Heather was so amazing to work with. I kept telling people that if I could only hire one vendor for the whole wedding, it would be Heather. For us, it was the most important part of the day, so we wanted to make sure it was in good hands, but she helped me realize how truly important it is to have an experienced professional run the ceremony. She helped shape the ceremony for us and asked us meaningful questions that made us dive deeper into our relationship. She's extremely experienced with weddings, so she was even able to give extremely useful day-of advice as well. We kept hearing from guests how amazing and thoughtful the ceremony was. Some said it felt like a vow renewal for all the married couples there. We are so grateful for Heather! -

My husband and I got married summer 2024 and we chose Heather to officiate our wedding because we felt that she was able to really understand what we were looking for in a ceremony. Heather was fabulous to work with and we were completely thrilled with both the process leading up to and the big day. Heather has a really great structure to how she works with your for planning the ceremony. She provides a very professional service. It was really important to us that the ceremony felt like "us" and Heather nailed it. She provides support and expertise while also allowing you to take the lead and build a ceremony that is exactly what you want. We would definitely choose Heather again! I loved all of the little touches she adds to help you feel grounded before, during, and after the ceremony. She also had great communication through the entire process. Thank you so much Heather! -

Heather was lovely to work with. She was not only very kind and professional, but also provide us a lot of guidance on vendors and local attractions/restaurants in the area where we were eloping in Buena Vista. She understood our needs and was very easy to work with. We did a thorough video call where we went over all of the details of the ceremony, which was very helpful! She also is fluent in Spanish, which was very special as my mom sent in a letter to gbe read out loud during elopement-you don’t find a lot of bilingual officiants in Colorado so that was a huge plus! I highly recommend Heather as an officiant you will not regret it! -

Our entire experience working with Heather was wonderful! It was better than I ever could have imagined. We have the best memories - the most beautiful 30 minutes of my life! Heather had our guests laughing, crying, and telling us they loved our ceremony during the reception and throughout the weekend after our wedding. Over. And over. She knows the components of a great ceremony because it is her profession (training!) and calling. It was easy to communicate throughout brainstorming and editing because she is empathetic and nonjudgemental. There were some things I was concerned about (such as having a super short ceremony due to not having a bridal party, choosing a unity ceremony that didn't feel corny). Also, I was initially worried that it wouldn't be possible to make my more traditional family happy AND make our ceremony authentic for us. As we planned, all of these became non-issues! As far as communication, it was easy to schedule our first phone convo, a zoom, and correspond via email despite living in different time zones (and coordinating with the long distance fiance). We highly recommend Heather for your wedding or vow renewal ceremony. She worked with us to create the perfect ceremony. Her delivery is amazing too. She is very professional and you can tell she has many years of experience under her belt and truly enjoys the whole thing from planning to execution. If you only have the money to hire her, your ceremony will be perfect for you and create a wonderful experience for your guests. Our wedding truly wouldn't have been half as good without her services. We thank her from the bottom of our very full hearts for her excellence. -

My husband and I booked Heather for a couples coaching session before our wedding and for officiating our wedding. We cannot say enough good things about Heather. For couples coaching, we wanted to ensure that we were talking about the hard things and we wanted to make sure that we had tools to make it through rough patches. Our couples coaching session gave us the confidence we were looking for while heading towards marriage! For the wedding, we wanted a ceremony that focused on our story, our values, and something that we could come back to to remind us of why we are together in the first place. Heather designed a most beautiful ceremony and really listened to us and our story/values to make it uniquely ours. I highly recommend Heather, and hope that you search no further and just book her! -

Heather did an absolutely lovely job for us. We were referred byt friends, and at first we were hesitant because we weren't sure if sosmeone who didn't know us could pull off the warm, familiar kind of ceremony we wanted. After about 5 minutes with her, we knew the answer was yes. Heather was crazy helpful through all of the planning, with suggestions, helpful advice and referrals. Our ceremony was just perfect. Quick, warm, lovely. Heather is great. -

Heather is so unique, thoughtful, and sincere!
Heather couldn’t have been more perfect for our dream Mountain wedding. From the get go she was very responsive, and very easy to work with. I was then blown away by her unique style and charm added to our ceremony. From beginning to start we had complete control and freedom and built a completely custom script! She also provided helpful recommendations for ring vows etc. Most of all, Heather was such a calm and supportive presence throughout. She reminded us to be present and grounded, which was MUCH needed. 1000/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ -

Heather offered guidance and choices from the first conversation until our ceremony was complete. She helped us create a ceremony that was a reflection of us as a couple that felt authentic and true to our love story and relationship. She offered choices in wording, readings, rituals, and vows so everything felt genuine and personal. Heather is calm, caring, and has a great sense of humor. We knew she cared about what was important to us and was very professional and attentive to detail in carrying that out. She puts in a lot of time and special attention to your celebration and is well worth the investment to hire her! I can't imagine anyone else being our officiant and we recommend her highly! -

Absolutely Perfect
I am beyond grateful we chose Heather to officiate our wedding, easily one of the best decisions we made. Having a ceremony that was so unique to us made the day that much more special. Heather put so much thought into writing our ceremony, learning about us as a couple, and she really grounds you as you're standing in front of everyone and helps you focus on each other and the step you're taking together. She also did such a sweet and heartfelt mention of my late mother in her remarks and for that I will always be grateful. One of our guests (jokingly) told me the ceremony was so beautiful that they don't need to attend another wedding ever again! I cannot recommend Heather enough. Thank you so so much for making our wedding perfect! -

Officiant for 06.26.2021 wedding in Crested Butte
Heather was absolutely AMAZING! From the get go, she had such good energy, and was just an absolute sweetheart. She did such an awesome job at my ceremony, and I still have guest telling me how beautiful it was. She incorporated everything that my husband and I wanted, and more! I loved how easy she was to talk to, and she was very professional, and prompt in her replays to all of my emails. She helped planning a destination wedding SO much easier. I loved how she called me the morning of to do some grounding work to lower my anxiety. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Heather! You are the best! -

I cannot say enough great things about Heather! She was helpful from start to finish. We connected so well from our first phone call, all the way until our ceremony! She also recommended our amazing photographer and hair and makeup artist! She portrayed us so perfectly on our special day. She made us feel connected, loved and so blessed! Heather was just the right person to officiate our wedding! She was fun and easy going, which made our ceremony stress free and enjoyable! Everyone kept asking how we knew each other and were shocked to know that up until a few months before the wedding we were complete strangers. She really takes the time to ask all the right questions and make your ceremony all about you and exactly how you want you special day to go! I highly recommend her for your special day! My husband and I have been wedding photographers for almost 8 years now and we got to work with Heather Barron for one of our all-time favorite weddings we’ve witnessed and photographed. Heather set the tone for the ceremony in an inspiring, thoughtful way making it all about the couple and the moment we were in to witness their love. I’ll never forget when mid-ceremony, Heather asked everyone to close their eyes and quietly listen to the river next to us, feel the breeze, smell the fresh, fall air, and really feel the special moment. I got major goosebumps and even told friends and family about the experience after that wedding day. I’ve never seen an officiant help create that present and genuine of a moment for a couple. Heather goes above and beyond to give couples a personal and deep experience in the prep work and wedding day celebration. I recommend Heather to as many couples as I can. I want to shout from the rooftops how great of an officiant and teammate Heather is! -

Natalie Sent on 10/04/2017I don't even know where to start when it comes to describing how amazing Heather is! She is truly one of kind! My Husband and I were so blessed to have had Heather officiate our Wedding ceremony. Just like every couple, our stories our different and Heather takes the time to get to know each couple as a couple and as an individual. And with the information that is provided to her she writes out the couples love story. So, as you can see, each ceremony is designated around the couple so each ceremony is uniquely different, which is what attracted us to Heather. Her creative ability to give each couple their own special written out ceremony is what makes her so amazing! We had the pleasure to get to really know Heather and she is one beautiful soul and we can not thank her enough for all that she did for us.

She is very responsive and flexible and we couldn't imagine having a different officiant. We were so happy with how our ceremony turned out and we had so many compliments and Heather was such a huge part of that. I can't say enough about how amazingly she is!
