    Heather didn’t just craft the most beautiful cake we've ever seen, she also baked the most delicious cake we've ever tasted! What more could you ask for? How about delivering a 3 tier wedding cake to the top of a mountain in a gondola? How about baking amazing dessert bites like whoopie pies and blueberry tarts and butterscotch blondies? How about spending over an hour brainstorming and sketching and combining all our disparate design inspirations into a single unified cake theme without compromises? We wholeheartedly recommend Heather's Bakery and can't wait to find another reason to work with her in the future!

    Our gluten free guests complimented on the gluten free cupcakes as being the best they have ever had! Our coconut cake was delicious as was the chocolate cake! We would definitely order from Heather again!

    Heather's Bakery was fantastic! Responded quickly to all my questions, cupcakes tasted amazing, and setup of the cupcakes with cake topper, stand, and leaves looked splendid!

    Grooms Cake! It was a last minute decision and I wanted a very specific design, Heather accepted the challenge and not only did she succeed she far exceeded my expectations. Heather takes the time to really understand what you want; she asks detailed questions and provides her expert opinion. My groom was thrilled with his special cake. I am not sure anyone else could have created a fondant lobster with a top hat and mustache the way she did.... :)

    My husband and I got a wedding cake for cutting then cupcakes for the guests. Everyone RAVED about how awesome the cupcakes were!! Best cupcakes they had ever had!! We will now order ALL of our special occasion cakes from Heather!!

    We loved our cake! It was beautiful and it tasted great! Very pleased and Heather was great to work with. She was very quick responding to my emails and was pleasant to work with. She came on time to deliver the cake and wish us luck on our day :)

    Heather was willing make a custome filling that my now husband and I really enjoyed. He doesn't like cake so it was really important and she had no problems with making it work. She also made custom orchids for our cake that were amazing and even the photographer thought they were real until someone pointed out that they were handmade! I would definitely recommend anyone to use Heather's Bakery, she is very nice and does an amazing job! :)

    Heather made a delicious lemon cake for our wedding. The flavor was excellent and the cake was beautiful! Plus her prices are extremely reasonable - I would highly recommend Heather's Bakery to other Maine brides!

    We met with Heather when we first started to search for wedding cakes, & she brought many samples for us to try, there were all delicious, but we decited to got with 3 tears top & bottom white & chocolate in the middle, with raspberry in between each layer. It was Amazing! Not to mention it looked exactly like we described to her. I would highly recommend Heathers Bakery to anyone that wants a delicious & beautiful wedding cake!

    The cake Heather made was absolutely the most beautiful wedding cake . . it was exactly what I wanted! Not only was it absolutely gorgeous, it was delicious. Everyone commented on what a beautiful and delicious cake it was. Thank you Heather . . you are the best!

    My wedding was about a year ago and my husband and I still rave about our wedding cake! We were lucky to stumble upon Heather's Bakery when planning our wedding. Heather was open to hearing our ideas for our cake and was very accommodating to our wants. We had the chance to taste several cake flavors and fillings at our tasting; it was so hard to choose just one (even though we didn't have to). The presentation of the cake was great and it tasted AMAZING! I cannot wait to order another cake from Heather's Bakery and would highly recommend Heather's Bakery to friends and family who are planning an event!

    Heather was very flexible with our idea of a birch cake for our outdoor/fall wedding. Our cake vendor fell thru and Heather was able to do it for us on short notice and having another cake to deliver the same day. We received so many compliments on our unique cake. Our guests really enjoyed the lemon filling as well. Heather was professional and a joy to work with.

    I must say that I am absolutely amazed at Heather's quality of work. We went to her with a very "different" request for our wedding cake~the Stanley Cup! We had a hockey themed wedding & thought how perfect would it be for our cake to be the Stanley Cup. We had many conversations with Heather about this & she told us that she had NEVER had a request like this before, so she would need a little time to figure out how to put it together (well enough to be stable and stay standing). I had total faith in Heather as I had seen many pictures of other cakes she had made & when I walked into our reception and saw the final product~OUR WEDDING CAKE~I was absolutely speechless. She did an unbelievable job & we have received SO many comments on it. We've also had a TON of people ask us where we got our cake because it was to die for. Would I recommend Heather Keach?? Without a doubt, 100%, YES!!! She is an amazing baker and a delight to work with.

    We were very happy with our wedding cake. It was so beautiful! It was just what we had asked for. Our guests are still commenting on how good our cake tasted. We would suggest Heather's Bakery to anyone who is looking for a cake for any occasion.

    We were so glad that we went with Heather's Bakery for our big day! Heather did an awesome job with our request for cupcakes. We had a larger wedding and she was able to pull off the most awesome cupcake display that was exactly what I wanted. I met with Heather one time and had a few phone discussions and without an exact picture she designed exactly what I was picturing! We had an outdoors wedding and reception inside and the cupcake cake went awesome with the fall theme. Heather was very insightful and helpful during the planning and my cake was something that I did not worry about at all, it was all set up and ready to go for the big day! And may I add that it tasted great and the pictures were also awesome. I also has Heather make my cousin's bridal shower cake and the red velvet was to die for! Thanks again Heather. :)

    The cake was excellent, all of our guests raved about the flavor! Moist and delicious.

    Heather decorated it just the way I asked, very simple since flowers were the focal point. She set the cake up and placed the fresh flower decor on so it looked wonderful.

    Heather baked our wedding cake in September 2008. She took my ideas and came up with a fabulous cake! Not only was it delicious, we did save the top for our first anniversary and it was still delicious a year later. I highly recommend Heather's Bakery for all of your bakery needs as she is just fabulous.

    Heather was great to work with. I gave her a very detailed picture of what I wanted my cake to look like and she made it look amazing! I would highly reccommend her! Not only are her cakes gorgeous, but they're afordable too.

    My wedding cake was honestly one of the most talked about features of my whole wedding! IN A GOOD WAY! The cake was absolutely STUNNING to look at and the TASTE was simply to DIE FOR! I was 100% thrilled with the way it turned out! I went to Heather with a gift bag that had a picture of a wedding cake on it that i loved. It had intricate scrollwork and ribbon separating the tiers. Heather made my cake look EXACTLY like the picture. I was in shock! It truly was a work of art! I remember at our consultation she told me she could do fillings for the cake. I loved the idea and asked her if she could match the filling color to my wedding colors. SHE NAILED IT! She did a gorgeous ice blue raspberry filling that tasted like a sliver of heaven. Even a year later when my husband and I pulled the top of the cake out of our freezer it was still just as beautiful and delicious as it was on our special day. Thank you again, Heather for the PERFECT WEDDING CAKE.

    She did a wonderful job at matching our wedding colors and the theme of our wedding Lady and the tramp. It was an amazing cake and just want we wanted. to top it all off it was the best cake we have ever had!
