This venue helped bring our wedding dream to reality. It was a great affordable price, for our 115 person wedding, and was absolutely beautiful!! Would certainly recommend to others.

We ( Northwestern H. S. Class of 1975) had our 60th Birthday Party there. Beautiful grounds. Lovely House. Reasonable price. Loved the fact that we could use our own caterer. You get a lot of bang for your buck. Judy was flexible and so helpful. Our guests raved about the venue. Many asked for information to use for their upcoming events.

Fantastic! Very accommodating and flexible! Quick responses and keeps contact with you up until and on the day of event helping you stay organized and answer any questions. The house was beautiful! Not 1 complaint from me!

The Hebron House was the PERFECT place to have our reception! I wanted to reception to feel like "dinner with family" and the Hebron House set the atmosphere perfectly! It was amazing! The price was perfect! There wasn't a hefty list of "do's" and "don't's" like so many other places have! I was able to have a friend come and cook dinner there. The guests loved it as much as I did! I'm looking for other events to host there! The coordinator, Ginger Dunn, is also amazing! She didn't mind meeting me several times to show the various people who needed to see the place...and she answered all of my dozens of nutty emails! I HIGHLY recommend the Hebron House!

We had our ceremony on the amphitheater and the reception in the house. I would say the amphitheater is really great for outdoor weddings. Even in the summer time, by around 5:30 or 6:00PM, it is all covered by tree shades so it won't be that hot. The house is perfect for a small wedding. We thought our wedding would be much smaller but ended up with about 90 ppl in total. We were still fine with all the people in the house. It was a little crowed but fine. But we only had cocktail tables. We used the biggest room as our main reception room and then turned that to our dance floor as well.

Another thing I like Hebron House that much is all because Ginger. She is just GREAT! She is always so nice,responsive and helpful! She also helped us to set up the tables and chairs both in the house and at the amphitheater, and stayed until everything was all settled on our day. I just could say enough thank you to her! I would highly recommend the Hebron House to anybody for any occasions!

We used Hebron House as the location for our rehearsal dinner, as we decided to have a Christmas-time wedding and many of the restaurants were too busy to host us. Additionally, I liked the idea of having a place where we could have a conversation without having to shout over a sports bar, other patrons, or loud music. When we rented Hebron House, we got two floors of the house for the evening, and we were able to drop things off there before the rehearsal. The people were really excellent to work with - very nice and accommodating.

Hebron House can also be used for weddings, primarily outdoor weddings, as they have a beautiful amphitheater / terrace area (didn't work for us in December!). Since the house is owned by the neighboring Presbyterian Church, I believe the church can be used as a back-up in case of rain. The house, if using the indoor areas for a reception, probably could not handle a large group, though I believe tents are allowed outside. We had 30 people for the dinner and had plenty of room!

It was extremely affordable, especially since we chose a local Irish pub to cater and provided our own alcohol (which saves big $$$!). If you're looking for a nice place in the Ellicott City area to host a small or outdoor (or very personalized) wedding, Hebron House really can't be beat!

Hebron House is a hidden jewel. Ginger Dunn and the members of Mt. Hebron Church which manage the property, make you feel at home. We were on a limited budget but the location, cost and scenic views were more than we expected for the cost. Hebron House was our first stop, my then fiance' knew it was the place for us. We visited two other places that day, but called later that day to book for October. Ginger was available for repeated site visits, and even worked to accomodate my wedding planner and other vendors.

It's a wonderful place that more brides wanting outdoor weddings should consider. It's much better than other mansions within the same location of Columbia/Ellicott City.

This place was perfect for our wedding reception and the church next door was great for the ceremony. People who helped us were so responsible and very infromative from the beginning to the end of the day. We had about 80 guests and everyone said the Hebron House was cozy and elegant. The yard outside the house was beautiful and great for kids. I strongly recommend the place for a small wedding like 50-100 guests.

Working with Ginger at the Hebron House was very easy and flexible. The house truly makes the setting for a reception party. There are several rooms and areas for your guests to talk. Also, the upstairs room is perfect for guest to get away from the crowds or, for children to have a room or two to play indoors. The grounds also are great for children to play. Our caterer to the Hebron House had an easy time placing the bar, the meat cutting stations and the appetizer stations. The house itself will have your guests initiate conversation between strangers because of the beauty of the house. If I had a dollar for each of our guests that asked where we found the Hebron House, I would have had $20 - $30 by the end of the event. Recommended for business clients because of the sophisticated and elegant setting. Recommend for family get togethers because the adults have options with children either upstairs or, the grounds. Plenty of parking. Also, a great in between location for guests coming from Northern VA, MD and, Pennsylvania.

Hebron House is a truly a gem! My husband and I were looking for an affordable venue for our outdoor vintage inspired wedding and Hebron House was it! The price was a fraction of what comparable venues in the area charge. We were able to book and secure our date over a year in advance with a small deposit. Ginger was able to meet with us several times over the course of the year and give us ideas on how to utilize all the space we had. We had our ceremony close to sunset and at that hour, the ampitheater was breathtaking! We needed little decoration for the space as a whole. The only downside is that our music was a little too loud, a little too late and the neighbors were not pleased with that. Be mindful of the town's noise ordinance after 10pm. Otherwise, can't complain! Our guests absolutely loved the space and we were very pleased with the venue and service we got there. We felt right at home!
