Beautiful, Durable Matching Rings From Hawaii

There are a lot of things we love, but in a nutshell: The customer service is fantastic and the rings are beautiful. This is a family business that makes durable bands on the Big Island, and they pick up the phone or get right back to you. There is also a discount on all future purchases. I bought mine after my fiancé bought his, and they gave me a discount and worked to match his ring (tiger Koa wood and blue-green Australian opal). Their work is guaranteed, and I can't wait to get back to Hawaii and visit their workshop!

The variety and quality of the rings speaks for themselves. They made a price work for me for the ring I wanted and it turned out amazing...Great Customer service! I also had an older ring of theirs that since then they have made changes and they made me a totally new one as opposed to just refinishing it and at no charge. They stand behind their product :-)

I had a new wedding band manufactured by Hawaii Titanium Rings. I was curious about adding some color to as opposed to a plain titanium band. The folks at HTR are very helpful and suggested widths of colors, etc. Their knowledge and vision help produce a ring that I get compliments on all the time and it is still thin on my finger. I would definitely recommend and/or buy another ring from these guys....

Working with Shana from Hawaii Titanium was a pleasure! I was at a loss to find a wedding band that matched by husband's black titanium with red carbon fiber inlay ring. I stumbled Hawaii Titanium on Etsy.com and Shana answered all my many many questions promptly and completely. When there was an issue with shipping due to me having a PO Box she took care of it quickly and gave me a refund on the postage right away. My ring fits like a dream, perfectly matches my husbands, and I just love it!

I have only positive things to say about Hawaii titanium rings.

When I saw the rings on the website, it was a revelation! The look was perfect, the price was right and they had options that really spoke to me (possibility to choose the profile of the ring, the finish, free engraving, etc.)

So I ordered one and received it in due time (even thought I am in Canada).

When i received it, it was a bit too big. I used the contact information included in the return policy and was immediately answered by Jerry, who was absolutely fantastic and helpful.

Within 3 weeks, my ring was back to me, perfectly fitted! Alana even followed up to make sure my FedEx delivery was alright.

Throughout my experience, I spoke to real people, no "automatic answers emails", real people all the way until everything was completed.

my fiance & I both ordered our wedding bands & while we can't wear them yet because our wedding isn't until next month we are in LOVE with them!! My fiance's ring didn't fit the first time around (we sized him incorrectly), we were able to send back his ring without a hassle to exchange for a new ring the correct size. We then returned both of our rings for engraving and they came back looking flawless!

I'm so grateful for such unique rings that fit our style & I definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a one-of-a-kind, gorgeous ring to go through Hawaii Titanium Rings!!

Took a koa titanium ring to replace the koa, had the ring for years and wore it almost everyday. The day that I dropped it off, I looked at another koa ring
With a engraved palm tree and a small diamond.
I was on my way to the airport and didn't have time to make a deal on it, so I gave them my mainland address for shipping the repaired ring.
While there I decided to buy the second ring, they shipped both rings to me, no charge for the repair and a discount on the second ring. Couldn't be happier with them, great service and great Hawaiian made product.

Im from Scotland and wanted a ring that would be comfortable, unique and reflect me, as I have to wear it always and am not used to wearing jewelry. I found my ring surfing your site. We had no trouble at all getting it sent to the UK and it fit perfectly. People constantly complement me on it, the women think it's lovely and my mates like the wood and titanium and how light it feels. The burl in the wood really shows, which I especially like.

For someone who never wore jewelry before getting married, it was important to have the right ring at the right size, and Hawaii Titanium Rings delivered. Where else can you find a company that is willing to ensure their customer's satisfaction is met? There are so many wonderful designs to choose from that I had such a hard time deciding - short of flying to Hawaii to pick one out, I was at a loss. Without hesitation all six of my chosen designs were made for me, even knowing that I would be returning five of them, if not all of them - with a full refund of those returned! After I chose my design, I had two more of the same design in different sizes made to ensure I got the perfect fit. I do not know of anywhere else I could have received this kind of treatment. I still get the occasional glancing stare when I mention that I first noticed this company from a back page ad in SkyMall one flight, but the uniqueness and craftsmanship makes this ring a conversation starter.

We ordered my husbands wedding band from Hawaii titanium rings. We absolutely love the ring! Shana was fantastic, very helpful, accommodating and professional. We were able to choose a design and customise it to suit our personalities. We sent sand collected from the beach where we were to get married and they incorporated it into the ring. The turn around time was amazing 3 weeks from inquiry to receiving the ring. We can't speak more highly of this great company.

Jerry and the team at Hawaii Titanium Rings were better than I could ever have expected. I had a special request for them to make a ring from a piece of an oak tree that my grandfather planted and they were more than happy to accommodate me. We ended up getting them to make three rings: one titanium and oak for my wedding ring and two solid oak for the ceremony itself. All three turned out beautifully and were finished and delivered even before we expected. We spoke over the phone and communicated by email and they always responded quickly. One of the rings was just a tad bit to small. We called Hawaii Titanium Rings and they were very accommodating. We sent in the ring and sure enough they were able to size the ring perfectly. We understand that titanium with wood inlay is extremely difficult to work with and we appreciated the expert knowledge of the craftsman who handled our rings.

We LOVE our rings. They can create your rings according to any type of wood/ material/ stone that you would like. They also add an inscription on the inside. The rings are one of the best parts of our ceremony. So glad that we decided to work with these guys to create something unique and special.

My fiancé and I met in Hawaii and we were casually joking about this dream wedding band since he's never wore jewelry in his life. He wanted koa wood to represent our love of the islands and amber so he always has me with him (my name is Amber). I think he suggested this because he thought it couldn't be done. My husband really never loved his wedding band but it was what we could afford at the time that we got married.

For our 5th Anniversary I wanted to do something special and get him a ring that he would love. He was an amateur wood worker and worked in a machine shop as his 'day job' so when I found Hawaii Titanium Rings (Titanium Ring Shop) I knew I found the PERFECT ring for him. It was a blend of his work life and he love for wood and even had the Amboyna that said many times was his favorite type of wood.

Jerry and Carolyn were absolutely great to work with in expediting the request to get it to me in plenty of time for our anniversary and making sure we had the right size.

The anniversary was so special. I had our preacher do a small vow renewal where my husband didn't see the ring until I put it on his finger. He was shocked.

Since that night he has shown it to anybody and everybody that halfway looks at the ring. It is a beautiful handcrafted ring, but most of all he knows the love that was put into the ring.

We love how beautiful and unique our rings are. It was great working with this company. We actually got our rings custom made from wood that was taken down during a tornado. We have rings made from osage orange and black walnut. The wood comes from my husband's farm. I love the sentimental value of it all. Also they engrave the inside of the ring with the bride and groom's names. I requested a fish be put in there too, not just a normal heart. they did it no problem. Love it and rings are lifetime guaranteed.

Hawaiian Titanium created a custom ring for my new husband that was exactly what we envisioned. The entire transaction was done via email with exceptionally professional and friendly customer service. They even took photo of our monogram and engraved it on the inside of the ring!

When the ring arrived it appeared to be just a tad too big (my then fiance had measured his finger on a very hot day, it was 100% our fault). Hawaiian titanium took the ring back and sent us a new one within a week at no additional cost.

Exceptional value and service.

Service was very good. There was a slight problem on the smaller ring as the engraving was extremely hard to read. When contacted, they redid the it and sent a duplicate ring with the engraving large enough to read and the return was very prompt.

Created beautiful titanium and koa wood rings for our wedding. We've had them 6 months and so far seem to be very durable. We are extremely pleased with the quality and look of the rings. Would highly recommend them.

They will customize your rings to any design within their limitations. The rings that I ordered came out better than I anticipated. It's worth the time to go into their main business to see the numerous designs of rings available and possibly find inspiration for a custom design.

Everybody that I have talked with or just said "hello" to have been super courteous, helpful, or just plain friendly.

This company is well worth the time if interested in custom titanium rings.

Hawaii Titanium Rings Review: My wife and I picked out my ring for our fortieth wedding anniversary right from the store-front in Kailua-Kona, HI. They had a wide selection and were very helpful while we made our choice. I was a little disappointed that the ring we choose would take two weeks to me made and shipped out to our home stateside, but the free engraving was a pleasant plus. When the ring arrived it was exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. Love the tiger kona wood surround and blue Lapis/silver inset. I'm a contractor, so I don't wear it on the job for safety reasons, however it wears well otherwise and shows no blemishes after 3 months. I am very pleased with our purchase and would gladly travel back to the Big Island and do it all over again!

I was looking for a wedding ring that contained malachite and titanium, and this was one of the few places I found that could do it, and seemed to be the most approachable as to making a specific ring. I ended up creating a custom designed ring that was eventually shipped. There were some difficulties getting the ring to come out looking nice with the specifications, but it eventually did. They pride themselves on customer service and having happy clients, and I can attest to that. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were in Kona for our Honeymoon and saw the storefront. My husband was looking at the rings and thought one of the Koa wood rings would be an excellent second wedding band. His size was not available, so we placed an order for a custom made band. It arrived on time, with an email statin the tracking number when shipped. He really enjoys this band, even saying he likes it better than his other one. He said it feels better on his hand and reminds us both of our wonderful Honeymoon trip. These are beautiful hand crafted rings.
The only reason I rated the value lower is because this is not a value purchase. The rings are expensive, but worth every penny.

Was on a vacation to Hawaii and my wife liked the rings. So we got one to replace my wedding band of gold. We had been married 50 years and this ring was my third wedding ring I have been wearing your ring for six months now and I like it. The old ring I cashed in with some other gold and got a bracelet. Your questions do not fit my situation.

I positively luv my ring. But, there was too much confusion about the design & too many delays in getting me my ring in a timely manner. While these issues lowered my ratings I would give this vendor another chance because of the quality of your product. I would recommend this vendor but, with a warning about what could happen.
