If we had to do it all over again, we would without a doubt choose Hannah! Not only was she so easy to work with leading up to our wedding day, but she brought such a sense of calm to the day itself. She put my husband and I ease and it truly felt like she was one of our friends during the day. Everyone who interacted with her on our wedding day had such wonderful things to say as well. We had the most incredible experience with our photographers, Hannah and her husband Zac. Their ability to capture every moment and detail of our wedding day was truly remarkable. From the smallest details like our welcome sign to the emotional moments during our vows, tent reveal, and even the candid shots of my bridesmaids peeking through the door while getting ready, they didn't miss a single thing.
Our journey with Hannah began during our engagement photos, and from that moment, we knew she was the perfect fit for us. Her kindness, calm demeanor, and genuine friendliness made a significant impact on us. Having both Hannah and Zac at our wedding was an absolute pleasure. Not only are they incredibly talented photographers, but they are also two of the kindest, most genuine human beings we've ever met. Their seamless teamwork and the exceptional work they produced for us truly exceeded our expectations. The feedback from our entire bridal party about them was overwhelmingly positive.

Hannah and Zac were so great to work with and they delivered on truly amazing photos. Couldn't be more pleased with their service and just the ease it was to work with them. I don't really like getting my photo taken but Hannah made the experience fun and relaxing, and the photos are evidence of that. Can't recommend them enough and so glad we went with them to capture our big day. -

An absolute amazing experience working with Hannah!
Hannah is an absolute ray of sunshine, we truly enjoyed working with her so much! She’s there every step of the way throughout the wedding planning process. She did our engagement shoot as well as our wedding and she makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I cannot say enough about her work it’s absolutely beautiful, she blew me away with every single photo she took! I’m so happy that I found Hannah and her work I cannot imagine anyone else capturing our day! Not only was Hannah a joy to work with, her husband Zac was as well! I would highly recommend anyone to book with Hannah you will not regret it! I know that I will look at our pictures for years to come and share them with my future family and remember every moment so fondly because of Hannah! -

We had a simple outdoor wedding at my in-law's wooded property. Our goal with pictures was to highlight the beautiful nature that was all around us while catching more natural pictures of the day and everyone there rather than overly staged and posed pics. Hannah did exactly that and helped create such a calming presence for our perfect day. I would highly recommend her and her service. -

Our photographers not only made the picture-taking experience a breeze, they made everything run smoothly and were a joy to work with. Their experience, talent, and top professionalism shows in the photos they captured on our special day, and I cannot recommend them enough. Hannah is wonderful, laid-back, and a calming presence to have on your wedding day. If you are thinking of booking, just do it because you will not regret it. TL;DR - Work with Hannah, you won’t regret it.
A friend of ours said it best, “…there are good wedding photos and great wedding photos, and these are just wow.” Hannah truly has a gift, and we are so thankful that she shared that gift with us. We booked with Hearts & Color Co. a few months before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and felt so glad that we did. She really listened to Brian and I and she was there for us when we made the decision to reduce our guest list. When things were running behind the day of, Hannah rolled with it and helped us roll with it, too. She intuitively knows where to be, how to capture the light, and how to make you and your crew look GORGEOUS even when you feel totally awkward in front of a camera. The most magical part of it all is that the photos seem to just get better and better every time I look at them. Hannah is simply the best. -

100% worth it
I don't think we will ever be able to say how much we appreciate Hearts & Color Co.. In a year of total uncertainty, we always knew that we wanted Hannah to shoot our wedding (which also, shoutout to Hannah she basically doubled as a last-minute day-of wedding planner, keeping us all on schedule). When we shifted plans from a 250 person wedding in Cincinnati, to 45 people in Napa Valley, CA, she never hesitated- even in a global pandemic and some super uncertain wildfire conditions in Northern California. She was always a familiar and comforting contact to turn to whenever we felt everything was out of control. She flew out to Napa mid-pandemic and delivered the most natural, beautiful, and personality-filled photos we could have ever asked for. My now-husband and I looked at the photos for hours when she first sent us the album, reliving the day and witnessing all of the small moments we may not have had the opportunity to witness the day-of. If we could have Hannah document our eveyday lives, trust me, we would. She has a way of capturing all of the important moments you never want to forget as well as highlighting all of the moments you would have never thought to remember. I don't think we will ever ask anyone else to capture our special memories and we can't wait to work with Hannah (and hopefully Zac!) again in the near future. TL;DR You need to book Hearts & Color Co.. There's just no reason you would ever need anyone else. -

Hannah + Zac did my wedding photos in October and WOW.. there are not enough kind words to describe the job they did. They were so much help the day of and did an amazing job helping Zane and I feel like it was just us in the special moments, but also directing us too! I cannot say enough good things about Hannah and how in love my husband and I are with the pictures she takes. She's able to capture the true emotion and love between two people without it feeling generic or staged. My husband and I have never had professional photographs taken together and she made our engagement shoot and wedding day so easy and relaxed. We never felt awkwardly positioned or placed. She had the perfect balance of communicating with us to capture the photographs that everyone wants, and being in the background while snapping all of our favorite candids. She really used the location and lighting of our engagement shoot/wedding in her favor to create memories that are so much more than just simple pictures, instead reminding us of stills from our own movie. Hannah and her husband Zac were the greatest team to work with, so easy going, and made it feel so comfortable, as if your two closest friends were taking photos for you. We're so glad we stumbled upon her on Instagram and she gave us such a fair price for both shoots and the travel costs. We've already had multiple people asking us who took our wedding photographs and complimenting us on how amazing they are. Can't recommend Hannah enough! -

Do yourself a favor, HIRE HANNAH (and Zac :))! I don't care if you're getting married in Cincinnati or not. Fly her to wherever you're going and it will be worth it. Hiring Hearts and Color was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Not only are her pictures stunning and romantic and PERFECTLY encapsulate our wedding day, but she is so tied in to the local wedding community. Hannah recommended so many amazing local vendors that I never would have found on my own and helped make our wedding so perfect. And, oh yeah, HER PICTURES ARE INCREDIBLE. Far and above what I could have ever dreamed, everything from the family portraits, to the sunset session, to the candids on the dance floor...she's truly the best. -

Hire Hannah now. If you’re considering other photographers, just stop it. You’ve struck gold right here. Because she is exactly as talented, helpful, and wonderful as her work would make you think she is.
Long Review:
We hired Hannah and Zac to shoot our wedding, and it is without a doubt one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. I don’t think either my wife or I really thought through the intimate access a wedding photographer gets — they’re often with you the entire day from getting ready, to first look, to ceremony, to reception — and we are so lucky to have had two people as warm, kind, professional and helpful as Hannah and Zac. They put us at ease when we needed to be put at ease, and they gave us plenty of space to share special moments together when we needed to, all while capturing beautiful photos for us to remember every minute along the way. The final products speak for themselves. Her photos are beautiful, professional, authentic, and personal, and we truly can’t say enough good things about these two, or their willingness to go over the top to help us capture every moment of the day. On top of talent and being all-around-great people, Hannah was organized and professional, easy to communicate with, and put as at ease from first point of contact to last. If you’ve made it this far into the review and you still aren’t convinced, I don’t know what else I can say — except that you better book her while you still can.

Hannah and Zac were absolutely incredible to work with. Not only were the results everything we could have asked for, but they were both immensely helpful and organized on the day of the wedding and kept things running smoothly. They played a great balance of keeping in the wings to capture the authentic moments of the day vs directing shots when the moments needed it. Altogether it made for a very comfortable experience that felt like we were just having photos taken by friends at our wedding. We couldn't recommend Hearts & Color enough! Our wedding photos by Hearts & Color Co. are breathtakingly beautiful and timeless. We will cherish these photos and the memories they hold for a lifetime! Hannah is very professional, punctual and easy going. She even made us a day of timeline which helped us not only stay organized for the day of but also allowed us to share that same timeline with all our vendors, keeping us all on the same page. Hiring Hannah to photograph our wedding was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. Her talent and artistic photographs are one in a kind. Words cannot describe in this review how amazing she is. She helped us make a wedding timeline, she got to know Mike and I as a couple and really wanted to know what shots were a must for us. The experience of working with Hannah was eclipsed only by the quality of the final product.
She was fun, organized, kind, and punctual. She kept all of us— especially my wife—calm and confident through the whole process. That alone was worth it.
But the photos though. They landed in our inbox this weekend, and they're exactly what we envisioned all those months ago when we were daydreaming about what this wedding of ours would look like.
The tones are beautiful, the moments are intimate, and the memories in them are, to us, perfect.
We couldn't be more pleased or more grateful.
