  Chair Rental

  We rented chairs from Hayward's and it was such an easy process. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. I did not have to worry about a thing! They were also very accommodating when I had to make a huge change due to COVID.

  Helpful and wonderful attention to detail!

  I work at a very busy Wedding and Event venue, and recommending Haywards Decor is ALWAYS a pleasure. Dimitri the Owner, always goes out of his way to help our clients with pricing, set up and attention to detail with their set up. I will continue to keep recommending them to all our clients to come!

  Chair rental

  I used their service for our head table/bridal party chair rental. They were easy to work with and sent me a text (and photo) when they set up the table. I had one small tweak of what I wanted it to look like and they did it immediately then with another picture to follow. After my event was done they picked them up all in one price. It was great!

  Chiavari Chairs for Wedding

  Dimitriy was by far one of the best vendors I had a privilege to work with during my wedding planning time. The fact that he was willing to deliver the gold chiavari chairs 3.5 hours away from his location to my venue says a lot. He was always available and extremely flexible and made it a great experience for me. I would definitely work with him again if I got the chance.

  BEST Quality at BEST prices

  There are SO MANY vendors to choose from for your event rentals, but I KNOW I can count on getting the best quality at the best prices with Haywards Decorations. I've been working with them since 2012 and have NEVER been disappointed. Not to mention they are always on time for delivery and pick up. Honestly, can't recommend them high enough!

  I had the total please of working with Hayward’s Decor for a gala that my non-profit organization was hosting.
  
  They were amazing in all aspects of their service. So friendly, arrived on time, and made our space look beautiful!
  
  I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They were so great, and very nice! Their lighting expertise made our event space look magical!

  Dimitriy is such a pleasure to work with, his quality of work is and rental equipment is the best of the best. His customer service and professionalism are his first priority which makes him a great vendor to work with. From chiaviari chairs to draping and up-lighting he has almost anything you would need. I would highly recommend Hayward's Decorations for any of wedding decoration needs.

  Haywards provided the ivory chair covers and navy organza sashes for our wedding reception at the Sentinel. Every detail of their work is beautifully executed and done with care. The chair covers and sashes really helped take the room to the next level! We cannot thank Dimitri and his team enough for making our wedding such a perfect day.

  Hayward decorations was wonderful to work with. They gave us excellent advice along with beautiful chair covers. There was no problem adjusting our order numbers when we got our final count. and the prices were affordable. Everything was set up better than we had hoped for and we did not have to worry or fuss over anything. I would use their services again!

  We were very impressed with the quick response to our questions, friendly, couteous staff, and good condition of all our rental pieces. They even slip-covered every Gold Chiavari chair to transport and keep them in good condition.
  They did a fantastic job of the up-lighting for the ballroom. It was romantically beautiful. Thank You!

  With everything else there is to worry about when planning your wedding... this is NOT one of them. When I was planning my wedding, we got married at the Adrianna Hill Grand Ballroom and Dimitri was great at working with my wedding coordinator there. Everything was flawless. Thank you!

He met with my family and I on multiple occasions to perfect each backdrop idea for my Indian wedding. Everyone at the wedding was impressed by his work and could not stop raving about the decor. In addition, the prices were fantastic in comparison to other companies. Dimitriy put his heart into making my wedding weekend special and I am thrilled at the result.
