Our family and friends had tons of compliments on our venue and it was perfect for our wedding with plenty of room to move around and play games at the reception. It was also a beautiful and perfect romantic setting.

I’m not sure where even to begin to brag on this venue. At the beginning on my wedding planning process I wanted a venue that was different from all of the ones I had seen being frequently used around the Knoxville area. I had visited about 15 venues before stumbling upon Heartland Meadows. After my first visit with Sheila, I had a feeling of peace and confidence that this venue would make my wedding day unforgettable. They are extremely helpful and affordable. Since we booked the venue back in November, Sheila and her husband were so helpful every step of the way. They would let us come by anytime to work out layouts or just look through the treasure barn (another huge plus of this venue). At the end of the day they are just a great family who cares about their family property and their brides/grooms. Words can’t describe how thankful we are that we got to have our wedding here and we can’t imagine having it anywhere else! Even with COVID and storms on the wedding day, they were accommodating and very easy going. They are great people to be around who do a great job at what they do! Due to rain, we had to move our ceremony inside last minute, and they made the transition seamlessly without me even knowing. I had no stress whatsoever on my wedding day and that’s largely in part to Sheila and the team at Heartland Meadows! The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful with a variety of choices to fit any style! We received so many compliments that our wedding was the best many of our guests had ever been to thanks to Heartland Meadows! Book her husband with KnoxVegas DJ’s too! He did amazing it was so nice having them both at the same place on the same page. Best day of my life! If you get married here you will not regret it!!

Great experience here for my wedding. Would recommend anyone looking for an outside venue with a rustic/vintage touch.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue. The treasure barn saved us thousands and the staff made everything easy. My dayghter's wedding was truly Pinterest worthy.

The team at Heartland Meadows made my dream wedding a reality! They were so very helpful with everything and I could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. Very affordable and flexible!!! I would recommend them to any bride to be!

We found Heartland Meadows right at their beginning. Over the next 12 month planning/engagement period, Heather was always excellent at responding and catering to each request we had! She is fantastic to work with and helped the day go so smoothly! The venue is undoubtedly the most beautiful setting we could have chosen and we were EXTREMELY happy with our decision and the whole day!

Heartland Meadows made my wedding experience amazing! From the very start, Heather and Sheila were very helpful! They responded very quickly which also helps with planning! I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else!

The most beautiful venue I've ever seen in my life. And they had SO MUCH to offer. Like little things that you want but don't want to spend the money to rent or buy. Tea lights, signs, adorable tables, and lots of decorations. I had a ton of guests tell me that it was the prettiest place they've ever been to for a wedding. They loved the pretty bar and corn hole and the awesome scenery. Heather was really great to work with. She's good at destressing you. I'd 100% recommend this venue to anyone.

From the moment I saw a photo of Heartland Meadows, I knew they were going to be my venue. They combine an outdoor setting where you feel completely removed from the rest of the world, with the accessibility and amenities of a venue downtown. I greatly enjoyed working with Sheila, who was incredibly responsive and answered any questions that I had. My only note of caution would be that you are not guaranteed access to the venue the evening before, so be sure and have a backup plan for your rehearsal in case another event is booked. Overall, we could not have picked a more perfect location, and I highly recommend Heartland Meadows to any couple that wants nature as their venue.

The venue was nice. They had a lot to offer such as a rain contingency plan, beautiful tables and chairs, a whole barn filled with decor, transportation from the parking lot to the ceremony site, lovely bridal room, etc. I gave this venue 2 stars because the owner of the venue and of Knox Vegas DJs took the bride aside to complain to her about some things that had gone wrong behind the scenes. To be fair, a few guests were being irresponsible, but the problem had been taken care of already. As I walked up to the bride and the owner, I found him raising his voice at her and making her cry. He told her he would shut her wedding down. As a wedding vendor myself, I have been to hundreds of weddings. Never have I ever seen something so unprofessional. The bride had nothing to do with any of the issues, and he should have come to the maid of honor, the father, the mother...ANYONE else. The bride was distraught and wanted to leave early...luckily we were able to cheer her back up and continue to help make her day as amazing as possible. I'm being generous and giving 2 stars because the venue was nice and the women working there (especially Sheila) were nice to work with. But, I would definitely not recommend this venue (or Knox Vegas DJs) to anyone else.
