Hartefeld is a magical place. The experience is second to none. Dana and Chef Lou worked with us to make our day as special as possible. They really pulled out all the stops. The food was fantastic and the venue was beautiful. We are so excited to get our photos back because the venue is just breath taking, there are almost too many places to take pictures! The food was out of this world, all of our guests are still raving about everything. Beside the amazing food and the gorgeous venue, what really made our day that much special was the attention paid and the service provided by Dana, Lou, and the entire team. In fact, one of our guests spilled wine on his shirt and someone from Hartefeld offered him a spare white shirt and washed his dirty shirt during the reception. Before our guest left his clean shirt was returned to him as if nothing happened. That is the type of service that Hartefeld provides. There truly isn't a better place to host a wedding or event.

My husband and I got married at Hartefeld on September 9th of this year and could not be happier with everything! My husband is a member of the golf club and I had no doubt that Hartefeld was where we would get married. After our initial consultation with Dana, the Private Event Director, I immediately knew booking with Hartefeld was the best decision ever. Dana is extremely organized, detail-oriented and knowledgeable and made the entire planning process seamlessly easy. From our booking date in october 2016 until the wedding date, Dana kept in touch and responded almost immediately to each and every email that I sent. I could not be more grateful for the time and dedication that she put toward making our wedding perfect. Several days before the wedding, I dropped off items that I had for the ceremony and reception and met with Forrest and Dana. They had just begun to set up the ballroom for our wedding which was so exciting to see! Dana reviewed all of the paperwork that we had been communicating about via email and went through the outline for our ceremony. I never dreamed that I would feel so calm and relaxed the day before my wedding but Dana and Forrest made sure that our rehearsal went smoothly and made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know before the big day. finally- the wedding was here! I had reserved 2 rooms at hartefeld for my bridesmaids and I to get ready. we arrived at 8am to a beautiful room with tables set up for us, mimosas, water, soft drinks and a spread of delicious food- we all felt so at home! The day went off without a hitch thanks to Dana and her amazing team. The views were amazing and grounds were immaculate! Our guests said the food was the best food they had ever had at a wedding and commented on how organized and beautiful the entire day and night was. Dana- we can not thank you enough for everything you have done for us! Booking our wedding with Hartefeld was by far the best decision we have ever made. THANK YOU!!!

Take your time to speak with the event coordinator and discuss the vision and overall feeling you want and they will do everything to make that vision a reality. The are very responsive so if you have changes or questions as they arise Hartefeld is excellent at responding and helping to reach solutions. I could not have been happier with Hartefeld and the beautiful environment and helpful staff that they have there.

My wedding was held at this location in May 2017. I am nothing but positive things to say about the venue and all of the individuals who work there. They were all, especially Dana, awesome to work with. Always going above and beyond the normal expectation. It is a beautiful location, with delicious food to be offered. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a better than expected wedding!

Hartefeld was incredible every step of the way in my wedding planning process. Dana, the event coordinator is truly an incredible woman who made our wedding wishes come true. She was responsive to messages, accommodating, and created a hassle free wedding. Weather changed our wedding plans but Dana and Forrest made the day perfect regardless of weather. I truly am amazed with how wonderful Hartefeld, and especially Dana, were for my wedding day. I truly could not have asked for more.

I got ready in the bridal suite which was perfect because we did not have to go outside in the rain. They provided us with a beautiful bridal room, cheese/crackers, and drinks. Thank you to Hartefeld, and especially Dana, for giving us a beautiful wedding.

Dana Henderson, the Private Events Director, was a joy to work with from the moment we met her and I cannot imagine our wedding having been anywhere else. It is a beautiful venue and the staff is exceptional. Dana was always incredibly responsive and helped us to keep a handle on everything throughout the planning process. The staff we worked with on the day of the wedding were fantastic - so kind and so attentive.
Hartefeld has an excellent back-up plan for your ceremony in case of inclement weather (which I found many venues do not) and we were thankful for that as it did rain a bit on our wedding day. Even on an overcast or rainy day, Hartefeld still shines and is absolutely beautiful. The bridal suite is fantastic. The food is phenomenal and we will continue to frequent their restaurant (Chef Lou is awesome). Hartefeld goes above and beyond with every single detail to make your wedding truly memorable.
I could write pages about how amazing our experience with Hartefeld was; I would recommend this venue to any bride currently searching for a place to hold their wedding. We worked with many wonderful vendors and are so thankful to them for making the planning leading up to the big day so stress-free and fun; thank you Dana and all of the staff at Hartefeld for being so great and playing such a huge role in making our wedding a day we will never forget.

Hartefeld offered everything we thought we were looking for, and everything we forgot to think of. Dana and her team are true professionals that helped everything flow smoothly on our big day! From golf carts waiting for the bridal party to take photos, to signature cocktails for the bride and groom, to servers who sought out the bride, groom and our parents throughout the night to make sure we had a drink in our hand. Our guests are still commenting on how smoothly the day went and how much fun they had celebrating with us. Thank you Dana and staff, our day was absolutely perfect!

Dana, the Private Events Director, was so incredibly easy to work with. She met every request and exceeded every expectation. We are so grateful to the entire team at Hartefeld who truly made our wedding an event to remember not only for us, but for our guests as well!!!

Hartefeld is a beautiful and quaint venue for any special event. We had our wedding reception here and were thrilled with how beautiful it was. Hartefeld's package includes everything from linens to dinner, open bar to golf carts for photography. For our reception, we had both the indoor ballroom and the outdoor veranda for the whole night. Guests loved the food and signature cocktail! My husband and I were so happy with Dana, the coordinator. She was so helpful and responsive in planning our special day. The day of, Hartefeld provided multiple coordinators to help the day run smoothly. My husband and I had staff by our side to assist us with whatever we needed, from hors d'oeuvres during our photo taking to how to cut the wedding cake! Excellent service, food, atmosphere, and fun.

Hartefeld National is an amazing venue with an unbeatable view! We held our daytime reception over Memorial Day weekend on the tented veranda overlooking the golf course and were thrilled with the entire experience from start to finish.

Dana was amazing during the planning process and flexible with all the changes I requested. Forrest was attentive and a true pleasure on the day of our party. The banquet staff was friendly and accommodating to all of our family and friends’ needs even in the 90-degree heat that day! The food and drinks were incredible and our guests were raving for days afterward (you MUST have the crab pasta salad on your menu).

Everyone involved made this the best day ever for us and we will never forget it. Thank you all for your hard work, I am sure we will be back for our anniversary party in a few years!!

I highly recommend using Hartefeld as a ceremony and reception venue. The food was AMAZING and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and stress free- from collecting our decorations in advance and setting everything up more beautifully then I could have ever expected, to making sure my dress was "fluffed" before I walked down the isle, and my drink was always full. The whole planning process was a breeze, and Dana answered all of my emails of questions very quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the great job everyone at Hartefeld did to make my wedding day PERFECT!

Hartefeld is a beautiful place You don't have to be a golfer to have an event there. Dana Henderson and the staff did a great job at our wedding. From the first meeting she was very helpful. All of questions were answered very quickly Anything we wanted to have she was able to help with. The staff treated all of guests like royalty. Everyone commented how great the food and services were Everyone had a great time! We are thinking about having an annual party.

Hartefeld is a beautiful facility. The staff treats everyone like royalty. The flexibility of making payments ahead of time really helps you budget and have your event paid for in advance so that's a big worry off your mind

I am not sure where to begin... when I had always dreamed of my wedding as a little girl and over the past year during my engagement I always had high expectations. I got married at Hartefeld National on 11/21/15 and it was more then I could of ever dreamed of. From the moment we booked Hartefeld last year Dana, the wedding coordinator, made the planning process easy and enjoyable. She eased all my concerns throughout the planning process and was always available to answer any questions I had. We had our ceremony in the veranda in the afternoon just around sunset, and the view was stunning!!!! The Hartefeld staff had the room flipped in a matter of minutes for our guest to start enjoying cocktail hour.
The reception was amazing! We got so many compliments on the food and drinks. They made sure they attended to several family members with strict diet restrictions and allergies. The staff at Hartefeld made sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hands and checked in frequently with us during the night to make sure we were ok. They even moved tables out of the way when the dance floor was packed to make more room for the guests. We got told by several of our guests that this was the best wedding they had been to! We even had a guest tell us that when she gets married she wants the exact wedding we had! I can not say enough good things about Hartefeld and will recommend this lovely venue to anyone!

We had our reception at hartefeld on 11/7/15 and it was perfect. Dana and the staff were absolutely amazing. From the moment we picked Hartefeld Dana was available to answer every single question I had. The day of the wedding went so smooth and we had no problems, all of our guest could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how nice the staff was. Absolutely perfect!!

Dana is absolutely professional, caring, thoughtful and overall amazing at her job. Really, the entire staff was amazing and everyone went above and beyond throughout the whole wedding process. Everything went perfectly and I am so happy we picked Hartefeld as our reception venue.

Amazing place to get married. Dana and her crew were incredible. They attended to our every need and made sure that our bridal party and guests were taken care of. The staffs attention to detail in setting up all of my decorations was breathtaking.

I hosted my sister's Bridal Shower at Hartefeld National and it really went so well! I could not have been more pleased with the service.

Dana (the event coordinator) was amazing the entire planning process and very helpful! She was always prompt with returning emails, friendly, and made planning this event super easy for me.

During the Bridal Shower the staff was also so helpful and very sweet. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations! I received many compliments on the event but couldn't have done it without Dana and the Hartefeld team. I am very grateful!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Hartefeld Team who truly went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect. Every detail of our wedding day was flawless. The scenery at Hartefeld made for gorgeous wedding photos- and the perfect backdrop to our ceremony outside. The food was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We felt very well taken care of from start to finish and in looking at other venues- the value at Hartefeld was unmatched. Overall we were thrilled with our wedding day and the entire process. We have since become members at Hartefeld so we feel a very special connection to where we got married.

My husband and I got married at Hartefeld on a Friday night. The staff was great, especially Dana (the event coordinator) and Forrest! We worked with Dana a lot throughout the entire process and she made sure everything went smoothly! They recently updated the ballroom (new chandeliers, paint, uplighting, etc.) and it looks great! The ceremony site, which was on the lawn, and cocktail hour, which was on the patio, were both beautiful with breathtaking views. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite upstairs and it was a great little room. They provided us with assorted cheeses and crackers, sodas, waters, and champagne, and we were able to keep our stuff there until the next morning! Overall, the venue was perfect for us and we definitely recommend it to future couples!

We had a wonderful experience at Hartefeld. Chef Lou could not be more accommodating during our tasting. They totally worked within our budget. Dana Henderson was very responsive to our questions throughout the process. The day of the wedding things could not have gone more smoothly. There was staff there all day which set up the room just as we wanted, attentive to us all day right through the very end of the night,

Our wedding coordinator, Dana, was extremely helpful and always available. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful with a lot of recent updates. The food was outstanding and we are still receiving rave reviews from our guests. The value is incredible, especially if you choose to get married on an off day (we were married on Sunday of Labor Day weekend). They were incredibly flexible with our budget and accommodated all of our requests. Truly nothing negative to day. You won't be disappointed if you book your wedding at Hartefeld!

Our wedding at Hartefeld was amazing and we were very satisfied with the service that we received at this venue. Dana was a great person to work with and was very quick to respond to emails and questions. She also allowed us to be flexible with many things in our contract. We held our ceremony and reception at Hartefeld. It is such a beautiful environment and the pictures we were able to take there were outstanding. They also allowed the bridal party to borrow golf carts to travel to different picture spots on the wedding day which was very helpful. Overall, we were very pleased with everything that Hartefeld had to offer. The only negative thing that we experienced was that when we went with our photographer to explore the venue prior to our wedding that did not allow us to use golf carts like we were promised and the sales director/golf pro were unable to meet with us. However, the actual wedding day and all the other services we received were excellent.
