From the very beginning, my experience with Hello Beautiful was amazing! I felt so comfortable after my trial with Becca and couldn’t wait for my wedding day. The trial itself went so smoothly and Becca made me feel so confident and listened to everything I asked for in my hair and makeup. My friends even said that it looked like I had a filter in my pictures because that’s how good and natural everything looked. On the wedding day, Becca and the other girls were absolutely amazing. They made the atmosphere so comfortable for me, my mom, and my bridesmaids. They got 7 of us done in just 2-3 hours! Everyone was so happy with how their hair and makeup turned out, especially me! Hello Beautiful exceeded all of my expectations for on-location makeup for my wedding in LBI. Kristen and her team’s communication, flexibility, and overall calm easy style made my planning process, trial, and wedding day so relaxed and stress free. Super reasonably priced and easy to work with throughout the entire booking and planning process, and added a calming and fun presence in the bridal suite the day of!
My bridal party, mom, and MIL have been raving about their makeup at the wedding all week and we all had such a great experience. I truly cannot say enough good things about Becca and her work. I absolutely loved my makeup on my wedding day (and my trial!)- it was very natural looking (yet elevated) and it stayed on fully all night. She is a true artist and knows how to achieve that “me but better” look, and is such a sweet person to work with. I am so glad they could be apart of my special day. 100/10 recommend!

I could not have been happier with my experience hiring Kristen and her team to do the hair and makeup for my wedding this past fall. Kristen is not only a phenomenal hair and makeup artist, but also super sweet and friendly. Looking back at my wedding photos, I'm still amazed at how beautiful my hair and makeup looked! All of my bridesmaids' hair/makeup looked perfect as well and they were also impressed by her services. I especially loved that she did a perfect job making sure all of our makeup looked as natural as possible. I also found that she was very reasonably priced compared to other HMU artists, given the high quality of her work. I would recommend her services to anyone in a heartbeat!

Kristen and her team were amazing to work with. They did a great job with the entire bridal party’s hair and make up and made sure to have enough people to accommodate the timeline given. They worked on a variety of skin tones, hair types and hair lengths and everyone was happy with how they looked. Kristen did my hair and make up for both days of our wedding creating natural looks that lasted all day, even on the beach! Definitely recommend Kristen and her team for any type of wedding.

Beautiful natural bridal look
I always get so anxious getting my makeup done due to acne scars. Kristen was able to give me a soft natural bridal look with good coverage of acne scars in addition to a gorgeous low up-do. Her team was prompt and efficient, we finished getting ready with plenty of time to spare. Would recommend!

I loved Hello Beautiful Weddings!! Kristen was so nice and easy to work with! I don't wear a ton of makeup on a regular basis and have always had issues with makeup artists in the past way overdoing it and in turn, making me not feel like myself. That was SO far from the case with Hello Beautiful Weddings! My makeup was amazing, so natural and glowy and made me feel like myself!
My hair was amazing also!! When I had my trial for my hair, it didn't hold the curl very well and it didn't have an much volume as I had hoped. Well... Kristen took great notes and understood the assignment because my hair was curly and big and everything I wanted on my wedding day.
The day of, Kristen and her girls were amazing! They brought great energy, totally fit in with my group, and we had a ton of fun! Everyone was happy with their hair and make up - which honestly never happens! I feel like there's always a couple girls that are disappointed and that didn't happen with us! Everyone looked amazing!
Our hair and makeup lasted alllllll day and night... mid June on a sunny day. I did end up getting sweaty on the dance floor, so the front pieces of my curls fell out (as expected) but the rest of my hair and my makeup stayed great! I'll attach pictures from both the morning middle and end of the reception (pic on the dance floor) so you can see how great I still looked and felt at the end of the night. Beautiful makeup and hair services!! (Even for the salon skeptical)
I have gotten my hair and makeup done many times for weddings and other events and I can honestly say I have always hated it. So I was very hesitant and nervous to book beauty services for my own wedding, especially as someone who doesn’t usually wear makeup on a daily basis. A family friend recommended Kristen as she is very talented creating a “no makeup” makeup look. Kristen and her team were INCREDIBLE! She created a hair style even better than my inspo pictures, and makeup that came off very natural but also photographed well. My bridesmaids that had similar concerns felt the same way. I also had a huge zit in between my eyes (of course) the morning of my wedding and she covered it completely. 1000% recommend.

Best way to start the day!
Kristen was so easygoing the morning of, but still made sure we were good to go for time. During our trial she took great notes to know exactly what I wanted in colors to feel soft. I can’t thank her enough for making me feel so beautiful. It was so important to me to have a relaxed morning and her energy really supported that. The perfect hair and makeup team for your wedding day!
Kristen and her team of talented hair and makeup artists were an absolute joy to work with. They were responsive, professional, and even finished hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids an hour early on our wedding day! Hello Beautiful was such a huge part of making my day run smoothly and keeping everyone calm and relaxed. Becca did my hair and makeup trial, which turned out better than I could have imagined, and then was able to replicate it perfectly for the wedding (she took great super detailed notes and was more than happy to tweak things ever so slightly until I absolutely loved it). I don’t normally wear a ton of makeup in my day to day life and I thought Becca did a great job of making my makeup look natural, but still very special and bridal. And, compared to other vendors, I found Hello Beautiful to be super reasonably priced, without compromising on the quality of the service. All in all, I would 100% recommend Kristen, Becca, and the rest of the team at Hello Beautiful to any bride!

I had researched many salons, hair/make up stylists and landed on HelloBeautiful because I had cost front of mind for not only me but my bridesmaids and found them to be very reasonable for the quality of their work! Communication was also great up through my event. There was a team of 3 stylists who cranked out hair and make up for 12 of us the morning of. They were quick and efficient and did a wonderful job! We all got so many compliments through the night, everyone looked so fabulous. I can’t say enough about Becca though who did my HMU, so went beyond my expectations even with tweak to my hair from my trial. It was a perfect look for me and both my hair and make up lasted all night. Could not recommend this team more!

Gorgeous Hair & Makeup
Kristen did my hair and makeup for my recent wedding, along with two of my bridesmaids, and she is a true artist. When I had my preview session the month before my wedding, I knew that I'd made the right decision in choosing Hello Beautiful; Kristen listened so carefully to what I wanted, and both my hair and makeup were even more beautiful than what I'd envisioned! I wanted a low, loose updo with a braid and tendrils, and she (seemingly effortlessly!) created the exact look that I had been hoping for.
On the day of my wedding, she did the same for my bridesmaids, patiently listening to their requests, and I could see how pleased they were with her work. One of my bridesmaids is uncomfortable with wearing makeup, but Kristen worked her magic, and I could tell that she felt beautiful; she was glowing for the rest of the day!
Kristen was friendly, patient, and professional, responsive to questions, and arrived a few minutes early on the day of the wedding! I would highly recommend her hair and makeup services. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. (Thank you, Kristen!)

Kristen and Becca did such a beautiful job with hair and make-up for our June wedding! For our wedding, we had two brides staying at two different locations, with a mom and several bridesmaids at each location. They did a great job accommodating several different hair and make-up styles, and both of them were a very calming presence when we were full of nerves! We both did a hair and make-up trial back in March, and they were very considerate about the fact that I didn’t want my wife to see me in my veil before the wedding. My hair and makeup didn't budge on my wedding day!
Rebekah and Becca did an absolutely wonderful job on my girls and my Mom for the wedding - I was so impressed with how everyone looked and how their hair was done - I was slightly concerned with one of my bridesmaids (since her hair was thin) but Becca styled her hair to where you couldn't tell!
As for mine, I had Becca do my hair and makeup (which we decided on during my trial) It was so stunning and I was getting compliments on it all night! They didn't move an INCH, even after staying up and partying til 2am!! Thank you so much!!!

Honestly, this was all my DIL's doing....and she chose well! The team that did our makeup and hair was so professional, skillful, accommodating, and most importantly...they did a FANTASTIC job.
LOL....I'm not sure if I should be insulted or feel amazing about the compliments I received...but so many friends and family at the wedding told me they had never seen me look THAT GOOD (and I always dress nicely and wear makeup!)

We used Hello Beautiful for our hair and makeup on my wedding day and couldn’t be happier. Kristen was our make up artist and Michele was our hair stylist. They were both so nice and made the whole day comfortable and stress free. They were on time, organized, and ready to roll. Absolutely Amazing!
Sending a huge shout out to Kristen and her team at Hello Beautiful for an amazing job in helping me look like my BEST SELF for my wedding day! I first met Kristen at my hair & makeup trial and she immediately put me at ease. I wasn’t 100% sure of what I was looking for, and I was also a bit nervous about my hair staying in tact, given my wedding was on the beach. Kristen asked all the right questions to give me the perfect look and made it last all the way through the after-party! It was great having one less thing to stress about on my wedding day – Kristen gave me the perfect look that I didn’t even know I wanted. I can’t thank her enough for helping to make my day as perfect as it was!

Amazing wedding hair!
Hello Beautiful was an amazing choice for my 3/5/22 wedding! We had 5 people getting hair done (me, my mom, three bridesmaids) and Kristen was able to finish everyone in 2.5 hours, which is seriously impressive. At my trial, she designed my dream messy updo that I could easily convert into a half-up style during the reception (pictured)! Hello Beautiful is reasonably priced and did amazing job! I highly recommend them to all brides.

Went above and beyond for my wedding!
Hello Beautiful did such an incredible job for my wedding! All the girls' hair and makeup turned out incredible, and everything lasted all day/night! Kristen went above and beyond when a snowstorm occurred the day of my wedding- she decided to stay at a hotel close to my house to make sure she'd make it on time. It was beyond anything I expected and is a true testiment to her commitment and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend her and her team!

The whole team at Hello Beautiful is just amazing! We had 9 people total for hair and makeup and these ladies made sure every single one of my girls felt beautiful and special. Kristen and her team are the best! We postponed our wedding but still did a small backyard ceremony, and Kristen was so understanding and was able to do me and my mom’s and hair and makeup, which turned out amazing. On our “big” wedding day, everything went so smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and helped make our morning so relaxing. My mom, mother in law, bridesmaids, and flower girl were all so happy with how everything came out! We all loved that we could get lashes and airbrush too. One of my bridesmaids ended up having Kristen and Hello Beautiful for her wedding day too since she loved my hair and makeup so much! We can’t thank Kristen, Kristen, and Missy enough.

I felt absolutely BEAUTIFUL for my wedding! Jackie and Bobbi did my and my bridal party’s hair and makeup. We all looked and felt gorgeous after they were done. They really made the process so smooth and easy. Jackie even stayed a little extra to make help me with putting on my veil which I thought was super sweet, especially since her scheduled time there ended. Jackie and Bobbi are both great at what they do! Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! I got so many compliments on how beautiful my bridal party was! I felt so beautiful and my look lasted all night. Hair and makeup were perfect, timing was perfect, the whole experience was perfect. Everyone loved our wonderful beauticians who were personable and friendly. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is so stressful but hello beautiful made looking and feeling good easy and painless. From beginning to end the whole process was easy. My husband and I got married on 6/11/21 in Manahawkin, NJ. Kristen and her team had been there from the very beginning with doing my hair and makeup for my engagement photos.
Kristen’s studio was gorgeous and her schedule was flexible for trials. When I did my trial and then later changed my mind on what I wanted (as brides often do), Kristen was more than willing to have me come back in and make changes. Kristen and her team traveled to my venue on the wedding day and arrived in a timely fashion. Her team was extremely friendly and open to any inspo or looks my bridal party and family wanted. My entire bridal party, my mom, and mother-in-law were extremely happy with how their hair and makeup turned out. All curls, makeup, and lashes stayed the entire day. Even my two flower girls felt like part of the group and were able to get some light makeup. Kristen and her team are great with kids. I highly recommend booking Hello Beautiful for your future wedding/event!

Kristen does a great job and my hair came out perfect! It was completely different from what my trial was so I was a little worried but she did not disappoint!
The only thing I would’ve changed is the person Kristen brought to help. You could clearly see the difference in skill between the girls’ hair (a difference that others pointed out before I even noticed), and although I did not interact with this other hair dresser myself, my girls said she had an attitude.
I would still recommend Kristen though as she did a great job!

Flawless hair and makeup, stellar service!
I hired Kristen for wedding hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, MOB, and MOG and she was one of our favorite vendors! Throughout our communications she was timely, professional, open to feedback, and very talented. Covid19 erupted in the middle of my wedding planning and she helped me stay calm, ensuring me that she would still be there for me, and would follow all safety precautions. On the day of our trial, the lipstick she chose wasn’t quite right based on my vision and she creatively mixed two shades to come up with the perfect hue (many compliments on that color btw!). For my hair, she was able to flawlessly combine all my pinterest images into a vintage yet timeless, sleek updo. On the big wedding day, she and her lovely assistant arrived to the hotel room early and got right to work setting everything up. They were so patient with the women in my life, including my mom who couldn’t stop blinking (!) and achieved everyone’s desired looks. For me personally, she completely matched the trial hair/makeup, but somehow even better. My hair and make-up stayed put the entire evening, no oiliness or creases, and I received SOOO many compliments that night and afterwards, with pictures. Also, her prices are reasonable, considering how many years she’s been in business. If you’re anywhere in her radius, go see Kristen! You won't regret it!

Kristen and her team really went above and beyond. We had our wedding during Covid and her staff was professional and clean. They made sure to take all CDC guidelines into consideration and were in communication throughout the whole process. Due to covid, our original 80-person wedding plan was change to a 20-person backyard wedding. With limited time to plan, I contacted Hello Beautiful Weddings and immediately got a response back from Kristen. Kristen was communicative from the start and the whole way through! The day before the date of the wedding, we ended up having to push everything back an extra day due to the rain & Kristen was extremely flexible and able to make the switch, no questions asked! She showed up right on time & had all of her amazing makeup & lighting with her. I could tell from our conversations through WeddingWire that Kristen was professional, had the most reasonable price for all the high-quality makeup & knew what she was doing! I opted to skip the makeup trial & put my faith in her! She blew me away and I got SO many compliments on my makeup! She made me feel like the most beautiful bride! I originally booked hello beautiful for just makeup! I had the trial and it was everything I could have dreamed of! I knew I was going to look amazing for my wedding thanks to Kristen! Fast forward to about 2 weeks before my wedding and my hair person dropped out! I emailed Kristen and she responded almost immediately! She saved my day! Kristen did a wonderful job with everyone’s makeup! I loved the way my make up turned out for my wedding day and got so many complements!! It looked beautiful in pictures. Kristen and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. Kristen was extremely flexible with me and was able to give me the hair and makeup look I knew I always wanted on my wedding day. My bridal party looked stunning and everyone was more than pleased with their looks. I can’t say enough about Kristen, Kelli and Felicia - you all made me and my girls feel gorgeous!!!!!!!

Hello Beautiful absolutely went above and beyond to make me and my girls feel and look beautiful on my wedding day! Kristen was an absolute joy to work with from planning, to the trial, to walking down the isle; she knew exactly what I wanted just from the little description I could give her. Her team of hair and makeup girls were rockstars, too! The fact that they travel to your location makes everything so much easier! Even better, we did not reapply makeup or touch up our hair from morning to night! I highly recommend Hello Beautiful for every women's dream wedding day!

My sister and friend were married before me and used hello beautiful for their weddings. I loved my hair and make up both times so when my wedding day came I booked them as well! Kristen was fantastic to work with! I had a large wedding party, so I was worried about time but Kristen and her team work fast without compromising quality. They are hair magicians!
Kristen also did my mom's makeup. She used the airbrush on her. Simply stunning! Looked very natural and by the end of the night, still looked perfect! We were hesitant with makeup for my mom because she does not wear much makeup, but Kristen did an amazing job keeping her feeling comfortable and natural!
I was so so happy with how not only my hair came out, but the entire wedding party. Thank you Kristen!!

I found hello beautiful online and really liked Kristen's portfolio...I reached out to her through her website and was very pleased with how quickly she got back to me. Kristen did a phenomenal job the day of the wedding. I could not be happier..she replicated the picture I showed her for the updo I wanted perfectly. My hair looked perfect and stayed that way all night long. She also did the updos for my four bridesmaids...they all looked amazing!!! I can not believe how talented she is. From the moment I met Kristin I felt so comfortable! I had never had my makeup professionally done before and she blew me out of the water! Her makeup application was absolutely stunning! I had a few changes I had wanted her to make on wedding day and she did exactly as I was hoping! I have never felt so beautiful before in my life! Myself and my bridesmaids got so many compliments on our makeup! Kristin was amazing! She was so nice, sweet and funny! Her prices are extremely reasonable for all that she does! Their timing was perfect and absolutely every single one of the 11 women they did looked FANTASTIC. We got so many compliments on how wonderful our hair/makeup was, and I was thrilled with my bridal look. Professional, friendly, and all of our looks lasted the entire 12+ hour day and night! My wedding was September 29th 2017 at the Seaview Bayview Ballroom. Her and her team made sure everyone was finished and we were all on schedule! My guests kept saying all the girls looked gorgeous!

Choosing Hello Beautiful was one of the best wedding decisions that I made. Pricing and quality of service were both amazing. Myself, my mom and sister has such a great experience with our in-home hair and make-up trial that we knew this was the perfect choice for the big day. Kristen and her team made my wedding day so relaxing, they took their time with all 7 of us and had us all ready ahead of schedule! My hair and makeup, done by Kristen, was stunning!! Not to mention that by 11:30pm my hair and makeup still looked just as it had at 11:00am even after taking photographs on the beach and dancing the entire reception. One of my bridesmaids was not going to get makeup done, but then when she saw how natural everyone else's looked she decided to get hers done and loved it! It does not look caked on and thick. She does such an amazing job, and is so flexible, working with you to determine exactly what you want! I get nonstop compliments every time she does my hair and makeup. As someone who has never been too interested in hair and makeup, I was very nervous about finding the right person for my wedding. I am so happy I hired Kristen! She was able to come up with exactly what I wanted for my hair, from just a few pictures that I showed her. My makeup was natural and I felt very comfortable the entire night. All of the bridesmaids and mothers were happy with their makeup and hair as well. Kristen was flexible, extremely professional, and her work speaks for itself. I have now been in 3 weddings that used Kristen and her team for hair and makeup, and they couldn't have done a better job!! I have also been a guest at a number of weddings that Kristen did. The hair and makeup is ALWAYS gorgeous!
I have never heard a complaint from any of the girls who have used Kristen. She is so flexible, punctual, and always very calm no matter how many girls are in the bridal party. (The last wedding I was in had 13 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and the bride!) There are always so many compliments on the hair and makeup when it is done by Kristen and her team. She listens to what you want and is also able to make recommendations or alter looks as necessary.
Her pricing is very competitive and there are no hidden additional costs - such as for airbrush or fake lashes.
I love Kristen and her work. I would definitely use her for my own wedding and would recommend her above anyone else for hair and makeup for any event.
