Sweetest people most beautiful venue!

I absolutely LOVED working with Luana and James. They are such kind people. The place is beautiful and you can’t beat the price for anywhere around here. 10/10!

There are not enough words to fully describe HCF to the fullest. It is the best hidden gem in rural Ashland city and amazing if you are looking for an updated rustic wedding. When my husband and I were looking for venues, HCF was the first one I shared with my husband to also look at. Without asking, he called the same day and scheduled a tour. It was the one and only venue we looked at and booked on the spot. We could not have asked for a better wedding space as well as individuals to help us in any way we needed throughout the entire planning process. Luanna and James own the property and they are the most amazing people. They will help you with anything you need as well as want to ensure your day goes amazing! They have a bridal suite that you can spend the night in for two nights worry free, as well as a giant storage closet of decorations to be used. I was so thankful for this hidden gem, that I did not have to spend any extra money on decorations, and simply used everything I needed from that closet. A lot of my family came from out of state and had nothing but good things to say about their entire stay and experience with HCF. If you are looking for something rustic, quiet, and genuine as well as budget friendly with tons of offers this is the place!!

Hidden Creek Farm is the perfect wedding and event venue! The owners are very sweet people and easy to work with. They work with you to ensure that all the event details go smoothly and will help out wherever they can. My husband and I cannot think of a better venue to get married at! Being able to reserve the venue for the whole weekend was a game changer for us and gave us plenty of time to decorate and plan for our big day. They also have a large room full of beautiful decor, and there is no extra to use it. This place is truly heaven sent! If you are debating touring and/or booking this venue, go for it. You won’t regret it!

This venue is not only gorgeous, but the couple who runs it are absolutely amazing! They make you feel so welcomed, and even helped out weekend run smoothly. I cannot rave about them enough

I booked with hidden creek last minute and was amazed when I found out my date was open because of a cancellation. I planned my wedding in 4 months and I cannot say enough about this venue and Luana and how much her and her family helped make my wedding day EVERYTHING I wanted it to be. They have a HUGE decor room - might I just add I did not buy a SINGLE PIECE of decor. They had everything I needed. More than enough space to accommodate my 150 guests. The most beautiful and spacious bridal area to get ready and they even offer a full weekend stay! I didn’t do the stay because we already had plans in place but I wish I would have! They were there for everything I needed. Their bartender James Austin was amazing as well, if you do choose to go with him you will not regret it!!!

I wish I could relive my wedding day 100 times over and 100 times over I would pick this venue! I loved every second I got to spend on this lovely property with these lovely people!

The most magical modern/rustic barn feel with the most sparkly lights and amazing humans! Luana and James made our night the most special it could ever be.

Hidden Creek farms is amazing! James and Luana are the most hospitable kind ever. They went above n beyond to help us with any questions or things we needed. The bridal suite here is amazing. It was so nice to stay on site with my friends the night before and not need to drive anywhere after the wedding. Also Luanas brunch deserves a huge shout out! The blueberry muffins were freshly baked and absolutely yummy. The venue is well maintained and there were so many spots for beautiful photos.

Our son was married there in July. The venue is Beautiful & on a real farm! The owners are gracious & so helpful. The Barns & the Bridal suite are Beautiful. It was such a magical day. So many have told us it was absolutely perfect… ♥️

There are so many possibilities for your dream wedding. I also appreciated her letting us use some decorations that are available on site. I cannot fully express my love for this venue!
Not only is the venue itself a southern fairytale, the owners themselves are wonderful! The attentiveness and kindness of everyone was overwhelming and I can honestly say I couldn’t have done it without them. The ceremony sight was so stunning and made for the beautifully rustic yet dramatic and romantic dream place to be married!
Not to mention the bridal stash room of tons of decor I was able to use and save money on!
And the cozy bridal suite me and my girls were able to get ready in together 😍
This place and these people will always hold a very special place in my heart and I could not recommend it more!

We got married here last spring. Our special day was better than we could we could have hoped for. The hosts were amazing and the venue was perfect!

Hidden Creek was the biggest blessing to my wedding outside of the Lord and my beautiful wife. The owners, James and Luana Wiley, were so incredibly gracious and loving from the very moment we met them.

We toured 5 other venues before we had the pleasure of visiting Hidden Creek. Needless to say, the search was over once we got there!!

There are so many reasons that this venue was the place we wanted to have the best day of our lives but in the spirit of not making this post too long I'm going to highlight just a few that really stood out to me.

1. The People - James and Luana are the heart and soul of Hidden Creek and their 35 years of pastoring is the foundation of their that they built this amazing venue on. My wife and I had the pleasure of really getting to know them, hear their story of how they came to own Hidden Creek, and what makes them get up and after it every day. We learned so much from them in the shirt time were known them and I'm sure they will be lifelong mentors. They are genuinely the opitomy of the marriage that we want to have.

2. The Venue - Hidden Creek has everything we were looking for in a venue: a beautiful ceremony area that is wide open and outside, a charming courtyard with a blazing fireplace, a gorgeous reception hall, a groomsmen suite that I could get ready in before and a bridal suite that my wife could die in... To say it's amazing is a gross understatement. This place is STUNNING.

3. The All inclusive Experience - Let me start off by saying that we planned our wedding in 4 months. Our wedding date was at the end of February. The majority of our celebration was held outside. We were able to do this because Hidden Creek had EVERYTHING we needed. Their prop barn is full of decorations, signage, lighting and so much more. Their vendor list made it very easy to fill out our wedding team. Here's a quick overview of how our wedding weekend went:

- Friday (day time)- set up venue with decorations and signage - all provided by Hidden Creek

- Friday (evening) - Rehearsal and dinner. We did both right at the venue. A suggestion made by James and Luana that probably saved us around $1000 on that alone.

- Friday (night) - my wife and her closest friends spent the night together in the bridal suite and had the time of their lives!

- Saturday (morning) - my wife and her friends enjoyed the delicious brunch that Luana cooked herself. Not only did she make the best mimosas they had ever had, she also was able to accommodate my wife's vegan dietary preferences.

- Saturday (afternoon) - we had our wedding that we were able to enjoy the reception and cocktail hour outside. (At the end of February mind you) This was due to the fire pit and space heaters that Hidden Creek provided. The Lord also came through in a big way. holding off the rain that the weatherman swore was going to come.

During the cocktail hour we had live music, a smores bar, corn hole. and an amazing congregation that met us with cheers when we opened up the barn over looking the courtyard for one of Hidden Creeks signature photo backdrops. We honestly couldn't have ever imagined such a beautiful and event filled evening.

Saturday (night) - my wife and I departed the wedding with a sparkler send off. My wife's parents ended up staying the night in the bridal suite so they wouldn't have to drive home in the dark.

Alot of our friends and family worked very hard to make this a special evening and we are so grateful for each and every one of them.

My only word of advise for anyone getting married would be to utilize as many professionals as you can. Hidden Creek makes it so easy to save a ton of money on so many areas of your wedding. If you can, spend that money that you're saving on vendors so that your friends can fully enjoy your day with you.

I hope you do yourself a favor and tour Hidden Creek. Once you see it in person and meet the people that make that place so special you won't have to keep looking. Hidden Creek was our answered prayer. It can be yours too.

This venue is the perfect place to have any event! They are professional but also personable so you feel a sense of family and are well taken care of so you have no worries on your day!

This venue was my husbands and I’s dream venue! And Luana and James the owners are so helpful and friendly. They made it feel like home in the time we were there. I highly recommend! It is so breathtaking!

Luana and James are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. They made us feel like part of their family. The venue decor Hidden Creek offers is outstanding. The way everything is set up in close proximity is great if grandparents come. Ryan & I will be forever thankful to be apart of the Hidden Creek family. It was a perfect experience! The venue was beautiful and clean, the owners were so sweet and willing to do anything to help us out, communication was great, and everything about the experience and working with the owners felt so easy and organized! It was the perfect day!

Luana and James are most down to earth couple. Before touring their venue I had my heart set on another place but something in my heart said.. “keep this appointment.. just tour this last place and I’m SO thankful I listened to my heart. From the moment I stepped foot on their venue, it felt like right. Luana greeted me with the most welcoming smile and James immediately told me he wanted what was best for us. It was easy to see how much they truly cared. The were the biggest reason I chose their beautiful venue. I easily fell in love with their gorgeous venue. It was also a huge bonus to have access to an entire room full of decorations and being able to have it for the weekend was incredible. Being able to decorate the day before made our day so much easier. It was so fun to stay in the beautiful bridal suite with my friends the night before and be able to stay after the wedding instead of driving somewhere else was incredibly convenient as well. They were so kind and were constantly stepping in to help us. Our day was magical, beautiful, and stress free and a big part of that is thanks to this amazing couple. 🤍
