeze and I'm so thankful we had our wedding there. Our reception at the Pavilion turned out absolutely stunning and no detail was missed. Joy is a delight to work with and her entire was attentive and professional. The grounds are beautifully kept and both options for cocktail/reception area are updated/modern. Hiddenbrooke is essentially a one-stop-shop which took a lot of pressure off as many of the venues we toured didn't offer food and bev. Location was also big for us as we had people driving from all over the Bay Area; Hiddenbrooke was such a convenient location. I would have our wedding there all over again!

Hiddenbrooke staff and location were incredible- the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us and to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. The location was stunning- both the outdoor ceremony space and indoor reception were exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious and the price was well worth it. We shopped around many locations in the bay area to choose our wedding site, and we have zero regrets for choosing Hiddenbrooke. It had the best quality and most reasonable pricing. Tracy and Leilani (staff) were awesome, and Dan (event manager) was especially helpful the day of our wedding making sure that everything went smooth and that we were well taken care of and having the best night possible.

The Hiddenbrooke Golf Club helped to make our 10th wedding anniversary/vow renewal a real special event. Sara Holley at Hiddenbrooke was very easy to work with and was very responsive to all our requests. The fire place in the club house made for a real nice backdrop for our vow renewal. The food and beverage were good and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the Hiddenbrooke and will consider it again for my next event.

WE SAID I DO!!! On Saturday 9/23, my now hubby and I said I do in the Garden Room at Hiddenbrooke. Hopefully this review isn't too long winded.

The Garden Room is beautiful and having the ceremony site so close is awesome. The reception room was set up beautifully and Dan was extremely helpful in getting everything set up and squared away. Having the Bridal Room so close was also a nice bonus. Our other vendors; photo booth, chocolate curtain, and cakes by me arrived at their scheduled times and that really helped with the overall flow of things. The food was delicious! Our guests can't stop raving about how delicious our food was. I didn't have any of the tri-tip, but everyone said it was delicious. Our guests loved our DJ Pam The Funkstress and our MC Andre was fantastic! Working with them was an absolute blessing.

The room was just so elegant and romantic, it was everything I could have imagined. Oh and do NOT worry about space, there is plenty of room. Our DJ, photobooth, chocolate fountain, cake table, guest book sign in, gift table, sweetheart table, and dance floor fit PERFECTLY and there was still room to move.

Very minor suggestions and feedback for improvement. The Bridal Room needs a little sprucing and a hook needs to be put on the back of the door for wedding dresses. Dan brought a roll rack for us to use, but it was not very sturdy and my dress was too heavy for it. The cushions for the chairs were dirty, some were ripped. My mom pulled out the chairs that needed to be addresses. Dan and his staff had no issue with switching them out, but I don't think dirty cushions should have been put out to begin with. There was no water service throughout the reception. I can't recall seeing one person get a water refill. We also didn't know that juice was complimentary.

They take care of dinner and service. Very good staff. Beautiful venue.

From the minute we pulled up into the area we impressed! My fiance and i both fell in love with the venue and are so excited to get married here in November. Seriously a little gem !

The team in charge definitely knows what they are doing and know how to take care of the married couple during the event. Tracy was very responsive to our emails and worked with us when we needed to change some things last minute. Dan got us a full plate of food before anyone else, always kept our drinks full, and even packed us a doggy bag to go! We were misinformed of the time we were allowed to set up, but other than that the communication was great. It's also absolutely beautiful know matter where you take a picture! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Staff I worked with were very professional (Tracy, Leilani, Dan), listened to my requests, questions and put on a professional affair. Feedback from guests included - beautiful site, good decor, good food and really nice size portions. I liked the idea of an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

Wedding coordinator Joy was a Joy to work with! This venue was love at first site! Not only was everything in one spot including bridal and groom room, food and drinks for bridal party to snack on. The reception area we picked was a dream spot! The venue has multiple options for the ceremony or reception area. Staff during the wedding was amazing, helpful and friendly service.

Gary (florist) and Joy are a dynamic duo! I could ask for more! They truly made me feel special and I was able to entrust that they made our vision for our wedding day come true!

Our wedding was amazing! They were so nice and accommodating!

The venue itself is beatiful and the food was great, but the service was awful throughout the entire planning process and the day of the wedding. By the day of our event we were on our third contact person at the venue, which I believe caused a number of the issues. We had a difficult time getting return phone calls or emails in a professional timely manner and when we had complaints of our contact person and took them to the general manager he was unresponsive to our claims and unwilling to fix the issues. The day of our event there was a complete disconnect; the a/c was not on upon arrival, no one had answers to our questions, things were done that were listed NOT TO DO on our contract, there was not nearly enough wait staff (1/2 of our guests had already finished eating before the other 1/2 even was served), and the staff started an argument with my mother as they refused to cut the cake (which per contract they were supposed to do). After the wedding we discovered they had lost my cake topper, serving set, and cake stand (which needed to be returned to my bakery). We notified them of this and still over two weeks later are still having a difficult time reaching staff to see if they have located our items. Our day was beautiful, but it was certainly not worth the high price paid to the venue, THEY DID NOTHING BUT CAUSE HEADACHES!

Bad, bad experience here for my wedding. This place is really not as exclusive as they make you believe. I got robbed the day of my wedding! The Vallejo Police didn't do anything at all and Hiddenbrooke didn't even bother to provide me with the surveillance videos, after all the money that I paid to have my event there. My wedding was on a Sunday and the representative that was helping along with my wedding planning wasn't there because it was her day off. Then, someone got in the ladies' locker room and stole my wallet, and my mom's, as well as a makeup bag and my bridesmaid's iPhone. Yeah, we could've been more careful as to not let our stuff around, but how would you think that such thing would happen in such an "exclusive" place? It's not exclusive at all, and if you get robbed they won't do anything for you. They don't care about you, just your money. The police won't either, so if I was you I wouldn't even bother looking into this place for a wedding. It's Vallejo, definitely not the safest place! Not only that, but their prices are too high and they give your guests less food than what they give you at the menu tasting.
