The customer service here is phenomenal! Rachel & Margaret were very attentive and made sure what you asked for is what happened on the day of wedding. We did a small intimate wedding of 65 on a beautiful October afternoon. The view?! Amazing! The food??!! AMAZING! This venue was everything we were looking for and more! We were truly blessed. Highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any celebration! -

The team at Hidden Valley Golf Club and Villa Amalfi Restaurant went above and beyond to bring our Star Wars Wedding to life! This location has breathtaking views. The team ensured that we felt comfortable and welcomed from the first visit to the final exit. Our guests enjoyed the staff's generous hospitality. The chefs were accommodating to a wide range of food allergies with custom allergen-safe dishes for our guests. Plus, their food was delectable and delightful. Our vendors commended Hidden Valley's wedding coordinators for their collaboration and professionalism. Thank you to the Hidden Valley team for turning our wedding plans into a stunning reality! -

When searching for our perfect venue we came across Hidden Valley. It literally had everything we were looking for and more!! The bonus was that it was in our budget. The service, communication, attention to detail, everything was phenomenal!! All of our guests had nothing but Amazing things to say about the venue and hospitality. Rachel and Margaret went above and beyond when they didn't have too! I am beyond pleased we had our wedding with there. -

Everything was beautiful! They accommodated my needs and thought about everything. I had so many compliments on the food. It was delicious. All I had to worry about was the cake! There was always someone attending. I would definitely have another event here! I recommend 100%. Made beautiful picture perfect views! -

Best in Class
My experience booking my wedding at Villa Amalfi (Hidden Valley Golf Club’s Wedding Venue) was nothing short of exceptional. Rachel and Margaret are absolutely amazing at what they do. Walking in, they were very open and transparent about all costs associated with holding weddings at their facility. My wife and I had been to 5 or 6 different facilities at that point and felt very discouraged as we didn’t think we were getting much bang for our buck everywhere else. We walked in and met with Rachel initially and were shocked at how transparent everything was. They offered a package and made it clear that this package would cover everything needed from the wedding other than DJ, photographer, and florist. We were stunned! Not only that, but this all inclusive package was a lot more affordable than some of the other places we looked into. After that initial meeting, we were hooked. We knew our wedding would be at Villa Amalfi (Hidden Valley Golf Club). But when would it be? Well, Rachel and Margaret were even flexible with that! We explained that we were buying a house and would love to “lock in” for this venue, but needed to decide if we wanted this wedding in 2023 or 2024. The team then allowed us the flexibility of deciding which date we would be locked into with 6 months notice. The customer service and flexibility of these 2 is below none. Fast forward to the food tastings; the team actually provided us with all food options for the day off and helped create an itinerary. Every touch point that we had with them ended with them going above and beyond. Finally on the week of the wedding, we had our rehearsal where the team completely took over and showed us what each person would be doing. We wanted the venue to really run with it and show us the ropes. They did that and then some! On the day of the wedding we were greeted with such a warm welcoming and excitement. The ceremony went perfectly. The reception was flawless. The team ran around behind the scenes throughout the night and provided an unbelievable service. I had MANY guests tell me that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to. I recommend this venue to any and everyone who is looking to have a great time while trusting the good hearted team that is behind the scenes. Rachel and Margaret (along with their preferred vendors: Classic Cuts DJ and Lovely Ambiance Florist) created the perfect night for our families to celebrate and connect. For that, my family and I will always be grateful! I have already began planning future events at this facility (I.e. Baby showers, Gender reveals, etc.). The team will be hearing from me soon on that. Hopefully they will be hearing from you too! -

This was my 2nd event with Hidden Valley Golf Club. Both were extremely important as the 1st event was a Celebration of Life and the 2nd was our Wedding. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. From Rachel and Anne organizing, to the servers and the Bartenders who made everything so seamless. They ALL did a AMAZING JOB both times! The Venue is absolutely beautiful. I should have paid a million bucks for this Beautiful place and the service received but I didn’t! Prices were impeccable for what they have to offer. I will definitely hold any of my future events here and so should YOU!!! Thank you Hidden Valley for making both days the best ever!! -

Amazing customer service and beautiful venue
After looking at big venues like Wedgewood weddings and places similar to that with 15k minimums, Hidden Valley golf course blew us away with the affordable pricing and the beautiful venue! Between the background of the wedding photos and the beauty of the reception room, this golf course is most definitely worth it! The customer service given to us by Rachel was also fantastic! Highly recommend having your events/ special day here! -

Everyone we worked with at Hidden Valley was amazing!! They are super flexible and kind people. They made our day so stress free. We had a mirco wedding with only 30 guest and they set up the room perfectly. I was so worried about my wedding feeling tiny in a giant room but I am so glad I did not get that feel. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking. Also my guests all talked about how good the food was. I actually made a point to stop talking to my guest so I could really enjoy my food. It was amazing!! -

Everything was amazing
I can’t thank Vicky and her staff enough for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout our wedding planning and also day of the wedding. The place is beautiful, great view and delicious food. We highly recommend this spot. -

Tameeka Sent on 10/07/2015I had my wedding here on May 16, 2015 and I am still getting compliments on everything from the mountain views to the delicious food. Vicky & the staff here are amazing hands down!
VENUE: Driving up to the golf course the views instantly capture you. That's what sold us on the location. It's so serene with the birds chirping, the green lush landscape, mountains it's just peaceful. Inside the villa Amalfi Resturante you have floor to ceiling window views of the entire golf course. With our uplighting the DJ added it was just the perfect romantic setting.
FOOD: The BEST! I've been to a few weddings and the food is always just blah. They take pride is serving top notch QUALITY and DELICIOUS food. All of our guests complimented how GREAT the food was.
STAFF: Vicky the coordinator is so down to earth and just the sweetest person ever! Always available when we had any questions, the staff was always there when we needed to pop in and get measurements of the room or had any questions about set up, always welcoming. The day before the wedding I dropped everything off to Vicky and she handled it ALL on the wedding day. I showed up and everything was in it's exact place just how I envisioned it would be.
Wonderful location. Can't thank everyone over at Hidden Valley enough. Everything was literally perfect! Our wedding day was the BEST DAY EVER! -

This place is a gem! We had our wedding here on 11/20/21 and the day couldn't go any more smoothly than it did. The views our guests had were breathtaking from the mountains to the golf course to the city lights to the lake. Our guests enjoyed the food so much! Mostly all of them went for seconds on our buffet. Also I wanted to give a big shot out to Rachel who was such an amazing coordinator! She really just wanted us to have a beautiful wedding and did everything she could to take care of us. Highly recommend Hidden Valley! -

Amazing Venue
Vicky was amazing at working with me to make the day extra special. She was on time with everything. Little fumble on not letting the photographer know the ceremony started but the videographer captured what was missed. Would book again. -

Rachel was a bartender and she was more helpful then the actual wedding coordinator Vicky. I told Vicky idk how many times I wanted ivory not black table clothes and when my florist arrived there were black table cloths. Also, we reviewed how I wanted the day to go and yet the day of she was either MIA or My bridesmaids were doing her job. If you get married here tell them you want Rachel the night of your wedding she was the only reason I let go of the crap Vicky did and Rachel went out of her way to make sure our day was amazing!!!Hidden Valley Golf Club's reply:
Hi Heather, We appreciate your review. We pride our company on exceptional customer service and I do apologize about the linen. I was here that day and know that it was switched in a matter of minutes. By time your florist unloaded the tables were ready. The person in charge of set up looked at the paper that had your original choice of linen color. After the ceremony, Rachel & Anne are Managers of the events. The are briefed before the event starts. Once the ceremony is over, Vicky leaves and Rachel or Anne takes over the event. I am pleased to hear Rachel did a great job. She is wonderful!! All of our staff really does care about our customers. Although once in a while things do happen, (linen) I hope you are overall pleased with the your event. Congratulations - Nicole Hansen - Owner -

Booking was cancelled without contacting me once:
A family member asked the venue about safety precautions taken by personnel concerning the pandemic since we have immunocompromised guests. Hidden Valley rudely responded to the family member to search for another venue, credited the deposit back, and cancelled our booking.
All of this happened without even contacting me, the bride, once. The family member was NOT the one who signed the contract, nor paid the deposit. Very unprofessional and crazy all of this can happen without the venue contacting me personally.Hidden Valley Golf Club's reply:
Good Morning Jamie, Very sorry for misconstrue information. The "family member" who paid the deposit and signed the contract, called and demanded that I show proof that all our employees have been vaccinated, as this is a vaccinated invite only event. I very kindly, explained that it is against HIPPA law for me to share medical information of any individual. This is a very tough time for everyone and with the escalating demands of breaking HIPPA law, I suggested that it was in the best interest of both parties that they find a different venue that can meet their needs. We were in agreement and ALL monies were immediately refunded. I take pride in my customer service & the happiness of my clients is my TOP priority.
