I had a wonderful experience with Here Comes the Bridesmaid! They were very helpful with helping my bridesmaids and I pick out dresses, and they had a great selection! It also made life easier for us as I had bridesmaids of all shapes and sizes. The prices were definitely fair too. After I received the dresses, I realized that I needed a swatch, and they were very helpful and sent me swatch via mail. I would definitely recommend Here Comes the Bridesmaid! -

I loved my experience bridesmaid dress shopping at Here Comes the Bridesmaid. I followed them on instagram and liked the dresses they posted. After not loving my bridesmaid dress shopping experience at a bridal salon, I decided to try making an appointment somewhere dedicated to just bridesmaids. This was the best decision!
The entire staff was so helpful. They answered countless emails from me (Ok I could count them, but I’m embarrassed to!). We came in 3 separate times because I couldn’t get the whole crew together for one visit and they never seemed annoyed. One of the visits we had to mostly clip the dresses ourselves but it still worked out okay. They were very apparent with their dress prices and were accommodating to a wider variety of budgets than the other shop I went to, and didn’t make me feel bad for wanting to stay in a lower budget for my girls. Leslie was so fun to form a relationship with over my 3 visits and I was so thankful for her!
They were also accommodating to my bridesmaid who isn’t local, to let her get measurements elsewhere and email in an order form. They gave options to mail a dress out of state/internationally or let me pick it up for her.

Went for my girls bridesmaids dresses today and had such an amazing experience! The owner Leslie is such a sweetheart and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect for everybody. All the other workers were helpful and so sweet as well especially Concetta. The place was so clean and in order and they work with you on pricing to make sure you get everything you want. I would recommended this place to anyone looking for bridesmaid dresses -
Marie Sent on 07/19/2018Although my wedding is a year away I already had my bridesmaids purchase their dresses, so I could get one thing out of the way. We went with Hayley Paige 5755 in Platinum. The ladies at here comes the bridesmaid have been nothing but fabulous. They worked around our hours and set up appointments when it was convenient for us. No pressure selling tactics and a really fun, relaxing experience. They must carry hundreds of samples from all major designers. Definitely worth the trip!

Kim Sent on 10/25/2012I went with my MOH and bridesmaid on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. The first thing I must say is that since this store is located inside a building on the 4th floor, it would be nice to have a sign on the outside of the building alerting customers exactly where they are located. We almost walked away until a guy sitting outside told us to go to the fourth floor. That was the only downside.
At first we were allowed to look at the dresses ourselves without sales help because we did not have an appointment. We looked through lots of dresses - none of which appealed to us. That is until the saleswoman Eva appeared. We explained to her the styles that we were interested in and what color and she proceeded to go throughout the store pulling out dresses that we considered. She listened to our needs and understood exactly what we were looking for until we found the perfect dresses for both my bridesmaid and my maid of honor.
The best part was that she didn't pressure us - she gave us the dresses to try on and let us discuss amongst ourselves if we liked them or not. I'm not one for pushy salespeople - nothing turns me off more, so I was relieved that she let us alone to make this important decision. With Eva's help I was able to find dresses that I'm very happy with on the first day of trying - no stress and no fuss. I would definitely recommend Here Comes the Bridesmaid - just make sure you have an appointment.

Sasha Sent on 04/26/2016I had my bridesmaids purchase their dresses from this place. They have a website but also a store located in Manhattan. The dresses are affordable and they are an authorized retailer. The don't offer alterations so you have to keep that in mind in the overall budget. All in all, I had no complaints. They were very honest when it came to to the timetable of the arrival of the dresses. Some girls had to order rush because they took a long time to order but I that was on them not the company. I would recommend. -

I ordered 7 Bill Levkoff dresses on Feb 1st and got them on May 21st. I highly recommend ordering from them. -

At first I was hesitant because reaching them on the phone was a little bit difficult, but through email, Alexa was very helpful and responsive. I had a very difficult order as I let the girls pick their own styles as long as it was the same fabric, so we had 4 different style numbers and various different sizes of each. One of the styles even was made as a two toned dress that I requested to be only 1 color. I was worried with all of these complications that something would go wrong, especially not being able to order in person, but the dresses arrived yesterday with no errors in the order and in great condition. I couldn't be happier and am proud that I was able to save my bridesmaids mega dollars by ordering online and not from a highly marked up bridal shop. Once the order was placed, the dresses arrived in almost exactly 3 months. -

Simone Sent on 01/21/2015I recently visited the "Here Comes the Bridesmaid" showroom. Overall, I was disappointed by the service. I had two of my bridesmaids with me and to be honest, we received very little service. we walked into a medium sized showroom and picked out all of the dresses ourselves. All of the dresses were stocked in a size 12 ONLY. So I had to use "binder" clips to clip the back of the dress to accommodate the size of my bridesmaids. Several dresses were ripped or had deodorant stains. A large party came in a few minutes after us and the three women working in the showroom immediately went to assist them. We left the showroom without them giving us a business card or even saying goodbye. Not a very pleasant experience for the first time looking for bridesmaid dresses :( -
Charlotte Sent on 07/22/2018What a disaster! I finally found a bridesmaid dress style that I loved at a bridal store where I live. The price at the store was steep and I was excited to find the same designer dress on Bridesmaids.com for a much better price. What luck! When I received the dresses however, they were NOT the same color! My beautiful fall slate blue wedding just became a spring time baby blue and I'm so sad. Also, my dress is blush so it looks like we're all going to a fancy baby shower. And bonus, none of the dresses fit my bridesmaids, they are all too small! We used the sizing guide by the dress designer Bari Jay which was listed on their website. Despite the bad reviews of their terrible customer service, I went ahead and sent the email with pictures to them, hoping they would help. Of course they came back saying that it was not their fault and that it was an issue of screen resolution. Needless to say, unless you have personally put on the exact style, color and size of the dress you are ordering and are ok with not getting what you want, I would stay away from this company! Trust me, its not worth the disappointment and anxiety.
**update: to add insult to injury, not only did they offer no help in fixing the issue, they are now threatening "legal action" if I don't quote "correct my review". You guys go adjust your screen resolutions and see if you can make these dresses match. Ladies, these guys are scary bad news.Here Comes The Bridesmaid's reply:
Although we really try to provide perfect service to every customer, and have helped brides and their bridesmaids for over 20 years - it seems that on occasion not everyone will be happy with our store even when we do absolutely nothing wrong. In this instance we did not measure anyone, we did not choose or suggest sizes, and we did not choose the colors of the dresses. We actually did not communicate with this customer at all before the dresses were ordered. We processed an online order as we received it, and the customer received what was ordered in the time frame promised. We ask that you please continue reading below for a complete picture:
We make it absolutely clear that bridesmaid dresses are made for each individual order and, as every bridal store or website in the US has the same policy, dresses cannot be returned or exchanged. We certainly stand behind our products if a customer does not receive the style, color or size that was ordered - or if a dress is damaged or not made properly. We even indicate that customers should be measured by a professional and not take measurements themselves. We are here to advise you on sizing if desired. Color swatches can be ordered for free from us so that everyone is sure of the color. Honestly, if there is a bridesmaid store or website that does more for customers than we do, we would love to hear it. -

Ree Sent on 09/18/2018Are you a bride? Bridesmaid? MOH? Do you want to be angry, upset, pissed, cheated and lied to!?! If so you have picked the best store to goto in Long Island!!!! I live out of town and the bridal party 7 total went to this store and placed an order. I got sized by a seamstress at Nordstrom’s and Bloomingdales and I was given the same measurements so I knew they were correct. I am 130 lbs and 5’0. Normally wear a size 6-8 depending on the dress. Well this store decided the best size for me would be a size 20. Yes a size 20!! They promised the dress would fit at least 1 area of my body and it was big all around like a trash bag. Here is a picture of how horrible of a fit this was. I could fit another person in this dress! When I called the store and when the bride went to the store rather then trying to be helpful and trying to figuring out how to resolve the issue the employee was rude getting loud with me on the phone. At first she said she’s not a seamstress but then acted like she knew it all and said everything is fixable. She even went as far as telling me how another customer had a miscarriage and was able to get a dress fixed. First off that was the trashiest thing I’ve ever heard to share someone’s personal experience with someone else. That’s when I knew this store has zero class. I told her I visited two places that said if the dress was to be altered the seams would be compromised I told the store this and they didn’t care. They are heartless and rude. I am considering disputing the charge with my credit card company as my card was charged and as the cardholder I never agreed or was disclosed it’s a final sale, no returns. I never signed anything agreeing to that. I ended up talking to another store that sells this dress who was happy to help me figure this out and confirmed this store clearly doesn’t know how to order the right size. I plan on purchasing another dress from a reliable store, because clearly this is not one of them. -
