Choose Hatton Weddings! Joe is so professional and timely! Their work is so clean and beautiful! I immediately felt assured as soon as I was in contact with him. Katie, a photographer for his brand, took the photos on our wedding day and Joe edited. They are AMAZING! Very great work for a reasonable price! Katie even texted on the morning of the wedding and asked if I needed her to grab anything, how thoughtful! Choose Hatton Weddings, you won’t be sorry! I’d give 6 stars if I could!-

He is the best photographer I could have hired for my special day. I booked him 12-14 hours before my event and he was amazing. I got lucky that I found him. He is extremely professional and he even showed me some samples of my pictures a couple of hours after my event. I already love them. Joe was there before time and stayed extra even though it was freezing. -

Great Experience!
With only a months notice for booking, Joe exceeded expectations beyond belief! My husband and I were a little nervous about taking photos but he made the experience very easy, relaxed and very enjoyable! His kindness and positivity was a welcome addition to our evening. We love the photos and will cherish them forever. Thank you Joe for everything! -

Amazing Experience!
I cannot say enough good things about working with Joe. Before the event he was great at communication, fast response to requests and a very fair payment price and policy. Joe did an amazing job at my engagement! Not only was he accommodating and responsive throughout the days leading up to the day, but the day before he followed up with me to make sure we were a go! He was super nice and conversational, and we had an amazing photoshoot after the proposal, really helpful with getting a good pose set up. He really made that special day even better, 10/10 would definitely recommend him!

Wonderful experience!
We absolutely LOVED our session with Joe. Last minute we decided to get family photos done and we were fortunate Joe had an opening. We were nervous about our young toddler behaving but Joe assured us it would all work out. He was right! Jess, Joe’s wife, joined to assist with the session and she was a huge help throughout the whole process. Joe and Jess made us feel so special and it shows through the photos. We love our photos and can’t recommend them enough! -

Communication
I was really hopeful they would be a great option for our engagement photos but so far the experience hasn't been good. From the beginning the communication was not done well, 1-2 weeks between replies but did reply quickly when money was involved. In one message in The Knot I provided my phone number so we could talk more or I could get a reply faster. Immediately that night, I didn't get a verbal reply I got a payment request from cash app THEN a text later. After texting I did use Apple Pay because it's safer, and I wanted to lock in our date for engagement photos. They say reach out any time but they do not communicate effectively. I became concerned and wanted to cancel, to save money and to not deal with the uncertainty. Was told I wouldn't receive a refund of my deposit but they never mentioned a cancellation policy/non-refund when they asked for the deposit and nothing is listed on any of their profiles or main website. So we kept the session date, communication was again 1-2 weeks in between replies. First they're sick, then they're traveling, then they're ready to work but still no contract was sent my way and no desire to give concrete details of the photo session. I've been patient but patience only lasts so long. My fiance and I do not recommend using them for photos, from our experience it seems more like a scam to take money as deposits for the date and then bad communication. -
