We hired HD liquid catering for our wedding this past weekend, and they were great! From the initial quote, signature drink tasting, and wedding day services, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I felt like I had a million questions throughout the process, and they were there to answer every question. Our wedding bartender, Chris aka "mustache" was great! Super personable and fun! HD liquid catering was the right choice for us, and I'd recommend them for any event.

Required Vendor-Great Experience
HD Liquid Co. was the required vendor for our venue (BRIK). We still had an excellent experience working with HD Liquid Co! They responded in a timely manner to emails and answered our numerous questions. One standout experience was being able to get our cocktail tastings to-go because we had moved out of state and had limited time to do final meetings while back in Texas. HD Liquid Co. was flexible with our needs.
At the reception, the bartenders were professional and the set-up looked excellent. We loved working with HD Liquid Co!

Great Choice!
Overall very happy with having them bartend my wedding. It was so nice not having to worry about bringing or setting up anything as they took care of it all. I had open beer & wine, but they also provided the liquor for a shot toast I wanted to do during our cocktail hr. They made all the details come to life and had a great selection of beer and wine to choose from. Very happy with selecting them!

Responsive, professional, and very easy to work with!
We hired HD Liquid Catering for our wedding in Sept 2022. They were incredibly responsive to email and were always more than happy to work with us while tailoring our alcohol menu. Throwing in a last-minute menu item the week of the wedding didn't phase them at all-- they added it to the menu no problem! On our actual wedding day, the staff did an amazing job. They ensured that my husband and I had drinks in hand before we even asked throughout the entire night. It made us feel pampered and added to the enjoyment of the day. I would recommend them to any of our friends for any event, especially their wedding day.

We LOVED HD Liquid Catering! We hired them for our wedding and they operated flawlessly. They are seasoned pros and excel and events of this level. Wow they were amazing! We brought our own alcohol, but needed bartenders and glassware etc.. We also decided to use two signature Cocktails from them and wow they did not disappoint! We had a fantastic experience with HD Liquid Catering. From our first interaction through the wedding, Heather was friendly, responsive and patient with us through many rounds of changing our mind on the beverage menu. We absolutely loved our experience with HD! They were so patient and flexible in the planning process & answered all our questions promptly. The tasting was awesome and they even helped to recommend the right glasses to meet our vision. We utilized the boozy bike to greet our guests as they arrived, serving The Gentleman & The Raspberry Rose. OMG so delicious & we received so many compliments. The team even sent us home with leftover mix! The set up was so cute! The bartenders were fast, friendly and energetic alllllll night long. I literally did not have to think about a thing....this team had it covered from the planning process through night end. Love HD Liquid and would recommend 120%!

I special requested to not have a traditional bar front but rather have drinks served to person. They nailed it! Each bartender took such great care of every guest. The drinks were DELICIOUS. No one had to wait for anything. Each detail was handled with care. HD did everything with excellence. They went above and beyond and made our night so special. The bartenders were great! They allowed us to bring in our own drinks and brought all the mixers for us. They made the signature drink that I had requested and kept everybody hydrated and happy.

Company with heart that celebrates all couples
In January, when we started this journey of planning our wedding we were turned away on our first weekend of touring venues because we were a same sex couple and the owner of the venue told us that we were not part of God's plan for marriage. It was heartbreaking. We shared our story and pressed pause on our plans, unsure if we were up to the challenge of planning a wedding in Texas as a gay couple. We were not prepared to come out to every one of our vendors and hope that they would accept us. One of the many vendors that heard our story and jumped to our defense was Don at HD Liquid Catering. He was upset at what had happened to us and wanted to do something to help make it right and offered to donate free wine and beer for 200 guests for our wedding reception. We were blown away! They didn't have to do that, we were complete strangers and they are one of the best bar catering companies in Dallas, but they wanted to do it to show that they are committed to equality and they understand that everyone deserves love. They are more than just talented bartenders and beverage caterers, they are amazing people. We know that there are plenty of bar catering companies out there that you can hire for your wedding but if it is important for you to support a company that not only welcomes but celebrates all couples (and their guests) then please give HD Liquid Catering a look. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Wedding Bar Services
We had three amazing ladies work the bar at our wedding and they were perfect! They worked quickly and were respectful to our guest! They helped me (the bride) and my husband stay hydrated and enjoy our night. They even stocked our get away truck with water before we made our exit so we stayed hydrated! We would definitely use their services again!

We recently used HD at our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the day we signed the contract to the end of the wedding, they made everything very easy and removed a lot of stress. We received multiple compliments about the service and attitude displayed by the bartenders. Not only did they handle ALL of our bar needs for the reception, but they also coordinated additional rentals that our catering company did not provide. HD Liquid Catering are true professionals. I worked with Katie leading up to the wedding and she made the process so easy. She was quick to respond to my emails and questions, and made this aspect of wedding planning a breeze. We purchased all our own alcohol and beverages, then HD showed up early and setup both of our bars (we had one outside for cocktail hour and one inside for the reception). They setup and manned both bars, kept our guests happy, and cleaned everything up afterwards. I really didn't have to worry or lift a finger when it came to the bars because HD had it covered. We've recommended HD to our fellow engaged friends and we'll continue recommending them to others!

Great Bartending
We booked HD with the intent to serve alcohol 4 month before our wedding day I was laid off from my job. I called HD initially to cancel there services and then they informed me they had soda package we could go with and with what we already payed we wouldn't owe any more. So we choose that ad it saved us the hassle of worrying about the drinks. I Highly Recommend HD Liquid Catering!!!

Katie and HD Liquid went above and beyond! Great people to work with. We kept making little changes here and there - was no problem to them. They were very nice and professional. Popping Bottles and Having a Blast!
HD Liquid Catering was a fantastic choice for my bar and beverage needs. Communication was swift and open. I could email Bonnie, their coordinator, and get a response within 24 hours consistently. The did an amazing job with our mimosa and bloody mary bar. Guests said the drinks were delicious and the pours were generous. We had a coffee and hot chocolate bar as well, which they set up super cute and brought all sorts of great flavors and toppings to let guests customize their drink experience.
The bar staff for the event arrived on time and got everything set up and broken down quickly. They were fun, personable, and very professional. One of my underage guests tried to pull a fast one on them and get a drink from them, but they refused to serve her. I really appreciate their commitment to doing the right thing in that situation.
Overall, I had a great experience with HD and would 100% recommend them.

I thought they were so professional and easy to work with. Not only did we have great service but our drinks were awesome. They helped pick up trash and bus tables at the end of the night which was so helpful. They did run out of a few mixers but in all fairness our families are quite heavy drinkers. All in all I would definitely recommend them for a wedding/event.

Bonnie was absolutely amazing to work with! Their team was excellent and made our wedding run so smoothly and were excellent hosts to our guests. They made the experience great and were super responsible ahead of time and even had overage for us just in case! They worked with us ahead of time and gave us different options and even let us change things up all the way until a few days before the wedding. I could not recommend them enough and went above and beyond the whole wedding reception! They were a JOY to work with and even had some of their staffers doing other things throughout the wedding. Amazing Customer Service
HD Liquid was amazing for my wedding's beer and wine bar. When I told Bonnie that my (now) husband and I did not like beer and asked if we could swap a beer for a cider instead, she instead provided a cider option for no additional charge on top of all the original beer options. My guests were so pleased with the amount of options and the friendliness/professionalism of the bartenders. I would definitely use them again!

HD Liquid Catering was so great to work with - and we had a lot of requests! The whole team at HD worked with us to make our wedding perfect! We had a flight theme and the whole staff dressed as flight attendants and really got into the role. They also provided flight carts to serve drinks from! They also had a drink tasting with us and created signature drinks just for us. We also wanted to ship in special beer and they worked for weeks with the brewery and distributor to make sure it was here on time. The drinks were delicious, the service was top notch, and I can't thank them enough!

Although it was a crazy night, I did make it to the bar once and the guests I talked to (and I talked to all of them) loved it and gave me very positive feedback. The staff was set up and ready to go when the first guests arrived for a drink at 3:30 and were available until the last person departed. Drinks were great and prepared as requested. Everyone loved the signature 'Perfect Pair'! I was brought a beer and it was Ice cold. The only way to drink em. Hate tepid beer and more often than not they're being served that way by restaurants and bars. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, quick to serve waiting guests; the bartenders were outstanding. And I can't say enough about the office staff. They made the whole process sooo easy and provided everything exactly as requested. Thanks for handling every little detail. With so much to fret over, it was so nice not to have to worry about the bar. These guys are the best!

HD was great throughout the entire process. From sending multiple proposals as we explored various options for our bar service to answering our detailed questions and providing advice along the way, they were extremely helpful! The bartender who worked our wedding was polite and professional and took great care of us and our guests.

HD Liquid Catering was amazing!!! We felt so cared for and accommodated for and it was all for a FANTASTIC price. They were on time and all guests were happy!!! Definitely recommend - especially if you're getting married in Aubrey, they're used to weddings in Aubrey!

Happy with the service from HD liquid Catering! My (now) husband requested a special beer, not usually available in Texas, but they arranged to get it for our special day! (The truck carrying it broke down and it didn't actually make it to the wedding, but, things happen.) I also made a special beer request, and they accidentally brought the wrong kind...but before I even knew it the mixup was corrected and my special request was flowing! The bartenders were polite and helpful and on top of it all night.

HD Liquid Catering was a great part of our wedding day! We booked them for both cocktail hour and for the reception. Everything went very smoothly and the guests were all very happy. They did a fantastic job serving for us. I would definitely recommend HD Liquid Catering.

I was beyond satisfied with my experience with HD! Tiffany, Beau and Russell were all extremely attentive and accommodating at my wedding. My guests and I felt very taken care of and we didn't have to lift a finger. I would not recommend anyone besides HD for bartending and/or event staffing!

Nerada/Tillett Wedding. HD did an awesome job at our wedding reception for our daughter and son-in-law. They were very professional, from the way the treated all our guest, to the attire they wore, to everything provided. We could not have asked for a better day and HD truly did there part to make it special, as well. Thank you for all you did.
