Ordered me a sample of a gown they did not have, one I wanted to try
I tried on three other dresses in the store that were simple and seemed like formal gowns. The sample was a long-sleeved Justin Alexander and the moment I put the dress on my eyes filled with tears, I knew that was my dress, it was stunning. I am so thankful they ordered the sample for me. I can't wait to wear it again.

The best stylist ever
I had an appointment in August at Henri’s in Columbus, OH. It was only the second bridal shop I had been to and shopping can be overwhelming. My stylist, Megan, was the sweetest, most helpful and wonderful soul. Protect this gem at all costs!! Although I ended up buying my dress from a different shop, I will never forget Megan and how sweet she was! Megan deserves everything!

I had a great experience at Henri’s. They offer a wide variety of different designers. All of the dresses I found on their website, were actually in the store to try on. I highly recommend working with Gen! I was very indecisive and She was so patient with me through all of our appointments. Beautiful gowns
I was able to get a beautiful gown here at a great price. Much cheaper than most stores but had more unique gowns than what David's bridal had. I was looking at a gown at David's bridal and here and by the time I would have got everything I needed to make the David's bridal gown the way I wanted it was the same price as the gown at Henri's.

Henri’s is a beautiful shop, and has a wonderful selection of bridal gowns. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice and helpful, and my daughter’s bridal consultant, Hannah, was THE BEST! Hannah pulled the perfect dresses based on my daughter’s idea of what she wanted, spent a lot of time with us, offered knowledgeable advice on each gown, accessory, and alterations, and was SO nice and accommodating to our party. Hannah made the whole process of picking out and trying on wedding dresses so easy, and was a complete joy to work with. With her help, my daughter found the perfect dress for her special day, and had fun doing so. 10/10 recommend Henri’s, and 20/10 recommend Hannah 😊

I found the dress of my dreams here! Their store is beautiful and has many dresses to choose from. Staff is professional and friendly. I had an awesome experience at Henris! I was slightly disappointed at first when I arrived at my appointment because I was told they were running an hour behind. Once I was taken back my consultant was fantastic and didn't complain at all when I asked to try on several different styles. She was very helpful and informative! I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on and purchased that same day! They even gave me 10% off since they were running behind.

A Place You Really Need to Visit
Although I did not find my wedding dress at Henri's it was a FABULOUS experience and I recommend them to any prospective brides. They gave us our own parlour and I had a big group (11 people!) and they never made a fuss about the group size. I can't remember the name of my consultant, but she was so friendly and helpful! She let me pick out the dresses that caught my eye and even let a couple of my bridesmaids come look as well. When I asked to see a couple more, she didn't even bat an eye! I felt completely at ease and very well taken care of. It was a wonderful appointment and the dresses are very unique with a wide selection!

Jacob Cartagena was my associate when I went in for my appointment. He was an absolute DREAM to work with! I truly dislike shopping, and he made it a point to simplify the process for me. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. After I explained my vision to him, he told me to sit tight as he pulled some dresses that would match it. And indeed they did! I tried on a number of dresses and veils and came across a combination I really liked! And he did all the work.

Minerva Location is Amazing!
I purchased my bridal gown at the Minerva location, and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and kind. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted to wear. I spoke to Sierra when I set up my appointment. She was my stylist when I came in to try on dresses. She had dresses pulled that were all exactly what I wanted. She was respectful of my price range and my vision of what I wanted to wear. I also spoke to Joe on the phone a few times before my appointment. He was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. In addition to wedding gowns, Henri's has a great selection of prom dresses. This is especially helpful for brides like me, who want something a little different. I would highly recommend this place.

The Wedding Dress Shopping Experience
Wow! I had heard about Henri's since my Fiance's sister had bought her dress from them, so I figured I should schedule an appointment and at least check their store out. My appointment was fabulous. My bridal consultant, Rachael M., took her time getting to know what I was looking for in my wedding dress. I probably tried on 8-10 dresses and spent awhile trying to decide between two dress. Rachael did not rush me and gave me plenty of time to decide. She was friendly, listened to me, and extremely helpful with the whole process. I love the dress I chose and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day! The whole experience at Henri's was wonderful and I would highly recommend checking them out for your bridal needs!

Henri's was just amazing in helping both myself and my two maids of honor find their dream dresses. Deborah (the in-house seamstress) is truly a fairy godmother, and spent multiple hours over four fittings with me and my dress, crafting it into the masterpiece that I was dreaming of. She hugged me every time I saw her, and just made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She is truly authentic in her desire to create the perfect dress for you. All of the staff were incredibly flexible and professional, and the follow up in very swift and courteous. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress and/or ball/prom gown.

Beautiful dress, beautiful experience!
My experience at Henri's was a dream come true, and one of the happiest days of my life! I drove from Pittsburgh to check out Henri's, because I had heard good things - plus, I loved the pictures of the store on the website. When we arrived, I was very impressed! The store is absolutely gorgeous, and just what wedding dress dreams are made of. I was lucky enough to have an appointment during a time with no other brides, so I had the ability to take my time - I know this is a luxury, and does not always happen! My consultant, Aurilla, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I loved the private fitting room & mirror with lots of room to walk around - I did not have to share a space with a bunch of other people like you do in the chain stores. I bought the first dress I tried on (although I did try others), and my consultant helped me pick out the perfect veil and belt as well. I am so grateful for the amazingly kind consultant and one-on-one attention (again, I know this is not the norm) I was lucky enough to have at Henri's. I would recommend it in a heartbeat!

Everything I could have hoped for
We had the absolute best experience at Henri's Bridal in Columbus. From the very private and spacious bridal suite to the amazing staff!
After visiting other bridal stores in Dublin/Columbus area earlier that day. I was left sorely disappointed in my bridal dress shopping experience. That was until we got to our Henri's appointment; which luckily they we're willing to move us up an hour earlier!
The front desk staff was nice and attentive, asking if we needed anything to drink while we were waiting for our associate. We were working with Rachael; who was everything we could have hoped for. She was personable, kind, and went above and beyond for us.
When we started our appointment we were able to get as many dresses off the racks as we wanted, we filled the large dressing room with 12-16 dresses. After finding my dress we were offered a walk around the halls to see how it moved and multiple other associates complemented the dress and congratulated me.
They are also reasonably priced. The dress I ended up getting was about half the price of a dress I had picked out a different store. Both dresses we're Fall 2018 styles.
Henri's Bridal was the highlight of the day and the exact experience I was hoping for! Hands down I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Henri's could not have been a more wonderful experience!! I had tried other bridal shops, but found the other gowns to be tacky and the sales people to be unhelpful, so I went in expecting the worst. HOWEVER, the gowns at Henri's were all gorgeous and unique (I ended up getting a black lace ballgown by Christina Wu), and I truly cannot rave enough about the attentive, creative, calming, and accommodating staff (particularly Kristin Trainer and Maria).
They made the entire experience very enjoyable, convinced the seamstresses to incorporate all of my alteration requests (some of which are admittedly tricky), and made every step in the process transparent and pleasant.
I appreciated their clarity, reassurance, resourcefulness, and flexibility. My stylist, Kristin, made me feel like I had seen all of the options available and I trust her to ensure that everything is done correctly on time.
I am so relieved and grateful to have finally found a dress that makes me feel special and people that made me feel taken care of. Thank you so much, Kristin and Maria!

I had a wonderful experience with Henri's. I flew into Columbus from out of state to shop for my wedding dress with my family. I had gone to two other salons before Henri's. The consultants there weren't especially friendly or helpful, and I was feeling pretty disappointed that I would go home without finding a dress.
Henri's was able to fit me in last minute. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, immediately making me feel relaxed and hopeful. My consultant, Kayla, was awesome! She seemed to immediately understand what I was looking for and pulled a lot of dresses that I liked. She was patient and sweet and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a dress that would make me happy, not just to make another sale for the store. She was not pushy at all and patiently helped me try on my top two dresses multiple times so I could make a decision. When I thought I had found The Dress, she pulled accessories that made it look perfect and really help me see myself in it on my wedding day. Her manager stopped by twice to check in and was also friendly and helpful. I would encourage any bride to shop at Henri's. The experience from start to finish was so fun, and it was exactly how I hoped dress shopping would be!

I went to Herni's in Minerva first to look for a dress and found one I loved. I then went to a bunch of other stores just to make sure it was the one. I then went to Henri's in Columbus and found what I was 99% was the dress. I went home to sleep on it and made an appointment at the Minerva location. It was closer to home and I wanted to try my dress on again.
When I got there Lauryn Tobin had no idea I was coming to try it on. Here she had surprised me by getting my dress shipped up from Columbus for me to try on again that day! To top it off she also kept it for a week while shipping up my veil and belt also! I wanted to come back so my sister could see it before I bought it. I came back and Lauryn helped me get everything ordered on top of helping me find dresses for 4 of my bridesmaid. Meanwhile they were short staffed that day and did not miss a beat! They were so nice, patient, and understanding. I was not pressured about anything I tried on!
I also got my dress, veil, and belt all for the budget my mom gave me for JUST the dress!

Dakota and the staff at Henri's in Minerva were OUTSTANDING!!! With a less than stellar experience at the location in Columbus one day prior, my daughter was pretty down. We decided to go to Minerva location the next day and WOW was it worth it!! We were met with enthusiasm and even a cupcake for her birthday!!! Dakota was supportive and spot on with what looked good and also what was appropriate for her age! We ended up purchasing a gorgeous Sherry Hill dress for Homecoming and my daughters spirit was completely uplifted! Being a former Customer Service Regional for Macys department store, showing true interest, being engaged, but truly just being nice, is all a guest is looking for.... and I can say that Dakota and team at Minerva have what it takes to satisfy both customers and enjoy business success !!!

Henri’s provided the most amazing experience I could have expected for shopping for my wedding dress! It was the first (and only!) place a visited. I went in having no idea of the style or details I wanted in the dress. Kaitlyn (sp?) was my consultant for that visit, and she was wonderful! She let me pull the dresses I wanted, kept me within our price range, and added other gowns to the pile so I could try on a wide variety and decide what I like so we could narrow the search. She was extremely patient, helpful, and friendly, just amazing all around! We ended up with a whole rack of dresses for me to try, some I chose, some she did, and others my bridal party brought over. The gown we purchased was perfect, more than I had imagined or expected, and well within the modest budget we had set; it also happened to be one that Kaitlyn had selected. Kaitlyn was just as invested in the process as my family and I were; she felt like part of the group early in the visit, making me entirely comfortable in what could be an awkward or overly stressful situation. I did not feel stressed or uncomfortable at any point. My gown arrived a little before the estimated date, and it was perfect!
Henri’s does not provide alteration services, but they do provide a list of recommendations for the work, one of whom I chose, and they also did an amazing job.
I received many compliments on my gown, and I would recommend Henri’s Bridal to other brides without hesitation.

Henri's had some lovely dresses. Unfortunately, we couldn't find exactly what my daughter was looking for until, the wonderful saleslady we were working with, mentioned she had was thinking about a dress that was in the back because it was a sample. She knew exactly what my daughter wanted and found it ! My daughter was able to say YES to the dress and we have found a fabulous new friend who was such a dear and so sweet and helpful. We would have left disappointed if Debbie hadn't been there and been so in tune with the individual needs of each bride. If you go to Henri's, request Debbie....she is the absolute best!!! ♥♥♥

I scheduled Henri's for my bridal appointment, because I was so pleased with how they handled my sister when she had been there months earlier for appointment. So, I knew I was going to be pleased, but WOW! I was so overwhelmed with how I was treated by their staff and how well they took care of me. I live 2 hours away from Columbus, and we hit major traffic heading into the city because of a wreck. I called as soon as the store was open to let them know that I was going to be over 30 minutes late, and they told me it wasn't a problem. They allowed my sister to surprise me with mimosas in the mean time! My personal stylist listened to me intently about my wedding day and what I was looking for in a dress. We all searched for several minutes and the rest of the process was easy! The designer of the dress I chose was having a trunk show that day, so when he saw me trying on dresses he also took the time to get involved in my appointment. After I said "yes to the dress" he event drew me a sketch of my gown! The staff gave us cupcakes, didn't mind if we perused other dresses (including bridesmaid dresses), and just made the entire process easy and exciting. They were super busy because prom season was upon them, yet I felt like I was the center of their attention. I highly recommend Henri's Cloud Nine to any bride-to-be!

We went to Henri's today for homecoming dress. It was an amazing experience thanks to our stylist Shawn!!! He was very helpful and was the sweetest person ever. Shawn was very easy to talk to and easy to get a long with. He helped pick out the perfect homecoming dress and made me feel beautiful in it with all his sweet compliments. Nick Tuttle was our Prom Stylist and he was EXCELLENT. The shop was very fast at getting us a room and stylist even though they were very busy that day. Nick took TONS of time finding exactly what my daughter was interested in. He got her a room and let her try on several dresses and helped us decide on the PERFECT one. Wow, how did I ever even step a foot into Davids Bridal when this top notch gown and bridal store is in the same city!?!? Henris bridal impressed me by the second we walked in- the beautiful and elegant decor and the friendly staff. They staff there gets 5 stars for customer service alone! We were taken to our own bridal area (suite) with a couch and offered water to drink. Our consultant, Rachel B. was bubbly, listened to the type of dress I wanted, never complained or rushes me, and didn't try to be pushy when it came to trying to sell me on the dress- a complete 180 from my experience at Davids Bridal. I would definitely recommend Henris to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I was at the Columbus Wedding show this weekend and during the runway show saw a gown that I loved. So my bridal party and I decided to stop at Henri's on the way home to check out all the dresses. I didn't have an appointment, so I wasn't sure if I would be able to try anything on. The lady at the counter was

Sierra was my consultant, but honestly, she was my saving grace. I brought a lot of people to my dress fitting because I wanted all of them to feel special and included. It was all wonderful until they all told me that my preference in dress was ugly, and they didn't like it as much as something else that I hated. I felt beautiful in the dress I picked out, and my group kept shooting me down, and I didn't know what to do. That was when Sierra stepped into the changing room with me to help me into a corseted dress. She reminded me that this was my dress and my day and my moment, and no matter what anyone said, I should go with what I feel the most beautiful in. And to top it all off, she said that she felt I looked much better in the one I liked, not only because it was flattering on me, but also because of the glow I got while wearing it. That girl made my whole week, and I can't thank her enough for it. And then as if she weren't wonderful enough, she mailed me a sweet hand written letter. Definitely worth the drive. I couldn't be happier!

I contacted Chris right away and he assured me that everything would be fine. Chris made sure I had a dress shipped the next day..without a question or concern. I strongly advise anyone looking for a formal dress of any style to look at both of the Henri's Cloud Nine Locations. My sister just bought her wedding dress from the Minerva Location and since I am a bridesmaid, we got our dresses there as well. The consultant, Sierra, was great with all of us. She knew alot about the merchandise and also how to handle each different personality as well as style. She helped my sister pick out her dress too...of course it was exactly what she wanted! Sierra was not pushy and genuinely cared about Taylor (sister) getting exactly what she wanted! So then my daughter visited both locations in her wedding dress travels. We loved the Columbus location too! Beautiful sotre and the team there was wonderful. We had my grandson (toddler) with us...and they were even graciuos with him. Not easy to do in a Bridal Salon! The consultant there was also very caring. My daughter even had some concerns after overthinking and when I called to ask more questions, etc., Maria was wonderful! She assured us on the concerns with positive honesty. Frankly between these 2 locations run by a company that has been for over 25 years, at least, I don't see why you would need to go anywhere else!

First off I am not a dress person for any kind. I had gone to a different place before coming to henri. My best friend told me about this place and im so glad she did! I I had rachel and she was incrediable she made it all about me and really heard what I was looking for. One of the things I really noticed was she wasn't afraid to jump in and get to work always had a smile on her face. She made dress shopping a blast and that's what I look for in people. She was always on track and always able to answer questions quickly and accurately. The staff from as soon as you walk is incrediable, very helpful and not over powering or I found my dress because of rachel and my best friend. Made the stress go away and went at my pace very down to earth. I can't say enough things about this place.

I bought my Wedding Dress at Henri’s Cloud Nine in Minerva. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the seamstress is very caring, ensuring she does everything she can to make the dress look exactly the way I want. I cannot wait to show my dress off this Summer at my Wedding!

I went to Henri's to find my wedding dress and ending up finding it that day! Rachel assisted me and she was amazing! Very friendly and helpful and responsive to all of my questions. I really enjoyed getting the opportunity to try on many dresses but I am so sad it is over! Goes by too fast! Overall great experience and I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I purchased all of my high school dance dresses at Henri's in Minerva, so there wasn't really any question where I would go when it came time to purchase my wedding dress. Although, I made the trip to Columbus. I was NOT disappointed in the slightest!! I had a rather large group of 7 people in my shopping entourage, but the suite we were put in was still roomy & didn't feel crowded at all. I was a little late arriving from getting stuck behind an accident, but I was fortunate enough that some of my party made it in time & my salesperson was extremely awesome & patient! They had told her the style & price point I had in mind, and she had dresses pulled for me before I made it. (I had my eye on a dress online & of course, it was the first dress I tried on & fell in love.) I also wasn't wild about having a veil for my wedding day, but she found one that matched my dress to a T & I was sold! I highly recommend going here, even if you don't know what kind of dress you are looking for; the options are endless. :)

My husband and I married July 30th 2016 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I knew since I was having a destination wedding splurging on a wedding dress was out of the question. I began my search with who I thought wore pretty gowns and pageant and prom came to mind. I google to my hearts content till I stumbled upon Henri's Cloud Nine. The store is located only an hour from me so I took a chance. Their wedding selection was amazing but I wanted to stay well under $1000. I found the perfect gown which happen to be a prom dress that day even though I couldn't try it on cause they didn't have the size 12 I needed. I ordered it without trying it on. A month later It came in, I tried it on and had them put a corset in the back to give me a little extra breathing room. I scheduled my final appointment a month from the wedding and it fit me like a glove. I got so many compliments and many were shocked that it was a prom dress. I would defiantly recommend them to many others weather it's wedding, prom, pageant, or party they have you covered.

My mother and I were in town to look for Homecoming dresses, and we were truly baffled by the quality of service we received. The selection that Henris offers blows every other store away. Our personal stylist was Adam, he helped me find my perfect dress. Everyone that worked there greeted us and treated us with the upmost respect.
Henris not only offers dresses for homecoming but it ranges from wedding gowns to prom dresses. I will definitely be back to shop for prom.

Amazing service and beautiful gowns!
I first heard of Henris Cloud Nine when I was in high school, went with them for all of my prom dresses so of course it was the first place I decided to go for "The Dress" once we got engaged, I am beyond happy with the service! Danielle and Lisa were both amazing! I would recommend Henri's to anyone! The staff strives to make you the priority, does not get pushy or pressure you into buying the first dress you pick out to try on. I will be going back for all of my bridesmaid dresses and accessories!
