I stumbled across Heather before I was even engaged. I saw a friend's wedding pictures online, and was completely blown away by her work. When it was my time to look for a wedding photographer, I still remembered Heathers work because of how beautiful and unique it truly is. I am SO happy we went with Heather.
First of all, it is impossible to even pick out my favorite photos because each and everyone one is so stunning. Her style is so moody and romantic. I love how deep and vibrate the colors she captures are. I feel like they really stand out against the other wedding photographers.
Next, Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was very uncomfortable having my photo taken during my engagement shoot and she was able to get me to relax and pose in a comfortable way. It also was very difficult to shoot my wedding because it poured. Heather still was able to get incredible shots and stayed over what I had hired her for so she would get it perfect for us! I can honestly say that choosing Heather left us with incredible photos and a great friend! -

I cannot say enough about Heather Lauren Photography! We first met Heather through our engagement shoot, which was another story because it was during red tide season and we had to reschedule 100 times but our pictures turned out amazing and we bonded so well with her! We then decided we wanted her to come to Pittsburgh with us for our wedding since we loved our engagement pictures SO much! Her work is so unique and not like all the other photographers! The whole experience with her has been amazing. She feels like she’s one of my friends now and my entire family loves her too! We love you Heather! You’re amazing! Thanks for coming all the way to Pittsburgh for us and dealing with us crazies!🖤 -

Great Direction and made us so comfortable
Heather was amazing from beginning to end. She was very calming. She gave great direction while making us feel comfortable. Our photos came out natural. I could not love them any more. I would recommend Heather to anyone and everyone! -

Heather was a breath of fresh air! Super talented, professional, and prompt. Her time management skills are on point. I was running late post ceremony and she delegated like a pro when it came down to quickly getting my family photos in. She was able to capture beautiful photos just as the sun was setting and i absolutely LOVED them! I initially found out about Heather through a friend who referred her and i just loved the way she edited photos in a natural way. She definitely delivered and you could tell that she knows how to do her job well. Overall, I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again for other occasions. -

Not only does she have an eye for catching the perfect moment and perfect scenery but she helps make that moment come to life. She knows exactly when to look a certain direction, give a specific look, act natural and let her lead you, especially if you are camera shy (hehe) She's always so bubbly and happy, especially when she's laughing, it's so contagious!! She's won best Photographer of Sarasota FL 2 years in a row, featured everywhere and across the globe, that's amazing! Not only the title but you can automatically see why she's the best the moment you see your sneak peak pic thru the lense! I hands down recomend Heather Lauren Photography 100% time and time again!!!

Since we opted to not use a videographer, I wanted to make sure our photographer would capture every detail, every moment on our wedding day! From beginning to end she did not disappoint us. Flying from Sarasota to Indianapolis would make a bride nervous, but Heather showed up on time, ready to shoot the day! She needed no help and did her thing while wedding day preparations continued. I never had to worry about anything when it came to the photography. She gave great direction and helpful tips for those that were camera shy! My bridesmaids are still talking about the skinny arm trick she taught all of us! ;) We are so in love with our pictures. You can feel the love and happiness that was in the air that day! I am forever grateful for such a professional, passionate photographer that Heather truly is! She made my wedding photo dreams come true!

Absolute perfection
Heather is one of the most amazing photographers that I have ever met! Her professionalism and outgoing nature makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera. She not only created an amazing wedding portfolio but she emcee’d when our DJ no showed. She prevented a wedding disaster and no one ever knew the difference. I am eternally grateful for her! -

When I began to look through her pictures, I fell in love. She takes a moment and captures the true meaning of the whole day. Her photos speak to how much love you and your husband have between yourselves. She has a fantastic personality that will make taking pictures all day enjoyable. My husband and I say that the whole wedding was worth all of the planning for two things, us actually getting married and the amazing pictures we will cherish forever. I highly recommend her. Completely worth every penny! -

She was so kind and helpful leading up to the big day, offering advice and tips on how to allow smooth transitions from each part of the day. She was a wonderful person to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. We couldn't have imagined better wedding photos. I want to put every single one of our photos in our living room! SO SATISFIED!
