I’ll be honest we had no idea what to expect when it came to working with a videographer. However, Chris is extremely talented and truly made this process so easy. We planned and booked all of our vendors about 8 to 10 months in advance and then we were honestly a bit hands off in our communication. When we finally reconnected about 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding Chris and his wife presented a brief questionnaire. From that they developed a solid plan and day of timeline that gave us peace of mind! On the day of the wedding they arrived early and scooped out the venue. Chris seamlessly moved throughout the flow of the day and I hardly realized he was there most of the time! So far we’ve seen one sneak peek of the footage he’s captured and it was hands down exceptional!!! We had a very intimate wedding and my worry was that our photos and videos would portray an “empty” venue and not the intimacy that we intended. From what we have seen thus far, Chris has down a fantastic job with capturing angles and lighting that made sure the intimacy shows through! Chris and his wife have years of experience and knowledge! They go above and beyond to ensure you don’t have to worry about your videos. Honestly if it wasn’t for their expertise we would have never finalized a day of timeline! Thank you Chris for capturing our day! Can’t wait to see the full video! Highly recommend !!! -

Chris truly made our dreams come true with our wedding video. We could not have pictured a more perfect video to capture our day. When we started our search for a videographer we were trying to decide between a movie like video or more of a personal video with vows and voices in it. My husband and I are so happy we went with Heart’s Home Films! Now for a lifetime to come we will be able to listen to our vows, our ceremony and all the most important party’s of our wedding day. Chris was so personable and easy to work with. He made sure to capture all of our important parts of our day. Chris helped me adjust my time to ensure we could capture the most of our day. We are forever thankful we hired Heart’s home films!💕 -

Chris with Heart’s Home Films is the absolute BEST and we are so thankful we hired him as our videographer! I always knew I wanted videography done for our wedding and instantly fell in love with Chris’s editing style. I truly can’t say enough great things about Chris - his amazing talent, his professionalism, extremely personable, and his kindness. He captured every single moment of our day - even things that I had forgotten about or didn’t see (example: my brother getting low on the dance floor)! He made my husband and I feel extremely comfortable being in front of the camera all day. Sometimes I even forgot we were being videoed! He asked if we wanted to do a cool shot for the end of our video too which turned out to be incredible. Him and our photographer (Matt Lusk) worked really well together too. Our friends and family have told us how incredible our highlights video is and some have even said it’s the best wedding video they’ve ever seen! Chris, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for capturing our day perfectly and seamlessly! If you are on the fence about a videographer, this is your sign to hire one! And not just anyone, choose Heart’s Home Films! You won’t regret it! -

Chris is amazing! We were on the fence if we wanted videography and it would of been a huge regret if we had decided to skip out. You’re day flies by but Chris captures all the special moments and you get to relive it again and again! He was so fun to work with and captured more moments than we even realized we’re happening!
I work in the wedding industry and Hearts Home has always been one of my favorite videographers to work with! We are so thankful we had you on our special day!!! -

We were on the fence about hiring a videographer, but after looking at some of the highlight reels on Heart's Home Film's blog, we knew we wanted our own. I can't describe how much we love our highlights in addition to the full feature video - we also got the raw footage which has been a lot of fun to look at! Chris is so much fun to work with, and makes you feel completely at ease. We thought maybe having someone filming us would create some awkwardness, but it wasn't the case at all. If you are on the fence about a videographer, do it. You won't regret it. -

Chris went so far above and beyond! He was willing to meet up with us before the wedding, answered emails quickly and did such a great job communicating and answering all of our questions as a destination wedding couple. He was such a blast to work with, captured all of the special moments of our big day, and gave us the most beautiful film we will watch forever! Our film is filled with special touches that highlight us as a couple so perfectly. So many of our guests raved about him and how professional, fun and cool he was. I knew immediately after seeing some highlight reels on Chris's website that booking Heart's Home Films to capture our wedding day was a no brainer. Chris's knowledge, expertise, kindness, attention to detail, communication, flexibility, and humor made him so easy and fun to work with! He was there on our wedding day from start to finish to capture all of our moments and worked seamlessly with our photographer to get all of the necessary shots and angles. Best part is that he was able to fly his drone and include the beautiful footage of the ocean that day into our film!! Our package came with a teaser film, highlight film, and the final full wedding film - I HIGHLY recommend this package and am so happy he offers the various film lengths. We sent out the teaser and the highlight films to our family and friends, including those who were not able to attend, and the compliments are still pouring in from them about how incredible they are. Chris perfectly captured the emotions and beauty of our special day and even worked with me about specific songs that I wanted incorporated into the videos. The end results surpassed all of my expectations - they are simply stunning and I cry every time I watch them! Thank you Chris for such extraordinary videos and being a part of our big day - we will cherish these films forever!!! -

I was one of those indecisive brides who couldn't decide if I should splurge on a videographer or not. At the last minute, I decided I would regret it if I didn't hire one, and I am SO glad I did! Chris came highly recommended to me by my photographer, and I can, without a doubt, say he was a dream to work with! Chris was so nice, flexible, and easy to work with from the moment we started talking. He talked me through my budget and timeline, and helped me capture exactly what I wanted on our day. Chris was like a ghost - we barely even noticed he was there, but he captured some of the most beautiful and fun shots of us! He was very quick with his turn around time, sending us our short highlight video 10 days after our wedding! Both the highlight and full video are absolutely perfect - something we have already watched over and over again and will treasure forever. I can't believe I ever thought about foregoing a videographer - I am beyond thrilled that we have this day captured forever. -

Chris is just the BEST and had the highest recommendation from our incredible photographers Ryan & Rach! It truly felt like we were working with the DREAM TEAM having them all on our special day! You won’t even feel like there is a video camera following you, which of course allows Chris to capture those genuine, natural moments! Chris truly has such a gift with his camera. His editing style is exactly what drew us to Heart’s Home Films to begin with, his work is so sincere and being on the other side of the camera, he made us feel completely comfortable. Chris truly helped make our day! When it was pouring all day, windy and just the worst weather, Chris truly showed how much he cares about his work and the couples he captures, when he offered to come back days later to get those sunset clips we were dying for! His kind heart and incredible talent make him the best in the game! Chris we can’t thank you enough! -

I had known I wanted videography done for our wedding from the start and happened to fall in love with Chris's style. He was easy to get ahold of, very relaxed but also extremely helpful. The day of, Chris got to our beach house and just did his thing. He was very chill and down to earth and worked very well with the chaos of our group. It unfortunately ended up raining and he was down for whatever we decided we wanted to do and just rolled with the punches of the day (and he even agreed to move around his day had he needed to come earlier). He even offered to stay to get a shot I mentioned really wanting. The day itself was a bit of a nightmare but on a day where most things went wrong, choosing Chris was one of the things that definitely went right! I don't even have the video back yet, because the wedding was the day before I wrote this, but I'm sure it will be nothing short of amazing! He is worth every single penny we spent and then some! If you want video for your event (and you do), do yourself a favor and choose Hearts Home Films! -

I wish I could give Chris more than a 5 star review because he truly deserves it! Chris and Heart's Home Films gave us the most amazing gift of being able to relive our most favorite day for the rest of our lives. I felt like I had known Chris for a lifetime, he made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera. He worked seamlessly with our photographer and the rest of our vendors to make sure our day went off without a hitch. Even with last minute changes, Chris was flexible and accommodating. Not only is he someone that you just want at your wedding because he is totally fun, but he is incredibly talented when it comes to his videography. He got shots that we didn't even realize he was getting during the day and when we rewatched the videos, we were in tears. He truly made us feel like we were living that day over. Our family and friends, and even people we hadn't talked to in years that saw our video on facebook, cannot stop raving over how incredible it was. If you're like we were and on the fence about hiring a videographer, don't waste anymore time. I truly can't imagine what our day would've been like without Chris. By far, this is the best money we spent on our money and I would hire Heart's Home Films a million times over!! Thank you Chris!!!! -

Chris was great! He sent the teaser and we shared it with our family and friends and they loved it - then he sent the highlight video which just got even better! Then when we got the final we could wait to watch it and watched it the same day we got it - AMAZING!! It had us in tears and we shared that with family and friends and they all LOVED IT!!! It gave us an opportunity to relive our wonderful day through the moments Chris captured and put on together showing all the special moments and times. It was great to be able to see everyone and everything all over again. The day goes by so fast and he gave us a priceless gift to see everything again - even moments we forgot about. This is will be watched many times - we almost didn't video and we are so glad we did - really recommend it and Chris to everyone! Chris was by far the best videographer we could ask for! Very responsive, perfectly professional, and the day of was even better. He stayed out of the photographers shots, and still managed to get the perfect shots for our video! Couldn't recommend this company enough. -

I found Chris about 2 weeks before our wedding Thanks to a video with one of our other vendors on Instagram! And to add to the short notice we also moved our wedding day up a day due to bad weather coming in. He was super flexible, wonderful to work with, and the videos are Amazing!!! The Sneak Peak video was perfect and he had it done pretty quickly!! We even had some obstacles to jump to get some great photos and videos... he was all in!! Highly recommend Heart’s Home Films!!!
