The venue was totally customizable, allowed outside vendors, and flexibility with arrival on site. You can get ready on-site and stay late. Crystal & her team were helpful, generous, & so much fun! We didn’t have to worry about one thing, we knew it would be perfect. No other venue in the Temecula/Murrieta area came close to Hawk Ranch. I would recommend this venue to anyone that loves an outdoor wedding.Hawk Ranch's reply:

The most magical venue - 10 stars if I could!
Let me just start by saying what an amazing day and venue Hawk Ranch is for a wedding. When we were looking for venues, I didn’t want anything over the top — I just wanted something beautiful, natural, and stress-free. The moment we drove through the gates of Hawk Ranch, it felt magical.
Then we met Crystal… and don’t even get me started on her! She was beyond amazing from the very beginning. She walked us through the property, explained exactly how the day would flow, and truly made us feel like we were in good hands.
We planned our wedding for two years, and Crystal stayed in touch the entire time — checking in, keeping us calm, and making sure every little detail was handled. She coordinated with vendors, managed head counts (which I changed about four times after the due date!), and kept everything running smoothly so we didn’t have to stress.
Seeing the venue transform from a blank slate into my dream wedding was unbelievable. The ceremony site was everything I imagined and more, and the reception and cocktail areas were laid out perfectly. Once the sun went down, the twinkle lights made the night absolutely magical.
The Hawk Ranch staff, catering team, security, and bar were all incredible. Even when our dogs needed water during the ceremony, someone found a way to make it work using a tray — that’s the kind of care and attention they give.
All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning the venue was — many said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to.
If I could give Hawk Ranch 10 stars, I absolutely would. This place and the people behind it made our day perfect in every way!

Mother of the Bride Approved!
This is one of the best venues and Crystal is the most awesome coordinator! Everything was perfect for my daughter and new son-in-law. Attention to detail was first and foremost! Caterers are fabulous, Hawk Ranch staff is friendly and extremely helpful, and the location is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue. -

I just had my wedding here a few days ago and I am still on cloud nine from all the amazing attention my husband, family, friends and I experienced that day. My goal was to be the least stressed out bride and I can honestly say that everyone at Hawk Ranch was a HUGE reason for that. This year long experience was truly incredible. We went to other venues but never felt respected until we stepped foot onto the Hawk Ranch property. We were welcomed and shown the property, we met the animals and received so many wonderful ideas and suggestions for vendors from the first day! Every single one of their suggested vendors was professional, communicative and attentive. The day of we received nothing but love and every single detail was flawless and perfect. I would absolutely recommend them for your special day and would like to give a special thanks to Kylie, Crystal and Heather for everything! -

I could not have asked for more
When my husband and I first toured Hawk Ranch, it was the only place we visited and we just knew that it was the one. The property was exactly what I had envisioned my wedding to look and feel like and we knew we didn't have to see another venue. The Hawk Ranch team was amazing from start to finish, and the word amazing doesn't even cover it. Crystal and Heather are the power duo that any bride would hope to have in their corner on their special day! The venues wedding packages offers almost everything you would need on your day; including the DJ, caterer, appetizers, linens, photo booth, bartenders, bridal suite, and groom lounge area. We held a 115 person ceremony and reception and it fit beautifully in their outdoor patio section. If it wasn't already such a warm night, they also offered the use of heat lamps to go around the dinner tables. They offer truly a variety of enhancements to fit your vision on your day, from lawn games to desert tables.

We fell in love with this venue the first time we toured it. They had a package that worked well for us, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish Kylie and Amanda were great to get everything up and running, and Crystal was amazing with all the prep closer to the day and day of! Just a dream team that handled everything and made sure it ran smoothly so I didn't have to worry about anything. They had so many details that made it extra special too - from drinks waiting for us at the end of the ceremony, to all the immaculate decorations. Quite a few friends said it was one of the best weddings they'd been to. Immeasurably grateful to the entire Hawk Ranch team for hosting the wedding of my dreams. -

Worth Every Penny!!
We got married at Hawk Ranch on June 9th 2022. It was simply the most perfect day! I went into the day totally confident that Chrystal was going to make our day magical. The planning process was well organized and she was always available when I had questions and needed advice. Everything I was told would be included was and more 💕 Also the vendors they recommended were amazing! Alex our D.J never let there be a dull moment and David our minister really captured our love in the ceremony. A lot of venues are beautiful but this one is special. The staff goes above and beyond for you. Thank you for everything

Just last week I had my wedding at Hawk Ranch and let me tell you they did an AMAZING job. When I say nothing went wrong, I mean it. Hawk Ranch far exceeded every expectation I had and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went perfectly. Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for all of their hard work throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they were with us every step of the way and always willing to help. Hawk Ranch was the first venue we visited and we loved it instantly. It is truly beautiful and the people make it even better. We received so many compliments from our guests and I am just so happy with how it all turned out. I cannot recommend Hawk Ranch Weddings enough 🤍 Thank you all (especially Crystal and Kylie) for making everything perfect! -

We needed a venue that could accommodate a large group (over 250) without breaking the bank, and at the same time felt special. Hawk Ranch was the right venue. From the moment we stepped on the grounds we felt special. We were able to create a warm, welcoming, and fun weekend for friends and family. With accommodations on site, and hotels close by, we were able to host family and friends for dinner on Friday evening and Brunch on Sunday morning which gave us real quality time to spend with our friends, and yet still make the wedding itself feel separate and very, very special. The site is suitable for young, old, able-bodied, and disabled...all felt comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who enjoys nature and being outdoors...the views of the snow capped mountains, the blossoming trees, the beautiful pond just enhanced our celebration. -

At first I was undecided between two venues, we ended up choosing Hawk Ranch and I am so so happy we did! It was an amazing venue that we still get compliments on. All of our guests were happy and our photos turned out gorgeous. Cindy and her staff were absolutely amazing! -

The staff was fantastic and supper helpful. If your looking for a great venue and budget friendly then you have found the right one. We really did love the Hawk Rank!

Christine Sent on 02/25/2018My husband and I were married at Hawk Ranch on December 30, 2017. Beautiful day, beautiful place, awesome staff. Cindy, the ranch manager, made us feel so welcome from our very first meeting. The grounds are amazing and the day of our wedding we had our own coordinator, Lydia, at our disposal making sure everything ran smoothly. Hawk Ranch was the first venue we visited when looking for a place to get married and we looked no further because it was so breathtaking. If you are looking for a working ranch-type setting, Hawk Ranch is perfect. The bride's room is beautifully furnished, complete with makeup chairs and a chaise lounge. There is plenty of room for the entire bridal party. We had our reception in the adjacent "octagon" room but the weather was so nice we could have had our reception outdoors, which would have been spectacular as well. Definitely worth checking out!
