Miriam was amazing. She was prompt, pleasant, and communicative, and even learned some pretty niche songs from my favorite movie for my ceremony. Having a live harpist at our wedding was truly such a dream and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone considering live music for your ceremony and cocktail hour reaching out to her for your big day!

Above and beyond

Miriam provided a key touch to our 20th anniversary renewal ceremony. Every one of our guests mentioned her specifically, praising her playing and/or her professionalism. She played on past established time when some delays came up. I would recommend Miriam to anyone without hesitation.

Absolutely Perfect!!

Miriam was an absolute dream to work with. She is very quick to respond and so professional. I requested that she play songs by a couple of my favorite singers and she did so beautifully! I would 1000% recommend Miriam to anyone at all. She made the process completely stress free. She is wonderful!!!

Perfect wedding Music score!

We wanted strings for our wedding ceremony and cocktail music but many were not responsive or out of our budget. Miriam was available for our date and price was very reasonable. She was very responsive in helping us decide which piece to add to our ceremony program and cocktail hour. Her music repertoire is extensive and can learn new music quickly that she is able to on her harp! We had some wild requests and she was able to get the music sheets and let us know which ones she can play. Even though my venue was not at a garden, her music made it feel like a Bridgerton garden wedding. Thank you, Miriam!

Miriam was great, from first interaction through the wedding itself. She has a broad range of musical knowledge and I think will be able to suit anyone's need if they're looking for a harpist for a special event. Miriam is a delightful person and a talented musician. Having such beautiful live music before and during our ceremony really completed the atmosphere I was trying to achieve during my autumn backyard wedding. She was very responsive by phone and email, and accommodating throughout all the planning. We wanted a piece of non-traditional wedding music for my walk down the aisle, which Miriam skillfully played on her lovely Celtic harp (which was the perfect compromise for my budget compared to her larger orchestral harp). She was even thoughtful enough to record her playing it so I could hear how it sounded before the wedding day. My guests enjoyed the music before the ceremony (everything ranging from The Beatles, classical pieces and music from Pixar's UP), and best of all, I could hear the pretty tunes through the window in the room where I was getting ready, which was a wonderful surprise. She was even game for playing under a tarp if the threatening storm brought rain (which thankfully it didn't!) I highly recommend Miriam as your wedding harpist!

Miriam was really wonderful and we are so happy to have had her at our big day! I was able to set everything up with her via email since we live out of state and she let me pick several "non traditional" songs, which made it all the more personal for us!

Make sure to talk with harpist in advance on details of songs for the ceremony. We forgot to let her know we wanted the entry song to be played all the way through. Miriam did a fantastic job for us and we'd recommend her without hesitation!??

My wife and I were in a bind due to an unfortunate circumstance with our original musician. I found Miriam online and she was a pleasure to talk to and was more than flexible for us - particularly given the lack of advanced notice we provided her! She was accommodating with respect to our preference of music and some last minute requests we made. Her music was beautiful! It truly added to our wedding experience and was a memorable part of the most special day in our lives.

Absolutely amazing musician... Miriam and her harp were my favorite aspect of the wedding. My guests are still complimenting me on what a beautiful addition to the ceremony the harp was. She played all the music on queue and flawlessly... even switching to the piano for cocktail hour. Booking and sorting out song list and other details was effortless, she was patient, organized and always willing to answer any questions. I never had to wait more than a day for a response I really cannot say enough good things about her... She was absolutely wonderful to work with and I hope I can use her again in the future. If you are looking for a unique and talented musician I highly recommend Miriam and her harp :) Thank you for making our wedding day a dream come true!

We used Miriam for our wedding April 18th. She played for both our ceremony and during the cocktail party. She is an amazing harpist, who is very talented. Miriam is very professional and responsive. She is quick to answer any questions and give suggestions as well. I would definitely recommend using Miriam Shrilling for any event, and I hope to use her again in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Miriam. She is extremely responsive, prompt, professional and flexible. Every time I contacted her she was quick to respond. She will also learn to play anything you want her to. My ceremony was just perfect because of her. She played beautifully at our wedding and we received so many compliments because of her. Many guests told us how wonderful Miriam's music was and how much they loved it. The harp music was one of the highlights of the wedding. Working with Miriam was a pleasure! The first time I emailed her, she got back to me in one hour. She has always gotten back to me immediately and has always been very professional and friendly. I was worried about a couple of things for the wedding day, and the one thing I was not worried about was how the music situation would go! I knew I was in good hands with Miriam. She is extremely professional, prompt, accommodating and the music was beautiful. There was nothing I would change about the experience and I would recommend using Miriam to anyone. I hope to have the chance to hear Miriam's beautiful music again one day.

Miriam is fantastic as a person and as a musician. She played at our wedding, harp during the ceremony and (in-house) piano during cocktail hour. Miriam is an excellent Harpist. Her website was great in letting us choose specific songs we wanted to hear before the ceremony as well as the ceremony itself. She also allowed us to choose another song which she specifically learned for the ceremony. The personalized service as well as her professional approach really made our wedding that much better.

Miriam is an excellent musician. She can provide a feeling of old world class to any event. For my wedding, she anticipated every moment and kept in sync with each portion of the wedding. She listened to my needs, executed her music wonderfully and beautifully, and did so with such professionalism. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!

Miriam was simply wonderful. I found her online a year before the wedding, met her in person at a bridal show and fell in love with her playing! She worked with me EVERY step of the way, from what I wanted played while people were arriving, what I wanted played while I walked down the aisle, to even learning a hymn specifically for my wedding ceremony (which she played beautifully). She is a true professional. If you love harp music - I completely recommend Miriam. She performed for the ceremony and during the cocktail hour of my wedding and I wish I could have just hung around and listened to her for hours. Her performance simply moved my soul. She helped make my wedding day mere perfection!

I am sorry i didn't get to meet you either. Most of the day is a blur honestly and i was relying on everyone else telling me how nice you were.
