Working with Henry Saint-Jean Films was an absolutely AMAZING experience, I highly highly recommend for wedding videography! Henry is so professional, as well as calm, cool, and collected, so when I saw him in person the morning of my wedding, I felt totally taken care of and at ease. My sister used his services for her wedding in Virginia Beach, and after seeing how he so beautifully edits such a special day, we knew we wanted him to film our wedding.
The sneak peek video we received shortly after the wedding, on our honeymoon, immediately brought us to (happy!) tears, giving us a glimpse of our most special day with friends and family. Once we received our full wedding album of videos, we were just in awe of his talent and skills in capturing the most important moments of our day. Henry even personally assisted me with a specific detail request, going above and beyond to deliver it.
I leave this review to let any couples looking for a videographer know that Henry is the BEST OF THE BEST – he works seamlessly with other wedding vendors (sending preparation emails in advanced, too!), provides a calmness amongst the fast-paced moving day, and delivers a keepsake to cherish forever. From our very first meeting with Henry at Piximpress, we knew we were in great hands. He took the time to really get to know us as a couple and made us feel completely at ease. Henry walked us through his approach with clarity and care, and his attention to detail in planning our wedding video gave us total confidence leading up to the big day.
On the day itself, Henry was a calming, unobtrusive presence—he blended in seamlessly while still managing to capture every heartfelt moment. He worked so smoothly with our other vendors and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran effortlessly.
When we received our final videos, we were blown away. The way Henry pieced everything together was nothing short of artful—the pacing, music, emotions, and storytelling were all spot-on. It felt like we were reliving the day, but with even more appreciation for the beauty in the details we may have missed in the moment.

Henry was by far one of our favorite vendors for our wedding. Hands down! Our wedding planning coordinated our first meeting, and I was really impressed (pun intended) with some of the sample videos of his that we viewed prior to our first conversation. I was also so excited to learn that he was Haitian like me! It made me feel that much more confident that we'd have someone who would handle our cultural nuances with care. From the first conversation, Henry was attentive, personable, and super professional. He was also great about breaking down payments into manageable chunks, and understanding if or when we were not immediately responsive to an inquiry or email (we were juggling a lot during the wedding planning process!) His questionnaires got us really talking and thinking about our vision for the big day and helped us hone in on what we wanted to highlight.
Meeting Henry in person on the big day was like seeing an old friend for the first time in a while. I didn't feel insecure or nervous about his presence or the cameras rolling.... a little too comfortable because I remember at least one instance when I did something on film that was less than bridal lol, and he was kind enough to not use that footage! He was great with my family, and everyone was able to communicate with him freely in English and Creole. I only wish there was another event I could hire him for, he was such a pleasure to work with! Piximpress is definitely a 10 in my book! -

From our first conversation with him, to follows ups throughout our wedding planning, to meeting in person for the first time on our big day, he was so kind, incredibly professional and listened intently to all of our thoughts and answered all of our questions leaving us at ease. He walked us through his process in our initial meeting so clearly we knew exactly what to expect for his set up day-of the wedding which made everything go so smoothly. He had our wedding video turned around to us in a very timely manner and we were so excited to relive our special day when watching it over! The attention he puts into his craft is very clear in the way he organizes his film and is able to capture multiple angles. Working with Henry at Piximpress was amazing and our final wedding video is indescribable! My fiancé (at the time) and I were living in different countries. So our first meeting with Henry was on a video Zoom call. We didn’t know what to expect with his questions, but they were spot on. It helped us to relive some of our favorite memories during our courtship and what we loved about each other. It was fun and we laughed. Henry was so calming that it wasn’t filled with pressure. It was natural, and that allowed us to figure out exactly what we wanted as a couple for our wedding video.
We also had a destination wedding which added complexity, but not for Henry! Both he and his wife Laurie, were there at the rehearsal the day prior, making sure they knew the best locations for video and sound. The drone shots were phenomenal! Just love the way he captured the ocean views into our final video. Even the music choices for the video aligned with our cultural backgrounds. They went above and beyond every step of the way! Laurie was truly an added bonus at the rehearsal and on my wedding day. She zipped around and helped get my bridal party and elderly mom together. I’m not photogenic at all, so having a female perspective on posing and angles that I would be happy with were invaluable. They are truly a wonderful team to work with. Professionals that helped to do whatever was necessary to make the day go smoothly.
When everyone saw the final product, I received numerous messages from family and friends who cried. It was beyond anything I could have dreamed of and it brought us all back to that special day. They captured not only the best moments on our video, but the emotions of everyone there. We remembered why we smiled, why we laughed at certain moments, even the special dances we did! That’s what you want your wedding video to do. It was just amazing! Hands down one of the best teams I’ve worked with. You will never regret choosing Piximpress! -

Henry and his team were beyond incredible. During our first meeting, we initially connected over both of our families being from Haiti. Henry answered all of my obnoxious, bridezilla questions without an ounce of irritation! He was so patient and accommodating.
When it came to our wedding video plan we provided Henry with a very detailed day of timeline. Henry utilized this timeline to ensure that all of the important details and nuances of our special day were captured.
On wedding day Henry and his team were the epitome of professionalism. They arrived early and Henry introduced us to his team and what they would be doing, and got straight to work. They blended into the background of all the hustle and bustle of the day seamlessly, which allowed for everyone to act natural and allowed Henry to get really organic footage.
But by far the most significant and poignant example of going above and beyond and professionalism that I can share about PixImpress is this one. After the ceremony, the bridal party went to the roof to take photos and during that time the zipper on my dress broke. The wedding planner, nor anyone on her team had the appropriate materials to help patch the dress so we could finish photos. But one of Henry's team, who happened to be his lovely wife, came to my rescue with safety pins on hand! Talk about MVP!
I could not have dreamed of a better videography team, and my husband and I look forward to using PixImpress in the future. -

Henry was a breath of fresh air after we got scammed by another videographer. He immediately put us at ease with an initial FaceTime call for us to get to know each other. During that call, Henry mentioned his skill at being unnoticed while filming. It was absolutely true because I barely remember seeing him during the wedding, yet he got the most amazing shots. He was also a gem to work with through rescheduling twice because of COVID. The best part was the final product. Our wedding videos were better than we ever imagined. I've watched our highlight film a ridiculous amount of times in the 7 months since our wedding and it still takes me back to the magic of that day every time. We cannot recommend Henry enough! My husband and I originally had a June 2020 date, but because of COVID, we postponed not just once, but twice. Henry was professional and understanding throughout the process, and never made us feel guilty about our decision to postpone. Henry is an artist and a storyteller. As a professional musician working in the wedding industry, I can attest that it is commonplace for artistic vendors to make it in the field by spending all their time and resources creating the "best" image, including the most expensive website and/or other marketing strategies. This doesn't always mean that they are the best at what they do (to be fair, the best musicians in the world are NOT playing at weddings for a few hundred dollars). However, many vendors represent the bare minimum in talent, and, unfortunately sometimes, effort. It's an easy trap to fall into when you're working multiple weddings a year, and it's very easy to rely on the fact that most couple's are too excited to really slow down and appreciate detail on the day of the wedding itself. I do not mean any of this as an insult to the field in general, however it is an unfortunate truth, and couples should be careful in choosing vendors ( I always recommend a healthy sampling of each "candidate's" work.
Henry goes above and beyond to make each of his films a shining example of the best he has to offer, which is in turn quite impressive. A brief overview of his work creates a portrait not of an everyday wedding professional out to make a living, but a true artist who finds joy and personal fulfillment through his creative output. Given these facts, I can also say that he is very humble, friendly, and courteous. He insisted on chatting via Zoom well before my own wedding in order to get to know my wife and me and our dynamic as a couple, as these factors greatly influence his approach to each situation. You can fully appreciate this "flexibility" by sampling his videos both on Wedding Wire and his other business sites. Finally, he is very proactive in actively seeking out the "special moments" at the wedding itself. He is always moving to find the right angle for the best shots and comes prepared with a lot of equipment (i.e. drones) to attain this. -

From the very beginning to after our big day, Henry has been 100% professional and a pleasure to work with! On our big day he was fully present and there to capture every special moment, he understood the vision that I had in mind and executed it flawlessly! We added on full length videos of our ceremony and reception and I’m so grateful that we did. From the highlight film that we received to the precious videos of our ceremony and reception, every shot and joyous moment was there and beautifully composed for us to now have to look back on for many years to come.

Henry, did such an amazing job on our video! Ever since I was little I always watched wedding videos...I always knew what I wanted mine to look like. Henry Saint-Jean did my wedding videography this past October at the Patrick Henry Ballroom in Roanoke, VA. I have so many great things to say about him. First of all, the finished product completely blew my husband and me away. The video captured the most important parts of our day from start to finish. Each time we watch it, we get to relive the best day of our lives and it brings tears to our eyes every time. It is so clear that Henry put his heart and soul into the video to make it perfect for us.
Henry was a delight to work with throughout the 8 months leading to my wedding. If he didn’t answer the phone the first time, he always called me back within the day’s end. Henry was supposed to be on vacation the weekend of my wedding, but he even made personal arrangements in order to be able to be a part of our wedding. A few weeks before the wedding, I gave Henry an outline of where my husband and I would be during the day of our wedding. He showed up everywhere on time and I never once had to worry about him staying on track.
Henry was not only professional, but he was kind and laid back. He did not add an ounce of stress to my day. In fact, once the wedding began, I don’t even remember really seeing him! He blended right into the wedding without ever being in the way or giving me the feeling of “being filmed” all night. He ended up capturing so many sweet moments that I didn’t even know he was filming.
Let’s be honest, weddings are ridiculously expensive. The quality of Henry’s work for the price is unmatched. In fact, I believe he can absolutely get away with charging a lot more for his services! He was worth every single penny I spent and I would even pay double to have the beautiful, timeless video that I get to cherish forever.

There are not enough good words to talk about Henry. From the moment you start messaging him until the moment you get your videos back, you will be incredibly pleased. We found PixImpress online, the outstanding reviews and affordable pricing made use to make contact. On speaking with Henry, he was very nice on the phone, giving us valuable recommendations from his years of experience. He even recommended a photographer and helped us plan the cinematographic aspects of our wedding. Henry was very professional, responsive to calls and texts and very interested in making sure we had a memorable day. He was very flexible with regards to our requirements, he even brought a drone camera on the day to take drone shots upon requests, even though it was last minute.
When we saw our wedding highlight video, we were blown away. The quality is superb and our friends and family that we shared it with were wowed. The full video is amazing, we haven’t stopped looking at both the highlight and the full video since we received them. We highly recommend PixImpress and we love to use this medium to appreciate Henry for a job well done.

Marc and I loved working with Henry. After going back and forth trying to decide if we wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding, because of the price, we stumbled upon Henry’s page. It seriously felt like it was meant to be. His prices are much more reasonable, and after our first point of contact, we were already so impressed. Working with Henry was so easy, and Marc and I were grateful he took the time to really get to know us and our story before the big day! The day of our wedding, he was very professional and fun to be around. The wait to see our video flew by; it was exactly as he laid out in the contract, and was absolutely more than worth it. Where do I begin! If I had to give Henry a grade for his service it would be an A+ and if I had to rate him on a scale from one to 10 it would be 10. Henry’s quality of service was top notch. My wedding coordinator recommended Henry for our wedding video and I am so glad that we made the choice to go with him. First off, I visited Henry’s website and immediately noticed how talented he was in filming and editing. I got in contact with Henry and he scheduled a consultation with me. Henry went through every detail of what he had to offer. All the information he provided was thorough and completely documented in a Piximpress package. After the consultation, I knew for sure he would be our videographer. The months, weeks and days leading up to our wedding Henry professionalism shined through. He was very responsive and flexible. He really cares about his customer’s needs! At the wedding, Henry showed up 30 minutes early. He immediately began to capture footage of my groomsmen and me and then off he went to get footage of my wife and her bridesmaids. At the wedding and reception, Henry easily blended in to catch some awesome footage. Henry stayed until the very end and I knew he would produce an awesome video for us. When we got our footage from Henry, I was sooooooo blown away. He caught some awesome footage of every aspect of our wedding! I highly recommend Henry (AKA Mr. Piximpress). If you're on the fence about spending the extra money for a videographer your regret of not doing it will definitely outweigh what you would've paid. I'm glad we spent the money, so now we can share our wedding ceremony day with friends and family who were not able to make it.
Henry is wonderful at what he does. He spent about 8/9 hours with us on hour wedding day and made the best video. It took about 8 weeks to get the film, but the wait was worth it. Henry did a fantastic job of capturing the ceremony, reception speeches, and everything else that occurred that day. The price is very reasonable for the products received, and I would recommend Piximpress to anyone that is looking for a wedding photographer.

Henry arrived right on time and jumped into action! He caught every aspect of my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for more. He braved the wind, cold, and rain showers to deliver us the perfect film. He was never in the way during any of the event. Henry’s quality of work is well above average. Our video is clear, well heard, and pieced together perfectly. When looking for a videographer our budget played a huge role. Henry gave us all we wanted for the most affordable price we could find in the NRV. Communication was fast and responsive any time I had questions or concerns. Turn around time to receive our package was extremely quick as well. I would recommend Piximpress to any of my friends and family. We had a great experience! -

Days later we were very happy with it ..our wedding day had a few hiccups from our vendors but Henry was the best out of all of them ..NO REGRETS -

Henry was perfect. From the beginning stages of how he introduced himself and how he sat down with Asha and I to gain more insight into our relationship and what brought us to marriage, Henry was thorough. That really brought uniqueness to how he captured film for our wedding and how it translated through the film. He was punctual, full of great ideas, and was honest and reliable throughout every point of our journey. Henry put so much effort into travel and time and we couldn't be more thankful. The film he captured for us is something we will cherish forever and was truly jaw dropping. It's amazing what he can do with film and drone cameras!
