I can't say enough amazing things about Henry Hill Farm and the people who run it. Robin is incredible and took care of everything, planning a wedding is stressful but Robin took so much of that stress away and made me and my husband so at ease. Lindsey was so awesome to work with, she took the most amazing photos of our wedding day (engagement photo's too!) and went above and beyond for us all day. Caitlyn prepared the most beautiful flowers for us all and centerpieces too! She also helped make the day run so smoothly. Together they created such a welcoming, fun, and caring atmosphere and I couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else. The rest of the staff were kind and warm and made it really feel like home there. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and don't get me started on the FOOD! Robin outdid herself with the food, our guests still can't stop talking about it four months later. I could literally go on and on about how much we loved Henry Hill and the people who helped make our day so perfect. I definitely recommend! -

Absolutely amazing and beautiful
Robin, Caitlyn, Lindsey and DJ Geoff are amazing as is the rest of staff. Our entire experience from first looking at the venue to the process all the way through our wedding day was better than we could have imagined. Everyone made us feel completely at home and like we were family. Our day would not have been as great as it was not for everyone involved. It was the most stress free and beautiful wedding we could have asked for. They did everything for us from the food, decor and every aspect we didn't even think of. Everyone included our daughter in the process and made her feel like it was her special day which was amazing. Everyone from our wedding said after it was one of the best weddings they ever went to and without everyone from Henry Hill it would not have been the same. Anyone looking for an amazing wedding experience with people who truly care about you and your vision should go with Henry Hill as their venue. -

Gorgeous Venue run by an Amazing Family!
If you are looking for a gorgeous venue run by kind and honest people who go above and beyond to make your day perfect look no further! Robin, Caitlin, and Lindsey made my husband and I feel like we were part of the family throughout each phase of planning & during the day of our dream wedding. They were all patient as we asked questions each time we met and truly listened to & respected what we had been envisioning for our special day. The “Full Package” that the team offers makes planning for the wedding a breeze! Robin will also accommodate for any vendors that you want to use beyond what they offer (My husband and I chose a family member to be our officiant and another to be our florist).
We were the third wedding Robin & the team hosted during the long Columbus Day weekend and everything went truly perfectly and exceeded our expectations! The venue was sparkling clean & looked beautiful surrounded by the fall leaves. Caitlin and Lindsey’s coordination made the day run so smoothly and made my husband and I feel extremely comfortable throughout each part of the wedding. All of the exceptional staff members went the extra mile to make our guests feel happy and full. Everyone raved about all of the amazing hors d'oeuvres and the delicious turkey and beef tip harvest style dinner. My parents said it was the best turkey they have ever had! The bonfire & cooler of drinks was such a nice and relaxing way to wind down the evening with our family and closest friends. We highly recommend choosing Henry Hill Farm for your big day!

The ONLY place to have your wedding! We will forever remember this gorgeous venue and the amazing owners! From the big things to the tiny details Robin and Caitlin were there every step of the way making sure everything was perfect! This included before and during the wedding day. Not only did we have the barn for our ceremony and reception but Robin & Caitlin was our florist, coordinator and managed the whole bar; which was wonderful in every way! We could not have asked for a more PERFECT day and a huge part of that is to Henry Hill Farms and their staff!! -

10/23/21 we got married @ the best place in upstate NY! Such a beautiful place inside and out with the best staff made the day so easy and stress free the barn was so comfortable and accommodating We had a blast all day and ended night with a bonfire Could not have asked for a better day , the food was delicious and wedding cake was out of this world Photographer was the best to work with Thank you so much for turning my dreams into reality , best day ever Henry Hill Farm -

A perfect wedding
We had such a perfect time at Henry Hill Farm on our wedding day. Robin, Caitlin, and the rest of the staff at Henry Hill made the day of so smooth with an stunning venue and decor, perfect food, and so much help and flexibility throughout the whole experience.
We are still getting rave reviews from our friends and family about the venue and food. I couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else. It was a magical place. -

An absolute Amazing Family
The owner herself kept us updated with the pandemic rules. As for the venue, it’s absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this venue because it’s family oriented. Her daughters Lyndsey the photographer and Caitlyn the wedding coordinator are very organized and have a great touch of comfort. I have only great thoughts and memories of their beautiful estate. You will never regret it. Hire them and I promise you will have the wedding of your dreams. Thank you again wedding family, I will forever cherish you.

I opted to have my wedding at this location after one conversation with Robin. Her and her staff are so loving and treat you like family. The whole experience was amazing and it felt like home. They were constantly checking on us and making sure we were okay. They also were the ones that catered the event and the food was phenomenal. I would gladly book them again for other events. It was truly amazing. -

I knew the first time I saw Henry Hill Farm that it was the perfect venue for us. Robin does it all! The food was amazing, so many guests still a week later rave to me about how good the food was! Plus she did our cake as well, we had 2 flavors, canoli and chocolate rum ganach. Both were outstanding! Even though we did have to postpone our original date due to Covid, Robin was there every step of the way. She always responded promptly to my questions and sometimes I just needed to vent and she always calmed my jitters due to everything going on! We are so happy we got to have the wedding of our dreams and Robin and the staff at Henry Hill was a huge part of making it perfect ❤ -

This place is absolutely Beautiful! Very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. It's definitely well worth what you pay for. And the owner Robin along with her staff was incredible, we used her catering company and it's some of the best Food I've ever tasted. They really did a outstanding job. Above and beyond! -

Our wedding at Henry Hill Farm was magical. Robin and her staff are so very accommodating and from start to finish they seemed invested in making our day exactly what we envisioned. We met with Robin several times and she was very responsive and willing to work with our budget/needs/wants. We had Robin do the catering as well and our guests are still raving about the home cooked food and beautiful "naked" cake! Also, a huge plus to this venue is that Robin has a ton of decorations that you can use which can save you so much money on decor. It's also just a beautiful venue with lovely landscaping and outdoor spaces you will find you don't need to bring in a ton of flowers etc. to make it look amazing. A huge thank you to Robin, Caitlyn, Lindsey and staff for making our day seamless and a wedding we will always cherish. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful rustic barn set in gorgeous countryside!!! -

My daughter’s wedding was yesterday at Henry Hill Farm. The experience was amazing. Robin and her crew did an excellent job! The accommodations were beautiful, Food was delicious and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Henry Hill Farm for your special event. Forever grateful we choose this venue!!
My husband and I were married on August 9th. We booked with robin over a year prior. During this time Robin met with us at least three times to help me sort through details.
Robin is extremely responsive and flexible. She made us feel at home and the atmosphere added to that home-like feeling.
We also utilized their day of coordinator service which was probably the best decision we made in the whole process. Robins daughter, Caitlyn, was by our side throughout the day making sure everything went smoothly.
From the food to the service everything was PERFECT. I don’t use that word lightly either.
Ty and I are so so grateful our wedding was held at Henry Hill Farm and our guests have been raving about the experience.

Henry Hill Farm was worth every dime spent. Robin and her family helped my wife and I have a wonderful experience that we will never forget. Food was excellent, drinks were excellent and staff was excellent. Our day was decorated beautifully and we would not have changed a thing. A big Thank you to robin and her family for all they did. -

Rachael Sent on 07/11/2018I cannot recommend Henry Hill Farm enough for a wedding venue! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Robin and her staff did an amazing job. I told Robin some of my decorating ideas and she pulled them off! Our guests raved about the barn, grounds, food, bar, and how friendly the staff were. I felt like Robin really catered to us and personalized the day. Either Robin or her Daughter checked in with us throughout the day which really made it feel like they cared. Leading up to the wedding, Robin was very responsive at answering all my questions and concerns. It rained most of the morning the day of the wedding, but Robin was still able to get the outdoor ceremony site all set up after the rain and right before the ceremony started. Robin was very supportive and offered awesome advice throughout the whole planning process. The food was catered by Robin, which was amazing! My only regret is not having her do our wedding cake for us. Robin really cares and you can see with all the personal touches throughout the barn. Henry Hill is the perfect location for a rustic wedding! Robin really made us feel special and made it a day we will forever remember.

You could walk in there and have a beautiful wedding without even having to do anything! I would recommend her and this venue 100 times over!

Beautiful venue. Amazing food and completely blown away by the wedding cake. So beautiful and delicious. Almond flavor with cannoli filling.
Over all very happy with the service and food. Little bummed a couple items requested on the menu were not made.
Robin and Troy really provide a wonderful place with endless possibilities for creating the perfect wedding.
Do feel they could benefit with an extra set of hands when it’s time for the ceremony. The groom and guests were waiting outside for 15 minutes for the bridal party to come out. The bridal party was inside waiting on word that it was time to come out. We had to send a bridesmaid to look for Robin. She was busy in the kitchen.
Minor complaints. Very happy with Henry Hills Farm and will totally recommend to anyone !
