If I had to get married 100 more times, I would choose Hidden Creek every time. Luana and James were amazing every single step of the way. They answered countless questions at any time during the process and made me feel like I was the only bride they had. Everything was gorgeous and the food... amazing! If you're on the fence about Hidden Creek, don't be- they are the absolute best 🥰 -

Hidden Creek Farm is the perfect venue!
Hidden Creek Farm is the perfect wedding and event venue! The owners are very sweet people and easy to work with. They work with you to ensure that all the event details go smoothly and will help out wherever they can. My husband and I cannot think of a better venue to get married at! Being able to reserve the venue for the whole weekend was a game changer for us and gave us plenty of time to decorate and plan for our big day. They also have a large room full of beautiful decor, and there is no extra to use it. This place is truly heaven sent! If you are debating touring and/or booking this venue, go for it. You won’t regret it! -

Perfect rural wedding venue for a quiet and perfect wedding.
There are not enough words to fully describe HCF to the fullest. It is the best hidden gem in rural Ashland city and amazing if you are looking for an updated rustic wedding. When my husband and I were looking for venues, HCF was the first one I shared with my husband to also look at. Without asking, he called the same day and scheduled a tour. It was the one and only venue we looked at and booked on the spot. We could not have asked for a better wedding space as well as individuals to help us in any way we needed throughout the entire planning process. Luanna and James own the property and they are the most amazing people. They will help you with anything you need as well as want to ensure your day goes amazing! They have a bridal suite that you can spend the night in for two nights worry free, as well as a giant storage closet of decorations to be used. I was so thankful for this hidden gem, that I did not have to spend any extra money on decorations, and simply used everything I needed from that closet. A lot of my family came from out of state and had nothing but good things to say about their entire stay and experience with HCF. If you are looking for something rustic, quiet, and genuine as well as budget friendly with tons of offers this is the place!! -

I booked with hidden creek last minute and was amazed when I found out my date was open because of a cancellation. I planned my wedding in 4 months and I cannot say enough about this venue and Luana and how much her and her family helped make my wedding day EVERYTHING I wanted it to be. They have a HUGE decor room - might I just add I did not buy a SINGLE PIECE of decor. They had everything I needed. More than enough space to accommodate my 150 guests. The most beautiful and spacious bridal area to get ready and they even offer a full weekend stay! I didn’t do the stay because we already had plans in place but I wish I would have! They were there for everything I needed. Their bartender James Austin was amazing as well, if you do choose to go with him you will not regret it!!!
I wish I could relive my wedding day 100 times over and 100 times over I would pick this venue! I loved every second I got to spend on this lovely property with these lovely people!
I recommend hidden creek to anyone that will listen! -

Amazing Hidden Gem
Luana and James go above and beyond to help make your wedding day the best day ever! The venue is beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend Hidden Creek Farm for your perfect wedding day! There are so many possibilities for your dream wedding. I also appreciated her letting us use some decorations that are available on site. The brunch was delicious and my bridal had the best time in the bridal suite. Thank you Luana and James for making us feel like family! -

I cannot fully express my love for this venue!
Not only is the venue itself a southern fairytale, the owners themselves are wonderful! The attentiveness and kindness of everyone was overwhelming and I can honestly say I couldn’t have done it without them. The ceremony sight was so stunning and made for the beautifully rustic yet dramatic and romantic dream place to be married!
Not to mention the bridal stash room of tons of decor I was able to use and save money on!
And the cozy bridal suite me and my girls were able to get ready in together 😍
This place and these people will always hold a very special place in my heart and I could not recommend it more! -

Absolutely Amazing
Hidden Creek farms is amazing! James and Luana are the most hospitable kind ever. They went above n beyond to help us with any questions or things we needed. The bridal suite here is amazing. It was so nice to stay on site with my friends the night before and not need to drive anywhere after the wedding. Also Luanas brunch deserves a huge shout out! The blueberry muffins were freshly baked and absolutely yummy. The venue is well maintained and there were so many spots for beautiful photos. -

Unforgettable all inclusive experience
Hidden Creek was the biggest blessing to my wedding outside of the Lord and my beautiful wife. The owners, James and Luana Wiley, were so incredibly gracious and loving from the very moment we met them.
We toured 5 other venues before we had the pleasure of visiting Hidden Creek. Needless to say, the search was over once we got there!!
There are so many reasons that this venue was the place we wanted to have the best day of our lives but in the spirit of not making this post too long I'm going to highlight just a few that really stood out to me.
1. The People - James and Luana are the heart and soul of Hidden Creek and their 35 years of pastoring is the foundation of their that they built this amazing venue on. My wife and I had the pleasure of really getting to know them, hear their story of how they came to own Hidden Creek, and what makes them get up and after it every day. We learned so much from them in the shirt time were known them and I'm sure they will be lifelong mentors. They are genuinely the opitomy of the marriage that we want to have.
2. The Venue - Hidden Creek has everything we were looking for in a venue: a beautiful ceremony area that is wide open and outside, a charming courtyard with a blazing fireplace, a gorgeous reception hall, a groomsmen suite that I could get ready in before and a bridal suite that my wife could die in... To say it's amazing is a gross understatement. This place is STUNNING.
3. The All inclusive Experience - Let me start off by saying that we planned our wedding in 4 months. Our wedding date was at the end of February. The majority of our celebration was held outside. We were able to do this because Hidden Creek had EVERYTHING we needed. Their prop barn is full of decorations, signage, lighting and so much more. Their vendor list made it very easy to fill out our wedding team. Here's a quick overview of how our wedding weekend went:
- Friday (day time)- set up venue with decorations and signage - all provided by Hidden Creek
- Friday (evening) - Rehearsal and dinner. We did both right at the venue. A suggestion made by James and Luana that probably saved us around $1000 on that alone.
- Friday (night) - my wife and her closest friends spent the night together in the bridal suite and had the time of their lives!
- Saturday (morning) - my wife and her friends enjoyed the delicious brunch that Luana cooked herself. Not only did she make the best mimosas they had ever had, she also was able to accommodate my wife's vegan dietary preferences.
- Saturday (afternoon) - we had our wedding that we were able to enjoy the reception and cocktail hour outside. (At the end of February mind you) This was due to the fire pit and space heaters that Hidden Creek provided. The Lord also came through in a big way. holding off the rain that the weatherman swore was going to come.
During the cocktail hour we had live music, a smores bar, corn hole. and an amazing congregation that met us with cheers when we opened up the barn over looking the courtyard for one of Hidden Creeks signature photo backdrops. We honestly couldn't have ever imagined such a beautiful and event filled evening.
Saturday (night) - my wife and I departed the wedding with a sparkler send off. My wife's parents ended up staying the night in the bridal suite so they wouldn't have to drive home in the dark.
Alot of our friends and family worked very hard to make this a special evening and we are so grateful for each and every one of them.
My only word of advise for anyone getting married would be to utilize as many professionals as you can. Hidden Creek makes it so easy to save a ton of money on so many areas of your wedding. If you can, spend that money that you're saving on vendors so that your friends can fully enjoy your day with you.
I hope you do yourself a favor and tour Hidden Creek. Once you see it in person and meet the people that make that place so special you won't have to keep looking. Hidden Creek was our answered prayer. It can be yours too. -

From the time I spotted this venue on wedding wire and toured Hidden Creek Farms wedding, I knew this place was the place. I didn't even blink twice or look at another venue. It was absolutely perfect and James and Luana were amazing. They definitely made me feel like I was at home and made sure that the property was perfect for this amazing day. I really appreciated having access to the venue the day before and after to alleviate the stress. James and Luana were extremely accommodating. if you haven't booked already, book now before spots run out! You won't regret it! -

Hidden Creek was the most magical wedding venue. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect day. The venue is stunning, and it is such a hidden gem. I got married here almost 3 months ago, and it was the best decision ever. They treat you like you are part of the family. They made sure you are comfortable and every detail is perfect. We also had engagement pictures done here and they drove us around the farm and just made us feel right at home. I want to get married all over again. Best day/night ever!
All I can say is WOW! We had such an incredible experience through Hidden Creek. They were patient and kind with all of weird suggestions, like having a May Pole - the key component to our May day wedding! Mimi and Gampy were absolutely delightful and we felt they were just two more guests to our wedding. The wedding coordinator, Jasmin, was an absolute dream and made sure everything went as planned. This day went exactly the way we wanted it to, even with the rain we still had the most wonderful ceremony in their indoor venue and it was just lovely. Would highly recommend a million times over! -

They accommodated us in every way and made us feel at home. The outdoor ceremony location is absolutely gorgeous and made for a romantic, intimate ceremony that was exactly what we had dreamed of all along. The reception barn is beautiful and doubles as a rain plan (which will ease any bride's mind). The bridal suite is TO DIE FOR, absolutely stunning and a great place for the bridal party to celebrate all weekend! I would recommend this venue to any bride looking for a beautiful, rustic venue with several options for indoor/outdoor use! We love Hidden Creek Farm!!

I couldn’t be more excited to spend my big day here! It is absolutely gorgeous!!! It is the perfect venue for me and fiancé!!! I did my engagement pictures here and they turn out way better than I could imagine!! They were still building when I did my pictures but everything was still wonderful! September 2019 couldn’t come fast enough!
