Chair Rental

We rented chairs from Hayward's and it was such an easy process. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. I did not have to worry about a thing! They were also very accommodating when I had to make a huge change due to COVID.

Chiavari Chairs for Wedding

Dimitriy was by far one of the best vendors I had a privilege to work with during my wedding planning time. The fact that he was willing to deliver the gold chiavari chairs 3.5 hours away from his location to my venue says a lot. He was always available and extremely flexible and made it a great experience for me. I would definitely work with him again if I got the chance.

Chair rental

I used their service for our head table/bridal party chair rental. They were easy to work with and sent me a text (and photo) when they set up the table. I had one small tweak of what I wanted it to look like and they did it immediately then with another picture to follow. After my event was done they picked them up all in one price. It was great!

I rented chiavari chairs for my wedding and I absolutely loved them! He was willing to work with on the pricing and he was very personable and professional! I would definitely recommend him for rentals!

Dimitriy is such a pleasure to work with, his quality of work is and rental equipment is the best of the best. His customer service and professionalism are his first priority which makes him a great vendor to work with. From chiaviari chairs to draping and up-lighting he has almost anything you would need. Made our event spectacular!

I had the total please of working with Hayward’s Decor for a gala that my non-profit organization was hosting.

They were amazing in all aspects of their service. So friendly, arrived on time, and made our space look beautiful!

BEST Quality at BEST prices

There are SO MANY vendors to choose from for your event rentals, but I KNOW I can count on getting the best quality at the best prices with Haywards Decorations. I've been working with them since 2012 and have NEVER been disappointed. Not to mention they are always on time for delivery and pick up. Honestly, can't recommend them high enough!

Haywards provided the ivory chair covers and navy organza sashes for our wedding reception at the Sentinel. Every detail of their work is beautifully executed and done with care. The chair covers and sashes really helped take the room to the next level! We cannot thank Dimitri and his team enough for making our wedding such a perfect day.

Haywards Decorations provided my chairs, chair covers and uplighting for my wedding. I am an event planner and have recommended Haywards to my brides for years! Dimitriy (the owner) is amazing and provides quality products, always on time & so warm and friendly. It's very rare that an operations team will ASK planners to use specific vendors, but Dimitriy is requested by a very busy venue because they know he will "take care of business" and they all love seeing him. It's important to stay personal and CARE, especially in the event industry. Dimitriy is a ray of sunshine as a person and products and service to match his own integrity. Only 5 star ratings available on this site, but Haywards's Decorations is a 10 in my opinion!

Hayward's Decorations had exactly what I was looking for at such an affordable price! They met all my expectations and truly provided quality service. I had ordered chiavari chairs and uplighting with them. The chairs added the perfect touch for a classic feel and the uplighting was customizable to my wedding colors. We were very impressed with the quick response to our questions, friendly, couteous staff, and good condition of all our rental pieces. They even slip-covered every Gold Chiavari chair to transport and keep them in good condition.

Hayward decorations was wonderful to work with. They gave us excellent advice along with beautiful chair covers. There was no problem adjusting our order numbers when we got our final count. and the prices were affordable. Hayward's Decorations is phenomenal. Dimitriy is kind, honest, sincere, hard working, and friendly. He has excellent communications and goes above and beyond to accomplish your desired decor idea. He met with my family and I on multiple occasions to perfect each backdrop idea for my Indian wedding. Everyone at the wedding was impressed by his work and could not stop raving about the decor. Hayward's provided chair covers and sashes for our wedding ceremony/reception. They were amazing in that we needed to alter our numbers up until a week before our wedding date. Hayward's provided the number of chairs/sashes that we needed with all the changes and no hassle. Our venue was beautiful and the chairs/sashes were an added bonus to make it even more beautiful!

For our wedding day, we chose Haywards Decorations to do our decorations for the ceremony and reception hall. They did a great job and let us choose whatever decorations we wanted....and even ordered what they didn't have to do just what we wanted. That was surprising because many other decorating companies have a catalog that you can pick from what they already have. What amazed us was the ease in choosing our decorations due to flexibility of Dima and Olga. They are great people to work with and everything was done to perfection and on time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their wedding or party to be stress free and look beautiful!

I found Dimitriy Hayward originally from Instagram as I was searching vendors and reception I found him. I messaged him via IG and he responded quickly! I emailed him and told him what I wanted and what I am looking for. I was pretty open with the budget and he did his best to work with our tight budget. He isn't just a vendor, Dimitriy actually became our friend. He is wonderful to us and got to know each other very well while planning our wedding at the same time. He is always there when we need/needed him. He never let me feel stressed out at all. He did an awesome job overall! Thank you so much Dimitriy! We had seen pictures of Dimitriy's work and were blown away, but that was nothing compared to how beautiful our wedding turned out. He and his team did an amazing job and made sure our day was perfect. He was very flexible about when/where we could meet with him, and he was very prompt in returning phone calls and answering any questions we had. Granted neither of us will ever be getting married again, but if we ever have another large, formal gathering, we will consult him first for any decoration needs. Thank you so much, Dimitriy!!!

Hayward's Decorations, LLC Were very professional and sweet, and very very helpful. When I went to their show room, I had an idea of what I wanted, and they made it come to live. I had the most beautiful wedding with their help. I would recommend them to anyone.
They are responsible, and responsive, giving the bride an option to change her mind and make adjustments to the decor if needed.

I loved their linens! I rented chair covers and sashes. The chair covers are top quality made out of a blend that lends itself to a thick, smooth look with no wrinkles. They have a wide array of sashes to choose from in both organza and satin. I went with a deep plum satin for the sashes and they looked so elegant. It made an otherwise ho-hum hall look truly elegant. Dmitri helped me decide on the color and it was really a hit. He was wonderful to work with - very professional and helpful and flexible. Also this place is not nearly as expensive as other rental places. A+ rating from me!

Dimitriy and his wife are very professional with an eye for detail. I have utilized the services of Hayward's decorations for two weddings. Dimitry was responsive, reliable and very professional. He supplied the chair covers and sashes for our wedding, set them up, and took them down. We had no problems at all and the price was good. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Dimitriy was extremely helpful and got me exactly what I wanted for my wedding day, although I only gave him 2 weeks warning! I ordered 160 chair ties in a 8 different colors, and despite the short notice, he had everything together for me exactly when I needed them. The only (VERY minor) thing that I could point out was that I had to email/call a couple times to follow up after my initial inquiry to get the transaction going, but once we got the ball rolling, everything went so so smoothly, and Dimitriy was kind and efficient despite my last minute order.
