The best DJ by far!

Brian was absolutely incredible! He really got to know us and find out exactly what we wanted our wedding to look like! He spent time before the wedding with getting to know all the details, big and small, and it made for the most perfect day! He brought so much life to the party and really knew how to get everyone on the dance floor for the whole night. I had so many people say threat was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding and a huge part of that was due to Brian! He even brought out a microphone (not planned) when I was singing one of my favorite songs; which was so memorable and such a fun memory that I will forever remember! If you want someone who is going to do everything in their power to give you the most incredible day, then Brian is the man for the job! We could sing his praises forever, but we truly loved having him be a part of our wedding day and giving us so many memories that we will cherish the rest of our lives!

Best DJ Team Ever - The Total Package!!

We had the chance to see Brian and his wife MCing at a friend's wedding about 2 years before our own wedding, and we knew they were the duo we wanted for our own! They were so fun, got out of their seats and moving, and flawless transitions for the different dances. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how much of a good time they had especially during the photo dash! One of our big bucket items for our wedding was to have a photo booth as it was a big part of our story. Brian overdone himself with the level of detail of it! Without us asking, he provide options of making the photo strip designs to match the theme from our wedding website and Save the Date cards. It was also nice to not have to worry about having to find multiple vendors, props, etc. Brian and his team had it all! It made planning so much easier. With all the research we did, they were so afford and gave us the most bang for your buck. Anytime we wanted to add something additional from their services, they were very responsive and flexible with adjusting the invoice especially since we were planning out of state (they even honored the military discount for us!). We even ended up including their audio guestbook and bubbles for a grand exit! It really put me at ease getting to see them at my friend's wedding and bringing the same energy and professionalism to ours. Whatever you were thinking of wanting to have whether it was music, decor, etc., they had it all! They will go above and beyond if you choose to use them for all your events!

Spectacular DJ services and business!!! ⭐️

Luke was the DJ that MC’d and played music for my daughter’s wedding. From the very beginning in talking with Nicole, to our consult with Brian & Luke, our experience was phenomenal. Luke played all the music my daughter and son in law requested, he moved the reception along while constantly checking in with the bride & groom. He was also professional and courteous. I can’t say enough how pleased we are with Heps DJ services! Thank you for a day to always remember!

July Wedding at Cheyenne Mountain

I would recommend Brian and his team a million times over! From our very first meeting to the constant communication leading up to the big day, Brian was incredible. He truly loves what he does, and that passion shows in every detail. Not only is he an amazing DJ who knows how to get the party started, but he also offers a Photo Booth and Audio Guestbook. Such an amazing value to have all of that in one package! Also, everything you see in the pictures I added, he brings! I did not supply any of that! He literally brings everything you need! Including some awesome props for the photo booth (that aren’t tacky)!

The memories we created and the keepsakes we now have from the photo booth and audio guestbook are treasures we will cherish forever. We feel so lucky to have found Brian!

Definitely Recommend

We were fortunate to have Brian be our DJ for my son & daughter-in-law's (Nolan & Jenny) marriage celebration reception on 7-20-2024 at The Barn at Sunset Ranch in Buena Vista, CO! His wife, Nicole, also assisted our wedding coordinator which helped things to run smoothly during the day and evening. Brian is very talented as a DJ and did a great job for our celebration. He was accessible and offered ideas and guidance during our planning process. Our situation was a little different and funky, but Brian just went with the flow and was a true professional. What I really appreciate about Brian is that he can read the room and the people and adjust if need be. We received feed back that our guests really enjoyed themselves, but mostly Brian was so instrumental in getting the kids involved ------ you could tell from our video that the kids had a blast! And most of all, Nolan & Jenny never wanted to be in the lime light --- their main goal was that the guests of family and friends enjoy all our time together --- and Brian & Nicole were very instrumental in achieving that goal! June 10th Wedding!

We were referred to use this incredible duo - Brian and Nicole for our June 10th wedding at Younger Ranch in north CO Springs and they were both absolutely incredible! Brian rocked it as a DJ and literally played all of our favorite songs and provided all the necessary mics, speakers & equipment. Nicole was phenomenal in her role as a coordinator and dealing with some vendors that caused me some stress. She took on so much and executed her role with class and perfection. The Hepperle’s were accommodating of our schedules and we met up with them in person and via Skype several times before our big day. They worked with us through each detail of our special day and helped give us advice where we were stumped. When June 10th finally arrived, they worked flawlessly to ensure absolutely everything was perfect and matched our vision. I could not have pictured our once in a lifetime day without them. Thank you both so much! 💙

Brian was the best DJ - we were so lucky to work with him. He was incredibly communicative before the wedding and did a phenomenal job at our wedding. He helped mic up our officiant and live musicians for the ceremony and seamlessly DJ'ed the rest of the night away. His transitions were great between songs - he did not just phone it in, but in fact went above and beyond.

Brian made our reception a complete success and worked with us to make it exactly what we wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Best DJ we could ask for

Brian and his team were recommended to us by our venue, Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs. Brian met with us virtually ahead of the event to get a better sense of what music we would prefer & provided a straightforward questionnaire to eliminate any traditional wedding songs/dances we knew we didn't want. He also worked with us to pick a photo-strip design that we preferred. The day of the wedding, Brian did a fantastic job MC'ing the wedding toasts/first dances and creating a reception tracklist off of the limited examples we provided -- mixtures for all generations and increasing the tempo as the night went on. The photo booth & props were great complements to the event and served as our guest book station with tons of strips that we will always treasure. I highly recommend HEPS DJ & Photo Booth!

Amazing Day

Amazing wedding team!

We asked Brian and Nicole to help us with our wedding as DJ and coordinator and they were an amazing team! Even though we were planning the wedding from out of state, working with them was not a hassle at all and they were very communicative. They understood what we wanted from the day and made us feel like we could trust them to make it happen, and they definitely did! Our wedding day was smooth and so much fun. Brian is the best

We are one of the COVID wedding couples who had to postpone our wedding. Brian was a great vendor to work with throughout that stressful and frustrating process. He is quick to respond via email and very helpful. Once we finally had the wedding, he was so helpful and thoughtful. He checked in with us about timing, MC'd very well, and even got us drinks from the bar a few times. He knew our venue so well that he went to their back of house stash of water bottles when we were thirsty right after the ceremony. A spontaneous limbo game broke out on the dance floor and he immediately brought out his portable limbo stick for us to use. We can't recommend Brian enough. He is the only DJ you should consider.

Hands down the best DJ service we could have hired! Brian & Nicole are an amazing team! Nicole is so sweet and makes the Photobooth so much fun for everyone. Not to mention getting a scrapbook of all the photo strips taken that night is one of the coolest gifts. Brian is by far the Best DJ I have ever seen. Awesome experience a+++++

When we were looking for a DJ for our wedding, we knew we wanted one that would provide an awesome experience for our guests, and new it was one of the top 3 vital decisions we had to make. We contacted many of them, got recommendations from friends, and did our due diligence! We landed on Brian & HEPs DJ and oh my gosh were we blown away! Everything was smooth from the start, he helped with all of the key ceremony and reception planning we needed, listened to our needs and added in some cool twists and games for our guests!
We are so happy we hired them and it made our special day come to life and all of the guests loved the music and experience! We have already started recommending them to our other friends who are recently engaged!

Life of the party!!

Best DJ ever!! We had an amazing time at our wedding thanks to Brian & HEPS DJ! He and his amazing wife Nicole really helped us through consultations and we had Lewis as our DJ on our wedding day. He did an outstanding job especially with our music cues during our ceremony, dinner and during our dance at the end of the night!
We also rented the photo booth and they created a photo strip background that matched our wedding invitations. It was so beautiful and we had such a great time thanks to this great company! We highly recommend them!!

Hire dj heps!

The DJ HEPS team is AMAZING! Fun fact: the owner and all of the DJs are full-time teachers who do this on the side because they love it. But you would never know this was a side gig; they're so on top of everything! We found them through our wedding venue (highly recommended), The Edgewood Inn, and from initial outreach to the end of our reception, they were responsive, helpful, kind, and so accommodating. Our DJ, Nick, had actually gotten married at our venue as well which made us even more confident in booking them. From their thoughtful song selection sheet, to meeting with us a few times, and handling my rather neurotic last minute ceremony music requests, they made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Also, Nick CRUSHED it on song selection the whole night! Multiple guests and our families both commented on how awesome he was! I had put together a playlist of songs (unsolicited, because I'm type A) as a sample of what we were going for in terms of genre, decades, etc. He not only played our favorite songs at the perfect time, he was a pro at getting everyone on the dance floor — no cha cha slide necessary. He also pulled out songs I hadn't thought of and were spot on! As a self-proclaimed dancing queen (especially at weddings), our DJ was a top priority vendor selection for us because my goal was to keep as many guests as possible on the dance floor the whole night. Total success! He even ran the final song selection by me and accommodated some ridiculous song requests from my husband... a polka song in particular. Nick arrived on time, was SO flexible when our wedding timeline changed a few times the day-of and kept everything flowing perfectly as he MC'd the event. He also gets bonus points for putting up with multiple folks who jumped in on "day-of coordination" since A-type people run in my family. Nick — you're the real MVP. Bottom line: BOOK DJ HEPS! You and your guests will have a blast!

Mother of the Bride

We employed Brian as DJ and photo booth for my daughter's wedding in August 2021. I was so impressed with his attentive to all details we were concerned about. Was very helpful for the FOB's speech in making sure he had good lighting and microphone. He adhered to our music choices and guests had a great time. Photo booth was excellent with lots of little unique details such as a photo book. If you can get Brian for your DJ, Do So!

The Absolute Best

HEPS DJ is the absolute best! Brian (the owner) was incredible for our wedding ceremony and reception: he worked with us through the hardship of rescheduling our event during the pandemic; he expertly coordinated and conducted our night so that we could relax and enjoy the evening; he played all the songs I requested and incorporated them into an awesome song line-up that got everyone dancing. Truly, he made our wedding event stress-free and so much fun—everyone from the 20-somethings to my 80 year-old grandparents were on the dance floor! I highly recommend HEPS DJ for your event—they are the best!

Best DJ in the State of CO

We met with Brian very early on in our wedding planning. From the get-go he made us feel very calm as well as excited! You can tell that he is passionate about his services. He wants to make sure you and your guests have the BEST day ever.

I felt that our style of music isn't really everyone's taste in music but he tastefully and tactfully mixed in our genre and favorite tunes into the mix of party music! The entire afternoon and evening went seamlessly. He shows up and knows EXACTLY what to do. You don't need to direct him, he's a well-oiled machine. He even ensured I had a cocktail in my hand all evening as well!

If you want to ensure that you have the wedding of the year for all of your guests, or even better, get paid compliments that it was THE best wedding they have ever been to, then hire Brian. He was an integral part of our day and you will be sad that you didn't hire him.

Cool, flexible and attentive

Brian is a phenomenal DJ. He was personal, flexible to changing plans, and kept an awesome selection of music going. You will be pleased by his DJ services. However, you will be absolutely blown away by his professionalism, his attention to detail, and his situational awareness. Brian went absolve and beyond what a DJ normally does. He checked in on us regularly, knew the entire game plan start to finish, and was involved in so many countless details, which allowed my bride and I to enjoy ourselves instead of panicking over small stuff. You will be hard pressed to find someone who is in control and cares for you personally as much as Brian.

We were so happy with Brian and Nicole. Brian was great throughout our planning process and on the wedding day and everyone had a great time dancing the night away! We’re so glad we chose Brian. He was friendly, professional, and a lot of fun. He even checked on us multiple times to make sure we were being taken care of with food and drinks! He acted as a wedding coordinator during the events and had the entire ceremony and reception choreographed so that everything flowed smoothly. He made our reception personal and everyone had a great time. Brian has great energy and an awesome personality. He kept the dance floor packed and led several line dances throughout the night. We really enjoyed working with Brian and highly recommend him.

Above and Beyond

My wife and I could not say enough about how wonderful our experience was, working with Brian of DJ Heps. From our first interaction, he was so personable, and easy to work with. Brian was absolutely fantastic through every step of our wedding planning process. He went above and beyond his duties as a DJ, and offered resources and suggestions for so many other aspects of our wedding day. Brian was upfront and clear about pricing, which we found to be excptionally reasonable and absolutely worth every penny. He always showed that he cared about our hopes for the day, as a couple. Brian was able to adjust songs to whatever length we needed, and looked at our Spotify playlists to gain an idea of our musical tastes - which was so apparent during our wedding reception. The day of, Brian was prompt and professional. He helped with both our outdoor ceremony, and reception, at separate locations, with no issue. We received such great feedback from our guests about Brian's great DJ presence - not overbearing with lots of talking, always feeling the mood of the crowd, and keeping guests on the dance floor. Not to mention, he checked in with us throughout the night and made everything transition seamlessly. All of this to say, we could not recommend DJ Heps more highly!

Best Reception Ever Thanks to HEPS!!!!

We had an AMAZING experience with HEPS!!! Brian is a great DJ and made sure the reception was always moving along. We also hired his wife Nicole as our day of planner, well worth the money! The photobooth was so much fun and all the guests loved it. We had multiple guests say that Brian was the best wedding DJ they had ever seen and that it was an epic party and HEPS was a primary part of that. Hire HEPS, you will not regret it!!

Mother of the Bride

Nicole and Brian went above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding everything we envisioned. The day was perfect....from Nicole using her wedding coordinating skills to keep a wedding party of 22 on task all day into the evening and keeping a reception for 220+ going smoothly, along with Brian keeping the party moving and shaking, making sure all were having a good time. We had so many compliments from our guests and our other vendors that this was the best weddings and receptions they had been to. It was so fun and personal. The dance floor was always full.

Not once as the mother of the bride, did I worry about anything during this special day. One thing that I recall is the little things they did through out the day, such as Brian checking on the wedding party and photographer during pictures on a very hot July day, making sure all were staying hydrated and bringing drinks if needed. Nicole making sure every little detail was checked and in place for the ceremony and reception hall.

Simply amazing

I don't event know where to begin besides saying that Brian and Nicole were awesome to work with and provided amazing service on our big day. Not only is Brian an awesome DJ, but he offers so much more on the big day when everything around you is crazy and moving so quickly. For example, this was not expected at all, but he goes above and beyond in every way possible. While we were being pulled in 10 different directions for after ceremony photos he came over to save our lives with a couple cold refreshments from the bar. Our guests absolutely loved him and his wife Nicole who worked the photo booth for the evening, which was a huge hit at our reception and gave us some great photo memories of all of our guests during the reception. I can only put into so may words how great they are, but after we met Brian the first time we knew he was our guy and then when we met Nicole at the second meeting we knew we were going to have an awesome wedding reception. Great DJ!!

Nick and Brian were very helpful and stayed in contact throughout the process and we always felt comfortable with them handling the DJ and emcee duties. The party was very lively and things moved along at a good pace throughout the night. I would also highly recommend the photo booth as well. Let’s Do It Again!

People say that the only things they really remember about weddings are the open bar and the DJ! Our wedding was so fun that we want to do it again... thanks to Lewis & Brian from HEPS DJ!!! We gave Lewis a few Spotify playlists ahead of time to give him an idea of what we liked... and what we didn’t like... and he created a party my husband and I won’t ever forget! He took our vision, kept us on timeline, was perfect at gauging our visual cues for “next song.” He was chill, fun, flexible, easy to work with... a generous and attentive DJ who will fulfill all your needs (my husband told me to put that). Amazing Service and so much fun!!!

Brian and his wife Nicole were AMAZING. They were fun, friendly, kept the night going, led dances, and were all around AWESOME! We ended up getting their full service package with Photo Booth! CHOOSE THIS PACKAGE! We got sooo many compliments on how everything seemed so seamless and I've had sooo many compliments on the photobooth (which by the way they give you a copy of all pictures as well as a put together scrap book that people sign!!!). Brian went over and beyond our expectations in keeping a glass of wine in my hand to making sure everything I wanted was done (even things I believe the venue should have been on top of!). Amazing DJ and Photo-booth! They Go Above and Beyond Expectations!

We loved having Brian a part of our wedding day. Throughout the whole process he made everything so easy. Brian also gave us great tips and ideas to use for our wedding. He made things so fun for us. So much fun!

Nick the DJ was a perfect fit for us! We hired HEPS about 4 months out, so I was thankful they were available still. Nick played the music we requested, no hiccups with incorrect songs or timing - everything was perfect. He really helped us keep us on track the day of - especially during the reception. He also adapted well and kept playing music that kept us all out on the dance floor. He even got out himself for the line dances! The photobooth was a great option for us! We loved it and so did all of our guests. They provided an album with most if not all of the photos that were taken that night! Guests had the option to put the photos in themselves and write a note to us, and even if they didn't the attendant, Nicole, printed the photo strips and put them in the album. The photo booth was definitely a big hit and was big enough to fit a lot of people in the photos. We met with Nick several times before the wedding either in person or via email, he was always very responsive, helpful with suggestions and a pleasure to work with. We really wanted our guests to just have fun at our wedding, more of a party if you will and it certainly was with the music and the photo booth. Nick and Nicole helped make our wedding perfect for us and we cannot thank them enough!

More than just a DJ!

When my daughter started planning her wedding, I told her a DJ is one of the most important people at the wedding and HEPS proved me right! Brian kept the party going, came out and danced with the guests, and took great care of us! He made sure my daughter got something to eat and drink, made sure I had a chance to sit down, made sure that things ran smoothly! He was more than "just a DJ"! He even made up mixed drinks for us! Perfect night, great DJ

Brian is so easy going and calm - exactly the presence you want on your wedding day! He was in touch several times before the wedding, early the day of, and SO attentive during the reception. He even made sure we had dinner and drinks waiting for us when we sat down. He played an awesome blend of music that kept guests of all ages dancing all night. We would 1000% recommend him!

Brian and his team were WONDERFUL! He was very easy to get a hold of via email leading up to the day of our wedding. He set up microphones and played the music for our ceremony. He kept our reception flow on point, announcing the welcome speech, dinner time, toasts, desserts, first dance, dances with parents, AND we gave him a playlist of songs we wanted to hear and he played SO many of them!! Yes, he's a DJ and he provides a photobooth. But he provides a lot more for you on your special day and is a complete professional.

For those that want to get straight to the point -

- Music was superb! He listened very closely to what we wanted, and even cover music on YouTube
- He went over with us on timeline before and during the event so we're all in sync on what's coming up next during the 'organized chaos'
- He worked well with other vendors to stay in sync on timeline, so everything ran smoothly
- He danced with the crowd to get people going - not only did he play icebreaker music, he IS the icebreaker!
- He showed people how to do dances so everyone can participate
- He was always in tuned with the audience/crowd and entertained them well

For those that want some more highlights and thoughts ---
Out of all the vendors - caterers, florists, etc., I have to say Brian was the BEST one out there. All our vendors were extremely top notch, but I just have to say Brian was the one with the most compliments from EVERYONE. Most important he has gone above and beyond like others have stated.

Going above and beyond ---
While we were taking photos, Brian at the top of the hill / venue was busy with cocktail hour. In the midst of the millions of photos, out of no where Brian came down all the way from the venue to ask if the bride and I would like drinks. At first we were confused, we looked up the hill, everyone was enjoying cocktail hour and music, and here is Brian catering to us asking if we would like water knowing very well how tired we were. He gave us water and went on his way back up the hill. Honestly, that took us off by complete surprise.

I can't say how much we were satisfied and he is DEFINITELY worth the services he provides. He is quite the professional and we highly recommend him!

The team at HEPS DJ & Photo Booth are phenomenal!

Brian & Nicole are so fun and easy to work with. They had great suggestions with music selection, timeline of events, and even a fun way to release our tables through the buffet line!

Nicole ran the photo booth for our wedding day and it was a HUGE hit! From the props to the custom pictures, everything turned out perfect. One of my favorite things from that night was being able to go home with an album of all the pictures taken in the booth. It was so much fun looking through them and reminiscing on a beautiful day.

We also had the pleasure of working with Kevin for our wedding day. He was on top of everything from start to finish and checked in with us through out the night to make sure everything was going according to plan. He even got out on the dance floor during Copperhead Road and helped get the line dance started!

Brian was such an amazing DJ and we got so many compliments from everyone. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fun DJ that keeps the party going. He definitely wore multiple hats throughout the reception keeping us on track for timing and basically picked up where our planner fell short in those regards. Prior to the wedding he did such a great job keeping in contact with us and really getting an idea of who we are and what we were looking for. With very little knowledge on our part of music he put together exactly what we were looking for during the reception. I come from a family that likes to dance a lot and he kept us out there all night. I even surprised my husband by dressing up in a t-rex costume, and Brian immediately switched the music over to some good Jurassic Park music followed by Everybody loves that Dinosaur. This is a true testament of how quickly he just went with the flow. Thank you Brian for absolutely everything and making our day that much more memorable.

Brian and his wife, Nicole, were the perfect duo for our wedding! They responded to our emails within 24 hours and were so helpful in our planning process! It was an absolute pleasure working with both of them. Brian put all our fears at ease with his easy-to-use planning worksheet and answered all of our questions before our big day. The day of our wedding, they arrived a few hours early with all of their own equipment and set up well in advance of our start time. They worked well with the staff and other vendors at both our ceremony and reception venues. The uplighting they provided was the perfect addition to our reception!

Brian is the most entertaining DJ I have ever seen at a wedding! He kept all of our guests engaged in the activities and read the dance floor and played music according to what the crowd was responding to. Brian bought my husband and I our first round of drinks during dinner and brought them to us at our seats. At one point, he approached my husband and I and told us to use the bathroom now, as the speeches would begin soon and we would be sitting for a while. All of our guests were raving about Brian's selection of music and DJ skills (even my uncles who operated a DJ company).

Nicole operated the Porta-Party Photo Booth and it was an absolute hit with our guests! She provided an entire table of props, explained how to operate the photo booth, and kept the line moving quickly! Each guest who entered the photo booth received a copy, and a copy was added to a scrap book for the guests to sign! We received our scrap book at the end of the reception as well as a USB with a digital copy each photo! Nicole was so friendly and easy to work with!

It has been two months since our wedding, and all of our friends and family are still talking about how much fun it was! I believe this is largely due to the exceptional DJ and photo booth services Brian and Nicole provided! To say I highly recommend HEPS would be an understatement!

Heps DJ was likely the best decision we made for our wedding. Brian went above and beyond, fetching drinks and made sure everyone was having a great time. Brian also made our outlandish wish of having a WWE style entrance a full-blown reality. Nice, friendly, and always willing to meet up Brian made the planning process so smooth. We went with the photo booth as well which was an awesome addition for our guests and allowed us to not worry about a guest book. Brian was absolutely amazing!! He is relaxed and funny and made the day stress-free. He is extremely helpful throughout the entire process and brought up a lot of things that we hadn't thought to plan for. As father of the bride, we couldn't have been more please with HEPS DJ and Photobooth. Brian and Nicole were both great to work with, from start to finish. From our initial contact with them, through the evening of the event, all went well. Brian met with my daugher and son-in-law twice prior to the wedding, to plan, get ideas for music/song choices, and the schedule for the evening. He even took input from me, to ensure that the "old folks" had music they enjoyed as well. Brian ran the music and sound at the wedding ceremony, then hustled to the reception hall to be ready when guests arrived.
Nicole supported the photo booth and with a variety of props, hats, etc., that they brought along, guests enjoyed smiling for the camera! Guests took away copies of their photos and at the end of the night a scrapbook of all photos was ready for the bride and groom.
Throughout the evening, Brian kept things moving, constantly checking on my daughter and son-in-law to make sure they had what they needed and were happy with how the evening was progressing. And as father of the bride, I appreciated Brian checking in with me, as well.
My wife and I had several guests tell us later that they thought the reception was one of the best that they had attended. I recognize a lot of different things go in to making a successful party, but I know that Brian and Nicole played a big part in that success!

We had so much fun working with Brian and Nicole! Brian has such a fun energy that is contagious, which makes him an amazing DJ. He did a beautiful job playing music during the ceremony and he made the reception that much more fun. He was even out on the floor leading dances! Additionally, the photo booth was such a fun add on. I think that our guests really enjoyed it, and we love having all of the pictures to look at for years to come! Overall, we had an amazing experience with Brian, Nicole and their family, so we would definitely recommend their superb services.

My husband and I were from out of town and were traveling in for our wedding at the Air Force Academy. We initially met with the Brian, the owner of DJ HEPS. He was very easy to communicate with and flexible on meeting spots, which was important since we were only in town once before we got married and had a packed vendor schedule. Brian was incredible! He walked us through the DJ HEPS process, how they prepare for the event, and run the night of. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Sadly, Brian was booked for the night of our wedding, but he had recently brought on an additional DJ to help him cover more events. Of course, we were bummed that Brian would not be our DJ, but were more than happy to give Kris a try. From the time we met with Brian until our wedding, both Brian and Kris were very accommodating and prompt to respond, they even were willing to have a skype meeting so that we could meet Kris. The first time we had the chance to meet Kris in person, was the night of our wedding. I was blown away by how awesome he was! He was fun, energetic, witty and did such a fantastic job of playing the crowd. Our wedding guests LOVED him. I think I received more than 10 compliments on our DJ the night of our wedding alone!

Both my husband and I would hire DJ HEPPS in a heartbeat. We had an all around great experience and would definitely recommend them for any type of DJ event. They are fantastic!

Our wedding planner found Brian for us and we are so happy that she did. Brian was very professional in our meeting and assured us that he just wanted to do what we wanted at our wedding. And he actually did as he said he would. At the wedding, he MCed our entrance, speeches, special dances and interacted with the guests during our freestyle dancing. He is such a funny guy, who is the life of the party and will even get your grandparents out on the dance floor. We appreciated everything he did for us!

We started looking for a DJ for our wedding over the summer and we were lucky to meet Brian. Brian was an excellent resources to help us plan our wedding and execute our reception. Brian was very responsive and met with me and my wife several times before the wedding to make sure he had all the details to coordinate our night. Brian was helpful in making sure that our needs were met during the night. He made sure we ate and had a beverage in hand at all times during the reception. He also provided a photo booth, which was run by Brian's wife, Nicole. This was a smash hit at the wedding and we ended up with a great photo book of the best shots of our friends in the photo booth. Brian was very accommodating to our needs and made the night absolutely perfect. We highly recommend Brian!

It's hard to put into words... my wife and I spent the first few days after the wedding wondering, "did everyone have as much fun as we did?" Then the feedback started coming in from family and friends... "this was literally the most fun wedding we've ever been to", "the DJ was unbeleivable, I don't think there was a person there not dancing", and so on and so on. Brian was world class. He would do things like... get my wife a drink if she was busy talking with people. He would be helpful in areas you would never expect a DJ to be helping. I may be biased, but he was absolutely the best DJ at any wedding I've ever been to. He's just... FUN. And really, what else matters?

Brian and Nicole came out to do our ceremony music, our reception as well as the photobooth, and we couldn't possibly be happier! They went above and beyond to help where they saw we needed it. Brian took the reigns when it came to dinner music and how to call up tables for dinner the moment he heard we had Disney inspired centerpieces... quizzed the guests to match the table to a movie, and then snuck in Disney songs as we ate, without making it feel like a child's birthday party. We have enjoyed going back and looking at our photobook they gave us with all the photo strips and my guests loved having a little something to take home. I suggest them to anyone getting married, and I don't plan on stopping!

Hiring Brian and Nicole for our ceremony and reception was one of the easiest and best decisions we made during our planning process. Planning meetings were easy, prompt and filled with laughter. Brian is truly passionate about what he does and made not only planning, but the day of, run smoothly. He made sure that every detail was covered, and even when there were a few small snafus with the venue and guest arrivals, handled it with panache. He ensured that everything was executed perfectly to our liking. He also got out on the dance floor during the reception and taught some line dances to folks who hadn't done them before. Nicole was a champ at the photo booth and presented us with a photobook at the end of the night, filled with all the fun shots (all wearing the provided props...I'm talkin two tables worth) of our guests and signed by them, as well. The up-lighting they provided, really enhanced the look of the ceremony and reception room.

I can't imagine anyone needing to hire another company, since the packages they offer really do include it all. I highly recommend them if you are looking for true professionals who are laid back, fun and ready to get the job done. Thanks, Brian and Nicole, for being so awesome!

Brian and his team were absolutely amazing. We could not have imagined all the little requests and adjustments that had to be made as the ceremony and reception progressed but Brian took extra steps to accommodate and facilitate requests coming from all angles. He noticed so many little things (like bringing the bride and groom drinks while they were busy with pictures) and his professionalism was top-notch. He went out on the dance floor and taught multiple dances, keeping everyone involved. The photo booth was a huge hit and we now have another photo album of silly pictures from people you would never expect to see together. I can not think of one more thing that they could have done to make things go better. Brian truly made this a special day for us!

No one compares to this guy when it comes to a dj! Don't think twice, hire him for your wedding! He helped my wedding day flow so well and provided amazing entertainment for all guests. Everyone says to this day it's the best wedding they've ever been too and it not have been the same without Brian! Also, spend the money on the photo booth. I could not have been happier with Brian and Nicole. They were super flexible & responsive every step along the way. Originally I wasn't sure how I felt about a photo booth, but oh my goodness -- my guests loved it! It was a complete hit. Brian was awesome as a DJ and was taking requests on the fly as my husband and I came up them. He helped the whole event flow & even kept offering to bring the groom & I drinks. Highly recommended. Brian was amazing. He really took the time to get to know us and plan everything with us. We wanted some specific military related stuff that had to be perfect and he made sure it was. Also, our guest had so much fun dancing and he kept the wedding going.

Brian was AMAZING!! He worked our wedding on July 10th at hillside gardens and he went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Even before the wedding day he was always responsive and extremely helpful! On the day of the wedding he was so attentive even before the reception, he brought myself and the whole wedding party drinks, he checked on us during dinner and brought me everything I asked for. Everything went so smoothly, and everyone had so much fun! He could pick up on my mood and end a song a move up to the next. Which I really appreciated! Everyone was on the dance floor until it was time to leave! I am so grateful we chose to work with him. My family is STILL talking about how amazing he was. If I had to plan another wedding today, there's no doubt I would select HEPS DJ without a second thought. Brian and Nicole went so far above and beyond in every way I can't say enough. They provided the wedding music, mic for the pasture, photo booth, DJ, lighting, and emcee services. Not only that, they basically just stepped in when last minute chaos ensued and provided calm, professional advise and services to keep all the details on track. They also basically served as host and hostess for all the guests and anything they needed for the entire evening. Thank you to HEPS DJ...you rock and were a total blessing for all of us!!!!

Brian and Nicole are awesome. From the planning to the day of the event Brian was on top of things. He made it super easy with emailing all paperwork required. Brian made our day run so smoothly. He did all the audio at the ceremony and was the DJ at the reception. He did an outstanding job. We didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. He was set up and ready to go when he told us he would be. At the reception he ran the entire schedule of events and we didn't have to think about a thing. He also made sure that we had everything we needed from dinner and drinks to cake and special moments together. Nicole is great at the photo booth and all the guests loved it. We also have a photo book with all the pictures from the booth with special notes from our guest. It was a very special touch to the entire package. I would recommend Nicole and Brian for your next wedding or event. They are superb!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Heps DJ and Photobooth. They were flexible with us from the very beginning, but never more so than on the day of our wedding. We had to change the setup location at the last minute for both the DJ booth and photobooth. Brian helped organize the wedding party and got everyone where they were supposed to be. The music was perfect--he really played to the crowd and kept everyone entertained. Nicole was awesome to work with in the photobooth--we ended up with a wonderful photo guest book that was fun for everyone. Both Brian and Nicole were professional, fun, and charismatic. We hired HEPS DJ and Photobooth for our wedding reception in July. We ended up using them for both the DJ and the photo booth, and I was so glad I did! First, the fact that it was one vendor for two items was so convenient. I loved that they were able to work together to make sound and photobooth set up seamless. All the staff we interacted with was also great. We had a few changes to our plans throughout the planning process and they were so flexible as we made tweaks. I also got the sense that Brian was very knowledgeable about noise ordinances and local rules, which I appreciated since part of our reception was in a public park.

Nick was our DJ for the event and Amanda was our photo booth attendant. Both were excellent and kept the party running smoothly! Nick did a wonderful job incorporating the song requests we provided before the event and rearranging the playlist to play our guests' requests during the event. He also did a nice job keeping us on track with the evening event line up (moving from cocktails to dinner, cake cutting, first dance, etc). A few friends that attended our wedding are also engaged and have asked who our DJ was because they enjoyed it so much. I am more than happy to recommend HEPS- they did a fantastic job and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Went above & beyond to emcee our day, whilst calming our nerves

Brian did a fantastic job in being a vendor for our wedding. We enjoyed all of our conversations leading up to the wedding and he was quite easy to work with leading up to the day. He was even able to accommodate a few "special requests" such as a walk-up song for the Father of the Bride's speech and a 'Cake-Cutting' song. Despite several hiccups throughout the night, either due to technology/power or the reception venue, Brian rolled with the punches and helped make our day so special!

Fully Engaged in Your Day

We can't say enough about how DJ Hepps helped make our Wedding day great. First off, he was highly professional. Second, he did an amazing job of engaging the guest for dancing! He was on the dance floor personally teaching dances when appropriate for the song.. Third, he is a lot of fun! One of our favorite things was his idea to do couples trivia to release tables for dinner (quiz each table on us). Get the question right and eat, wrong and you had to wait for the next question. This really raised the energy level, engaging all guests. Finally, he was very considerate of us and did everything he could to help us; whether getting us a drink or helping to coordinate timing, he did everything possible to make our day great!

Bottom line, we would highly recommend DJ Hepps if you want a highly professional ceremony and energetic, fun reception.

Brian was a wonderful DJ, not only a great dj, but great at keeping us on track as an MC and the groom and my beers were never empty! that is what I call service. very accommodating when our ceremony got rained out and we had to switch venues. Nicole was wonderful at the photo booth and guests had a great time, It was an extra touch I'm glad we went with. plus we got an awesome guest book out of it with copies of all the photos!

Brian and his wife were absolutely fabulous! He served as an emcee for us while his wife ran the photobooth. For a last minute (one month prior to wedding) rental, we weren't expecting much, but they went above and beyond! Great pricing, service and dedication. Helpful and relaxing

Brian Hepperle did so much more for our wedding than just DJ. My family can be overwhelming and he did such a good job reading our faces, and helping to calm us down. He read the crowd perfectly and knew exactly what music to play and when. I wanted the songs in my ceremony to be played for a specific amount of time and he made sure the flow of everything matched exactly what I wanted. It was such a fun night, I was really able to relax and celebrate with the love of my life. Thank you Brian!

Great DJ Option for you Colorado Wedding

Nick with HEPS DJ was great!! He helped us with our music list, encouraged our guests to dance, helped teach various line dances and was really easy to communicate with! He was super friendly and easy to work with from the get go. I would definitely recommend him and HEPS for any of your future entertainment needs.
