Beautiful florals
Our floral for our wedding day turned out beautiful! They arrived on time to set up and were so friendly with everyone’s everything turned out so pretty. For such a good price we were so happy with our experience -

Beautiful and Beyond Expectations!
H-E-B BLOOMS at Bulverde Road in San Antonio did an absolute amazing job! Hannah was so attentive to detail, listened to what we wanted, and went over and above! The price was amazing, I can't recommend H-E-B Blooms more! -

Amazing Experience!
Fedex lost our flowers two days before the venue -- disaster right? Not with Blooms! They handled this very professionally and actually had Fedex deliver all our flowers in a timely manner (to still finish all our center pieces/etc) to the venue. They were calm, poised, and sorted out the issue. They went above and beyond to help us even though this wasn't their fault. Thanks Blooms! -

We used the heb in Leon springs. The manager was super helpful and didn’t sugar quote or up sell me. I created the arrangements myself but the flowers were beautiful. -

We didn't know a lot about flowers going into our first appointment. We just knew the items we needed and the colors that we wanted. They were able to offer suggestions and recommendations that were perfect for what we needed. Our venue was at a garden so we mostly ordered bouquets and centerpeices, but they came out perfect and better than expected. and the value was incredible. Regarding communication, they were very responsive and answered all of our questions. We would recommend them again. -

We used HEB Blooms at the Wilderness Oak location for our wedding on June 3rd and we LOVED IT!! I will admit that at first I was a little scared, considering I didn't even know HEB had the ability to do big weddings! I was recommended to HEB for their affordability by another bride who had their wedding before ours who ensured me that HEB would exceed our expectations... and THEY DID! We worked with Drea (she's awesome!) who made sure our vision came true, while still keeping it in our budget! We had 15 table arrangements (see explanation below), 7 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 boutonnieres, 4 corsages, 12 loose roses for the cake, & 1 bridal bouquet- and were able to keep it under $1500! Also, HEB includes a free throw bouquet (for the single ladies).
*Something I was able to do was make my bridesmaid bouquets a little more full to be able to re-use them as centerpieces, and that saved us tons of money! Just a tip for you future brides.
*Another tip is we had the flowers delivered, but given that they literally deliver them ready made, we saved ourselves the set-up fee ($150) and had my coordinator place them on the tables! Some of our arrangements were tall & full, and others were bubble form & full. We used hydrangeas and roses for most of them (except my bridal bouquet).
Communication, planning, delivery, service- everything was perfect! Definitely recommend! -

I worked with Kristi Achay at the HEB at Wilderness Oak in San Antonio Texas for the flowers for my wedding and I really could not be more pleased! We had a very thorough and detailed consultation which helped me believe that she really understood my style that I wanted. I loved how it all turned out! She got it exactly how I had pictured it and was beyond accommodating! She allowed us to drop off the wine bottles and vases early so that we didn't have to worry about setting them up, she took care of that for us which was a huge stress reliever! She gave me her personal cell as well so that I could reach her at any moment. I loved getting to work with HEB and Kristi! I will 100% recommend the floral department at HEB (especially Kristi Achay) to anyone I know who is getting married!! -

I would definitely book HEB Blooms for your flowers for your wedding! they did my bouquet and the bridesmaids for our wedding on December 10, 2016 and they looked exactly like I wanted them to look. I had asked them to not put green in them and they did but she was super accommodating by removing them when she brought them to me. The price is so reasonable and they do just as good as any other florist who was three times the price! I would recommend them!!! -

I bought my flowers from HEB on West Ave and 410 in San Antonio, TX and a friend made the bridesmaid and bride bouquet as her wedding gift to me. We were running late to pick up the flowers and the manager, put the flowers in the freezer for us and told us not to worry about it. He was so friendly, and accommodating. He helped relieve a lot of day before the wedding stress. I love HEB! The flowers were very cheaper than any other florist and just as fresh and pretty, if not prettier, than some I had seen. Even the price for making the bouquets was reasonable. I will be buying my flowers from HEB in the future. -

HEB Blooms Leon Springs provided all the flowers for our recent wedding. We had a great experience with them. Chelsea was responsive to all the changes I sent by email and everything turned out beautifully. The centerpieces we went with were more on the simple side but they looked gorgeous! We would use them again! -

The floral designer was incredibly responsive and helpful. I showed her pictures of things I liked, and she was able to help me find beautiful and unique flower options that fit my budget. I got so many compliments on my centerpieces and bouquets. They were lush, unique, and just perfectly gorgeous. Oh, and they also cost a lot less than all of the other floral designers I spoke with! Pay a little extra for delivery and set up. It was well worth it. -

HEB Blooms at the Alon in San Antonio Texas was the absolute best choice I could have made for our flowers, for our wedding. After getting numerous quotes around town, Clara at the HEB Alon was amazing and did exactly what I wanted with 1/4 of the cost of what others had quoted me. The arrangements were gorgeous for our ceremony and our reception. I continue to get compliments about our flowers today, 1 month after our wedding. Absolutely gorgerous arrangements!!!! Thank you Clara. -

Heb blooms at Alon market was exceptional to work with. They were very flexible and helped meet my price point. They delivered and set up flowers and our reception location and even made it easy for us to pick up all of our body flowers so we wouldn't have to travel to the reception location to get them. Our flowers were beautiful and fresh. -

I went to HEB Blooms at Potranco and 1604 for my flowers after looking at many other florists. Overall, HEB had the best prices, and the wedding coordinator there was so sweet and supportive with color options. They kept me up-to-date, called to check up on my order to see if everything was well, and helped me with any extra requests I had. The flowers were beautiful!! I had so many compliments on the roses and colors (I had pink and white), and the flowers lasted through the night and for another 8 days. I would definitely recommend HEB Blooms, they work with your budget and the bouquets look beautiful!!! -

I chose HEB Blooms (Hwy 281) to be the florist for our wedding, and they were fantastic! I had heard great things about them through a friend that had used them the year before, and I was so impressed. I met with Anna, the head designer and wedding consultant, with some basic ideas of what colors and flowers I wanted, and she did such an amazing job bringing my ideas to life. A few days before the wedding, she called and told me that the shipment of peonies they had received were beautiful, but were falling apart in the bouquets, she told me not to worry and replaced them with a flower that looked so similar, I didn't even notice the difference! They wen't above and beyond to ensure that we had only top quality flowers, and I couldn't have been happier with their work. Everything from the corsages, to boutonnieres, to floral arrangements for the ceremony were so beautiful. I would highly recommend them! -

I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for my bridemaids when I sat down to my meeting with the HEB florist. I was sure, however, that I wanted peonies! It was too pricey to have my bridesmaids carry the same flower, so I left the decision of what to let my girls carry up to the florist. I am so happy with what she came up with. The florist's there do REALLY know what looks good! Our flowers turned out beautifully! :) -

HEB Blooms the florist team is creative, practical, and dependable. However, I must say Clara at Alon HEB floral is by far the best. She intrigued me with her creativity and how easily she understood my decor idea.
My flowers were delievered & set up on time. They looked lavish all throughout the event and even into the next few days. -

I did all my own centerpieces, but used HEB Blooms (Blanco and 1604) for the wedding party's flowers and my bouquet. Terry did a great job! I was planning long distance and she was beyond helpful. I special ordered additional flowers for my centerpieces and the quality was great. Very affordable prices and the flowers lasted almost a week after my wedding! I'd definitely recommend HEB Blooms to brides and plan on using their services for future events! -

I actually wasn't looking forward to paying an arm and a leg for flowers. Yes, flowers are a must but I was on a budget and luckily my bouquet and brides bouquets were a great value. Not only were they beautiful, they were very fresh and had no problem lasting even days after my wedding. -

Amber at HEB Blooms has to be one of the best florists in San Antonio! We met once and I could tell I was going to love her work! She really listened to me and got what I was envisioning and what I wanted. The only thing I got a chance to see before my wedding day was my bridal bouquet (which I absolutely loved) and when I saw all the flowers after they were delivered on the day-of, I was SO excited!
Amber and HEB Blooms did all my bouquets and boutonnieres, my pew flowers (which were cute basket arrangements), my altar flowers and my reception center piece flowers. Absolutely everything they did exceeded my visions and expectations. I would use HEB Blooms for anything in the future! -

HEB made all of my bouquets for the wedding. They did a great job, they bridesmaids came out amazing and my bouquet was also beautiful. They were an extremely great value and everything came out even better than I expected. They were ready in plenty of time and were very on top of getting everything done. HEB Blooms was the perfect choice for us. All we wanted was very simple, sophisticated baby's breath everywhere, with a full bridal bouquet of peonies, and that is what we received. We were well served by HEB Blooms who offered sound advice; assisted us in the set up; came prepared with extra materials; created beautiful long baby's breath garlands and a beautiful seating card display; listened to our concerns and immediately adapted bouquets to meet our needs. But in the end, it was the exceptional customer service that felt like family helping family that made this entire partnership ideal! -

I had my centerpieces, bouquets, cake decor, and boutonnieres done here with Mary Jo. She is phenomenally creative! I had an idea how I wanted my bouquet to look, but I wasn't very good at telling her how I wanted it. She took my gibberish of direction and made a beautiful arrangement. Everything she did was amazing, my only regret is that she had more workspace! This is HEB that needs to fix this not her. I've been to quite a few HEB locations and all the florist departments (especially in more expensive shopping areas) have large counters and larger department sections. I feel that this HEB at Basse rd in Lincoln Heights should accommodate more space for the floral department ASAP! -

I used HEB Blooms New Braunfels for my wedding flowers. I chose a package deal and had the flowers delivered. Also, I was able to add some extra boutonnieres that weren't included in the package. The delivery cost a little bit extra but it was worth every penny to not worry about flowers spilling over my backseat! Jennifer and her team are awesome. She is a busy lady and managed to deliver flowers to two places at the same time. My flowers almost beat me to the venue. Thanks for beautiful bouquets and great service! -

I was on a very tight budget and I had a good experience with the HEB Blooms department at the Lincoln Heights HEB. Their floral designer took the time to discuss everything with me and understand what I was looking for. My bridal bouquet was a nice, small arrangement of roses and hydrangeas as I requested, and I got 2 small centerpieces of hydrangeas and Larkspur in square vases that were perfect for the altar. I also got 2 lovely, large corsages for the mother of the bride and groom, and a nice rose boutonniere for my groom. They also arranged 3 small bouquets of sunflowers for my bridesmaids from their stock arrangements.
The only reason I won't give 5 stars is that the edges of my bridal flowers were curled and a bit brown - they clearly were past their prime. All the other flowers were lovely, and lasted over 2 weeks, but the bride's flowers get the most attention, and should be in pristine shape. Also, delivery charges were quite steep - $70 and it did not include setup. I opted to pick up my flowers instead. -

I was a little apprehensive about using HEBlooms but i was so happy that i did. My bouquet took my breath away and having told them that i wanted 3 different elements from 3 different pictures they really made it the best bouquet i had ever seen. all my other reception flowers although didnt get appreciated because of all the rain during my reception they still were so beautiful and they have lasted for so long. You cant go wrong with HEBlooms. -

We hired HEB Blooms (at 1604 & Blanco) to do our flowers. We ordered bouquets, boutonnieres, and jars of flowers. We provided the mason jars and they provided the flowers. They were easy to work with and reasonably priced. The flowers were beautiful! -

We went with H.E.B. Blooms for our centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and cake flowers that we used in our wedding. They were priced more reasonable then other florists we had seen in the San Antonio area. We met twice with a consultant Allison at the Lincoln Heights HEB. She was very helpful and really wanted to help us find something we would love in our budget. She seemed very knowledgeable and we enjoyed meeting with her. I LOVED my bouquet it was gorgeous. We sized down our centerpieces and bridesmaids bouquets to be more affordable. I was a bit underwhelmed by the size of my bridesmaids bouquets they were tiny. Also during the meetings we went over the design for centerpieces and I thought they looked significantly less full in the vases at the venue than what we had seen at the meetings. This could also be because we did not have the right sized round table when we met in HEB. They put a tiny little piece of hydrangea on top of my cake when I thought it would be full and fill up the whole top tier. They also shorted us one corsage and my mother didn't want any of the grandmothers, or my husbands mother to feel left out so she didn't even get a corsage :(. The flowers were beautiful and the right type that I had liked, I just felt some things were not the way I expected after the planning and meetings. -

I haven't seen my product yet, as my wedding is a few weeks away. I just want to share my experience as it was unexpected. I knew what I wanted going in and thought the order process would be straight forward. It was not. The lady who was assisting me didn't seem like she knew any details about wedding packages or orders. The other lady who was present obviously did, but did not want to help. She would chime in with a rude comment every so often directed at either myself or her colleague. We both became uncomfortable. We finally figured everything out and then I asked if I could pay. The rude lady cut me off and said no. It was too early. I would have to call back later. I am an out of town bride and this makes me very nervous. I called back two weeks later and they said that there was no one who could take my payment information and someone would call me back. I still have not received a call back. Very nervous now. -

Don’t waste your time or money
This complaint is in reference to the HEB Plus store, in San Antonio, located at 1604 and Bandera. I just had my wedding this past Saturday and I had hired HEB Blooms as my florist. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of flowers we received. A friend had picked up the flowers that morning and first of all, they were not ready at the designated time stated on the contract. Second of all, my white garden roses were already browning! So the partner that was working at the time took those browning roses out and issued a refund on the bridal bouquet because so many flowers were removed. My bridal bouquet was supposed to be cascading and it wasn't anywhere near what I had envisioned. It also looked like I was just holding a large leafy plant. There were very little white garden roses on there. The bridesmaids bouquets were a lot smaller than what I was promised. And the 2 corsages that we ordered were also browning. Everything related to the flowers was just a huge disappointment and I will never recommend or give a positive review for HEB Blooms. I spent $800 on these flowers to look beautiful and I regret choosing HEB Blooms as my florist. -

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! Rebecca no longer works for this HEB. She was helping me in the beginning and left a few weeks before my wedding. She assured me that everything would turn out fine and she would still be in charge of my flowers the day of my wedding. I asked them to run the payment a month prior but they said they like to run the payment closer to the date. I called them 2 weeks before and they said they would run the payment the week of the wedding. I called them the Monday of the week and got no response. They finally ran my payment that Thurs and my card was declined due to my bank flagging the payment. They called me on Friday at 5 which was an hour before my rehearsal which was downtown and asked if I could stop by with a different card. They told me I would not get my flowers if they did not receive payment. THAT put my stress levels over the top!! The bank finally cleared the payment the morning of my wedding and I received my flowers which were ALL wilted!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HEB!!!! This was THE most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! They have this young girl named Megan that is there half of the week running weddings. NOT worth your time! I will make sure to write multiple reviews on different sites to make sure no bride goes through what I had to go through. -

Called and spoke with Rolando at the 1604/Blanco location and made an appointment to meet with him. When we got to the store on our appointment day we were told Rolando wasn't working today (he didn't call or email me to let us know or see if we wanted to reschedule to a different day) We ended up meeting with a young girl who did a fairly good job. She took down all our info and what our design idea was and told us Rolando would email us in about a week with pricing and other design ideas.... Over a month has passed and we STILL have heard nothing from Rolando. We had read good things about him and this location of Blooms, unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Q -
