Fabulous team that executed our vision perfectly

My husband and I got married at the High West Distillery in Wanship, UT. We live in Nashville and as a result, we relied heavily on Kasey at Harvest Moon to plan the wedding. Kasey and her team were a pleasure to work with and executed our vision flawlessly and on budget! The team was organized and kept us on a timeline that ensured we secured our vendors and had adequate time to plan around the unique venue.

She was very flexible with us allowing us to determine the level of involvement needed by Harvest Moon for every aspect of the wedding. For example, we chose the photographer, transportation and band but all three of these were recommendations from Kasey. She provided us with a lengthy vendor list, which allowed us to choose the appropriate vendor to meet our desired taste and budget. She was extremely helpful with logistics on the actual wedding day, organizing all of the vendors and ensuring everything went smoothly (even if it didn’t we had no idea!). She was thoughtful bringing us cocktails and snacks during the reception and kept us on track to mingle with all of the guests and keep the flow of the wedding going (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, etc.). She handled last minute requests for a guests book, program and seating chart changes with ease, making the process less stressful for us.

I cannot say enough good things about Kasey and her team. They really went the extra mile to ensure every detail was perfect and that we had the perfect wedding day.

Best planner in Utah!

It is hard to explain how helpful, knowledgable, and amazing Kasey is / was to work with. She is extraordinarily detail oriented but also knows how to run her planning process in a calm manner which helped us, the stressed bride/groom, relax a bit. She is so accommodating and flexible, super open to a unique vision, and willing to make that vision happen however she can. Her team was amazing as well when it came to set up and she was there for us throughout the whole month leading up to the wedding and the day of. We could not imagine working with someone who was more fun and enjoyable to bounce ideas off of. Kasey knows what she is doing and is truly great at what she does.

Kasey is one of the most professional coordinators in the industry. She is very organized and creates clear timelines for vendors to follow. As a coordinator for an event rental company, she is always so kind and flexible to work with. We love providing rentals for each one of her events as they are always to well done down to the last detail!

rain or shine - they're perfect

highly recommend! Kasey did an incredible job planning, managing and executing our wedding at River Bottoms Ranch. my husband and i currently live in San Francisco and she made planning from another state easy. she had all the details handled for us. it actually ended up raining mid-ceremony on our wedding day and Kasey sprinted out with umbrellas to come to our rescue. she also had the arch moved under the pavilion so we could finish the ceremony and capture the moments beautifully. it was the perfect day!

Outstanding Design, Planning, Floral, and Week-of Wedding Coordination!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kasey/ HME team. She was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, and was attentive to the little details that made our wedding vision come to life! Kasey was also able to accommodate a change of venue without a glitch due to covid concerns from some family members. She integrated aspects pf our personalities including hanging a backlit parachute over the dance floor (my husband and I met skydiving), and fun signage like his and hers drinks wooden signs. The floral also came together beautifully. It was amazing to have Kasey and HME help take over communication with our other vendors the week and especially day of to keep everyone on the same page and make our day stress free and focussed on the wedding. We are so glad we had Kasey for our wedding and cannot recommend her enough!

Absolutely Amazing!

Kasey and her team were a pleasure to work with. With a few last minute changes/issues come up, everything was handled seamlessly and in such a professional manner. Kasey is extremely organized and thinks of everything! My vision came out just as I hoped for and it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Everyone is still talking about how amazing the whole night was, we wish we could do it all over again, with Kasey's help of course!

Can't Say Enough Good Things

We had Harvest Moon handle our wedding week-of coordination, as well as our flowers and decor. At the risk of sounding like I'm gushing, Kasey and her team were incredible and absolutely amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone who needed a wonderful events team who are also great people to be around. Harvest Moon took the time to really understand what we were looking for in our wedding and they made everything come to life exactly the way we wanted it. They were always great about responding quickly, even if it was a busy time for them, even if it was a quick acknowledgement of my email or call and letting me know that they're following up. Kasey and her team were consummate professionals and truly elevated what we hoped our wedding would be to a new level. They even took our crappy grocery store-bought cake and made it look like a professional had done it! It also spoke volumes to my husband & I that our other vendors commented to us that they were glad that we had booked Harvest Moon - they all said how they had enjoyed working with Kasey and her team in the past, and genuinely like the Harvest Moon team as professionals and as human beings. I meant it when I said I would name babies after Kasey because I honestly appreciate her work as a professional and her character as a human. Working with Harvest Moon for our wedding makes me want to come back to Park City and plan more events working with them in the future!

A fairytale wedding

We had a vision and Harvest Moon set it in motion and brought it to light! Lindsay Aucunas was exceptional, professional, thoughtful and amazing from start to finish! Our wedding was magical from beginning to end. Better than I could have imagined. The floral was spectacular and I had to walk around at the end of the night to revisit every detail in case our photographer missed anything. What a fabulous company to work with!!! Best balance of elegant beauty and insanely fun wedding

Kasey was an absolute pleasure to work with – she is the perfect balance of letting your vision come to life and providing helpful suggestions that will elevate your event in ways you didn’t imagine. When interviewing different wedding planners/coordinators I struggled with finding someone who was flexible, easy going, and willing to truly help us execute on a wedding that was uniquely us rather than letting her own vision, expectations, and production desires overpower. We hired Harvest Moon Events for month of coordination and design/floral – with Kasey having her own décor and floral in house, this not only allowed for a cohesive event, but also helped save on a lot of otherwise costly expenses. The day of the event, Kasey was so kind and helpful to all our guests and provided the most fun and beautiful event we could have ever asked for. I would recommend Kasey and her team in a heartbeat and hope to use her for more events in the future.

Above and Beyond Wedding Planning

Kasey Plourde and her Harvest Moon Events team beyond exceeded any expectations I had for any wedding planner. I originally was going to get married in Philadelphia, but 5 months before the wedding we changed our plans due to Covid to be outdoors in Utah at my aunt's private ranch. I planned my event from NYC in 5 months and Kasey held my hand every step of the way. From her vendor recommendations (which were all prefect), to her executing my vision in every way, she was SO available at ALL times to help me through the process. I would basically just tell her a vision, and she would create it as if it was no big deal. Her work was MAGIC. Harvest Moon did both my rehearsal dinner at the Stein Eriksen Lodge as well as my wedding which was at a private ranch. I would text her things like "can we have antler chandeliers in the tent" and she would just say "yes!" and would execute. "Can we have cowboy hats at the rehearsal" - and somehow she found affordable cowboy hats for everyone. The day before I asked if we could get sun umbrellas and fans for the ceremony, and she added them in with no issues. "Can we have a tractor filled with beer and seltzers as people walk in" - as usual Kasey's answer was yes. She made the most incredible welcome bags for all our guests and delivered them to every location that people were staying. Most stayed at two hotels where we had blocks, but a big group was staying at an Airbnb. I asked her two days before the wedding how she planned to get the airbnb the bags. She told me she already had them delivered to the airbnb and had someone let her into the house where she left the bags on the kitchen counter. I called her the wedding mafia! She also helped me save money in places where she thought we could. She even provided up-lighting for our tent as a complimentary service. Harvest Moon also did all my florals which were breathtaking. Kasey has the best personality and is just a pleasure to talk to and work with. She now feels like a close friend. My wedding on a private ranch required a tent, rentals, portable bathrooms, generators, transportation etc, and she pulled it all off without a hitch and without ever making me stressed. About an hour before the ceremony, a wildfire began about 20 miles from our venue and the buses to pick everyone up from the hotel were unable to get past the wildfire. Kasey found a way to get everyone to the ranch. She has an answer for EVERYTHING. Feel free to visit our hashtag #KushSolomonlySwears to see how she brought my ranch wedding to life. Blue Sky Wedding

Kasey at Harvest Moon Events was wonderful to work with! She was extremely detail oriented and so organized. She worked closely with me to make sure that our vision was executed on wedding day and it absolutely was. Our wedding was everything we could have imagined and more! The whole day ran so smoothly. Kasey helped coordinate all the vendors schedules day of the event and was the main point of contact. She also helped with set up and take town making it easy for myself and family to enjoy the day. I would highly recommend Kasey and Harvest Moon Events for every bride looking for a wedding planner. They were fantastic!

Harvest Moon is the best!

We can’t rave enough about Kasey and her team at Harvest Moon. She had quite the challenge planning our wedding during the many changes that COVID-19 brought throughout the summer of 2020, but she helped us pull off a day more perfect than we could have even imagined. Harvest Moon was flexible as we had to scale back from 150 people to 40 people, and change venues multiple times. They were responsive though my many emails, texts, and phone calls leading up to the big day. And they were encouraging of all our ideas, and thoughtful & helpful when we were out of ideas. Thank you Harvest Moon for the perfect wedding experience!!

A dream come true!

Kasey was the absolute best. We had to rearrange our plans due to the pandemic, so we had 3 months to plan the wedding of our dreams out of state and she completely nailed it! The level of detail was incredible and she was awesome to work with. It seemed like she was personally invested and that’s everything you want in a planner!

Hire Harvest Moon Events for your next party! They were fabulous.

I used Harvest Moon Events for the florals/decor for my wedding in the Chicago area this past November (2019). Kasey helped me with the planning process of my wedding, with small details I would not have thought of, and using my wishes and ideas along with her recommendations and expertise to give me the most beautiful day! As this event was in a completely different part of the country from their place of business, we worked together and with the venue to come up with a rather seamless plan. Kasey & Myke arranged for all of the florals and built all of our bouquets, table flower arrangements, floral hair clips and boutonnieres in their hotel room. Myke is a master at floral arrangements, they were stunning! It was November 1st, somewhat of a dead-zone of the year for flower selection, but they were able to find dahlias, anemones and hydrangeas, some of my most favorite flowers, for our day.
Harvest Moon Events is wonderful to work with, Kasey is so sweet and knowledgeable, and Myke executed our vision in the venue so beautifully. I would recommend their services highly!

Highly Recommend!

I am so grateful that we chose Harvest Moon's week-of coordination package (plus floral and rentals)! Kasey and her team understood our vision and went above and beyond to create an event that was better than we had ever imagined!

Several months in advance, Kasey was willing to go back and forth on the design plan until we figured out what worked best for our tastes and budget. Then, during the week of our wedding, Kasey sent such a thorough outline of the event that I knew I could relax and leave the details to her!

On the day of our wedding, she and her team were incredible! They were so friendly and pleasant to work with. They were very attentive to detail and executed the design plan flawlessly! The decor looked absolutely stunning! Kasey also took care of everything to make sure that the entire event ran smoothly.

Overall, my husband and I couldn't be happier with Kasey and the Harvest Moon team! I highly recommend them for any event!

Park City Destination Wedding - Harvest Moon Events

Kasey and her team of professionals at Harvest Moon Events are exceptionally talented, detail oriented, and fun to work with. My husband and I planned our destination wedding in Park City and we are so happy we chose Harvest Moon. Kasey guided us every step of the way and was extremely flexible and mindful of our budget. We worked back and forth a few times on the master list of decor until it met our vision and budget and the process was fun and painless. HME also serves as the florist, which is a wonderful bonus and I was extremely pleased with how gorgeous the bouquets, ceremony, and reception decor looked. My family has told me that several guests commented "this is the best wedding I've ever been to" and I attribute a large portion of this success to HME. Kasey was with me every step of the way on our wedding day (she bounced between overseeing the ceremony and reception set-up, my bridal suite where she delivered the bouquets and helped keep us on schedule, helping my wedding party stay coordinated for the ceremony procession, and even making minor suggestions to the reception schedule due to minor weather - which worked out great). My husband and I truly believe that we would not have a had such a flawless/perfect day without the help of Harvest Moon Events.

Dream Winter Wedding

A wonderful experience

Park City wedding, St Regis Deer Velly

I was a bit anxious planning my destination wedding within a 3 month window. Kasey with Harvest Moon was amazing! She is extremely organized and very pleasant to work with. Kasey pulled together all the vendors and info and my wedding day was beautiful and stress free. Because of her team all I had to worry about was getting my hair and makeup done and putting on my wedding dress. Working with them was a dream

I cannot say enough about Harvest Moon. They were our day of planner and florist for our wedding. Kasey was wonderful to work with and anticipated all of my needs and questions. Harvest moon managed to take my ideas (even the craziest of them) and vision and give them life. In the week leading up to our wedding, Harvest moon had everything in hand and gave us a very detailed day-of schedule. On our wedding day, Harvest moon helped me as the bride feel relaxed, and they walked us through everything that would happen. While taking pictures, they made sure we still got hors d’oeuvre and had everything we needed. I seriously cannot come up with more adjectives to describe how fantastic they were and how special and memorable they made our wedding. Thank you!

Planning a wedding can be stressful, especially if you are the mother of the bride and she is across the country!! Our first decision was to hire Harvest Moon Events who took all the worry away and guided us every step of the way. From the beginning to the final wedding event, every detail was covered. I truly appreciated all of the hard work the team put into our big day. It was absolutely beautiful! My vision was above accomplished and HME truly took the stress of the day, which was SO appreciated. Lindsey and Kasey were nothing but positive and HME worked so well with our venue. Their fast response time also helped to take anxiety away from the wedding planning.

My husband and I received countless compliments on everything from the flow of the day to every last detail of the ceremony/reception. I would book with HME any time in the future (and hope to do so!).

I couldn't have imagined pulling off my wedding without Kasey's help! She was super responsive, worked within my budget, did amazing decor, and made sure everything went smooth. We were doing an outdoor ceremony and the morning of my wedding it looked like there was a possibility for rain so the ski resort wanted to move the ceremony inside. Kasey knew how important this was to us and convinced them to wait until about an hour before the ceremony before making the call. I'm sure this was a lot more work for her since she did the decor but she fought to make sure we got what we wanted and I'm so glad she did because everyone still talks about how gorgeous our ceremony was.

Kasey and the Harvest Moon Team were the perfect choice for our New Years Eve wedding in Utah. The HME team worked tirelessly to bring our dream wedding to life. As most brides will understand, I changed my mind countless times during the process about the vision for our wedding and Kasey was endlessly patient and constantly adapting to meet my needs. When I wanted our reception to feel like a secret garden under the stars, HME came up with the idea to have 800 hanging LED votives suspended at varying heights from the ceiling. As I walked into our reception that night, the space looked so magical it took my breath away. Kasey is attentive to detail, thoughtful, creative, hard-working, and willing to make any idea come to life no matter your budget. We were able to rent fire pits, candles, lanterns, blankets, and so much more seamlessly through her team which was an added bonus! I feel so lucky to not only have had the greatest wedding planner in the world bring our fairytale wedding to life, but to now have also inherited one of the greatest friends. Harvest Moon exceeded all of our expectations! Kasey and her team seriously do an amazing job. They were able to execute our vision perfectly and then some. Harvest Moon Events was fantastic!! From our very first phone call, I knew I wanted to work with Kasey. She was incredibly flexible, easy to work with and very responsive. Even though we only hired her for the "week of" coordination services, she was available throughout my planning process to offer advice and support. She also is an incredible florist and decorator! We hired her for many of our decorations and all the flowers. We also did a fair amount of DYI things, which Kasey was very quick to help us arrange on the big day. Although I've never done weddings, I have produced numerous events of all sizes and must say what a delight Kasey and her team are. From the beginning, they were energetic and enthusiastic - completely on board, responsive and proactive. Kasey was also very flexible and willing to work within our budget. She gave us great advice when it came to suggestions about where best to limit costs and where to spend a little extra. She and her assistants were wonderful to have take charge at the rehearsal and through the wedding. I didn't need attempt to remember any details or timelines because I knew they had us completely covered. As the mother of the bride, I could fully relax and enjoy the moment knowing they had it all in hand. They were gracious and calm throughout. I would hire them in a heartbeat!!!

Working with Kasey and her team at Harvest Moon was just the best. We didn't have to worry about a thing the week of our wedding--which was incredible since we planned our Park City wedding as out-of-towners from the East Coast.

Kasey was such a pleasure to work with--genuine, energetic, and super responsive, lending true expertise to our ideas and plans. Kasey took care of coordinating all of the vendors I engaged over the months, and she helped to streamline the flow of the evening to make sure everything moved like clockwork. Leading up to the wedding, it was really helpful to be able to bounce ideas off of Kasey and to hear in her experience what's worked well (and what hasn't). Harvest Moon also took care of our flowers, decor, and layout, and the whole feel could not have been more perfect. The room setup and outdoor space were very conducive to the party vibe, and The flowers and design of the tables were just beautiful, and my bouquet was exactly what I wanted. Kasey's team even helped us surprise our guests with late night In-and-Out burger!

We had a really positive experience with Kasey at Harvest Moon Events. We were looking for someone who could execute our vision for an "American-Indian" fusion wedding. and she was perfect. We hired her for event design, floral, and "day-of" wedding coordination. Kasey worked well with us and easily understood our ideas and vision for our wedding at Snowbasin Resort. She was available and responsive every step of the way and was flexible with our changing vision and our budget constraints. She coordinated all the vendors that we hired to ensure that everything was seamless on our wedding day. Kasey went through rehearsals with us the day before for both our Catholic and Hindu ceremonies and had a detailed itinerary and was present every second on the wedding day itself, which went flawlessly. Kasey transformed the ski lodge into an enchanting hall with magnificent lighting and centerpieces. Our guests were enamored with all the decor, flowers, ceremonies, and how smoothly everything ran. She was positive, upbeat, easy to work with, and very detail-oriented, which made us have complete faith in her and her team. We would definitely hire her again.

Harvest Moon was an amazing vendor! From the very first meeting, they paid close attention to detail and made my dream wedding vision into a perfect reality! Our wedding was on the top of a mountain and involved a chairlift ride for all of our guests. Harvest Moon took care of all the floral arrangements and transportation of personal items to make our wedding run smoothly. They were flexible throughout the process and were willing to work within our budget, always giving us the biggest "wow factor" for our money. Kasey was quick to respond to emails and provided several great ideas and options while making decisions. The 7-page wedding day itinerary that they created made everything seamless and easy for our other wedding vendors to understand. We worked with Lindsay for our rehearsal and wedding day. She handled everything perfectly, so I did not have to worry about anything and just got to enjoy our wedding! Harvest Moon was worth every penny and I highly recommend their services!

Harvest Moon Events was worth every single penny! Kasey was a dream to work with -- always very responsive and thorough with her answers as the planning went along. I never felt like she was blowing me off for whatever other many projects she had going. She came up with a perfect vision of what I wanted, all while being mindful of what I wanted to spend. Many times before she'd even add something to my order she'd make sure I knew any additional costs. She saved the day when my previously hired lighting coordinator just stopped answering calls, getting me a new price quote within a day. She also found me a wedding cake after I spent months saying I didn't want one. Finally, she strongly urged us to hire a band or DJ, which we hadn't even though of, and the band turned out to the biggest hit, all thanks to her!

If you want to not worry about a THING on your wedding day, go with Kasey and Harvest Moon. I had the time of my life at my wedding because someone else was making sure very detail was attended to. It was absolutely perfect.

Part 2 of this review is for the floral and decor:

WOW. Our requests were for simple and elegant arrangements, and décor that was mindful of our physical location. The reception venue was basically a giant glass building, and we wanted the view to be the true showcase. Kasey and the Harvest Moon team decorated with the perfect amount and combination of lighting, floral, and decorative pieces. The bouquets were absolutely stunning – so much so that I’m in the process now of pressing my wedding bouquet flowers to frame and have as a forever keepsake. Again with this aspect of the event, the details did not escape them and from the welcome sign (Vintage skis, which honored our love of skiing) to the table arrangements (gorgeous and small enough that guests could have conversations across the table), everything really and truly exceeded our expectations.

I had seen Harvest Moon's work before and was always impressed. When I reached out to ask some initial questions and Kasey’s response confirmed that Harvest Moon was the perfect fit for us. We hired them for coordinating, floral, and décor.

Kasey was wonderful to work with on every level – from high level planning down to the most minute details. She took our vision and brought it to life, never trying to push us in a specific direction. She had every second figured out. I was told by so many people before the wedding that the wedding day is such a blur. Mine was not. I remember so many tiny details about the day. I credit Kasey and the Harvest Moon team with that because they took all the worrying out of the equation. I simply got to just enjoy the most perfect wedding day with my husband. Kasey was very responsive to all of my questions and requests in the months before the wedding, working hard to always make sure I was confident and comfortable with where things stood. When the day came, I knew I could let go and trust in her to orchestrate the events.
People also told me that weddings are never on time and to prepare for the worst. Kasey had every vendor in the exact right place at the exact right moment. We were ahead of the game all day.
Note: We created a logistical nightmare, getting married in LCC in March, and took Our First Ski Run, and had the reception at the top of a mountain. She made it happen!

Kasey was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, detail oriented, and aware of our needs. When I just needed advice, she was there with the answers. She asked the right questions, gave me the amount of information I needed, and brought our dream to life. Even our guests noticed and complimented the work – both on the floral and décor and the coordination. We are incredibly grateful for the hard work that she and her team put in to make our wedding the most memorable + perfect day ever. Thank you, Harvest Moon!!

When I first started planning my wedding the advice I got from other brides was to invest in a day of coordinator, and I am so glad I took their advice as well as going with Harvest Moon! We initially worked with Kasey, but then Lindsay was the one who actually executed everything the week/day of the wedding.
Being able to enjoy the moments of my wedding day was really important to me. I didn't want to worry about what time it was or what was supposed to happen next, and Lindsay made that happen. I was able to be in the moment every second of the day and just let her take care of everything. Lindsay even did a calligraphy piece for our Welcome sign which turned out beautifully. We also needed last minute changes as the weather did no cooperate for us on the day, but Lindsay made me feel confident that everything would still be beautiful and it was! I also had a big decorative piece that our venue had some issues with and Lindsay worked diligently with our florist to improvise and maintain the integrity of my original plan. I can not say enough great things about my experience with Harvest Moon Events. Let me first start by stating that my husband and I do not live in state. Anyone who has planned a destination wedding knows that doing so from afar can leave room for miscommunication, resulting in error. This was not the case with HME!

Lindsay and Kasey's communication was timely, their attention to detail was on point, and their genuine enthusiasm about our ideas and plans was both refreshing and exciting.

Lindsay was appointed to be our day of. She was so helpful and professional during our rehearsal the evening before. My favorite thing about Lindsay is that she is confident in what she does. I have watched so many wedding planners run around day-of like a chicken with it's head cut off - Not Lindsay. She was calm, collected and friendly.

A few little things that did not go unnoticed:

-Lindsay took the initiative to bring me a plate of appetizers when she saw I had been unable to snag a few myself due to guest conversations. (thank you)
-The cleanup/setup crew did a great job. At the end of the night they kept things well organized after packing and boxing our personal items.
-Everything they touched from the lounge area design to the chalkboard signage went above and beyond what we had in mind.

Bottom line is Lindsay and Kasey are amazing Women to work with. Thank you so much for everything!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kasey and Harvest Moon for our fall wedding in Park City. She provided stellar ceremony and reception design, floral design, vendor coordination, and month-of event planning services. Our exceptional experience began as soon as we reached out to Kasey to discuss needs for our cross-country destination nuptials. She was consistently available and responsive throughout our communications, from consultation, to contract, to post-event wrap-up/organizational services.

Kasey's collaborative vision and enthusiasm made our ceremony / reception space and floral design process fun, inspiring, and easy. We were able to enjoy the 'ramp up' to our event, thanks to her confident, steady, and smiling energy. She took genuine interest in ensuring that our celebration timeline, components, and visual details uniquely reflected our personalities and preferences. During our wedding weekend, Kasey's ability to expertly manage our timeline, clearly communicate across multiple service providers, and warmly welcome our guests was awesome.

I can't say enough good things about Harvest Moon Events! They helped coordinate our wedding on July 23, 2016 at Snowbird Ski Resort.
If you're looking for someone to coordinate your wedding day, stop looking---just call Harvest Moon! You won't be disappointed. They are awesome.

During the planning phase Kasey always returned my calls and emails promptly, was very professional, and patiently answered all my questions. But most importantly she made my vision come to life. She has a gift for this. After a couple email exchanges, she sent me the event order for all the decor for the wedding and reception. I was so pleased with how perfectly she interpreted my vision that I replied, "May I just say that you have a certain talent for articulating exactly what I want? Thank you! There are so many gems in this event order where I felt like you just took the words right out of my mouth."

Lindsay was assigned to be my day-of coordinator, and I was equally as impressed with her. She held us to our timeline, put up (and took down!) all our decor, and basically executed the entire event smoothly. In the end, the cost of Lindsay and her day-of coordination was 100% worth it because it gave me peace of mind, and allowed me to enjoy our big day instead of manage all the vendors. I didn't want my mom, mother-in-law, bridesmaids, etc., to be responsible for putting up and taking down all the decorations either. I wanted them to enjoy their day, get ready with me, and remain present in the day instead. To me, those benefits clearly outweighed the cost.

As I was searching for a venue, I was given a card to Harvest Moon Events... and solely based on the reviews, I knew I wanted them to help run my wedding. I did the majority of planning and getting vendors, but I didn't want to have to worry about anything to day of. And let me tell you Lindsay, one of the coordinators, was over the top and amazing. She made my wedding exactly what I wanted and did everything she could to stay within my budget. She also brought ideas to me without trying to up sell me. I live in seattle and had my wedding in utah. She made my destination wedding everything I could have hoped for and more. I couldn't have pulled off my out of state wedding without her.

Kasey was a joy to work with. She was extremely responsive, listened carefully to all of my requests, and asked questions until she understood my vision perfectly. On our wedding day, she seemed to be in a million places at once, managing our vendors, delivering our flowers, setting up the ceremony and reception sites and decor, etc. She did it all with a smile on her face and made it look easy. She executed my vision beautifully-- It was even better than I imagined; the flowers, the lighting, the decor, everything was perfect! When I got a little overwhelmed before the ceremony, Kasey made sure she found a quiet place for me to sit and gave me a few minutes alone. I loved working with Kasey at Harvest Moon Events. She did our day of coordination and wedding design (not the florals, although I'm sure that their in-house florist would have been amazing as well). Kasey was so helpful the entire time leading up to the wedding. She recommended vendors, suggested ideas, and was very conscious of our budget. Before we met her, I actually didn't think I was going to choose her, only because I found the website to feel very corporate, and I didn't want my wedding to feel packaged. Upon meeting her, however, I immediately changed my mind. She's wonderful, so responsive, unbelievably helpful, and so professional, and a joy to work with. I really can't recommend her highly enough.

Harvest moon events was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. They made my day perfect. I was so nervous to find someone who would be able to fulfill my vision and they executed it perfectly. Kasey took extra time to meet with me in person to discuss my order and event design in detail, which put all my nerves at ease. They were super responsive and quick to get back to me with any questions or changes I wanted to make to the design. The flowers were high quality and beautiful. I also used Harvest Moon Events for my day-of coordination, and it made my day run so smoothly without me or my family having to worry about a thing. My coordinator, Lindsay, was so on top of it. She was so great to work with; I absolutely adored her. She made my wedding gorgeous, kept us on schedule, and was fun to work with. Harvest Moon Events surpassed my every expectation. They are worth every penny!

Kasey and her team at Harvest Moon are amazing and were an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired them for decor, floral, and day-of coordination. They helped create the wedding of my dreams, made suggestions for the space we were in, and worked within the budget I set out. Her team was very responsive and helpful and even designed a last minute 'floral chandelier' when the original chandeliers didn't work out (which became the most talked about decor of the evening!) On the big day, they coordinated the timeline with my vendors and wedding party so that I didn't have to stress and could enjoy everything so much more! Absolutely would recommend Harvest Moon!!!

Janice was a joy to work with. She was organized, attentive, kept the party moving! I felt like I could actually relax at my own wedding. There were a few decisions that had to be made along the way and Janice asked my opinion and took care of it. I was able to let go and be present with all of my guests. I loved working with Kasey. She provided day of coordination services and floral/decor. Everything came out perfect. I gave general directions of what I wanted and she nailed it. As the mother of the bride, my favorite moment was when we realized that my brother and his wife had not arrived and we were ready to proceed with the very small wedding. Kasey looked at me and said "How would you like to proceed?" -- she didn't take over, she let me make the decision. (they arrived just before the bride walked down the aisle)

All the details were incredible -- from the escort cards which had to indicate which lunch choice each guest had pre-arranged (she used subtle, cute symbols) to the decor around the cake to the table indicators (I won't give it away, but let's say they were very special memories of the bride and groom.)

I had previously used Harvest Moon Events for a couple of corporate events and I knew this was the right place to go for my daughter's wedding --- AND I WAS RIGHT!

Kasey Aune with Harvest Moon events was so much fun to work with. She was responsive every time I emailed her with questions. She offered to procure other items, rentals, and vendors throughout the whole process. And she helped immensely during my "T minus 1 month freak out". But she provided the most value as my "day of" coordinator. She has planned countless weddings at the Red Pine Lodge at Canyons Resort, so I took complete comfort in simply entrusting her with decor, floral, etc in the venue, which was fantastic because that artistic area is totally not my strong suit :) She understood our entire vision for the Big Day and executed it flawlessly. I literally didn't lift a finger! She even found someone on the catering staff to be a dedicated wine server for my parents at dinner, which they loved :) I would recommend Kasey and her team to anyone!

Kasey and her team at Harvest Moon Events made our wedding flow without a hitch. From the first contact they were professional and genuinely interested in helping us create the wedding we envisioned. They understood and respected our budget constraints and worked with us on every detail.

For the amount of personal attention we received we could not have been happier with their prices. I honestly could not imagine doing the wedding without their day-of services, not having to think about the decor and tear-down made it so I could focus on the experience of getting married!

I especially loved that they have in in-house florist. They were able to get and arrange beautiful seasonal flowers that worked perfectly with our overall theme and color scheme.

Kasey and her team at Harvest Moon are delightful to work with and gave me total peace of mind that we had professionals to ensure that our wedding celebration would go off without a hitch. And it did!

Kasey served as our Day-of Wedding Planner, picking up the many pieces and moving parts that we had planned for the day and embracing our vision. On top of that, she suggested a few enhancements that helped to complete our magical wedding event! She was enthusiastic and energetic, going above and beyond at each chance. She helped us feel confident during our rehearsal (we had lot of little kiddos to get down the isle), and was a total pro in managing all of our vendors, family and friends throughout our wedding day. Kasey took a few ‘last minute change in plans’ requests in stride without breaking a sweat. In short, she was simply awesome.

Harvest Moon Events was an awesome one-stop shop for our flowers, centerpieces and extra lighting at our reception! We had a destination wedding halfway up a mountain so communication and logistics could've been difficult, but Kasey and her team handled every detail perfectly. We didn't have to call to double or triple check anything because they already had everything handled from set up to tear down at the church and reception. It was just - done! - and we didn't have to worry about a thing. They're a smart choice if you're looking to streamline your vendors. They do it all, and at the highest quality and professionalism.

Let me first start by saying that I've had the wedding blues ever since my wedding ended because it was THAT AMAZING! Kasey and her team of experts did an unbelievable job at taking my vision and making it better than my husband and I ever could have expected. I should also mention that they put it all together in SIX WEEKS! We did a destination wedding so I put all of my trust in her and I'm so glad that I did. Kasey has great relationships with all of the vendors in Park City and she's very respected as an event coordinator. Harvest moon events did an incredible job on our wedding. Everything from the coordination of the event, to the flowers, to the centerpieces, everything was perfect and exactly how we wanted. There were so many little things that I never thought about doing that they took care of to make the night absolutely perfect for us (making sure we had drinks in our hand, saving apps for us during cocktail hour, coordinating the DJ when we needed, etc). I can't recommend them enough, they are worth every penny.

My husband and I hired Harvest Moon for week- of coordination as well as florals. Communication and professionalism were amazing throughout our planning process. Kasey was always quick to respond to our emails and questions. She took my Pinterest wedding vision and brought it to life. Ashley was our coordinator and she was great! We had a large bridal party and she was able to coach us through the rehearsal with ease. She also made a thorough day of timeline that she shared with all of our vendors (so amazing!). Throughout the wedding she was checking in on my husband and I and helping us with anything we needed. When we arrived back to our hotel room later that night she had returned all of our decor, cupcakes, guests forgotten shoes etc you name it to us so we didn't have to worry about that at all. Lastly, she went out of her way to return a cake stand to the bakery so I didn't have to! We had a really great experience working with Harvest Moon!

Week-Of Coordination Well Worth It!

The team at Harvest Moon Events was fantastic with our week-of coordination needs. Surely, the day would have been far more hectic and difficult to manage without their presence to assist our vendors in their set-up activities, as well as general communications between our wedding party and family. We had the pleasure of working with Ashley, and she brought energy, laughter, and organization to everything she helped with - so much fun to work with!

As week-of coordinators, HME was incredibly responsive as we neared the date of the event. Once Ashley was introduced and brought into the equation, she was willing and able to assist whenever we had questions. This even extended well before our event, with some general questions my wife and I had for HME. The team was always willing to respond and answer our questions that went above and beyond the 'scope' of week-of coordination.

Overall, nothing but great things to say about the team at HME and would work with them again for our event needs in a heartbeat!

We used Harvest Moon Events for full service wedding planning. Kasey used my Pinterest board to create a beautiful plan for my wedding. From day one she was always focused on my 'vision'. She is very friendly and easy to work with. 95% of the time she responded to emails and phone calls quickly. What I was most impressed with, and what is truely worth the price is the month of work that Kasey put in. She took over contact with all my vendors. Whenever I had to make a last min change for hair & make up or seating arrangements it was no problem at all. It was such a relief to have Kasey working with us. She really made the wedding planning process much less stressful. Our wedding day was flawless. Even when wind knocked down some of our ceremonial decorations before the wedding, Kasey and her team quickly and calmly fixed everything. Kasey took my three very different themes of mountain chic, sparkles, and science to create a single beautiful tablescape. It was the 'vision' I didn't even know I had. I am still getting comments from my guests about how beautiful the decorations were. Kasey also made me two flower crowns, one for the rehersal dinner and one for the wedding. They both lasted all night and fulfilled my flower crown dreams. I highly reccomend Harvest Moon Events for full wedding planning service!

The flowers provided by harvest moon were exactly what I was imagining! They were fresh and the colors were bright and beautiful. The ladies who set up the arch and the center pieces were very sweet and did a fantastic job. My only complaint was that my toss bouquet was omitted from the order on accident. We were able to improvise with a center piece though so it all worked out. KC was so easy to communicate with and was very flexible while setting up the order. She made sure that I was comfortable with all of the prices and with the vision. Harvest Moon is very creative and so easy to work with. I definitely recommend them for your flower needs. Make sure all of your pieces make it to the wedding venue though ;)
