Chuck made sure we understood all of the different options he could capture on our wedding day and helped us feel confident that all of the important moments would be preserved. He also incorporated special songs into our videos, which made everything feel even more personal and meaningful to us.

We received a highlight clip, our private vows, and a full wedding video, and it has been so special to relive our day together through each of them. Watching everything back brought us right back to those moments and emotions all over again.

Best Videographer I could have asked for!

I found Hearts Video through my photographer who had worked with Chuck before. Chuck was so responsive and understanding and flexible throughout the whole planning process. He would respond within 24 hours via email with questions and planning updates up until the wedding. He was available and ready the day of the wedding and captured all the amazing memories from our special day. We received our wedding video timely after the wedding as well and we were overjoyed with the result. Chuck captured everyone moment from our wedding day from getting ready, to the ceremony to the reception. The highlight video was such a beautiful depiction of the main events of our special day and the hour long video was like a movie we will look forward to watching every year. Amazing videographer & affordable!!! Highly recommend!

Chuck was our favorite vendor to work with! Not only did he fit our budget, he also created footage per our special request! He was so great to work with, very responsive took fabulous footage!! We asked if he could do a “same day” edit video for our guests to view at the ceremony from the morning of getting ready and our first look , and he took it a step further including our vows we read to each other. Look no further for a videographer! He even has a team that way no footage and sound is missed of the entire wedding day. I highly recommend Chuck! Chuck from Hearts Video is truly top notch. Very communicative, up front about the product he delivers, and the wedding video came out better than I had imagined it would. He was great day of, worked with the photographer to make the process seamless (and painless!) My biggest worry was that myself and my wife would be pulled away from enjoying our day with our guests and Chuck was excellent about working around us and capturing every moment worth capturing. Great videographer with a blend of top notch quality and affordability. Highly recommend. An excellent choice for videographer!

Chuck and his wife were recommended to us by our wedding planner. When we were meeting with our DJ, he was collecting our other vendors information, and he told me we had "the dream team". We selected them as we wanted both photography and videography due to having a destination wedding that not all our family was able to attend. Having said that, we did not meet with Chuck until the day of the wedding, but had frequent phone conversations with his wife prior to the wedding. Our first time meeting with Chuck, he was extremely friendly and fit right into the crowd, where he could capture the best video. It was actually said to us by multiple guests how great this duo was by fitting in on the dance floor and beyond. Chuck did a great job at making us feel comfortable in front of the camera; We had such a great time joking and just being ourselves. Thank you, Chuck, for everything! We cant' wait to see the final video!

Fantastic!

Chuck was a pleasure to work with! I decided last minute (10 days before the wedding) that I wanted a videographer and he was able to work my ceremony shoot in. He was available by phone and was very quick to respond. My husband said he was very helpful in making him feel at ease during the mic’ing process, which was very important to my very anxious groom! Wonderful Videographer

Awesome Experience

We were so pleased with the awesome video that Chuck and Debbie created for us. They were able to capture the moment for us that will last a lifetime. Hearts Video was able to complete the video for us in record time. Because of the speedy turnaround, our grandma was able to see the wedding video from her bed in the nursing home shortly before she passed away. It was so special knowing that she was the first person to see the video and we were able to share it with her since she was not well enough to make the trip to Florida. The finished product was beautiful and we were able to share it with everyone at the reception in Ohio.
We would highly recommend Hearts Video to anyone that is looking for a professionally produced video that will be a cherished keepsake for years to come. Debbie and Chuck were very professional and accommodating. They were able to setup the video cameras early before the ceremony started and had the proper equipment to clearly capture the message and the vows. I have known Chuck almost my entire life, so when I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted to have Hearts Video record my special day. Chuck was very communicative throughout the entire process. Perfect visual representation of the happiest day ever!

Chuck Lewis of Hearts Video is a saint! He is so easy to work with, and truly is amazing at his craft! He gave myself (the bride) and my bridesmaids plenty of privacy when getting ready, until we were prepared to be filmed. You barely even notice he is there! He captured every significant moment of our wedding day! I feel so lucky to have such a perfect video to look back on and teleport us back to that wonderful day! The video Chuck sent us is simply gorgeous! It is so CLEAR- it's like you are there! The quality is beyond exceptional. Chuck did a wonderful job editing all the important and fun moments into one masterpiece. Having a videographer at your wedding is a MUST!!! I would immensely regret not only not having a wedding video, but not having THIS wedding video!! Hearts Video went above and beyond, and truly delivered the best visual representation of such a happy day. I cannot recommend this company enough, but his work speaks for itself. His wife, Cara, of Cara DeHart Lewis Photography was our photographer. They have their choreography down to a science and work with each other so eloquently. I am so beyond satisfied we hired them! More than i could've imagined!

We were so pleased with Chucks understanding and patience with us on our big day. I originally was scheduled to be at the venue at 4:30. When i realized it was 5:15 I called Chuck to apologize for running late. His response to me was, the bride is never late. This may sound small to you, but it eased my mind of all the chaos that was going on around me. Throughout our ceremony and reception Chuck made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. A Great Videographer

Thank you so much Chuck, for capturing the best day of our life on video. Not only did you fit in our budget with the packages that you offer, but you arrived earlier than contracted and stayed a bit later, to help us get a bit of extra footage of the best moments of our day. That alone earned you 5 stars. We were blown away by the professionalism you showed throughout the day as well as your positivity and great personality. At the end of the day, I sat down and all I wanted, was to just “relive it” again, because of how special and wonderful our wedding day was. Watching the video that you put together did just that! We hired Hearts Video for our wedding & we are so happy that we did! Excellent communication the entire time (we signed our contract with them a year before our wedding & he was great at responding to every question during our entire planning process) & amazing finished products (we got a full length video + highlight video) Chuck really went above and beyond! We had some rain/wind during our beach ceremony but Chuck was flexible and rolled with it, we were able to get some great drone footage during our beach pictures when the rain cleared. On June 1st my husband and I eloped at the PCI on St. Pete Beach. The elopement package came with the photographer and officiant.. However we really wanted to find a way to video the ceremony to share with our family and friends at a later reception. So a week before the ceremony I reached out to our photographer for ideas. She gave me a few videographer vendors to contact but had no idea if any would do ceremony only. I emailed them all at the same time and Hearts Video responded within 15 minutes! Now just 3 days before my elopement the owner of Hearts Video, Chuck, said he would love to help make this happen for us! We were so excited! The following day I Spoke with Cara, the videographer who would be filming our ceremony, to plan everything out. On the day of my wedding Cara arrived early to take video of me getting dressed. She videoed our first look, ceremony, our first dance, and even stayed to film our after wedding photo shoot. The amount of time Cara spent with us for our ceremony only elopement was beyond generous! We just got our video in the mail this week and all I can say is, we absolutely LOVE IT!!! My husband and I were crying the whole video. We are so thankful to have found Chuck and Cara. The price was reasonable and we felt so lucky to have found someone willing to do ceremony only. We had a destination wedding in Clearwater Beach, and my husband and I were on a fairly strict budget. I interviewed several videographers and spent hours combing websites and reviews, and we are so glad we chose Chuck Lewis/Hearts Video! We came into town one weekend and he was willing to meet with us on a Sunday and walk through the venue discussing ideas and hearing our thoughts about them prior to our wedding weekend. On the day of our wedding he arrived on time and got right to work, we barely knew he was there (which is exactly what you want when picking a videographer). We included use of the drone and we are SO happy we did, the shots came out amazing and because Chuck uses such a high quality drone, you do not hear it or see it throughout your day. Chuck was always prompt to return emails or phone calls, and talk through ideas with me as we were planning. He was kind and friendly to work with as well. It was important to me that I found a videographer who was experienced in shooting outdoors/beach, and sunset, given the venue for our wedding, and Chuck was well versed with all of that. The video and highlight reel came out AMAZING!! I have watched them each 3 or 4 times already, and have cried each time because I felt the videos really embodied my husband and my personality, and the highlights we wanted captured from our wedding day. It included everything we wanted, and he was willing to make a minor edit to our full video to add in a dance scene we requested later on! His pricing was extremely fair, particularly for the quality of the finished product as well. We highly recommend Hearts Video!!

So glad we added this! To be honest, videography is typically one of the last vendors selected. Don’t wait on this one. Deciding to have a videographer is something I am so, so glad we did! We said from the beginning, if we have money left in our budget, we will hire a videographer. I wish I would have just included it in the budget from the start because there is no way, looking back, that I would not have had a videographer. The wedding day is such a blur and goes by in lightning speed! I used to do weddings, and I would tell the bride and groom the same thing, so I thought since I knew that so well, I’d be able to slow down and take it all in. I certainly was able to fully enjoy our wedding, but it still was a blur and flew by. THANK GOD we hired Hearts Video; I cannot wait to watch our video and relive this perfect moment over and over again. Hearts Video was recommended by my photographer Brian C. Idocks. They make an awesome team! Again, best price and amazing service!! Chuck was great to work with leading up to his event and Debbie, my day-of videographer worked very well with my photographer and was stress-free. I’ll keep you all posted on how the video turns out, but I cannot imagine it being anything shy of perfection!

Our experience with Chuck and his team was fabulous. He was extremely easy to work with from beginning to end. Chuck offered several different options that matched our budget and overall vision for the wedding video. He was also very prompt when responding to correspondences about the big day, and organized when setting everything up and ensuring we were happy. Chuck let us know after the wedding how the production was going and the general time frame. We received our finished video, as promised, a little over a month after the wedding. The video was beautifully put together, and he really captured all of the best moments into a concise (36 minute) video. With added transitions and music, the whole wedding was captured from beginning to end, smoothly and flawlessly through the fabulous production team at Hearts Video! Chuck- thank you for creating such a priceless and memorable piece for us to enjoy for years to come!

We absolutely loved our wedding video! Chuck did a great job of capturing our ceremony and picking the best moments of our reception to feature. The music he picked was perfect as well. Chuck at Hearts Video was great to work with! He did an amazing job at capturing everything and worked so well with us and those around him. He made me feel very comfortable and never awkward having the camera on. He was kind, professional, and very flexible when we had some weather issues. He was also able to fly his drone and take some great footage during our photos. It was a pleasure working with them on our wedding day!

Chuck was AMAZING. Days before the wedding he made sure to contact us and made us feel comfortable. He told us to enjoy our day. I had no worries or hesitation about him and Hearts Video. The day of the wedding, he spoke to the groom and myself and told us the break down of the day. The video came out GREAT. He got great clips (funny ones too). His price was extremely reasonable and he works with you on the pricing packaging as well.

I had Hearts Video capture my wedding, and they did a phenomenal job! Chuck caught so many moments that my husband and I missed, since we were constantly being pulled for photos, cake cutting, etc. Having a videographer really made a difference. I spent two years planning my wedding and put together all the decorations myself, and Chuck made a point to video each of the spaces so that I could see it all pulled together on the big night. When my husband and I watch the video, its like looking back on the evening and celebrating it all over again! The video is beautiful and I would recommend Hearts Video to any bride and groom!

Chuck was such an amazing person to work with in 2006 when my sister got married, we HAD to hire him again to video my wedding! My groom and I had the pleasure of reserving Hearts Video for our two day event. Day 1 of 2 hosted an extravagant indian wedding ceremony for ~200 guests. Chuck and his team managed to capture all the important aspects of our indian wedding ceremony. The second day was our wedding reception for ~180 guests; again a fantastic job with capturing this once in a life time event. Chuck made our wedding blue-ray dvd like a western romantic indian movie that unfolds; the dvd itself was made with such high quality. My groom and I watched our wedding blue-ray dvd almost a hundred times (NOT KIDDING)! My groom and I had an awesome experience working Hearts Video. It's great individuals like Chuck you can rely on to keep a peaceful mind when your big day arrives. We highly recommend Hearts Video.

My husband and I just recently got married. We knew we wanted to use hearts video because they get all the special details that you don't even see during your wedding day. I cannot wait to get the short film to see how amazing it turned out. Chuck was very professional. He showed up on a timely manner and never once was in the way. To be honest, I never really saw him except at my parent's house and when he came to say bye for the evening. He made sure to stay out of people's way and film exactly what we wanted.

When we were budgeting for our wedding we kept hearing friends say that they only really watched their wedding video once and that it was not a "needed" expense. But after a few months of debating it we decided that since we were having a destination wedding and not everyone would be able to make it that we definitely needed to have a video. I did a bit of searching and a few vendors had also recommended Chuck. The one thing I saw that separated him from any others was that he does the "highlight reel"! So any friends and family that couldn't make it to our wedding can now see a short movie trailer type video of our wedding! I cannot wait to share it on Facebook! I also have to say that Chuck was a pleasure to work with! He is very friendly and it was very comforting to see him work so well with the other vendors - they made it feel more like a team working at my wedding! I highly recommend Hearts Video! And I am so glad I chose to have a videographer! A photographer will capture moments and photos that you will frame - but a videographer will capture your vows and also your brother grabbing the mic and rapping all the words to Digital Undergrounds "Humpty Dance"!! Hearst Video came to me as a recommendation from one of my girlfriends who got married in January of this year. She had regretted not booking Chuck with Hearts, and urged me to find out if he still had our June 7th date open. Lucky for us he did! When first planning our wedding I had totally overlooked having a videographer to capture our wedding day. But, a few months before our big day, I had to have one. I am so glad we did. I now have a chance to re-live all of our special wedding day moments in live action and not just in photos.
Chuck was such a joy to work with. We met him at his studio for a meet and greet/ brainstorm session. He was so warm and friendly and really worked with us on our vision/budget.
On our wedding day, he and his team showed up promptly and began shooting footage of me getting ready and capturing all the hustle and bustle of the morning. I can't wait to see how I looked and what I said. He was present but not in your face. None of that "say Hi to the camera, wave at the camera" kind of stuff.
Chuck and his team taped our wedding ceremony and all of our reception. I am so happy he was there to capture all of the amazing speeches that were given as well as all the dancing/partying.
He captured intimate, natural moments of that special day. These were the key things I wanted in a videographer, and Chuck and his team sure delivered that. We can't wait to see our wedding video and we thank Hearts for being a part of and capturing every moment of our wedding day. Thank you Chuck!

Chuck recently was the videographer for my wedding and rehearsal. He was very professional! We hardly knew he was there! He would sneak in and take a couple of great shots and swoop out! He even called a partner to assist him with the ceremony since I chose a unique 360 circle set up in the beach to ensure he got all the right angle without getting in anyone's way! We almost chose not to get a videographer and I am now SO thankful that we did!

We recently hired Hearts Video to cover our wedding ceremony and reception. They were extremely responsive and prompt with addressing any of our requests. I was on the fence about having a videographer -- I thought I would be happy just to have photographs. When one of my closest friends couldn't make the wedding, I changed my mind and was so fortunate to find Chuck at Hearts Video. I was concerned that having a videographer would feel intrusive, but with Chuck I didn't feel that way at all -- he was very discreet, and yet at the same time able to capture all of the moments of our wedding day that we will want to revisit again and again. On top of that, Chuck was an absolute pleasure to work with and easy to talk with about timing and budget. Hearts Video was awesome! They were great to work with during planning process and so nice on the day of the wedding. They were very patient with us after when it took us a while to have the time to pick out songs for the video. We received our video last week and we've already watched it twice! It is about an hour long and we love it! It shows the whole ceremony, all the important parts of the reception and lots of the fun and dancing that went on that night! I also love that they put a lot of the details of the decor and set up of the reception and ceremony in the video as well. Those are the pieces I worked so hard on! Overall they did a great job and the best part is that they won't break the bank. I almost decided not to have a videographer because people's prices were so steep. Hearts makes it affordable! They really seem to believe that everyone should be able to have a video of their special day without having to go broke! I high recommend them!! :)

Chuck from Hearts Video recorded our event. We just received our DVD of our wedding in the mail today. We were so excited we watched it immediately. We were not disappointed- the music was wonderfully chosen, every single guest was caught on camera, the sunset and ceremony were captured "picture perfectly". It is so great to be able to have a permanent memory of our best memory. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Debbie and Chuck. Words cannot express how wonderful they are at what they do and how amazing they are as people. We are from out of state and planning a wedding has enough questions but out of state was a challenge because we didn’t meet anyone or see what we were getting until the day of our wedding. I chose hearts video based on a recommendation by my wedding coordinator after looking into several other companies that just didn't impress us. When I called I could not have been more pleased. The customer service was AMAZING. They were kind, informative, professional and most of a helpful. The pricing was excellent and they were flexible with my schedule as I had a morning wedding.

The videographer who shot my wedding was Chuck. Talk about a gem! He was so profesional. Knew exactly what he was doing. He was so sweet and really easy to work with. During most of our wedding planning process, a videographer wasn't even on the radar for us as we felt it wasn't that essential. Being that my fiance is from NJ and our wedding was in FL, we then decided it would be nice to have at least the ceremony captured for those not able to make the trip down for the wedding.

Upon someone's recommendation, I contacted Hearts Video and am so glad I did. Debbie was wonderful to work with and she even emailed me wedding day tips for "surviving" the day. She even stayed well past the time we agreed upon to make sure she captured "surprise" guest's visit and then stayed through the cake cutting. I am now so grateful to have all of that captured on video.

Chuck did an amazing job at putting it all together for us, including the song selection. It's just the perfect amount of time to capture all of the special moments of our BIG day! We had a great experience with Heart's Video. They are wonderful to work with. Debbie was patient with answering questions in addition to doing an incredible job capturing our beautiful memories. We were extremely pleased with the sound quality of our ceremony. The clarity of our vows was beyond our expectations. We were thrilled to see all the details we weren't fully able to take in the day of our wedding. Although we requested some editing to be done, we really love our main video as well as the highlight. We appreciate how understanding and helpful Debbie has been regarding our request for editing. Thank you Debbie for all you kindness and being so pleasurable to work with! It's clear to see the goal at Heart's Video is to ensure we are completely satisfied with our video.

A big thanks to Chuck who worked behind the scenes editing our original video and for the additional edits. There was so much to like about the video, but we especially loved the ceremony along with how Chuck began and ended our video. We liked his use of black and white, especially on our limo scene. It was beautiful the way the rose petals fell as we made our way down the steps to our limo. The butterfly in the last clip was another special touch.

At one point we weren't sure our budget would allow us to include video, but we're pleased that we found a way to make it possible. After watching our video, we realize how much we would have missed. The day flies by like the blink of an eye. However, with our wedding captured on video we are able to go back and visually reflect on those special moments. In our opinion, video is a must and we highly recommend Heart's Video. They provide a quality product and service at a great price.

Honestly, getting a videographer for our wedding wasn't originally one of our top priorities, but I am SO thankful we did! Cara was incredible! She captured all the moments and details that were so very special to us. My husband made many suggestions on what exactly he wanted included in the video. Both Cara and her husband Chuck, the editor, really listened and created a wedding video that we absolutely LOVE! It includes exactly what we asked for and more! I seriously wish I had time to watch it everyday because it's just makes me happy! Every time we pop the DVD into the player we are taken back to July 9th and all the emotion that went along with our special day! I'm so glad we decided to opt for a wedding video and I'm especially happy that we chose Hearts Video!

When I called Debbie to book a videographer on Tuesday for my Saturday wedding I was shocked they had a person to do it! Dave was excellent, friendly, on time, very on his toes. He came up to my room to meet me even though I was so frazzled trying to get ready, I barely remember! ha! We have not gotten the video back yet, as our wedding was just 5 days ago, but I hope we get it back fast and it is great. Dave always seemed to be in the right spot at the right time and if I had a moment when I thought, oh, i wish the photographer was looking at this, at this moment, Dave was always there and vise versa. I can't wait to see the final video!!

Cara from Hearts Video was very professional and helpful. She called the day before our ceremony to confirm the ceremony information. We didn't even notice her presence during the ceremoy, and she got some great footage on the beach afterwards. At our reception, Cara was very flexible and understanding, making sure to get footage of everything that we wanted captured on our video. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product! Even the music selections were great! Thank you to Hearts Video for giving us a video that we will watch every year on our anniversary to remember our special day!

Hearts Video did an absolutely wonderful job with our wedding video! Debbie was incredibly professional and friendly - she stayed quietly behind the scenes, so much in fact that we hardly noticed she was there, but the moments that she caught on film were wonderful! She captured all of the special moments and only the more flattering ones (which was really appreciated! :-) It did take a while to get the video back, but I loved that we were able to pick out songs to go along with the video. It really made it personalized and worth the wait :-) I am so happy that we decided to have a wedding video, we will really cherish it forever. And I am even more happy that we chose Hearts Video - I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I wasn't going to get a video at first but I am SO glad I did! Cara helped me stay within my budget and managed to capture every beautiful moment of my wedding on film- even things I didn't know happened! She was never in the way and so easy to work with and talk to. The video is such a treasured piece from our wedding, I am happy to have it for years to come.

I had seen videos of some friends of mine that had gotten married recently and the videos weren't done well at all. They were also too short (10-20 minutes) and left out so much of the wedding. My wedding and reception was a total of 4 and 1/2 hours and I didn't want a video that was 10-20 minutes long to capture all of that.

I heard of Hearts Video through a friend who had gone with another company for her wedding, but regretted it because of the poor quality of her video. I didn't want to make the same mistake she did, so I did hire Hearts Video. I am so glad I did! They were professional and captured all the special moments, (my video ended up being an hour and 20 minutes!). The video editing was done beautifully!

The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that they spelled my first name wrong. They were only off by one letter, but now my name is forever spelled wrong on the DVD itself, the case, and the intro to our wedding video.

we arranged for this company to photograph and video our wedding this year(may 09) as our wedding was a surprise one (after 20 years together). We thought the service we received was first class.We were so happy we had decided to purchase the video (dvd) as it made our friends and family feel as though they were there on the beach with us. We would recommend Cara and her team to any couple thinking of using this service, as nothing was too much trouble for them.

Cara at Hearts Video did an impeccable job of capturing every little detail of our special day. Initially, we thought that having a videographer would be a waste of money because we wouldn't watch the video after the wedding. Boy were we wrong! We've watched the video at least ten times over the last month! It is absolutely amazing! There were so many things that we didn't get to see at the wedding, but thanks to Hearts Video we didn't miss a beat. Cara was super professional and courteous to all of our guests. We were very pleased with our videographer, Sara from Heart's Video. She did an exceptional job and you didn't even know she was there! When we were shopping around for videographers we had it narrowed down to 2 choices, Hearts and another. My husband couldn't decide, both were similiar in quality and price so he told me to call them and decide. When I spoke with the owners from Hearts, I was sold. They were very sincere and it just fit. So happy we went with Hearts!

We choose Hearts Video to shoot video for our wedding and Chuck was absolutely amazing. He did a fantastic job of fading into the background while also making sure to capture all the important moments of the day. He was great at giving us subtle directions while we were doing posed photographs with our photographer, but made sure to not disrupt anything we had planned.
He was a consummate professional throughout the day despite some bad luck (he got a flat tire, which we only found out from a guest the next day as he didn’t let it impact his performance at all). We love the work Chuck did and would highly recommend Hearts Video for all your videographer needs!

Hearts Video was exactly what we were looking for -- a reasonably-priced company that delivered a high-quality video that beautifully captured our wedding. We did not want to spend a fortune on our video, nor did we want a company that could edit our wedding to look a like a movie trailer. We wanted someone who could capture our wedding as it was, in an honest and intimate way, so we could experience it as it was. Chuck delivered that times ten. Our highlight video was truly perfect. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail, and we were moved to tears by how good it was.

We used Hearts Video to record our wedding in June 2015 on Clearwater beach. We found them via wedding wire and booked them via email as we are based in the UK. Chuck was the person that we corresponded with and he was friendly and informative from the start, providing answers to all of our questions and even offering suggestions on the best way to capture our special day.
Chuck arrived nice and early on the day so that he could set up and capture the wedding area prior to guests arriving. He also met the groom to set up the microphone to enable him to capture the ceremony clearly. Chuck was absolutely brilliant, to the point that you hardly noticed he was there but managed to capture all the vital moments perfectly. Due to delays with our scheduling Chuck was happy to stay later to ensure that he captured the speeches. Again he offered advice on the best placement to capture the speeches and reaction of those in our wedding party.
We couldn’t remember Chuck and Hearts Video more. They were perfect on the day and we are extremely happy with our Blu Ray and DVD copies which captured our wedding perfectly. We can now treasure this forever.

I planned a Florida wedding from New York without ever meeting this vendor in person. They were professional, flexible and creative enough to accomodate my requests and produce a video in the style I was envisioning. They listened to my desires and worked within my limitations to make a perfectly beautiful video. They are top shelf all the way.

A videographer was a surprise gift from my Dad and he really did his research! When we received our video a few months later I was crying by the end of it. It was perfect and caught so many parts of our wedding that a picture just can't do. I would definately recommend Hearts!

At first, my husband and I were not sure we wanted to spend the extra money getting a wedding video made, but, with the advice from my Dad, it ended up being one of the best decisions we almost didn't make. We are so happy we ended up going with Hearts Video. For the bride and groom especially, the night and all of the details fly by and are a blur. My first thought after the wedding was how I couldn't wait to get our completed wedding video from Hearts to get to go back and see the night unfold. Chuck and Hearts Video did a wonderful job capturing everything as naturally as possible. We didn't even notice they were there, and yet we are left with a wonderful keepsake that we can share forever.

This was a gift so I really had no input...However, they filmed our ceremony and reception and did a fine job. Getting the finished product took a while and when we got them, the CD's were blank. We had to go back down there and get new CD's. That is about the only negative with their work.

Chuck and Debbie were extremely professional during the wedding process. A few changes were needed on our video and they were patient and happy to asssist with our changes to ensure that we loved the finished product....as we do!

Our wedding video turned out beautifully - Debbie did a great job at capturing the events of the day, and the quality of the film was wonderful. The highlight video was a great selection of the best moments, we will enjoy watching for years! She was also very pleasant and conscious of our guests - we never felt that she was "in the way" of guests, but she still managed to capture the action. Great work!

My complaint about Hearts is really their responsiveness and timing. It took us about 16 weeks after our wedding to receive the final video. I contacted them 4 weeks after the wedding to find out the status, and was told in the busy season it could be 8-10 weeks after our wedding date - OK, understandable. After 12 weeks, I contacted them again, and did not receive a response. At 13 weeks, I called and was told "oh...yeah...we'll send it out to you" (which they did immediately - obviously had just forgotten to mail it). The highlight video was not included, and the date on the title page was wrong. So, I emailed again and they fixed the date and added the highlight video. All said and done - 16 weeks after our wedding. Kind of a pain in the butt, but the quality was great, so I certainly don't regret choosing them and will only think happy thoughts when we watch our video!
