I can't say enough positive things about Orchard Creek. The new banquet manager, Lindsay, is an absolute professional and her attention to detail is impeccable. The venue itself is STUNNING. Our guests couldn't get over the beautiful view and it made for some amazing photos! The food was absolutely to die for, and the staff was professional and attentive. It's a wonderful place to get married (and party!) and we'd choose it again in a heartbeat! -

I recently had my wedding held here and had nothing but problems with the wedding coordinator Lindsey. when we originally booked our wedding here we were dealing with a different wedding coordinator half way through planning we were introduced to Lindsey. Lindsey is not a bubbly person by any means and wasn’t getting back to me about questions I had when she did her emails were short and just didn’t seem the least thrilled about doing “her job”. As the wedding approached and got closer I still never heard from her which I as any bride was anxious and nervous that she was overlooking details or didn’t seem to even care that I was getting married that weekend. When my girls and I showed up on the day of my wedding Lindsey was less than inviting and didn’t seem to care that we were there or if we needed anything at all. We were in the bridal suite getting ready and again Lindsey wasn’t around to check on us or give us any details about what was to come next. When my husband and his groomsmen arrived they got the same rude standoffish feel except worse. Lindsey didn’t show them where to go or what to do with themselves so they found themselves waiting in the banquet room when Lindsey saw they were in there she was rude and kicked them out saying that if they wanted to stand in here then it would cost them our security deposit. And this wasn’t the first time she had threatened grooms men or my husband our security deposit throughout the day. Which they ended up cashing for no reason!! She was just rude and nasty to all our bridal party and parents all day long. Any request we had on that day was over seen and we just felt like we didn’t matter even tho we were the bride and groom. Not to mention our “open bar” was far from. All guests including myself never got a buzz or felt drunk from the 10 plus drinks we were drinking. Lindsey was over heard telling her staff to water down the drinks and that’s exactly what all our Dranks tasted like. WATER! When we brought this to their attention of how we were treated and our less than open bar we were laughed at and was told that’s not how they do business. So I’m just throwing this out there if anyone else has been to a wedding or had their wedding here lately and feel the same way. SPEAK UP! They are rude and not people I would ever do business with again. We payed over 15k to be treated like dirt and not even get drunk on our wedding night. Shame on you orchard creek. Trust me you do not want Lindsey in charge of your big day!!!
