Harpoon should be your venue if you want a team of responsive, respectful, professional, and kind people to work with. They helped to make our long awaited dream a reality.
We could write an essay about everything Harpoon did for us, but just know at the end of your wedding you will be there with the person you love most in the world not regretting for a second that Harpoon was your venue.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Harpoon Brewery and we were so impressed with the staff, food, and beverages. Everyone was easy to work with and had great communication before and during the event. We had beer, pretzels, and pizza for our guests. The wait staff was amazing during our event and we highly recommend Harpoon Brewery for any event!

Had our wedding here in fall 2022 & it was fantastic! Plenty of room to set up the food from the caterer, the dance floor, the Photo Booth, and more! We had a fantastic time. Thanks Harpoon!

My husband and I had our reception-only wedding at Harpoon in May 2023. I was initially a little hesitant to rent a non-wedding venue, but it turned out those worries were for nothing. From our first meeting with the event coordinator at Harpoon up until the day of our wedding, everything went off without a hitch. The staff at Harpoon (special shout-out to Lily and Sam who both worked with us extensively) were so great about answering our questions and working with us as the vision for our wedding came to life. They were able to suggest fun add-ons like a beer wall for the guests, decorating the tables with growlers filled with flowers, and just generally helping us figure out our decor. For example, although a physical photo booth was a little too big for the space, they told us they had a large backdrop frame and a camera set-up already, so all we needed to buy was props and a backdrop in order to have a photo booth experience. That is just one example, but they were incredibly helpful in numerous other ways as well. They were particularly awesome in helping to set up and take down the decor before/after the wedding, letting us store some desserts the night before, coordinating with our DJ and caterer seamlessly, and just generally being flexible with our plans as we made last-minute adjustments. They even surprised us with a cute little gift basket at our hotel the day before!! During the wedding, the staff was unbelievably friendly and engaged with our guests and really contributed to the overall fun and happy vibe that we had going. As a final note, while my husband and I do love beer, Harpoon is a WONDERFUL place to host a wedding even if your guests aren't the world's biggest drinkers. They have amazing sodas (the root beer in particular is amazing) and even some THC seltzers as non-alcoholic alternatives. All of our guests had a wonderful time and I just wish I had another excuse to rent out Harpoon for a special event again in the future!!

This is a wonderful, low key venue! It has been newly renovated to look something akin to Game of Thrones--- thing wrought iron chandeliers, exposed brick and long solid wood bench seating- very lovely. The best part is that the price for renting it, is actually a minimum spend amount. So we are renting it, but you actually just have to spend that much in booze at the bar. They also have awesome large pretzels that are made fresh that are great! They will also do brewery tours for free for your guests, which are usually really hard to get into, so your guests will appreciate having other things to do during the reception. To cut costs we are doing our reception on a Sunday evening in winter without the event room in the back of the bar with casual dress, and sit where you like/ stand if you like dinner with BBQ. The preferred vendors list ranges from fancy to BBQ, but all of the options sound awesome. You also have the option of DJ'ing your own wedding, they have a built in sound system which allows you to hook up your iPod if you have a preset playlist.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Harpoon Brewery and it was awesome! The majority of our guests were traveling from out of town to celebrate our wedding, so we invited everyone who was attending to the rehearsal dinner (est 60 guests). The event space is low key and unique - exactly what we were going for. The event staff made booking and planning the event very easy - all costs were well laid out and they worked directly with the catering to arrange food service. It is a bit pricey to host an event there, but the spend does go towards the open bar (invite drinkers!). My MIL worked with Harpoon on the decor, and everything looked great when we got there so I was happy. We had our event on a Friday night, so the beer hall was open to the public and partitioned off for us. I could see that some may not like that its not exactly private, but we knew this ahead of time and it was plenty of space for our group. Really other than the noise (would be too noisy for speeches), I don't think guests even payed attention to the fact that it was just a partitioned space. They also rent out the full hall for larger events if you hold it on a non-weekend day. We did catering through Harpoon's preferred vendors (Soulfire and Baker's Best) and Harpoon provided pretzels throughout the night (as apps and the cinnamon pretzels late night after dinner). The catering went well - we got the whoopie pies from Baker's Best and they were amazing...I still dream about them. My only complaints on the evening were that the door guy wasn't very friendly (a little off-putting for the beginning of a joyful occasion), and that only one flavor of sauce was served with each tray of pretzels. Some of our guests raved about the beer cheese sauce but not everyone got to try it since the tray at their tables only had one (different) sauce - I'd recommend requesting that all sauce flavors be served with each pretzel tray so that your guests can try them all. Overall its great place for a cool and fun event!
